This week on 3 Wise Ducks, we welcome wellness coach, Pilates instructor and founder of Bend It with Bendle, Janette Bendle.
Janette has spent more than 25 years helping people improve their strength, mobility and wellbeing, but her own life took an unexpected turn when she suffered a heart attack at the age of 50. In this honest and inspiring conversation, she shares how that experience changed her perspective and why she made a promise to herself to start saying yes to opportunities that once might have scared her.
Of course, we couldn't let Janette leave without talking about her time on The Golden Bachelor. She takes us behind the scenes, shares what the experience was really like, what surprised her most and what she learned about herself along the way.
This episode is full of laughter, honest reflections and a reminder that it's never too late to embrace new adventures, back yourself and make the most of every opportunity life throws your way.

Are we really about to say this out loud? We probably shouldn't. That's never stopped us before. Fair point.
SPEAKER_05Let's get into it, shall we?
SPEAKER_02Hello, our lovely listener. Welcome to the Three Wise Ducks podcast where we call it how we see it, talk about the stuff that matters to us the most, and of course, we're laughing our heads off along the way. And as always, I am sitting here with two beautiful, beautiful women, uh lovely Neilu. And of course, our wellness group guru. Sorry, Jan. Jan! Thank you. And my name is Joy, and I'm just oh let's just here we go. Give myself a little different one. Alright, so we have a very, very special guest today, ladies, and um we we're actually very, very excited for our special guest, and we can't wait to bring her to you. But first, we've got to do what we always do is our wonderful duck moment of the week, and today it is Jan's duck moment of the week.
SPEAKER_01So, Jan, take it away. All right, thank you, Joy. So, as the listeners out there know that our one and only listener, Jan, there might be a few more than that now. Thank you, Joy. There might be a few of them listening by the week. They've checked out already. So my duck moment of the week. As you know, I don't really enjoy cooking because I have an amazing husband that cooks for me. But I've got this creative urge this week, and I don't know where it's come from or why it's come, or I've been cooking. So today, before that we started recording, I made scones. Never made a scon in my life. I won't tell you how old I am, but mid-60s. Um that um but um we have tested them and we have survived. Yeah, they are fabulous. They're amazing. So that's like that is huge for me. And my husband came into the kitchen and I made a lemon cake for someone where I'm going later on today. And my husband said, Who are you? I thought I don't know. And I sent it to our children, our adult children, they're all like, What though? You didn't burn them, you know, all of that, because there's there's long lots of stories about burnt cakes getting thrown out the back door. This is true, true. Burnt cakes, birthday cakes out quick shame, get got a safe while he's get a chocolate cake for me. This is true. Anyway, so I have cooked today. Amazing. I did leave the dishes for my husband, but and those guns were so good. They were great. I'm actually really proud of myself.
SPEAKER_02We expect them every time we report our podcast. She's a pro now, don't we? She's a pro. She is a pro. So that was your duck moment. Jan cooking. Jan. Jan.
SPEAKER_01Not Jan.
SPEAKER_02Jan's duck moment of the week. I love it, Jen. Absolutely fabulous. Wonderful. Neilou, would you like to introduce, because we just can't wait to get into it, really, Jen. We made her hurry for that.
SPEAKER_04Go for it. We've had our sup we've somehow managed to convince the fabulous Jeanette Bendle to spend some time with us three ducks, and we're so grateful she said yes. Jeanette is a wellness expert who has dedicated her career to helping people live healthier, happier lives. You may also remember her from her time on The Golden Bachelor, where her warmth, authenticity, and positive outlook won over viewers across Australia. Jeanette, us three ducks are so excited to hear more about your journey, learn a thing or two, and see if you can help us undo years of questionable life choices. Jeanette, welcome to Three Wise Ducks.
SPEAKER_00Thank you for having me, and I can't wait to try one of these songs.
SPEAKER_01Oh, is there one left? There's plenty of it. Hello, Jeanette. Um, thank you for being with us today. Thank you. So, Jeanette, your business spend it with Bendel has inspired so many people to stay active and embrace healthy ageing. How did it all begin? And what was your vision when you first created it?
SPEAKER_00I started in the Pilates industry 27 years ago, and I have had a few transitions over the years. I went from classical Pilates into athletic Pilates, and then as I started aging, I started to change the way I taught my classes to accommodate women who were aging along with me, which a lot of my customers started with me back in 1999 and they're still with me, which is lovely. Um, and then last year I renamed, so I decided to remarket my business to bend it with Bendel because I felt that was the way my direction was going with people, keeping them moving freely, keeping them strong, um, focusing on core stability, focusing on balance, and focusing on movements that we do every day. So as I've aged, my uh exercise system has come along with me. So I keep evolving and I'm sure that will continue to evolve.
SPEAKER_02Beautiful.
SPEAKER_04Your philosophy is about helping people build the things that matter most as we age. What does that mean to you, Jeanette?
SPEAKER_00Um, being able to do what you want to in life. So um I like to help women gain confidence to keep doing uh the things they want to do, whether that's gardening, um playing with the grandkids, getting up and down off the floor, um, and saying yes to things that they thought they wouldn't say yes to. So um it's about confidence and and just believing in yourself. I think as women, we can tend to feel small and feel a lot of our good experiences are behind us, and that's not true.
SPEAKER_01It's really about embracing life, isn't it?
SPEAKER_00Keeping strong and fit, yeah, yeah. And and knowing you have the strength mentally and physically to say yes to life.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I love it. I love it. Um, I'm just gonna tell our beautiful listener here that um, because we do still only have the one Jan, I'm pretty sure, is that Neilu and Jan are sharing a microphone. Jan's um got her hand around the microphone to say it's mine. There's a hierarchy thing happening here. And at the end of the podcast, Janet, you and I are gonna be witness to this. We're gonna see who wins. I'm not gonna do it.
SPEAKER_00I'm looking at Jan from centre. It's gonna be on needless, it's gonna be on needless chair before by the time we finish.
SPEAKER_02Jan's very protective of his face. It's actually quite entertaining to watch. Sorry, Jeanette. That's right. I mean, we've got these wonderful questions, we can't wait to hear more about it. It's it's your philosophy is extraordinary, and I I what I'm hearing is that this is something that has evolved in you over time, without a question. And and I I think it's just instinctive for you now, it's just second nature. It's it's just extraordinary. So, can I ask you what changes have you noticed in the way that people think about health as we age? Um, you know, from the very first beginning when you first started teaching.
SPEAKER_00Oh, um, well, I there's been such a change for me. When I started teaching, I was all about being strong, and it was the harder the better, and you know, I it was intense. Yeah. Where now um it's about what feels right for your body. Yeah, you know, and I think every day you listen to the body, your body. Some days you might get up and think, I don't run a marathon, but some people might think, I feel like I could run a marathon today. Yeah, and then the next day you might think I feel like touching my toes ten times, and that's gonna feel good. You've got to listen to your body and trust what it's telling you.
SPEAKER_02Yes, and I think that comes with maturity, it comes with maturity and age. Yeah, without a without a question. I love that. So, did you start with you know the Olivia Newton John and the little pink and the little tight things in there? Was that sort of you know, did you just come on, be honest, you know.
SPEAKER_00Did you really start with I I I have to admit I I did love, I did for a moment aerobic teaching. For a moment, yeah, for a moment.
SPEAKER_01Um I was I think I came to one of those classes. Did you?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. James just hold the microphone. I was actually before I felt like a lifetime ago before I became uh Pilates instructor, I was in IT. Oh really? Yes, I did a complete change of career. Um, and when I was doing IT, for my down, I was always been into my fitness. My downtime was taking aerobics classes. Oh yeah, right. Um, but yeah, yeah. I'm a perfectionist too, so I I didn't feel I could perfect my two jobs, so I gave up the aerobic teaching and then revisited fitness.
SPEAKER_02Can I ask just an impromptu question? Being that perfectionist that you are, does it has that changed over the years? Because is it stronger? Is it more structured? How does that what does that look like for you?
SPEAKER_00I it's more relaxed. Okay. Um, where I you know, I think as young people we put such high expectations on ourselves. I still like to set a bar for myself, but I'm okay if I don't reach it. You know, you still always have to have that goal in mind. You've got to have something that you're you're aiming for, you know, otherwise you just kind of meander through life. But it's okay if it doesn't happen on Wednesday as I planned, it might happen on Friday. Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_02And you're full-time teaching. Sorry girls, I'm hogging the microphone here. I love these questions.
SPEAKER_00Yes, I don't do 40 hours, but that it is my full-time job.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, perfect.
SPEAKER_00Um so I work five days a week.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, wow, how wonderful. And the people you meet, again, hogging the this is gonna come. Can you get your question in a minute? Just a second. I'm getting sign language now, people. It's a little bit like Neilu's last podcast sign language that she taught her her five-year-old. Um, I don't even know what I my question. Go for my turn, Joy.
SPEAKER_01Okay. All right. So, Jeanette. What what made you say yes to the Golden Bachelor experience? Because I watched it. And can you share a bit with our listener about your experience? Yes.
SPEAKER_00Um, I'm gonna take you back a little bit. When I was 50, I had a heart attack. Yeah, um, of course I survived. Thank goodness. Um, and you know, I it wasn't life-threatening, but what it did was remind me that we're here for a short time and just to to you've got to live life. So, right then I thought I'm saying yes to life. So I now say yes to experiences, and I do love to push myself out my comfort zone occasionally because I think that's where growth is, that's where we grow individually. When the the opportunity didn't come up to me, it's not something I would have gone looking for. I would never have imagined in a million years that I would have been on a reality show. But my girlfriend, if you watch the show, you would remember Leanne, my psychic friend. Yes, yes. So she's rung me up one day and said, I've put your name down for this. And she said, I've put an application in for you to go on the Golden Bachelor. And I said, What? And then I thought, Why not? Why not? So I continued on with the process, and with each level, you know, they'd contact me and say, You've gone through to the next level. I'm thinking, What? What? And yeah, and as it got closer, and then I knew I was on the show, and even right up until the very I'm thinking, Am I doing, should I do it? Yeah, shouldn't I do it? And then I got this moment of what if they make me the villa the villain on the show? And I rang up someone who was involved in TV and I said, I'm really concerned that they might make me the villain on the show. And she said, There is nothing about you that's villainous. She said they can't make you out to be a bad person because there's nothing bad about you. And I thought, okay. And I will tell you, um, I had I I know someone who's a psychic, you know, and she's someone I would pop into every now and then. And it was funny that when I first applied, can have I got time to do that. No, absolutely. Loving it, loving it. When I first applied, um, I rang up Jo. Does anyone know her? Joe and Joe. Yeah. Yeah. And um had a reading, didn't say anything about the Golden Bachelor. I just I never say a word, I let her tell me. And she kept saying, I'm seeing roses, I'm seeing roses, and all through the reading, and at the end she said, I have no idea what these roses are about. But she said, I'm just seeing roses all around you. So I told her. Yes. And she said, You're going to do it. And she said, You're going to do really well. Wow. Anyway, so when it got up to, I think it was two nights before I was going on, supposed to be flying up. I rang her and I said, I'm really nervous. Am I going to make a fool of myself? And she said, Absolutely not. She said, You're going to have more benefits out of this than you ever imagined. And she said, You have to do this. So I just thought, all right, that was it. And yeah, beautiful. Um, and it's it's a very, it's like um it's like an explosion of experiences coming in all at once. I've gone to the airport, arrived there, and then we're put into a hotel for three nights on our own. Wow. Yeah, no TV, no nothing. So you're just there with your thoughts. Even that is big. Yes. Um, and then we started meeting all the other girls, we had the ceremony and meeting the women, it's like uh making friendships on steroids. It could have gone pear-shaped for everyone, but I have to say everyone really bonded, shared a room.
SPEAKER_02You think maturity had a little bit to do with that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. Um I think everyone at that age I think they did choose a group of women, even though we were quite different. Uh we were all very comfortable in our own skin and quite confident um women. So we did, I won't say everyone became best friends or anything, but everyone got along and everyone respected each other's boundaries.
SPEAKER_02Considering the situation you were in.
SPEAKER_00And was there a highlight for you? Um, the friendships were a highlight. Um, I have made actually after I leave here today, I'm going to meet three of the other girls. Oh, how wonderful. So we'll have the weekend together. Um, the friendships were a big thing for me. Um, but just the whole experience, you know, like the the TV, learning all about what took place behind the scenes, uh, how the crew are like one big family, like, and they were so supportive, like they nurtured us like they were we were our kids, that we were their kids. Um then we had, you know, I got the first date, and then with each rose ceremony, I just took it as it was. I never changed who I was, and I just thought with each time, great, if I get a rose, I stay. If I don't, I'm okay. I was always okay with it. And with each, as I started to get towards the end, it was almost like pinch me moments. I'm like, oh my god, I'm still here, and then we we're going down, and then when it got down, we did the home visits, and we got down to I love watching that part. The home visits that I get emotional actually watching that. Um, family's important to you, yes, and I have to say, you know, Bear came across as quite, you know, he didn't show his full personality on the show. Um, he's probably not as energetic or as uh extrovert as I am or anything, but um he was himself when he met my family. Nice, and he got along really well with them. They're very good judges of characters. My boys are very protective over me, my girlfriend Leanne's very protective over me, and they were all like, yeah, he's a good guy. Um and he was so beautiful to my mother, which is important, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So that would have been really hard to leave the home visits knowing that your family's connected to this man. Yeah, yeah, and the depth and your observation of him connecting, and then you get to the final rows.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And you opened yourself up to net too.
SPEAKER_00In the end, um, and I kind of had to I do keep myself quite close, and I'm quite protective over myself when it comes to um matters of the heart, I guess. Um, I don't let myself go until I know. Um, I still kept myself a little bit closed off, but I let him know enough that I was willing to give it a go. I wasn't making any commitment, like I don't know that I'm gonna fall in love with you. I don't know that this is gonna work, but I am 100% willing to give it a go. Um hard part was that he I do feel he led me to believe I was the one.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, and I'm not cocky and I'm not confident in the way that I think ah, this is my man or anything, but I did go into that final ceremony thinking I was the one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Wow, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Helpful.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, when we're up there, and I looked as soon as I got, did you say I had to have have you seen it?
SPEAKER_02I haven't seen the final. No, so yes, I have. Maybe maybe you shouldn't probably share it because I haven't seen the final.
SPEAKER_00Me climbing up this hill in winds and high shoes. I'm not good in high shoes anyway, but I'm traipsing up this hill in these high shoes, and the wind's blowing, and I'm trying to hold my hair and I'm trying to hold my dress and I'm trying to walk elegantly. Yes, none of it was working. And I got it there, and I looked into his eyes and I thought, yeah, I'm not the one. I knew, I knew, yeah, yeah, yeah. And so um, yeah, and then he told me I didn't feel heartbroken or anything, I felt humiliated. Um, and um, yeah, I just said, look, if that decision comes, which didn't get shown on TV, I said, if that decision comes from your heart, then it's the right one. Yes. Because I wasn't convinced that it was yeah, yeah. Um, and then then he started to say, I really do care for you, and I thought, no, stop. Yeah, you know, I like how you said that. Yeah, no, don't don't disrespect Sunny now. She's your choice, yeah. Don't say anything. And I fought back the tears and I climbed down the hill.
SPEAKER_02With all the wind and they're trying to hang on to everything, yeah. Um over colour.
SPEAKER_00Um I got drunk.
SPEAKER_01I did you as you do, as you do.
SPEAKER_00Um, well, uh, with I was in Africa, which was a pretty nice consolation prize. No, when I came down, like I I struggled the the coming back down. I did, I felt humiliated, I felt like a fool. And then I just kind of thought, and I thought, well, no, I'm not a fool. I I did what I had to, and you were genuine. And I and I wasn't chosen. And a few of the crew who'd been filming and that said, come on, let's go have a wine. And they all sat and had a drink with I didn't get drunk, drunk, but we we had a few. Yes. Um, and then the nice part was I got to spend 40 hours travelling home, um, but then I was with family. Yes. Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_02So yeah, those 40 hours in your own thoughts and going over everything and again not knowing what's going to be shown, what's not going to be shown.
SPEAKER_00It was the the next few days were very hard. And even though I was with family, but also felt quite lonely. I've been used to having all these people around me 24-7, and then I was back into my own little bubble, and it was just like I've got I've got to readjust now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, how long did the filming go for?
SPEAKER_00Only six weeks.
SPEAKER_02Oh, is that all?
SPEAKER_00But it's an intense six weeks. You know, you're up at four or five in the morning and sometimes going to bed at 10, 11 at night.
SPEAKER_02How were you able to actually stay in your daily routine in to nurture yourself during these times?
SPEAKER_00There was no nurturing. There was no nurturing.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_00No, you kind of just had to do, I did a lot of meditation when I had moments. I would meditate at night when I went to bed, I'd meditate. Um there wasn't a lot. I I'm used to being physical in exercise, there wasn't a lot of time for exercise, but if I got time, I would use it. Yeah, so I don't know. I kind of I do well in stressful conditions. I don't, yeah, I I I feel I got strength from my mum, I think. I seem to handle stressful situations well, but I kind of thrived. Whilst it was exhausting, I kind of thrived on the whole experience as well.
SPEAKER_04I love that. Um, it sounds like you've had such a positive experience despite how it all kind of I did.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I feel in the end it was the right decision. I think he chose the right girl. Oh, I love that.
SPEAKER_04I also love that you trusted yourself to kind of put yourself in such a potentially uncomfortable show season session within yourself. So well done, you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, stepping out of your comfort zone. I mean, I can imagine that final phone call to Liang going, have I made the right decision?
SPEAKER_04Uh uh Yeah, I can absolutely yeah, I lived through you vicariously as you were explaining, I guess, how your heart, you know, how how fast your heart probably was beating through these before moments.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I find it very hard to allow myself to be vulnerable. And I had to work really hard through the show to do that. And I had told him at the beginning of the show I find it hard. So he knew what I was like, but then to in the end have to like and it was really it was like someone I had to go, oh.
SPEAKER_02Brought out together. How incredible. I mean what a unique situation to be in.
SPEAKER_04It's blowing my mind. Um Jeanette, was there anything about the experiences that surprised you once the cameras started rolling?
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_00I think it was all just a learning curve to begin with. You know, we had microphones tucked down here. Like all dignity was gone, you know, you had hands up your dress, down your dress, and um all conversations were recorded when the microphones were on your we weren't like on maps and other shows where you are recorded 24-7. They they gave us our downtime. Yeah, the microphones had come off and then the microphones had come off and we would be, you know, able to have our own time, which was nice.
SPEAKER_04And now when you watch like reality TV series on TV, is your perception of that reality so different because of your own experience?
SPEAKER_00Yes. How interesting. Um I found it hard watching Maths this year though. Um, because I think everybody found that special hard by watching maths this year.
SPEAKER_02Just quietly.
SPEAKER_00Knowing that they know what's potentially going to happen to them. Um and they still go along and act in that way. And I know a lot of it's drawn out by producers, but you can still say no. Yeah. Um, and I was very I was very, very saddened by the the girls girls. Yeah. Um there wasn't a girls girls. No, no, there's there's no, there's none of the I I I was really sad with how they all treated each other.
SPEAKER_02Treated each other. Yeah, yeah. And the expectations. Yeah. Can I ask about your clothes that you wore? I mean, we're really deep. So deep here. Because we're we're gonna move on from were they your clothes?
SPEAKER_00The gowns that we wore in the road ceremonies were provided for us. They were because I mean they were Zimmerman and they're all designers. Yeah, I'm not that rich.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Carlos and Patty. I think you've this beautiful Carlos and Patty.
SPEAKER_00I had some stunning outfits to wear. I felt we were all very cautious.
SPEAKER_02You couldn't take them home with you.
SPEAKER_00No, I tried. I tried. Um, but then some of our clothes on dates and just around the mansion were our own.
SPEAKER_02So I can imagine how many multiple suitcases. I mean, did you get a chance to go shopping to buy?
SPEAKER_00No, no. We were confined to that mansion. We were allowed to take 46 kilos up with us. Oh wow, wow. I took 55. Oh well done.
SPEAKER_02You need a few Marie condos just to reorganize everything.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, they did say if you bring extra, they because I rang up and I said, I can't condense this down to 46 kilos. They said, Well, be it's on you, you pay the excess baggage, and you carry remember you're carrying your own bags.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yep, all right, I'll still take the 55. Oh, amazing. So, you know, after doing the show, this is the last one we're going to talk about the show. So, you know, what did it actually teach you about you?
SPEAKER_00Um, I think I think again it reiterated, say yes to opportunities because I just experienced something that I it changed me, but not in a huge way. Like I'm still me, but I I can't even put into words what I am more open. Um I trust in the opportunities that are coming to me, and I just think I just keep saying yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that was lucky for us girls. Three wives ducks, she's put on the podcast. I know. Who would have thought at 50 when you had your heart attack? You're thinking, well, in a few years' time I'm gonna be on the three wives. So gorgeous. And I've got yes, I'll sit at Joy's kitchen table.
SPEAKER_01But this is one of the lovely opportunities that you can come from it. Yes, yes. And Jeanette, just looking back over your life, yeah, you know, what habits have had the biggest impact on your physical and emotional well-being?
SPEAKER_00What habits um I would say probably my best habit would be my um motivation to be able to exercise regularly. Yes. I have done that since I was a teenager. Um, and I think for the rest of me, I I I'm not beyond diets or anything like that. I do believe in moderation. Um I I won't eliminate anything like if I want chocolate, I'm gonna eat chocolate. If I want a wine, I'm gonna drink wine. I just think if you put everything into balance, and that even goes for exercise. I probably exercised too much in the past where I think you get the balance that's right for you. And I just think just everything in moderation. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Oh, perfect.
SPEAKER_04Something every day. But you said you started when you were a teenager, does that mean I'm screwed?
SPEAKER_00No, it's never, never, never, never, never, never too late to start.
SPEAKER_04Yes. And Matt, if our listeners could start doing one thing today to start aging well or to age well or gracefully, what would you encourage them to do first?
SPEAKER_00Um, get out in the fresh air and go for a work, if a walk. Um, if they don't do anything else, just fresh air in the morning and go for a walk. Movement of any form. Any form of movement. But I just think that's something that's doable for everybody, you know, and then once you come, then you step into Bend It with Bendel Studio. Yes. Yes, yes.
SPEAKER_02Yes, or online. Or online. Yes. Do you do um um groups as in um oh help me people professional trainer? No, no, no, group, group, group. I do group sessions, yeah. Group sessions. All her classes, yeah. I've just had an absolute brain freeze. I can't find my word. Um anyway, let's move on from that. Okay. I'll ask you one last question if I may. Sorry. I will I'll think about that in a minute. All right, so looking ahead, okay. Um what excites you the most about the next chapter of your life? What what what does it look like for you?
SPEAKER_00Okay, when when I think about my ideal life, um, I I don't have any plans to retire. Um I want to keep doing what I'm doing. Um, I would like to travel a little bit more. Um my ideal, I'd love a farm. This is like, you know, if I could I want a farm and I want to build my own studio on the farm. And I want the animals roaming around, like when people come in, they're gonna be greeted by a goat or a sheep or whatever. But I want my own studio um on my block of land where people can come and go, and um then just the ability to travel. Yeah. Beautiful.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, how wonderful.
SPEAKER_00Um, I at the moment I work really odd hours and I have a life that's so busy between I work mornings, I see my mum in the afternoon, I work nights, and I feel like I don't have time to just go, you know. I would eventually like to, sorry for anyone who's listening to this who comes to my night classes, I would eventually eventually like to stop working nights and just work five mornings a week. I can't, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And that's something that can manifest later on for you. But for now, it's it's who you are, yeah what you do.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I you know what the worst part, it's not even about it's not for me. I I love the people who come to my classes, they become my friends, and I'm going to let down those night people if I stop doing the classes because they can't attend the morning classes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and you're such a community person, it's really important for you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So I've thought of my word, workshops.
unknownWorkshops.
SPEAKER_02I knew it would come to me. Do you do workshops?
SPEAKER_00I used to, I haven't done them for a while, and I did them with Anna. Yeah. Anna Taylor, who um who I know, too. Yeah. We did partner workshops together, and I haven't done a few mo I've done mobility workshops, which was just teaching people how to move better, and I thought that worked really well, but um oh, we could do that on the farm amongst the sheep.
SPEAKER_02I was seeing I've got a sheep here, I can bring him. He looks like a sheep, my little dog Ollie.
SPEAKER_00He does, he's so beautiful.
SPEAKER_02He's sitting in the corner there.
SPEAKER_00He's a pomeranium.
SPEAKER_02No, he's a Japanese spitz.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, he's a Japanese spitz. He's so beautiful. A little bit like a sheepdog. Well, look, I think we're all out of questions, are we, ladies? Yes. You don't need to hog the uh microphone anymore. No, not at the moment, no. Jeanette, it's been an absolute pleasure to have you on our show. Thank you. We can't thank you enough. Thank you so much. SPEAKER_02Oh my goodness, how fabulous was she. What a woman. She's so natural. Yeah. Just an extra I I mean, I can't even imagine what it would be like being on a show like that and um going through it. Just takes a a an inner strength, I imagine. And then and then to recover from from that, it's amazing. But she's such a beautiful, beautiful woman. So I think movement's really important, and and I love her bend it with Bendel. Yes. How awesome. Isn't that a great business name? Bend it with Bendel.
SPEAKER_01So really enjoyed that.

SPEAKER_04Energising and just what you learn from each other. So thank you for sharing to say yes to more opportunities, Jeanette, because I think it's such a valuable lesson we can all learn from. Just say yes.
SPEAKER_02I love that. And thank you, you two, for not fighting over the microphone too much. I could see the hand movement going on there. We enjoyed hugging.
SPEAKER_04Um, what is it? Physical touch is our luck and it's not.
SPEAKER_02So we're good. Anyway, um, that's it for us. I can hear the music in the background. They're saying, get out, quick, hurry down. Thank you, listener. Thank you. Thank you, Loki. Thank you. Bye. Bye.
