Welcome to The Spirit Collective Podcast — where success meets spirituality.
Some of the most successful people you know have a spiritual practice. But it's not something we often talk about.
In each episode, Ariane de Bonvoisin speaks with inspiring people from the worlds of business, finance, sport, music, and beyond about a side of their lives that's rarely talked about — their spiritual path: how it has shaped their lives and contributed to their success, and what they've discovered along the way.
It's time to bring that conversation into the mainstream.
New episodes available weekly.

Welcome to the Spirit Collective. I'm Ariane. What if the most important thing about the most remarkable people in the world isn't what we already know about them? Not the Billion Dollar Company or the number one album or the best-selling book, not the gold medal or the Oscar, but something quieter. Something have never really spoken about publicly until now, their spiritual life. Over the years, I've had the privilege of meeting and working with so many remarkable people who are incredibly successful in their fields, in business, sports, finance, music, the arts, and beyond. And something I began to notice is that many of them share something in common, a spiritual perspective that plays an important role in their lives. So many conversations about success and peak performance focus on money, strategy, fame, and ambition. But there's another layer, the inner journey, the spiritual path that shapes how people live and a different way of looking at success. In this podcast, I'll be sitting down with amazing people from all walks of life to talk about their spiritual journey, the beliefs and practices that guide them, what their glue is, and what they've learned along the way that might help all of us. I've called it the Spirit Collective, as I've heard spirituality be described in so many different ways: God, grace, the divine, love, a higher power, consciousness, nature, mindfulness, stillness, and presence. All is welcome here. It feels like they're different doors, but all pointing to the same room. This is a collective because it's not about one way of being or believing. We draw strength from our different perspectives. I personally have had an interesting relationship with both the worlds of success and spirituality. I was brought up to believe that success is what mattered, having an external life, fitting in, taking the safe route, making money, climbing the ladder. And when I did all of that, I realized I was less and less happy. I either climbed the wrong ladder or it was leaning up against the wrong wall. In parallel, I was secretly pursuing a deep spiritual journey, reading self-help books from the age of 16, doing workshops, retreats, and finding teachers in all four corners of the globe, and making that my real pursuit. Honestly, I was in the spiritual closet, as very few people knew about this side of my life. Not my family, not my boyfriends at the time, and not my work colleagues. To me, they were very separate worlds and identities and versions of myself. There came a time when I had to stop pretending, stop trying to manage these conflicting identities, or so I thought. The illusions of there being two separate worlds came crashing down in my early 30s. So here I was, out of the spiritual closet. I always wondered who else was out there, being fully in the world, pursuing their career and purpose, and also committed to walking a spiritual path, an inner journey in whatever form that takes. That's when I started to notice something. The most incredible people I was meeting didn't use the same words, they didn't follow the same practice, but I could feel it, a collective slowly beginning to form. And one where for some reason that was the conversation they were having with me. And I thought, these conversations need to happen out loud. Health and spirituality, money, success, failure in spirituality, parenting and spirituality, peak performance, grief, marriage and spirituality, legacy, meaning, all of these subjects are connected and are the focus of this podcast. So this show is for you if you've ever felt you had a foot in these two worlds of success and spirituality. If you want to live more consciously in your work, your relationships with your kids, and you want to learn from different people and different perspectives. If you're asking deeper questions, what matters, what really is most important in life? And if you're simply curious about the inner lives of extraordinary people and want to feel inspired. I'm not doing this with a massive production team. This is me, a camera, and a conversation that I've been wanting to have for a very long time. I promise you this every single guest will leave a lasting impression on you. It might be a story, a question, a practice, a vulnerable moment that is familiar to you or maybe reminds you of your own strength. A quiet epiphany that changes something for you. I've been overwhelmed by how ready people are for this conversation, how hungry, how open, whether it's dozens of guests I've already reached out to and interviewed, or friends and people just like you who've said, go for it. My hope is that these conversations open the door to ask new questions, to explore new paths, to have a more honest and meaningful dialogue about spirituality, and to bring the spiritual into the real day to day world. I think the world is ready. Thank you for being part of the Spirit Collective. It's time for a different conversation.
