Hello. Today is Wednesday, January 2nd, 2025. Today we're going to talk about chapter 4 hockey. Lecture 4 hockey. Example one. Excuse me. It's gonna be a a short video. Basically, you know, I'm gonna show my formula. What I have down right there. But with hockey it's like a one-point game. You basically should do the same like baseball. Over, under, money line only. Excuse me. Um doing doing cover, you're gonna lose your money. Money line, overs and unders. That's the best way to go with hockey. Um you can see I have of the away team, the avalanche, at the home team, the blackhawks. There were two real scores that I'm sure. The underdog, the avalanche, score four. They were the underdog. The black hawk score three. That was a real game that happened. Okay. You know, they playing at home, so you take the weight negative one and a half and put it over there to the underdog. That's why they had them point that point. I rounded off to a two, okay, when I do that. Uh then I add them up because the first two scores are real scores when they played against each other. The very last one where it's assimilation, that's a simulated PlayStation game using analytics. Okay, and that's what happened. I add it all up. That's what I get. It might not turn out like that. That's why you just don't go off PlayStation because you'll lose your money. I already did the research on it for about uh two years. You can try to go buy you a PlayStation game and just go off for there. What happened on there? You will lose your money. It don't work that way. You gotta use mathematics, you still gotta do it the old-fashioned way and do research and injuries and all that. So I'm just putting that out there. You still gotta put it in the work. You can see the Avalanche score 11. The Blackhawks have a score of two that leads the Avalanche with uh nine. You divide three into nine, that'll give you three. The Avalanche covered and one money line. Avalanche is the underdog because they are the away team. You can run it five times if you like to look into the future, study the goal, the goalie to see how many points he gives up per game. You know how baseball had a pitcher, that's one of the most important parts, and the uh quarterback for NFL is the most important position. The goalie for hockey is the most important position. You got a garbage goalie up there, you know a lot of points gonna be scored. But if you got a goalie who ain't giving up that many points, it's a good indicator that game might go under. So you most definitely gonna have to look at that goalie and injuries too. But yeah, overs on the safest way to go because this is considered you only can score one point per goal. I'll show a video of this later on in the future. About to go into a different chapter, so I'm gonna stop right here.
