What if your womb remembers what your mind has forgotten?
In this powerful episode of Spades & Spirits Podcast, we dive deep into the conversation around womb wellness, trauma, ancestral patterns, energetic blockages, sexual soul ties, feminine power, and spiritual healing.
Our guests, Karma Anika Ma'at, a Womb Wellness Practitioner & Vegan Chef, and Onika, a Long Womb Clearing Facilitator & Talent Manager, join Misty Rain and Christian Nicole for an eye-opening conversation about the ways trauma and unresolved experiences may affect how we move through life.
We explore:
✨ What does it mean to experience womb trauma?
✨ Can unresolved trauma affect our creativity, passion, and ability to bring our visions to life?
✨ What are sexual soul ties, and why do some connections feel impossible to release?
✨ Are we unconsciously carrying energetic imprints from past relationships?
✨ How can unresolved inner-child wounds affect our relationships and boundaries?
✨ Why do we sometimes repeat the same patterns and attract similar experiences?
✨ What does it mean to reconnect with your womb?
✨ How can women begin to rebuild a relationship with their feminine center?
✨ The connection between womb wellness, creativity, self-worth, and manifestation.
✨ Why is society taught to disconnect from and feel shame around the feminine body?
This conversation challenges us to look deeper at the relationship between the body, the mind, the emotions, and the spirit—and asks an important question:
What happens when we finally listen to the parts of ourselves we've been taught to ignore?

I am your host, Misty Rain, the spiritual attorney.
SPEAKER_02Here with my co-host, I am Christian Nicole, the intuitive development coach.
SPEAKER_05And this is Spades and Spirits Podcast where spirituality gets real. We're gonna sit around playing spades and break down all manner of spiritual topics for you. On today's show, we have two phenomenal goddesses in the building, and we are gonna be talking about what says womb wellness. So kick up your feet, come along, relax, and enjoy the ride. First, we have Karma Soul Doctor, Master Star. Yes, Karma Soul Doctor is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world, and a certified health coach. She is also a certified master, excuse me, hold on, a certified global master healer with Queen of Fool and all the certifications offered at the Queen of Fool Wellness University. Karma has also become well known as a detox facilitator and transformation specialist. She offers consultations, coaching sessions, tarot readings, elemental energy readings, a variety of workshops, healing retreats, and she is the creator of the flow of abundance system. And so many, many, many, many more things. Y'all, when I tell you this sister is the bomb.com, I tell you no guys. Y'all welcome Karma Soul Doctor to the table. Yay! Welcome. Wow, what a resume. I'm telling you. I'm grateful. We also have with us today Shaman Priestess Onika. She is a multidimensional force, literally, y'all. She bridges sacred healing, spiritual leadership, and elite talent management with grace and precision. For over 20 years, she has walked a divinely guided path as a healer, beginning her journey at the age of 19, being introduced to the ancient Eastern healing art. She has a deep study of chakra systems, energetic anatomy, ancestral wisdom, and she has her own proprietary healing modalities, including the wound trauma release energy healing systems, designed to clear energetic blockages, dissolve soul ties, and restore feminine power at the root. And I promise you, right now in the world, all of my divine feminine power is rising and is being restored. So this is a sister to come see. Based north of Atlanta in Beauford, Georgia, Priestess Onika resides with her high priest husband, her king, and their six beautiful children anchored in family purpose and divine assignment. Y'all welcome to the table. Yes, yes.
SPEAKER_01Very happy to be here.
SPEAKER_05Wonderful. So we got a powerhouse table, y'all. Let's play spades. Now, first of all, y'all already know I'm representing for the mediocre spades players of America. So y'all don't judge me too much. I'm gonna try to talk and shuffle and deal at the same time. I want to talk about what womb on this is and why it is so vitally important for us to focus on that at such a time as this.
SPEAKER_01So, we as women, we hold everything in our womb. All our emotions, our joy, our pain, our sorrow, our happiness. And so a lot of times people look at our womb like you just give birth to babies. But we literally give birth to everything. That's where our passion is, our creativity. Um, when we're sad, we're holding it in our womb. So when we take care of our womb and connect with her, that's when we're able to be our greatest, truest, highest version of ourselves. So it is like just essential that we have a question.
SPEAKER_02Because my gears always start turning when we start to open up the conversations about the womb. Now, being a mother of six, yes? Yes. What got you into this line of spirituality and wellness and what got you here?
SPEAKER_01That's a loaded question. Yeah. Well, pick up your cards and let's listen to the question. So, um, like you just mentioned, I'm definitely a mother of six, oldest 21, youngest, four.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god.
SPEAKER_01Wow. So I I have a full house. I definitely didn't um choose the path. It kept following me, I would say. Um so 21 years ago, I had suffered an injury, and I was told that I could never be on birth control again. And because it was if it was up to me, who knows? I probably would have only had like one child. But I felt like that was divine intervention because these six beings were supposed to come through me. And sometimes us as women, we're told, oh, don't have a lot of kids, or you only want a boy and a girl, like two. So sometimes we have a preconceived notion in our mind how many children that we want, but then the creator has another plan. And so with me, the creator had another plan. So I ended up with six children. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And then so that made you want to study the womb or to heal the womb, or what brought you to that?
SPEAKER_01So that came more through the chakra systems, learning how the chakra systems work. One thing that I had uh noticed that I found very interesting is that uh, so well, number one, chakras are energy centers in our body. A lot of people focus on the main seven. The main seven run up your spine from your sacral all the way up to your crown. One thing that I really noticed was that um they fall in our endocrine system. So the glands of our endocrine system are where the chakras are. So the the chakra that governs the womb is actually the sacral. And the reproductive organs are part of our endocrine system.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01So when I was starting, when I started seeing how the chakras was connecting, that's how I was finding out that when people have womb trauma and that energy center is closed, nine times out of ten, they had the physical manifestation of like fibroids or endometriosis or ovaries or cysts. And it was just mind-blowing to me.
SPEAKER_02Is that another one? Um PCOS? Yes, the PCOS is where they get the hair. Yes. All of it. Okay.
SPEAKER_05So are you saying that there are energy centers located along the body, right? Along the column, the street, the spinal column, and in the front and in the back of the body, right? That we can see. Exactly. Okay. And if there is an energetic blockage in one of those chakras, then it can be physical symptoms.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. So everything starts as energy first. So if you're upset, if you're holding that energy, and according to traditional Chinese medicine, different organs are gonna even hold on to those emotions. Like perfect example, the liver holds on to anger. So if a person is dealing with a lot of anger issues, they're gonna start over time having liver issues if they don't get that in check.
SPEAKER_05Play a car, sis, because I'm trying to collect this book now.
SPEAKER_04We are a partner. Bye. Bye, Alicia.
SPEAKER_05So let me piggyback off of my sister's schooling that she just gave us. So on that note, how does stress, trauma, and even and especially I want to say sexual trauma, how does that affect our womb wellness?
SPEAKER_00Well, the womb has a lot of nerves, like in the brain, all the nerve energy that we have in the brain, we have as many nerves in the womb, so it's also known like as a second brain. So everything that we experience, the womb is recorded, you know, so it remembers. And it's also a very powerful portal, like Onika spoke about like nobody on this planet is coming here except through this powerful portal known as the womb. So it has a voice, it has a spirit, and we can call on it. And so what we deal with, the womb is going to remember. So when we talk about womb wisdom, womb wellness, and uh just womb meditation, all things womb, we're calling forth um that voice to begin to remember. So the womb is gonna help you when you align with that and you create uh a relationship with it. Because a lot of times we don't have that with our womb because uh we weren't taught to realize that the womb has intelligentsia. So when we call that forth, the womb reminds us of everything we've ever gone through, and even on an ancestral level, everything your grandmother has gone through because we've gone through all these different wombs, you know. Like I came through my mother's womb, so I'm also dealing with the traumas of my mother's womb. So, you know, it's it's important to understand that. But once you have that, there's a lot of tools that you can utilize to be able to clear that up and move forward. So, and the womb also is um like really our seat of sacredness and our seat of creative power. Like Onika also spoke about, it's not just for birthing children, it's the seat of creativity. The sacral chakra um rules over creativity, so it can also um stop you from birthing your visions and your dreams. So we a healthy womb helps us to manifest or manifest what it is God has put in our hearts, which is also a womb because what we feel, we birth and create. So the mind is a womb. What we think, we birth, we create. The heart is a womb, what we feel we create. And then our sacred seat of reproduction, we think, what we think and what we feel, we birth through our womb. So, you know, it's a it's a powerful science, and it's important for women to be aware, you know. And our mates, because a man really a lot of times is birthing and successful when he has successful and healed wombs in his midst. It don't even just have to be his mate, it can be his sister, his mother. So it's important for us to be in contact with healthy wombs because that helps us to birth what we came here to do on this planet.
SPEAKER_02I have a couple of questions.
SPEAKER_00I was gonna say I'm like, wait a minute, wait a minute.
SPEAKER_02It's so useful. Oh, it is so my question is with that being said, right? So that, and I've never heard it worded that way before, that the womb records everything.
SPEAKER_00Oh, she landed.
SPEAKER_02And so, um what give me an example of what an energetic blockage would be.
SPEAKER_00A fibroid, okay, uh infertility, you know, and um uh enlarged or a tilted uterus, you know, enlarged uterus, ovary issues, different things like that.
SPEAKER_02So, what could cause those kind of things energetically? That that is a physical manifestation of something energetic. So, what could happen that will cause that?
SPEAKER_00All forms of trauma. So it's not just sexual trauma, but a lot of times, you know, people definitely are affected when you've dealt with like maybe incest or molestation, right? But also just um divorce, shame, something that made you not feeling good enough, low self-esteem, all of that affects our womb, um um disappointment, abandonment, all for whatever it is that we've gone through has created um a womb trauma of some form in our lives, or even like a blocked heart, an inability to um give love and have a relationship because it's also dealing with our emotions too, right? So, um, and not being able to bring forth that you know, that business or that vision, and also maybe an inability to receive love as well.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, because that is a blockage also, absolutely, absolutely.
SPEAKER_05So, are you saying then that our womb is essentially a repository? It's essentially the vessel that's essentially where we're carrying, we're storing these emotions, good or bad.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely, yes, you know, yes, um, and it's stored out of me. We know we're storing it all throughout our nervous system in our brain, but there is a large amount of nerve endings that's running over the womb and the colon, but it's kind of known as like a another brain.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, I always say nothing alive came to this earth outside of a woman's womb, outside of a female, everything alive, human, animal, and even plants. This is what you need a woman to get to this plant. So I would say on what you just said, that we are a lot of women are walking around carrying stuff. Don't don't try to see my game. So a lot of women are walking around then carrying stuff that they thought that they put out their mind, or they'll say, Oh, I'm not even thinking about that, or that happened so long ago. I don't even I forgot about it, I'm over it, or a relationship they had 20 years ago, or you know, they're carrying that stuff correctly. And so what they might be noticing, like you're saying, is the physical manifestations of that in what might be fibroids or PCOS or miscarriage, or you know, just all sorts of all manner of hormonal and physical disruptions to the womb space.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yes, oh my goodness. Okay, there's another uh really big blockage to a sexual soul tie. Can also be connected.
SPEAKER_05Let's talk about it because I'm hearing a lot of people say you can carry around the energy of a male partner, of a partner, for forget whatever. You can carry around the energetic imprint, if you will, of a partner that you have let into your womb space. Yes, absolutely. So you all the partners. Oh god, we're connected, we gotta get rid of these. So wait, are you saying we can carry around the energy of our intimate partners? You are in a so and be tied to them energetically without us being consciously aware of it.
SPEAKER_01Is that what you're saying? Absolutely. So the thing is though, with a sexual soul tie, um, that's gonna be energy that's made with a person that is not in alignment with your highest and greatest good. So I'm not talking about like the husband or the wife, someone that maybe you dated 10 years ago and they were just terrible to you, and it's been 10 years, and for some reason you still cannot get them out of your mind. You you're still craving them and you have no idea why. You're still thinking about them. That is the number one indication of a sexual assault tie. So you absolutely completely want to release that. And when I was even um teaching classes, I was even showing people because back in it's your go or mine. Back in the 80s, PBS had a show called The Miracle of Life. And if you go, I believe it's 39 minutes in, it literally shows the human sperm burrowing into the wall of the uterus trying to find the egg, and it it buries buried burrows in the womb and dies when it doesn't find the egg, and people do not realize it's physically making a sexual soul tie as well as energetically. So when they wonder why they can't get over that person, whenever you have unprotected sex, this this is why. Those exchange of fluids, it's literally embedded in your wound.
SPEAKER_05What about protected though? What if people are saying, oh, I use kind of protection?
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, protected, protected works. Yes, energy doesn't travel through plastic. I'm trying to tell you.
SPEAKER_02Say less. I'm displaying.
SPEAKER_01Well, I don't say about there. We need a custom sponsor. I'm telling you, you're gonna notice the ones that you had unprotected intercourse with, those are gonna be ones that you're going crazy over. You can't get out of your mind. And I and I'm not promoting promiscuity. That's not what I'm doing at all.
SPEAKER_05But but what I wanted to say on that note is I I don't know, I feel like even with the the protection, the sheath of whatever, I still feel like energy seeps out because sex in and of itself is an energetic spiritual exchange. We're opening up our universe to the man who is entering our world. So I feel like, yes, protection, all like I'm a fan, I'm a I'm a proponent. Don't get me wrong, but I do feel like even in that exchange, we are imprinting oxytocin on each other, we're printing this energetic connection with each other, or they're etched in our mind, our memory, we're sharing um a spiritual, spiritually transformative moment with these. Even though people like to think that it's just a physical, carnal thing, it is a spiritual exchange. Yeah. And so I think that even with the protection, yes, all the time, I agree. But I feel like we have to take precautions against this. So instead of just sexual protection, we have to engage in some form of spiritual protection when we're engaging with our partners or discernment at least.
SPEAKER_01Well, no, absolutely. But with my clients, 100% of the time they were having unprotected sex with these people that they're craving. Okay. So I agree with you, but just in my experience, probably even more. They've all had unprotected sex. Okay. And I've noticed the person is like a black hole being. Like they're literally sucking up all of their light. And so it's kind of like when they're done with them, they feel drained and like they're on the edge of death, literally, because this person has just taken the joy out of them, taken the bliss, literally just sucked up all of their life.
SPEAKER_02Yes, absolutely. Two questions. One, in your expertise and your experience with your clients, what do you discover is the reason why they choose these people to bed these people, protected or not? And two, what can they do after they've gone crazy and they've been drained of all their energy by this person? What can they do to then call themselves back? Yeah, get rid of that and call themselves back.
SPEAKER_01So to answer the first question, sometimes it can be karmic. Yes. Oh, sometimes, let me see what we got going with here. Sometimes, sometimes it could be karmic. Okay, what does that mean? It could be where in a past life, maybe you did that to them. And so now this is karma balancing the scale. So it could be that too. There she is.
unknownKarma.
SPEAKER_01And um other than karma, sometimes it could just be like a predator and prey situation. Sometimes a person, whether it's a female or a male, they can prey on that person and see a weakness in them and target them. And what would be a weakness?
SPEAKER_02What would be a weakness that a predator would see and say, oh, I can I can get in there?
SPEAKER_01Um, a lot of times if a person has a uh damaged inner child, okay, and so they will exhibit certain qualities uh where they may not uh number one feel full. They may uh always have self-doubt. They may like I could say, oh, I love this shirt. Girl, this whole thing, this thing is raggedy. I done had this 10 years. I already see you don't even know how to take a compliment. So that's already letting me know you have low self esteem. So if they're a predator and they see something like that, they already clocked you. Gotcha. So it could be little things that they look for to know. Oh, okay, I have me one here. And then they may throw out a test or two to see how you respond. And based on your response, is how they know. And sometimes it's dealing with money or dealing with like a date, overexplaining. Like they might be like, oh, um, come through and you just met them and you're trying to go on a date, but they want you to come to the house. And then you go um further and be like, Well, okay, yeah, we can meet up at your house when you really know you wanted to do something else. So they that was a test. And then you failed. So it's it can show up different ways.
SPEAKER_05So essentially, when a person is acting out of their unresolved, unhealed, unaware trauma, then a predator would notice that exactly. Even subconsciously. Yeah, exactly. Subconsciously. I mean, most of the things.
SPEAKER_01And what I've noticed with uh the inner child is that because sometimes people think of it just where like the female has daddy issues, but sometimes it could be the mother have have taught uh you don't speak up for yourself. Um, you know, you you need to be quiet or you should be seen and not heard, or anytime they tried to stand up for themselves, they was ridiculed and belittled. So they're carrying that into adulthood. And so all of that unresolved trauma is so it's almost like you're you may be 25, but you're really eight. You may be 35, but you're you know, you're really a uh damaged teenager where you were traumatized.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. Say that one more time, Karma. You still kind of operate at the age where you were traumatized. A lot of the maturation process kind of got stunned, that growth there. You look like a woman, and like you know, but in many different areas where we still have undigested trauma, we operate as an inner wounded child. And that child takes over the steering wheel, you know, like thirsty, you know what I mean? All those different types, no boundaries, no boundaries. Um can't say anything, no, yeah, yeah, accepting anything, anything goes, like not uh being able to assert yeah, being a doormat and not laying down rules to say this is who I am and this is what I'm doing. This is no non-negotiables whatsoever on the table. I'm just going along with the go-along, and people can, and I I can truly be honest, the reason I can spit all of that out so easily is because I was once in those walked that walk, and that's but also I do want to just to anybody that will uh watch this, that also makes you a candidate to overcome that, you know. So because out of the out of the mud comes forth the lotus. So those womb traumas are actually set up for us to be able to overcome and be even stronger. We we come through to like break those curses. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_05Without the test, there's no testimony. So yeah, it's on you. Oh, you cutting? Wait a minute. You cut it in. Wait a minute. Wait, right now, don't you? I'm a pleasure partner. We all part we're all winners.
SPEAKER_00So what it sounds like we're all winners.
SPEAKER_05What it sounds like to me is many, many, many, many women may be walking around unaware that they are carrying trauma in their body, in particular their womb. So they're carrying around this old trauma, and then because of that trauma, it makes them more susceptible to people that would further traumatize them.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely, because we it's called recycle womb trauma. So these recycled experiences come to give you the opportunity to deal with it differently. And um, shout out to Queen of Fool, because I am a um I'm certified as a womb breast and uh practitioner with her. But global. In the training, it just reminded me um that she said uh you don't have to look for the the statistics of womb issues are staggering. She said, You don't even have I'm a I'm a uh you don't have to look for uh any clients for the womb because she's sitting next to you, beloved, you know, because like one out of or like two out of three women um are dealing with some form of womb issue. So, you know, it's everywhere.
SPEAKER_05So we talked about physical manifestations of womb trauma, right? We talked about the fibroids and the endometriosis and the PCOS and the miscarriages. I want to talk, touch briefly on non-physical aspects because oftentimes women feel like, oh, my cycle is regular, you know, I don't have any physical issues, you know, I'm good. I'm good, right? Just you know, strutting along, thinking everything is hunky dory. And I really want to touch on what are some other manifestations that your womb may very well be blocked. Like, what would a woman notice in her life if she's carrying around unresolved womb trauma?
SPEAKER_01She's gonna be depressed, she's not gonna have no passion, no creativity. Uh, she's gonna feel like every time she tries to launch something new, it just crashes and burns. And she's not gonna know why. It's called the birthing blue.
SPEAKER_05The birthing blue.
SPEAKER_00Say more about that. That's in Queen of Fools' book as well, um, Overcome the Angry Vagina.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And uh the tagline is uh if your vagina could speak, what would what would she say? Yeah. And uh so there's a lot of different birthing blues. So we also we perpetuated with the self-talk. Uh I don't have enough money to do that, uh, I don't have time to go back to school. So we kind of like self-sabotage what it is that we know that we're called to do. And many times too, she kind of um equated it to like actually giving a physical birth when it comes to birthing a vision. Sometimes you can abort it. Um, like the vision can get aborted, or it can become preclampsia, like you deal with different like womb issues of giving birth when it comes to birthing like your vision. So um let me just bring it back. Basically, like an aborting, you start a business, or you know, you start and and then it dies because of your lack of self-worth or womb worth to be able to make that happen. And it ends up like she said, it ends up crashing and burning because your your womb, your womb worth is not meeting the vision.
SPEAKER_01And I feel like um ways to start turning around. The first thing connect with your womb. Yes, put your hands on your womb and talk to her. Like literally, my life beauty. Yeah, give her a name, talk to her, she will be so shocked. And start saying positive womb affirmations, you know, and not just your womb, your vagina as well, you know, because these are two different parts. Your womb is up here, and your vagina canal is down here, but talking to both of them, bridging that gap.
SPEAKER_02So just go home and lay down and just there. You go.
SPEAKER_01This is the perfect manifestation of the the womb, the fallopian tubes, yes, and the vaginal canal. Hello, and what is that called?
SPEAKER_05What is that symbol?
SPEAKER_01This is called the unk, which is the ancient Egyptian symbol for life.
SPEAKER_05Yes, and aka the key of life, the key of life.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we're walking around with it, everyone. That's it. With the key of life.
SPEAKER_05If you are a divine feminine energy, you are what the physical embodiment of the key of life. So that is something to celebrate in and of itself, right? So if a woman is feeling disconnected, if she's in a place where she's noticing these symptoms, she's having a hard time birthing her ideas, she's feeling drained, she's feeling depressed, she's noticing she has female uh hormonal issues, womb issues. Um I'm saying that there is such a resurgence or an upsurgence in like ovarian cancers and all kinds of womb issues. So if she's noticing that these things are popping up in her life and she feels totally disconnected from her womb space, one suggestion that you can make to her is to get familiar with her womb.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, reconnect with her womb first. The second thing I would r uh recommend is uh herbs that support the reproductive system. I so I don't like taking pills, but I love uh liquid tinctures. So things like uh maca, chase tree berry, uh just different herbs that you can put in the water and drink to help support the womb health.
SPEAKER_05And tell me really fast, give me give me about, give me a couple few herbs that you we can recommend rapidly.
SPEAKER_01I I love uh red raspberry leaf. I love, like I mentioned, maca root. Dandelion. Yeah, dandelion is a good one too. Um, and you can go online and buy the liquid textures either online or um on like at the health food store. And uh also you can do um vaginal steams. You can do that at home too. Absolutely. Uh a yoni is a Sanskrit word for vagina. And um, those are just the affirmations, the liquid textures, and the yoni steams, those three, that's like a trifecta that will do amazing transformation for your life.
SPEAKER_05So the yoni steam is a way to get the herbs kind of the essence of the herbs into the yoni directly without having to necessarily ingest the herbs.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so it's a twofold purpose. So energetically, it's gonna remove those energetic blockages, and then on a physical level, those herbs actually support womb health. Okay. So you'll get a physical and a spiritual benefit from doing a yoni Steve. Okay, perfect.
SPEAKER_05So let me just say this as a disclaimer: none of this is intended to be medical advice. You want to consult your medical health care professionals. However, everybody up here done studied a couple things. So I just want to throw out some ideas, do your own research, seek your, you know, your own counsel when it comes to your medical health. But the suggestions my sister just gave, sis, I know you do the herbs. What are some other good herbs that you can recommend?
SPEAKER_00Donquois, yeah. Um, also uh shepherd's purse, okay, stinging nettle. Um, and it's a lot of them. And I also too, um, I wanted to share that actually I overcame very heavy um uh cycle issues from the herbs. And so like I just want to add what to on to what Onika said about that. I think that was like the number one for me. And so get those herbs going because we're gonna go from the Armencest on into menopause. And if you get a good relationship with herbs now, it's it's gonna help everything, not even because also another um um thing with womb trauma is um really bad menstrual cycles. So if you're dealing with those heavy cramps and clots and all these different issues, nine times out of ten, that is related to womb trauma. Yeah, and those herbs that help clean that up.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I was gonna say the herbs help to balance the hormones within the body too. Yes. And so everything works synergistically together because the chakras, which are aligned with our endocrine system, and then like the pituitary gland, which is one of the major glands um in the body, it's uh it's one of the master hormones that regulate like our lutil phase and the different phases that we go through. And I was even gonna point out, too, whenever you hear uh maiden mother crone, the triple goddess, that's actually the three stages that we go through um in life as women. So the maiden stage. Let me back this up for the viewers that don't know what we're talking about.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, maiden, because I was like, wait, I had took my brain a second to wrap my head around what you just said. Maiden, mother, mother, and crone. Okay, so pause. Pause, yeah. I know people in here googling right now. But this is the stages of life for uh the life cycle of a woman, essentially. Maiden, mother, and crone. This is a woman's life cycle. So tell me about this maiden mother.
SPEAKER_01The maiden, when we're when we're maidens, that's uh before you know we get our cycle. Mother is when we get our cycle, and crone is like menopause. So what they what studies have found, um, in our maiden phase, we produce the highest levels of estriol, and then in our mother phase, we produce the highest levels of estradiol, and then in our crone stage, we produce the highest levels of estrone. And all of these are three different estrogens that we produce in our body, and that's actually where the maiden mother crone came from.
SPEAKER_05So it's sometimes we need to manage our estrogen then, too. So absolutely out of balance. So I'm hearing so much right now, I'm just trying to keep it off screen for the listeners because it's a lot. Okay, so what I feel like I'm hearing is that first of all, we need to be spiritually discerning about who we allow into our worm space.
SPEAKER_04Number one.
SPEAKER_05Number two, we also need to be aware that any past and previous or even current trauma we may in fact be carrying in our womb space. Right? Still to this day, even if it happened when we was, you know, forever ago. They need a womb clearing. They need right, so we need to do some clearing, we need to do some detox, essentially, right? And then it sounds like what I'm hearing is we need to do fortification with the herbs, yes, what getting to know our womb. I think that's a good thing. Forgive yourself. But let me go to that prompt that Queen Mother Afua presented. If she has a book, Queen Afuwa has a book called Overcoming an Angry Vagina, which is amazing. As I mean, Queen Mother is just amazing, everything she puts out. But the question of the book is if your vagina could talk, what would it say? Right. So I think that's a really important prompt for women everywhere to ask themselves because we don't really spend like we we don't spend intimate time with our vagina outside of a sexual manner. Let's talk about that.
SPEAKER_02I don't know. Let's talk about that. Let's talk about that. What is the reason behind that? Because it seems, right, that it's a taboo thing for that to be a conversation, an open conversation. And what do you think the reason is behind that?
SPEAKER_01Patriarchy, a little bit a lot, and actually she does talk, we're just not listening. So when we lay with someone, why don't we listen? See, because we're we're looking for English, but that's not how she speaks, she doesn't speak English. When you lay with someone, and then now all of a sudden you have an odor that you don't normally have, or you're popping up with a UTI, that's her talking. She's saying, no, this is not the one. And we're we're so in love. Oh no, we're not, we're like, shut up. Um yeah, she's like, he's not the one, and we're just like, no, no, no, be quiet. I'm not listening to you. So us disconnecting from our womb, disconnecting from ourselves. We're so used to disassociating as women because we're always taught, be strong, be strong. So we're not in ourselves, in our feminine. Oh, so you know, oh yeah, it's your go. That's okay.
SPEAKER_05No, you're right. But you're right. So Queen of Fua often refers to the womb as your throne, your seat, right? So, as power, your powerhouse, your center. And so, as powerful goddesses that we all are, if you were look, let me just interrupt really fast because I was watching, I think it was a Netflix series. I cannot remember the name of it. I will try to put the name in the show notes or something. But there was a man walking around interviewing people, asking, What is your definition of a woman? And my response was simple if you were born with a womb, you are a womb man, right? And so I feel like as powerful goddesses that we are maintaining that center, that seat, that throne, that womb space is of critical and massive importance because everything else exudes from that center, and that is a revolutionary.
SPEAKER_02But let me speak to this, you know, but let me speak to this because we talked a lot about trauma and how the womb is affected and what it does to our creativity and what it does to our voice, and it puts us in depression and all those things. There's a reason why there's a mass spread of the problems that we are speaking about throughout the the with the feminine collective, yeah. There is an energy and an entity that is attacking that power to keep it small, to suppress it, because if we are fully aware and fully healthy and sitting on the throne mentally, spiritually, and emotionally of the goddess, then we change the entire frequency of this planet, and something different altogether is gonna happen.
SPEAKER_03So, this is not by accident.
SPEAKER_02This is why I wanted to talk about why aren't we able to have the conversation? Why don't we listen? And we don't listen because very early we are programmed and groomed to have shame about her. Exactly. Close your legs, you know, sit like this, don't do that, don't do this, right? Because you're a girl. So it doesn't, we're not empowered from from from young. And we know that the programming happens in the first seven years of life because the brain is in theta and alpha waves, which is identical to hypnosis and meditation. So we are being downloaded from birth with the foundation of our operating system. So if we're downloaded early with an operating system that says this is not to be talked about, this is not to be powerful, keep be ashamed of this. And this is where our power is. This is where the problem is.
SPEAKER_05So it's a shame center instead of a power center.
SPEAKER_02They try to make it a shame center. And the reason why they put this kind of over-sexualized stuff in videos is to keep it small as well, to reduce it.
SPEAKER_00I want to say that the good thing is um we're aware now on a collective, you know, on a kind consciousness, womb consciousness. The collective womb consciousness is really woke. So from here now, that this dialogue is being even filmed, um, the next generations, because I do healing circles. So some of my nieces, they started at like, oh well, my youngest niece was in the womb at one of my healing circles. So, you know, moving on from generations, like we we we're killing that and healing that. Yeah, we're healing that.
SPEAKER_02So we're doing better, but you know, there's still some uh what's the girl?
SPEAKER_00There's a ways to go, but you know, we have uh we're sexy reds. There's still some sexy reds out there. We have to put speaking about it, you know.
SPEAKER_05We're definitely gonna talk to this. So, because I think what you said is so important. There's been so much programming, and for generations, I mean, really, since the beginning of time, to be honest with you. I mean, even the story of creation itself, biblically, Christian-wise, the woman is essentially demonized. The woman and the snake are demonized in the same story, and the snake is also a powerful healing symbol, but that's a whole nother show. Yeah, that's another topic. But in any event, so how can we reprogram, right? Because yes, we need to reach back for the younger generation and reprogram them from young girls. Yes. But as grown goddesses, how can we begin as this feminine energy is rising, as it's becoming more balanced, as we're becoming more um uh prominent, if you will, if our womb power is becoming more prominent, how can we tune into our womb space and make sure that we're maintaining its health and wholeness, both physically and energetically? So I feel like that's the real question. And these are two experts right here. So, what do you what would you if you had a client in front of you right now who was like, sis, my womb is it's been going through it. It's been taken through there. Like, how how let them take you through that, take you through that?
SPEAKER_01Well, what are we doing for the sister?
SPEAKER_03How are we gonna have to?
SPEAKER_01So an another really good thing um that I would recommend is womb massage too.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Uh, where they could take castor oil, put it on their hands, and just actually start massaging their womb. Okay. The ovaries, the womb space, just right in that area. It's so many times that we we're not literally touching ourselves. They even have us feeling like that's bad. Just literally reconnecting. It's really that simple.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01It's it's it's not that hard. Intentional. You know, just really getting in there and I love you womb. And just really connecting. Right. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_02Or do I have this thing? What I did when I didn't know better. Exactly.
SPEAKER_05The thought just hit me. Doing whole ponopono with your womb space.
SPEAKER_01I'm sorry I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_05That's it. So if for the listeners who are unfamiliar with whole pono pono, it is a Hawaiian healing practice. Very, very simple. You can look in the mirror and do it. It doesn't have to be another person. And in this context, we're talking about focusing on your womb space and telling your womb, first of all, get real still, get real quiet, cut out all the noise, go into your closet, your bedroom, your healing space, your Zen den. And spend some time with your womb, right? So we're gonna get real quiet and connect with our womb and say the words, sis. You just had it.
SPEAKER_00Or who wanna say the whole pond upon? I'm sorry. Um I love you. I love you.
SPEAKER_02Please forgive me.
SPEAKER_00Please forgive me. Thank you. I'm sorry. And with the intention too, not just saying that, you know, say it with your breath. Let me tell you something.
SPEAKER_05I'm from the school of Yama Van Zan. We don't do anything without a prayer and an intention. So we're gonna set do our prayers and our intentions before we do any healing work. Absolutely. And then we're gonna connect with our womb space and our quiet zen den, whatever that means for you, wherever that may be, and say to your womb, I love you.
SPEAKER_02First, you say, I'm sorry. I love you. Please forgive me. And thank you. Thank you for forgiving me. Sorry because I didn't know. I I truly do love you. I wouldn't have hurt you if I had known better.
SPEAKER_05Or allowed you to be hurt.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, allowed you to be hurt had I known better. It's not your fault. So yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. And you can repeat that as many times as you need to until you feel whatever release and relief you need to feel. Whatever you might cry, you might break out in a praise dance, whatever happens, just allow it to happen without judgment. But I think that that could be a powerful practice. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And um forgiving yourself. So with a lot of my womb clients, um, even babies that they have lost, whether they release them intentionally or unintentionally, I've had clients where they've never even forgiven themselves for that. And so that was another thing that could cause a womb ailment because you could have an angry spirit baby attached to your womb. So then now we have to elevate the angry spirit baby into the light and cross them over, but you have to be able to release that spirit baby to let it go into the light so we can let new life come through the womb.
SPEAKER_05And along with the releasing of the spirit baby, a lot of shame, releasing a lot of shame when it comes to that. I know so many sisters that have been in the unfortunate position of feeling like they had to have an abortion and they have not dealt with that trauma. They've kind of just put it out of sight, out of mind, or that you know, they like I had to do what I had to do.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and so yeah, releasing the energy of the spirit baby and the shame that can come along with because I've had clients that like told me that for the first time, like anybody that they had like an abortion, and um, you know, they have been carrying that, but in in the midst of the work, the stuff that's bothering you will start to kind of come up. Right so being truthful and honest and releasing that.
SPEAKER_02I have one of those the the frequency of shame. Um, okay, because David Hawkins has a scale of consciousness, and on the scale of consciousness, there's everything on there from love to courage to fear to anger to um despondence. Um and at the highest of that scale, which is the highest frequency that a human body can hold, is enlightenment. So that's Buddha, that's Jesus. And so the lowest frequency that a human body can hold is guilt and shame. Guilt is here, shame is at the very, very bottom. It is the absolute worst we can feel. We will literally do anything to get out of the frequency and the feeling of shame. And this is why manipulation is used, is done so well with shame. Shame on you. Because if I can get you to feel, if I can get you to feel that low, you'll start to do what I want you to do. And so we have to be aware that I feel ashamed. Because I think sometimes we don't even admit it, we just bottle it and suppress it. But when you realize I feel guilty and I feel ashamed, learn to immediately find a way to raise the frequency and vibration. Even if it's that I'm sad, sadness is higher than shame and guilt. And we can build from there.
SPEAKER_05And let me just touch on something too is ancestral wisdom and also because I feel like shame and guilt have been tools of the manipulators, the controllers, the colonizers, the you know, all of those, you know, from previous generations. And trauma lives in the body and is handed down in the deep. Absolutely actually.
SPEAKER_02We were in our grandmothers. We were in our grandmothers by way of our mothers. Exactly.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, exactly. And and exactly, we were in every woman came through the woman before that, right? And so we have access to ancestral womb wisdom, yes, but we also subconsciously unaware caring the womb womb is not even all yours.
SPEAKER_00That took a load off of me as well. That I couldn't overcome and all that, like, and like constantly like judging myself for not being able to. I realize all of this is not even mine. This is generations of stuff we healing.
SPEAKER_02And look at the powerhouse that broke it though.
SPEAKER_05Thank you. And so that is why it's so important for us to heal now, so we can heal for our our mothers, our grandmothers, our great-grandmothers, our eight times removed great-grandmothers. So going forward. And going forward and our great-grandchildren. Exactly. You know, the Native American cultures, many of them believe that we plan for seven generations. They call it seventh generation. There's a brand called Seventh Generation.
SPEAKER_02And it cleans well. Okay.
SPEAKER_05Okay. So we're planning for seven generations ahead. That means we have to heal right here, right now, at such a good time. Right now. And so because we have two spiritual powerhouses on the show, I want you to touch briefly on clients that may want to come to you, clients that may need because let me tell y'all something. My sister is a uh kitchen wizard as well. Kitchen sorcery as well. So with the herbs and the spiritual cleansing, but she also does the wound foods, electric wound foods that really heal and restore as well. So just touch on briefly the services that you can provide to clients that need the wound healing.
SPEAKER_00Oh well, I do um I do a 28-day um wound detox. Okay. Um, I also do um like help women just with it. I do chakra work and chakra alignment. Um, I also do meditation work. It's kind of like I'm an intuitive healer, like you spoke about. So there's not one like specific program that I'm gonna put on a person because everybody's needs are different. So, but yeah, um womb yoga. I also do womb yoga. Um I'm certified in womb yoga dance, which is um movement, is something that's gonna help break up um a lot of that trauma because stagnation, stagnation in the womb and in the body as well. So um just a myriad of things. Um I'm also in transition right now, but um this is kind of awakening my womb, my womb journey and my womb offerings this tonight. Um so yeah, I mean, I'm open to it, but um, I'm going through a womb uh womb trauma recycling as we speak. I'm a full care, a full-time caregiver for my mother. So I'm also in this moment, I'm facing the womb from which I came, the cradle of like me coming into this world. And even when I cleanse, listen, when I shower and bathe my mother, and I'm like touching her womb, it's some of the most celestial like experience that I've ever even experienced in my life. So yeah, I'm putting myself, um, I'm making myself available, but you know, I'm kind of like um, well, your womb too is gonna help you to come off of like work, it'll lead you to where the work needs to be. So kind of like my womb work is in in my household right now. But if you if you feel led to do work with me, because I'm I'm I'm receiving like private clients. I'm not like in an open space, like come one, come all. But if you feel led to work with me, come on in the womb. She says too, and she's a dope character. I'm telling you, she she got the most thing. I do have an acronym that the most high gave me years ago for womb, welcoming our mother's blessings. So, you know, being aware of your womb is really healing that because we talk about those womb curses and traumas, but the womb is blessed as well. So, welcoming our mother's blessings that's that's being well in your womb.
SPEAKER_05Welcoming our mother's blessings. Boom, yeah. Boom, baby. This is awesome. This is wonderful. My sis, shaman priestess, onika. What type of services? Because I've gotten energy work done from you, and let me tell you something, girl. I slept so good. I had so much peace. I was like, I don't even want to talk to nobody for the next couple of days. So my sister done got me straight right here. So tell me about what services you can offer.
SPEAKER_01So, yeah, so right now um I am doing uh like sister circles. Uh, I've been also doing retreats. Um, one-on-one, I do more virtual now than in person. My my sessions typically last three to four hours. And so, um, and that's just the energy healing work. Um, I use a combination of my energy healing system along with sound healing, which includes tuning forks, but also gongs, um, singing bowls, uh, just a full array of different uh musical instruments, drum drums, of course, is my number one go-to.
SPEAKER_05And one of my favorite things you use is that copper pyramid. You have that huge huge that thing. I was I was like, wow, we're gonna do some real work in here. How does that work?
SPEAKER_01Oh, yes, I mean I can't. My hat fell, but it's quite alright. Yes, thank you.
SPEAKER_05We still cute, we still cue with or without.
SPEAKER_01Oh, wait, hold on, you're the little faces. So I'm gonna let me make sure I can stand up. Yes, okay, there you go. Go ahead and do a quick demonstration. I'm gonna have you come right here. So this is a tuning fork, and how I'm gonna use it on her. So she has an electromagnetic field, and it's about let me see your arm. It's an arm span in front of her. It goes over her head and it goes out from her. So the tuning fork is gonna cleanse her electromagnetic magnetic field. I'm gonna focus on her womb area. Take a deep breath in.
SPEAKER_02Blow it out.
SPEAKER_01Take another deep breath in, filling your belly up with air. This time, I want you to visualize an orange vortex of energy spinning clockwise right below your navel. And as you exhale, I just want you to visualize that vortex of energy getting bigger and bigger and bigger. Relax your shoulders and your neck. Take a deep breath in. Visualizing your wound. All the light. Vortex of energy. Getting lighter, getting lighter. Anything that you're carrying in your wound that's not in alignment with your highest and greatest good, let it out as you exhale.
SPEAKER_02I'm booking. I'm booking. I'm booking.
SPEAKER_04I need that. I need you in my life.
SPEAKER_05So I just have two quick questions. You said she has an electromagnetic field that extends all basically all around her in a bubble. Is it just her?
SPEAKER_01No, so it's everyone. Everybody's also called the Taurus field. Oh pretend like just visualize an apple that you ate. Yes. And you know that shape that it makes? Yes. That's exactly how that electromagnetic field runs. That energy is running all the time. If I buy the apple on both sides, if the field is up, then it's kind of that is exactly how it looks.
SPEAKER_05Okay, so now I've heard it called the aura. Is that the same thing?
SPEAKER_01No, so the aura is different. That's another field. We have many fields.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, we we have a full matrix. We we we have like a full body system, a matrix, an electromagnetic field, an auric field. So the auric field deals more with colors. But in your electromagnetic field, other things that bog it down is like radiation, Bluetooth, EMF, 5G, all of them. I've been in nature.
SPEAKER_05Right. Right down to it. So everybody has this electromagnetic field that can be cleared energetically. Yes. And the other question I had was you asked her to imagine an orange color. Why did you ask her to imagine visualize an orange color?
SPEAKER_01So the orange, the actual the sacral chakra, that is the color of a healthy sacral chakra. Sometimes when I tell my clients to do that, they can't. And they're like, I see black. And I'm like, oh wow. So it a healthy sacral chakra should be a bright orange color and energy, the proper flow is clockwise.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_01So that's why I tell them to visualize that flow of energy going clockwise.
SPEAKER_03Gotcha.
SPEAKER_01Because if it goes counterclockwise, it's backing up and it's blocking. So you always want to visualize it open, it's light, and the energy is flowing clockwise within your body. Gotcha.
SPEAKER_05Okay. So orange. Can I just pronounce the because I call it the sacral, and you call it the sacral. So tomato tomato. I just want the listeners to that. That's the bone out in either way.
SPEAKER_01So the the sacral is the bone, the tailbone in the body. Yes. The sacral is the energy center. Ah, okay. So it actually sits um like in front of the um the bladder.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_01Because you have your small intestine. So if you touch your belly button, behind your belly button, you have about 22 feet of colon. That's your small intestines. But then right under that is the uterus, but then right in front of your uterus is your bladder. But this area is where the sacral chakra is because it's above your pubic bone, but below your belly button. So it's right there. That's that energy. So in your room space.
SPEAKER_05Your sacral chakra is right in space. It's also known as the womb space. Sacral, sacral tomato tomato. Y'all know what we're talking about. Well, I think that this was a phenomenal, phenomenal conversation. What you think?
SPEAKER_02I loved it. I learned a lot. I'm going home, get my castor oil, and talk to my baby.
SPEAKER_01And oh, let me let me tell you, too, if you if you do, because some people do the full stomach, and that's okay, but always go this direction because you want to keep the flow of energy going the proper way.
SPEAKER_02Because if you go back, the right across and down the left. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Okay. And when and when you do that, if you include the rest of the organs, this is actually the large intestines, which is the ascending colon, the transverse, and the descending. And all all of this is um that center mass, and it's right under the womb. So you have the large, the small intestines, the womb, and then the bladder.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_01So when you massage your womb and then you come up here, I'm just I just want to make sure don't go the opposite way. Gotcha.
SPEAKER_02Perfect. Okay. I will send her some love. You know that anatomy. This orange was no accident. This was no accident today. Yes. I didn't plan that, but this looks orange. It's good. It does.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Is it just me? It's supposed to be orange. Okay. It's orange today. It's orange. It's orange. Okay. Well, it's orange out. Everything is in alignment. Give thanks to the goddesses for coming through. I feel thankful. Shaman Priestess Onika, Karma Soul Doctor. Of course, my gorgeous and intuitively enhanced. Christian Nicole.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, Misty. Thank you.
SPEAKER_05Thank you all for showing up and showing out as you always do. And this has been the Wombonless episode of Spades and Spirits. I have no earthly idea who won the game of spades. Oh my god. Karma got a whole line of books over here. So we don't have to play off camera because I'm another remote myself. That's all I do.
SPEAKER_01It came back to me.
