Green. Mics. Alright. Some behind-the-scenes footage. Right. And we're off. Off to the races. I need a hat. Have you ever felt like you were carrying things nobody else could see? The trauma, the anxiety, the questions, the guilt, the exhaustion of trying to hold everything together while still showing up for everyone else. Because, same. I'm Kate, and alongside my co-host Kelly, this is Carpool Confessions. This podcast was born during long-hour drives and honest conversations about faith, motherhood, mental health, trauma, healing, and whatever actually looks like to survive hard things while still trying to follow God. This isn't about pretending to have it all figured out. It's about being real. Every week, Kelly and I have raw conversations about childhood trauma, burnout, relationships, identity, church hurt, anxiety, purpose, and the messy process of healing. Some episodes are gonna make you laugh, some will probably make you cry, and some might hit a little too close to home. But our hope in this is that through every conversation, you leave feeling a little less alone. Because healing starts when honesty does. So whether you're on the commute, cleaning your house, hiding in your car for a moment of peace, or just trying to make sense of your own story, you're welcome here. New episodes drop every Monday at 7 a.m. on YouTube and all major streaming platforms. This is Carpool Confessions of the Chronically Aware. Real stories, real struggles, real hope.
