All right. Hello, everybody. Thank you so much for joining us for another episode of The Pulse Beat sponsored by Cardio Miracle. Today we are blessed to be with Dr. Henry Ely, and we're excited to talk about Heart Health Month as well as anything else that might come up during our conversation. So, Dr. Ely, how are you doing today? I'm doing good.
SPEAKER_00Let's see if we can figure out how to work in uh what we talked about often this month. But thank you so much, Josh, for having me. And make sure you tell your dad I said what's up to.
SPEAKER_01100%. Definitely. Well, you know, he's um he's celebrating his anniversary this month. So right, nice. Congratulations. That's great. Yeah, it's a big one. Yeah. So thank you very much. So yeah, I wanted to talk to you a little bit about um your like what you do in in your everyday life and and in your practice and and how you see the the way of the the country going and the the emphasis on you know making America healthy again and whatnot. Um have you been able to to see a shift a little bit so far in 2025?
SPEAKER_00Uh yeah, I think we're seeing a pretty massive shift. I think uh I think the first thing, the first big shift we're seeing, and of course, thank you and congratulations to President Trump. We we do expect um RFK Jr. to be confirmed. We're hearing really great things behind the scenes with uh Tulsi and also Cash. I think they're trying to push him back because they know there's gonna be some a reckoning that's coming with him. Uh but I think that reckoning is being shown by Elon right now, and and we're actually getting more, Josh, I think, than I thought we were gonna get in the first couple weeks. You know, traditionally what they do in politics is okay, the public's a little upset about something. Let's put together a subcommittee and let's let that subcommittee work in private and then come out with some report months later and we're just gonna do nothing with the report. You know what I mean? Um, I think this tactical approach by um President Trump of just saying, hey, show everybody the the fraud, show everybody the corruption with what Dodge is doing is a stroke of brilliance. And I think they're making a compelling case for something we've all been really clamoring for. Your dad among us, uh, when we met, first met at the uh COVID con at uh the Church of Glad Tidings, you know, um, I think that we are on the verge of president making a case for mass indictments uh right now. And I think what we have to do is be patient with that because we've only, Elon has only exposed a little bit less than 1% of the budget, and we already see how egregious they've done it. So I think what that does for us as a country is it it allows us to um question, which is essential, but it allows us to be who we are. And we are a country that when we have an opinion about something, Americans, we speak our mind. And we haven't been able to do that without punishment in the last four years. So I think now everybody's kind of coming out back into the sunlight, going, it's safe to finally say what I actually think again about some of this stuff. So I'm excited. I think uh Maha is gonna be, I think Maha has some challenges in front of it, quite frankly, um, you know, because of the uh the the um big harma, but also because of, you know, I think there's a I think there's enough selfishness right now that people are coming in and and thinking about themselves and not thinking about our children and our grandchildren and our children yet to come. And I think there's gonna be an initial thrust in Maha where there's gonna be some people who out themselves as being selfish and they're gonna be cleared out, and then we can actually get into the business of what we got to get done, which is, in my opinion, banning glyphosate and other harmful pesticides, uh, repealing the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and the PrEP Act. And then, third, uh, and I really want to push for this in the first two years, a congressional amendment. We are this is the longest time period we've had in our country's history without a constitutional amendment. And uh the last one, I think, was 1992. But if we can put together a very simple health freedom constitutional amendment that this we're never going down this road again, uh we can get that done before the midterms. I feel like we could you put those three things together, and I think I'm out of out of a job pretty much, buddy, at that point.
SPEAKER_01No, but what's so wonderful is that I I believe truly uh totally agree with you on all fronts, but it's it's it really will help those of us that care about people and want to heal the hearts of mankind and save the hearts of mankind. I think it'll really elevate us to uh another level so so that we can focus on that rather than being buried or or shushed as much, you know. Right.
SPEAKER_00Well, I I think one of the things we have to address, and this is where we love what Cardio Miracle is doing, is the number one cause of death in this country is still heart disease, right? Like that is the number one cause of death. Now, of course, there are other additional factors from diabetes and so forth, but um the second, cancer, and then the third is um is medical malpractice, you know, when you put all these things together. Now, if the goal is a healthy country, that means we are living healthier and we're living happier kind of at the same time. And that's where it's like, well, we have a pretty big problem here, and there are some people who've already kind of figured this out. Maybe one of those things we need to start doing is, you know, making sure people are taking cardio miracle every day. Like if you, I couldn't imagine somebody having cardiovascular issues, you know, heart issues, and knowing of cardiomycle and not taking it every day. I mean, I don't have those things, and I take it, you know, several times a week myself. So it's like, why wouldn't you take the benefit there? But you know, 100%.
SPEAKER_01I love that. And I love, I love the fact that we do have someone in office now that you wouldn't like I wouldn't expect that that President Trump, to be frank, would surround himself with people that are smarter than him, essentially. And because, you know, you we always we kind of look at President Trump and we're like, oh, he thinks he's you know the smartest guy in the world, right? But it's it's unbelievable the team he's putting together so that he can expose and also uh you know correct some of these major things that that we're dealing with, which I think is a really admirable quality.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I I you know I I think he I think he really had an axe to grind after the this theft of the last election. I'm I'm just gonna call things what they are. Like I I went to bed, I did a full data analysis on every state that had not reported in, right, uh in 2020, right? And I went to bed laughing. I was like, they cannot get rid of this guy. Like the deep state cannot get rid of this guy. And then you wake up, and it's this is statistically impossible. 13 states all flip, you know, literally overnight from the time you go to bed until you wake up. That's come on, folks, that's ridiculous. And and then, of course, the stuff that Dinesh D'Souza did uh, you know, with the with the documentary and his research and everything. I mean, it's it's beyond reproach. But there we have to understand like President Trump has a huge axe to grind. They try to kill him, you know, he's got an axe to grind. And but you can't just go in there and start arresting people. You have to create a case so that the people who support you have a lot of ammunition and the people who don't have to shut up. And I think what we saw with the hearing, for example, just as a little microcosm of it with uh RFK Jr. and Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, I think what we saw with that was that, you know, these are people trying to act holier than thou, as if they are, you know, as if they were elected to a lifetime position or something, like they're Supreme Court justices, which is ridiculous, and openly lying, but it was so refreshing to see the record corrected in real time by RFK Jr. I thought he handled himself magnificently, didn't let himself get flustered, took a little bit of nicotine for those of you out there who've been paying attention to healing for the ages and everything, took a little slipped a little nicotine pouch in when they were giving him a bunch of crap. But I think it's like if we just show the American people the truth, here's the money. We all say follow the money, right? If you just look at Chelsea Clinton getting $85 million, $10 million, which is used for her own wedding, if you just look at all the NGOs, if you just look that we were basically the American taxpayer was paying for all of the media around the world, from Associated Press to BBC to all the mainstream legacy media. I mean, if you just put, if you just look at that and you go, you know, it explains why is there, why there was one consistent oppressive message all around the world, why everything came together, because we, the American taxpayer, was funding. We were funding all of this criminality. And that's what your dad, with uh the work of Dr. David Martin, has been attempting to expose. And Dr. Martin has been magnificent at and proven right again and again and again, just like my grand jury team, proven right again and again and again. And I think what we have to just look at is go, we held the line when there needed to be somebody holding the line. So we didn't get it done in those years because the Department of Justice was stacked against us. I mean, you know, Josh, I don't know if you know this, but we were, we filed our grand jury petition in federal court, right? We filed it in in 22. Uh, my grand jury team with uh Senator Linthicum, Senator uh Kim Thatcher, and with uh uh with Steve Johnkiss as our attorney. And then we have this huge support team of great researchers, John Bodwin, Albert Benavides, um uh uh political moonshine, uh Keith Um, you know, Wilkins, and uh, and and a bunch of other people in there. We, you know, um Naomi Wolfe has been very supportive of what we've done. Of course, Pastor Dave, very supportive of what we've done with the Church of Glad Tidings. But what was very interesting was you can't, in the world of You Can't Make This Up, right? We file, and then there's deadlines. You have to, you know, and then you get, you know, the Department of Justice response and everything. First, it was in the world of You Can't Make This Up, we notified the Department of Justice of the crimes, and they chose to defend the people we were accusing of the crimes. This is the Biden administration, of course. And you're just like, what? What is happening? And then there are deadlines where they file something, we file a response, they file a response. Well, there's deadlines, and if you miss a deadline, there's a default victory to the per to the other side, right? Well, they missed a deadline. They missed a deadline, and we immediately, the minute that they missed it, we filed for a, I think it's called a summary judgment where it's just like, hey, we win. You you guys didn't respond in time, we win. The judge, who of course was appointed by Obama, the judge said, Well, maybe they just need a little bit more time. Let's find out what actually went wrong. The woman, the attorney from the Department of Justice, right, who gets appointed to this case, says that the reason she was late with her filing on, in my opinion, the biggest case in our country's history at that time. She's late because her dog was sick. This is in a this is in a federal document that you can't make up. And so it's just like you're looking at this, and I know Dr. Martin went through this, and your dad went through this as well, where it's just like you're you're searching for one judge who isn't paid off and bought by the system, and you couldn't, and you just can't find it. So now what's happening, which is so interesting, is judges that are bought and paid for are coming out and telling President Trump that if you don't put all the stuff back on the CDC website and if you don't restore the money flow, the corrupt money flow, we're gonna arrest you. And I laugh and I'm like, oh, please try and arrest the commander-in-chief of our military. I would crack up at that scene, right? Because that is clearly not happening. So it's we're in this, we're in this situation which is so exciting. Never before in our country. Well, maybe if you go back to President Roosevelt, uh Theodore Roosevelt, you know, you where he was talking about breaking up the banks. He was like, break them up, break them up, and breaking up all the monopolies and everything, right? Maybe then is can be is a little bit similar, but this is unprecedented because the monopolies were corrupt, but they weren't corrupt on this global scale with taxpayer dollars. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01Right. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00This is the greatest, the I shouldn't say the greatest, this is the most nefarious scandal in our country's history. It's happening and unfolding in real time. And every single criminal is outing themselves right now from Bernie Sanders to Elizabeth Warren to Chef to these judges who are now starting to take these cases up. I mean, we're talking about a massive clearing and cleaning of our house. And I got to tell you, as an American, this is what I voted for. I am excited to watch it every single day. 100%.
SPEAKER_01I love that. And um I I didn't want to interrupt you, but I was gonna say, oh, that's the that's the adult version of my dog ate my homework, right?
SPEAKER_00It's it's totally that. It was just like our we we felt if it wasn't so sad for what it meant for our case, we fell out laughing in our meetings. Like, are you kidding me? Like, we did a whole show on just showing the actual document in the world. You can't make this up. This is what they told us. And it's like when you get that, you start, you, you know, you, you, you feel very um, you just end up feeling like the deck is so stacked against you that you can't do it. Now, the good news is had we not done that, they would have run over us completely. I mean, you would have had people at our at your at your door knocking, taking your guns away. Like we had to hold that line. So we held that line. And I'm really proud of the work we did and all these other groups that we were all kind of working together and you know, and and trying to support. Leslie Manukian did great things. I think she was one of the few people to actually get a successful ruling. There were only a couple successful rulings during the Biden administration. So it was really exciting. And then uh when you look at that now, it's like, well, look at all this evidence we have compiled now. And one of the things that we're talking about as a team is how do we get this to Pam Bondi? How do we get this to the 17, 18 attorney generals in various states who are talking about actually pulling mRNA off the market? You see, when you go into the history, you know, you you've probably heard by now, Josh, about the 1976 swine flu vaccine program and it getting suspended, right? Like we all talk about that. And some people have gone out there and said, well, you know, that was because X amount of people died. That's not why the program got suspended. You have to go and read the congressional hearing reports on it, which I've done. And, you know, I wish I would have read them in real time, you know, when we were making these statements. But I went and read them a couple months ago, and I sat down and was like, okay, let's see why they actually suspend the program and how did it suspend how did it get suspended? Because it the way we make it sound is some people died, and then the federal government decided to suspend the program. That's not how it happened. What happened was some people were getting paralyzed. All right, Guillon Beret syndrome, things that we've heard and associated with these damn shots. Some people were developing severe neurologic disorders, and we see it with Guillon Beret, with pots, and so forth. We also are seeing it with blood clots, right? So here we go, cardio miracle again. We start seeing with blood clots, and we start seeing it with vasoconstriction and hemagglutination, which is basically sticky blood and everything. So, cardiomiracle, what is it gonna do? It's gonna help separate sticky blood. It's gonna, and we know this. I've been using it in our articellular healing program at the Energetic Health Institute for uh ever since I came in contact with your dad. It's like, yeah, this is a great program. Let's try it out. I tried it out, I was like, well, this is fantastic, you know, let's make sure everybody's using it. Well, what ends up happening in 1976 is that when as these reports start coming in uh over a couple of periods, a couple of months, these these reports come in of injuries. Nine states actually pull out of the swine flu program because states have that autonomy. So the writing's on the wall. And then Pittsburgh, a municipality in Pennsylvania, um, pulls out as well. And so the writing is on the wall for this whole thing, but there was a bigger problem. The bigger problem was that the um the vaccine manufacturers did not have indemnification like they have today with the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and with the PrEP Act. They didn't have that, those protections. But they did have strike a deal with Henry Waxman, who would later author the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. Democrat from, of course, California, right? My my state of birth. Callie, we love you. It's just the government sucks there. All right. And I'll say that. That's why I left. So what happens with Henry Waxman is he strikes a deal. And the and the deal was struck because guess what the vaccine manufacturers said to Congress when they couldn't get the insurance, the liability insurance from the insurance industry. See, the at that time, the vaccine manufacturer had to pay for liability insurance, and the and the insurers were like, this is an experimental product. We are not insuring this. So they said, well, we will only insure it up to I think it was $50 million. Anything over that, you vaccine manufacturer, you're on the hook for, right? That that's the so what do you think the vaccine manufacturers did? They went to Congress and said, We aren't making this product. We are boycotting making this product unless you indemnify us. And so what did Henry Waxman say? Okay, well, let's indemnify you. The Congress rolled over and said the American taxpayer will pay for anything over $50 million in damage. Okay. So it put Congress on the hook. It put all those elected officials right on the hook. And there wasn't much of an argument because, of course, they're they're bought. All right. So what ends up happening is the reason the program gets suspended is because nine states and a city pulled out, and then they had started getting reports of paralysis and death. Congress started asking one question. It wasn't, oh my God, is this safe or effective? See, even the vaccine manufacturer knows they can't make a safe product. They already know they can't, right? The insurance companies know they can't make a safe product, so they won't insure them on that. Okay. So this is this is the worst kept secret in the entire industry. What ends up happening is the question before Congress, when you read through the transcripts, the question before Congress is how much is this going to cost us and is that going to cost us votes in the next election? That's why the program got suspended, not because there was some altruistic model or something like that. It's ridiculous. That's crazy. That's crazy. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01When you know tell us a little bit about the energetic health institute that you run.
SPEAKER_00Oh man. Well, uh, it's my it it is it is the school I always wanted to attend. You know, you you go to school and you know, I I fortunately for me, I come from a family of teachers. That's what I've always wanted to be my whole life. It's what I have been my whole life as a teacher. And you go and you get good ideas, but some of those good ideas are from your experiences in bad situations. So uh my first experience in the in the medicine that God intended for us all, natural medicine, right, was with uh massage and and a little small hole-in-the-wall school in uh Santa Monica, California, uh that's no longer there. But at the time when I came in, they had PhD biochemists teaching there, they had acupuncturists, they had people with 20, 30 years massage, you know, experience. I mean, it was just this perfect time to be in the right space at the right time, right? And what you what they developed was a culture. And when you came in as a student, not only were you embraced as a part of a family, but everybody, all the students formed those bonds. So it was this incredible that you're learning this incredible stuff, but there's this other things you're learning, and it's just wow, the world can be like this. And then I went to medical school because that was the next step. All my, you know, mentors were like, Hey, you need to go and become a doctor to do what you really want to do. And I was like, Okay. And my mom was like, You need to become a doctor, and that that's a whole nother story. Um, and so I went to um I went to medical school, naturopathic medical school, and I got in there and the marketing was great. You know what I mean? It's all family and happy people. And then you get in there and it sucked. It absolutely sucked. They were, they were railroading our elders in the profession out who actually had the experience. So, like every single month, somebody else was getting laid off that actually had experience so that they could bring in a new graduate with no experience to teach the class, save money, right? This is the this is Big Harma's model coming from Abraham Flexner in 1910. This is this is them selling out, all right. Um, they attempted in my second year to mandate shots uh to enter clinic, and I was like, are you out of your mind? I came here because I'm never getting a shot and I want to know what to do. So I had to fight him on that, but I was able to fight him on that. But while I was there, I took prodigious notes on everything that I thought was good from a student perspective and everything that I thought sucked. And I had about 24 to 30 pages of notes on what sucked at this school, right? And you know, and it started explaining me why nature paths don't get a lot of respect. Because our curricula, just like the cult of Asclepius Whitecoat curricula, they suck because there's too much influence from outside money, and we aren't teaching the simple Hippocratic principles of first do no harm. It's all over the place wherever you see it. You see it all over the place wherever you go. But when you look at the curricula, it's not supported in the curricula. So right then and there, I knew I was like, well, I'm gonna open a school one day, and um that school is gonna teach the medicine God intended the right way. And we are not going to budge on it. We are not going to sell out, we are not going to take money from other this isn't about money. This is about people, this is about our humanity. This is about sharing something that's so beautiful to experience and more effective than anything that these cookie cutters have to offer. I mean, so we put it together and um we have incredible flagship programs. We have a two-year certification to become a holistic nutritionist. You know, a lot of a lot of your folks listening will say, Well, why doesn't my doctor talk to me about nutrition? And I will say, well, have you read the 1910 Flexner Report sponsored by the Carnegie's and sponsored by the Rockefellers? Have you read it? Because that definitively took nutrition out of a medical curricula, right? That was the whole deal. Why? Because nutrition is the number one primary therapy, in my opinion, for people, right? There's just not a better therapy. There's other great therapies, of course, but they work in synergy off of good nutrition. And so, you know, that was actually my thing when your father and I first met, you know, I was looking at his product because I'm, dude, I am a tough customer. Like, I am like, there's so much crap out there that you just are like, mm-hmm. Let me go look at the ingredients. And I started seeing on the back organic, organic, organic, organic, organic, organic, organic. And I was like, oh. And so your dad and I were talking. I was like, so tell me the truth. This is probably your sixth or seventh iteration of this product. He started cracking up. He was like, How did you know that? I was like, he's like, it's actually like the ninth. And I was like, I was like, yeah, because I can see the refinement and in, you know, you can see it when you know what you're looking at.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00But uh, as far as the school goes, you know, we were, we, the whole point was to, you know, when I graduated from medical school, Josh, and this is naturopathic medical school, not only were they selling out to the pharmaceutical industry, but the big sadness I had was that so many of my uh friends and uh fellow colleagues were graduating in an incredibly worse state of health than when they began. And when you start talking about learning healing, the only way that you can really learn healing is to go through healing yourself. It has to be an experiential um thing for you when you're going through medical school. You have to put the herbs in your body, the nutrients in your body, change your diet, exercise, get into sleep, get into grounding, get into clean water, get in, you know, get into a spiritual meditative practice. Get, you know, if you are not, if you, if somebody tells me that they are working as in a healing capacity, and then tell me that they don't have a relationship with God, I am going to tell them, then you are not in a healing practice. It is that cut and dry. So all it's all of it that comes together in a beautiful way. So what we what we did was, you know, I I left that experience, and then I had a few other experiences teaching at Arizona State University. And then, you know, I'm I'm the I'm I'm one of only like three or four, I think, naturopaths in the entire country that has taught at a uh at a state you know at a university uh level. And I did that for several years. Um, you know, what what you start finding out is that your student, your graduate is only going to be as good as you encourage them, and as good as your curricular design. You know, you start learning that very, very quickly. So my strength is in curricular design. You know, you you start taking, well, what do I want the end result to be of this person? You know, what what what vision do I have for them at their pinnacle when they graduate? Because that's really when the education starts, is once you graduate. But what do I need to do to get them ready for that? And then you start working backwards to when they come in. And that starts to reverse engineer the design of the curricula. So, what we do at the Energetic Health Institute, as I said, I want to make sure every single person that graduates graduates healthier than when they began. I want students to discover what life is like when they're at their very best. I want them to feel happy and hopeful about the future that they're going to be able to create. And I want to graduate badass healers. All right. I mean, I I'm I'm no joke, right? But I'm, but you know, it's a lot of fun. But yeah, I'm an FAFO dude when you get right down to it as well, right? So when you put all that together, you get the Energetic Health Institute, you get this wonderful collection of people who've come together. Are we have we have over 40 uh people on staff now, which blows me away, you know, because it started with just me, and now we're at over 40 people on staff, and we have thousands of and thousands and thousands, thousands of students. And what we're sharing with people is a very simple idea. You are going to be the best healer for yourself you'll ever meet. So I always come in, I always boil it down to this question, this, this kind of thing. Josh, you ready for this one? I'm gonna ask you a question. Please. I've been at this 25 years. Uh got another book coming out April 8th. I've founded a school. I have over 350 um uh copyrights. I have uh I've worked with thousands of people one-on-one. Um, I've worked with millions of people, you know, in the last several years just getting information out. Easy to say that. Um how many people do you think I've healed in my entire career?
SPEAKER_01Oh man. Um that that's a big one. Um probably over probably over a million, I would say so. Right? Right.
SPEAKER_00One. One, okay. I've only healed myself. Oh, okay. Love that. When you understand how it all works, you understand that the only person you're ever going to be able to heal is you. You can help people heal themselves. And yes, I could probably make a claim that I've helped millions of people heal in some level and some capacity, right? But I'm not ego-driven. That glory goes to God, you know. But if you want to get my answer of I would say one, and when you really start to get into the divine design of the human body and how beautiful and incredible and amazing it is, and like do this blink your eye. How many biochemical reactions do you think took place in your body in the time it took you to blink your eye? Take a wild guess. Take a wild guess. No, you shouldn't. This is I dude, I should do crazy math to get to this, all right? I'm a math nerd. What what do you what do you think? Just take a wild guess.
SPEAKER_01Thousands. I mean, thousands, right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. You ready for this? You ready for this?
SPEAKER_01What is it?
SPEAKER_00Over nine hundred thousand trillion biochemical events happened in your body, and I'm underestimating it by a factor of a thousand. It would be very easy for me to say over nine hundred trillion, trillion biochemical events every time you blink your eye. And I think I'd still be underestimating it at that point. Wow. Now you tell me God isn't involved.
SPEAKER_01No, yeah, right? Yeah. So and that's that's how we feel with Cody American for sure, is that like like John, I call my dad John, obviously, but the that he's driven that way, you know, very, very divinely driven, because you know, the fact that the you know, the taste may alter a little bit, the packaging may alter a little bit, but whatever, like people don't really understand or comprehend the fact that we're dealing with 58 whole in organic fruits and vegetables, and uh he continues to improve the product. Like usually the product they're looking to take stuff out so that they can save money and make a bigger profit margin. But John, you know, we're we're all about uh, you know, our our our big uh you know push and charge is to, you know, we want to we want to have a hand in saving the hearts of mankind. And we we know that only God can save us, obviously, but we we want to be so in line with that that we give people the tools to to be able to accomplish that, you know. Amen.
SPEAKER_00That that's what it's all about. And this is how we're the same way at the Energetic Health Institute. It's constant tinkering. Like, right this week I'm going through one of our our biggest programs. We have a detox program starting on uh February 28th. We do several of these a year, help people learn how to cleanse and fast their bodies. And yes, we do use Cardio Miracle as one of the recommendations in there. But what gets really exciting is you know, you're teaching people a skill that they're gonna last for their lifetime, you know, like, hey, this is a skill, you can use this over and over again. It's a great thing. But what we're always doing is the same tinkering, right? How do we make this just a little bit? So I'm sitting down this week and going through another one of our programs, Art of Cellular Healing. They're both kind of detoxification programs, but where I'm going through and just going, okay, I want to add this in. I we just learned this last year. I want to make sure that students know this. And when you're constantly tinkering and improving and refining, I think what that does for the people that, you know, really support you is it makes them feel really good. And that, hey, this isn't, this isn't about a money grab. Cause so much in our world is about money grabs. But what our intention is, is it's about the person. Like, I I'm not gonna recommend anything that I to anybody I don't put in my body. Like that's my number one deal with everybody. Like, hey, I don't, I don't make products. There's a couple companies that I I work with a little bit to help formulation here and there, but that's not my thing. My thing is education. I want to teach people. But the thing is, like, I'm never gonna recommend something that I'm not gonna put in my body, share with my family, buy and everything like that. My son loves using cardio miracle, he does it before he goes to the gym. You know what I mean? It's like you can feel the difference. I talk to RSB all the time, Robert Scott Bell, and you know, it's like, folks, if if there's there's so easy, there's such easy things you can do. And of course, health is more than just what you put in, in this case, in some water, you know what I mean? But this is such a wonderful assist to your intention of being healthy. And I think that's we start putting those things together and stacking them, you start to get this incredible thing happening where you feel better. And how it manifests is not just physically, it shows up in your moods as well. Like one of the things we teach at the Energetic Health Institute, Josh, is this incredible connection between nutrient availability and moods. How your moods, when you're in a bad mood, it is a sure sign of nutrient deficiency. And now we're taking that another step this year. I've been doing so much work on the flow of electricity through the human body and everything. And I think we this is what the acupunctures originals ones were really talking about is there's a flow of electricity through the body. And I can easily prove that with a voltmeter. It's so easy to prove. But what you start looking at is wow, there's all these little micro changes and shifts of electrons and flow that the foods facilitate, that the supplements facilitate. And that's why when you don't have them, you're basically living in a short-circuited body, right? But as soon as you start putting in things like cardiomyrac, you start adding in things like vitamin C, you start doing things like grounding at night and stuff like that, it turns on all the electrical systems in your body, and you find out, wow, I was designed to be healthy and I was designed to be happy. What a novel concept. Thank you, God. Right? Of course.
SPEAKER_01No, I love that. And I love that the uh this kind of perfect segue into this month. This month is is heart month, heart healthy month is what we call it. And what we're so excited about is that we're we're focusing on the the heart, um, specifically this month, so that we can we can push as much information to people as we possibly can. I mean, I was I was just at a dental conference last week, and uh I must have had you know 80% of the people come up to me and say they've never heard of cardiomyrical. What is it? And I was talking about nitric oxide, the the discovery of nitric oxide in 1998, won the Nobel Prize in Medicine, and it this research was buried after over 200,000 um published articles came out talking about the benefits of nitric oxide therapy, and it's just having people listen to that at a dental conference were like, How could I have never heard of this? How could I have never heard of nitric oxide? And and I said because it was buried, and so we're we're trying to get it out there and make sure that everybody knows that uh card, we believe cardiomycle is not only the complete nitric oxide solution, but it's gonna give you all those whole inorganic fruits and vegetables that you that most people are lacking to help their heart health. So do you guys do um do you guys do anything to highlight heart health month at all and at the uh at the institute there?
SPEAKER_00You know, uh yes, and in in a variety of ways. It's it's so perfect. Like what's so cool is I started teaching about nitric oxide in 2020, and excuse me, in 2001. So like 20 about 24 years ago, we started teaching about it, and I think it was right on the piggyback of this information that was coming out about um Belarginine's ability to create nitric oxide and nitric oxide's ability to vasodilate. So it's gonna take a tight artery and it's going to allow the artery to do that. And when you do that, you're gonna allow more blood flow. It's just, it makes more sense, more blood, more immune cells, more oxygen. You're just you're setting the system up for success, right? Right. And so what we did is we built that into our holistic nutrition certification. It's built into our um our 202 uh course. And it's in our, of course, our heart uh section. In 202, what we do is we take the student through every single system of the body and show the nutrition for that system of the body, the nutrition and the herbs and the lifestyle for those things. So when we got to that one, I'm gonna I'm gonna throw some stuff at you right now that I think you're gonna like. Please. There's there's some lessons that the heart teaches us. And I think the the obvious lesson we all know is love. So you ready for this one, John? You want to play with me a little bit right here? Yeah. This is a fun thing to do when you're at at these conferences. I like to get like class participation all the time. I gotta have some fun at this too, right? Okay, so you ready? Go ahead and close your eyes for a second. And now, first thought comes to mind point to yourself and freeze. Okay, guess where you're pointing to. Where? Your heart. Now, is your finger touching your chest or is your finger, is there a little gap between? There's a little gap. So that means you have a little bit more, a little space to grow to get in touch with yourself. All right. This is we are always telling in ourselves, and then we say we start looking at Chinese medicine, and what do they teach us? The heart is where the spirit is hosted. It's the home of the spirit. That's what the heart is. So now, how many miles of blood vessels do you have in your body, do you think? Give or give or take?
SPEAKER_01I believe it's like it's like three football fields or something like that, isn't it?
SPEAKER_00Well, a little bit bigger than that. That would be closer to your, well, that'd probably be a little bit more than your digestive tract. But if you spread it all out. But um, think about it like this. You have enough blood vessels in your body to wrap around the entire circumference of the earth two and a half times.
SPEAKER_01What?
SPEAKER_00We're talking about 57,000 miles on average of blood vessels in the human body. Wow. Bananas, right? This is bananas, right? When you think about it. Okay. And when you when you look at it from that perspective, it's like, wow, why do you need that many? Because literally every single cell in your body, the 37 to 50 trillion cells in your body are re are dependent upon the cardiovascular system, right? You are a beating heart. When you when your spirit comes into your body, that's when your heart starts beating, typically about day 19 in your mama's womb. And when you stop, your heart stops beating, that's when we say you've transitioned back into eternity, right? That's how it works, right? This makes the heart very important. Very important organs. So the heart teaches us something though, when you look at its anatomical design. And it's very, very interesting. And I would encourage everybody to go and and check this out. You can go and just do a simple, you know, duck duck-go search or something like that. Pick your search engine of choice. So when you look at the anatomical features of the heart, and especially when it's just cut in half and they open it up and everything, and they're you're looking at it, the heart does something very interesting. The heart, when the lower portion of it, the ventricles squeeze, the heart is going to push blood up. And if it's the left ventricle, it's going to push blood up through the aortic arch and then around through the whole body. If it's the right side, it's going to push blood up and it's going to go to the lungs for pulmonary to be reoxygenated. Right. So this is a pretty interesting design. Four chambers, but the the two atria at the two ventricles at the bottom squeeze. Now, when it squeezes on the left side, it squeezes blood up, but there's some place that the blood goes first. And that is back to the heart. The heart, the lesson that it teaches us is to give to yourself first so that you have something to give to everything else. Because if the heart were to feed itself last, it would go hypoxic and the system would, the entire system, the entire body would die. But it's designed to feed itself first. So when you're taking some cardio miracle, what are you doing? I'm giving to myself first so that I can care for a husband, for a wife, for a child, for a mother, for a father, for the job that you're doing. You're giving to yourself first so that you have something worthwhile to give. And that's one of the major lessons of the heart. And that's what we love teaching in February.
SPEAKER_01I love that. Love that. Thank you. And it's so apparent how passionate you are about health and wellness, um, about the institute. And then where can they find more information about your institute if that if they were interested in looking at that?
SPEAKER_00Well, thanks for having me here today, Josh. It's been a lot of fun. All right. And uh and they can go to energetic health institute.org.org, and you'll see our certification programs like our detox and fasting that's coming up. Um it's called Energetic cleansing, but we there's a few synonyms you have kind of for it. But um you'll see our energetic cleansing certification starting on February 28th. You'll also see our art of cellular healing program starting on February 28th. So what's the difference between the two? Real simple. If you got a diagnosis that you don't like, or you know somebody that's got a diagnosis they don't like and they want to heal in real time, come and study with me in our art of cellular healing program. If you don't have anything major going on, but you want to learn the skill of cleansing and fasting and how to prevent that disease from coming in, then come and study with me in our energetic cleansing program. Either one of them you'll love, and you're gonna get the principles that are going to help you really lead a healthy life. And one of the things we say, John, is that the what we share at the Energetic Health Institute is life appealing information because we've seen it happen to for thousands and thousands of people that have come in and studied with me, and we know it's gonna happen for anybody listening to this as well.
SPEAKER_01I love it, I love it. One last personal question for you. What what is the longest you've personally fasted for?
SPEAKER_00I have to ask. My longest fast is 37 days. Oh I tried to get to 40. I I really wanna and I do want to do that at some point in my life. I want to go and do what Jesus did. Uh excuse me, Yoshua. I want to go and and and do that. Um, but uh yeah, I got to 37 days. And then, man, you know, they they tell you you can take a little bit of like some maple syrup and stuff like that, just a little taste, you know, when you get into that, that and I was doing that, and my body was just like, no, you gotta eat and you gotta eat now. So I'm like, I'm working as a computer programmer at the time, and I'm like driving like a madman to try to get some food and everything. Because I was like, I'm going to die if I don't eat now. So I got the 37, though.
SPEAKER_01So it wasn't that that's amazing. Yeah, my longest, my longest is five.
SPEAKER_00So that's a great one, but that's fantastic, right there, right? That you're getting into stem cells and everything. But but yeah, dude, it was you know what I'm talking about. When you get that feeling in you where it's like, now it's gotta happen now. It was it was like that, yeah, bro.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you're writing with a pen and you're like, I could eat this sucker right now. No, well, you're it's been such a pleasure, Dr. Ely. You're amazing. Thank you so much, and uh, thanks so much for tuning into the Pull Speed sponsored by Cody Merkel, and we hope you have a wonderful day.
