The Lord has more in mind for you than you have in mind for yourself. You have been reserved and preserved for this time and place. The Lord needs you to change the world. As you accept and follow his will for you, you will find yourself accomplishing the impossible. Wow, that was President Russell M. Nelson. What a quote. Think about that for a moment. How often do we place limits on ourselves? We look at our weaknesses, our fears, our past mistakes, our current circumstances, and assume that our future will be small because our current circumstances are small. But God sees something different. He sees who you're becoming. He sees gifts in you that may still be hidden. He sees strength that has not yet been tested. He sees influence that has not yet been exercised. While you may be focused on your limitations, he is focused on your possibilities. I love the line that says, your life has been reserved and preserved for this time. That means your life is not an accident. Your experiences, your challenges, your opportunities, even your failures can become part of God's work through you. You don't have to be famous to change the world. Usually, changing the world starts with changing one life. A courageous decision, a faithful act of service, a willingness to stand for truth when it's not popular. The Savior invites us to trust his vision for us and not our own. As we align with the Savior, walk more with the Savior, we discover what we used to think was impossibilities becomes possibilities with Jesus Christ. Because with him, nothing is impossible. The impossible becomes possible when the ordinary walks with the extraordinary Savior. So today ask yourself, what might the Lord have in mind that I haven't yet imagined? Listen for the quiet voice and then act on what comes to your mind with one simple step at a time. Let him stretch your vision of yourself because the Lord has more in mind for you than you have for yourself. And with him you will rise to new levels, higher levels than you ever dreamed of. That's the power of walking with Jesus Christ. Your future is bright when you walk with Christ.
