Hello everybody. Thank you so much for joining us on the Pulse Beat sponsored by Cardio Miracle. My name is Josh Hewlett. I'm your host. Uh and we're excited, so excited to have our guest with us today. We're going to have him introduce himself and kind of say what he does. But uh we are very excited to be able to sit down with Sajad and and hear the exciting things and the innovations that that he's um he's bringing to the table. So um if you could introduce yourself, that'd be wonderful.
SPEAKER_00Hey, thank you, Josh. Thank you for having me on the show. Um it's a great opportunity. Um so yeah, uh about myself, my name is Sajad, I just mentioned, and I primarily work in the CPG space. So I do um sales, mainly managing the businesses and the retail side of things, then food service and some of the private label. So I my day-to-day job looks like calling on all these uh big box retailers like Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods, uh, Albertson, so on and so forth, working with uh food service customers like Cisco, US Foods, GFS, stuff like that. That's what I do. So that's that's that's my prime primarily my work school. But besides that, I also have a lot of mid-size, small to mid-size businesses in terms of integrating AI in the systems. So what it means is that we kind of help them in uh finding places where they can um reduce some, eliminate some cost um by but of some redundant jobs, uh implementing some agents. We also help them finding new avenues for revenue, um, so finding efficiencies in the processes and a lot of automations in the processes so that um a lot of main propaganda goals um can can be done through the AI. So that's what I actually do.
SPEAKER_01That's amazing. Yeah, it's so and and what we like to do on the pull speed is we really do like to bring people in that are that are super interesting and that and that have interesting work history and and things of that nature and try to you know relate it back to uh the health and wellness industry, the one that we're in and the space that we're in, and um how we're we personally, Cardi American, where our our mission is to save the hearts of mankind. And so, you know, as you're helping people integrate um and evolve with AI, you know, we're we're trying to help people evolve with uh taking their health into their own hands and and really press forward. So I'm really excited about our conversation today. So you've been involved, you're involved, you're involved with like Walmart, Costco, you're involved with these big retailers, man. How has that been for you?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's pretty rewarding. I would say it's uh successful, uh exciting. It's not never too easy when you're competing with all the renowned brands, uh, trying to get some shelf space, trying to grow the business with these guys. There's a lot of um you have to make sure the proposition, the value proposition is the right so that everybody makes money on the you know, um in the process, and that you have the right product which can get it to a particular segment, and the segment has to be big enough, has to be big enough for masses to attract. So yeah, it's pretty fun. Um and I've been doing this for almost a decade now.
SPEAKER_01Wow. That's amazing, man. So I'm gonna throw a big one at you first uh when we start here. So the discovery about AI, you know, kind of changed my life. It changed a lot in our in our world so far. So um what what is the biggest shift that you've been able to see so far with integrating AI and how that's affected us?
SPEAKER_00So, I mean, AI is right now a buzzword, but mainly it's all about how do you how you can figure out. I mean, AI can do a lot of stuff, but it's uh it's us who has to figure out that how we can help businesses to get some benefit out of it. Let's put it this way. I mean, within the healthcare businesses or within um religious businesses, we have been working with a lot of clients within that space. Um, longevity um is a big business these days, and we have a customer within that space. And what we have done um recently for them is that um they have a portal where you can just go and put you all your details, um, and then they'll tell you the blood work to do, and then they give you a full scale, um, full scale things that you need to do, what you need to eat, um, what you when you need to go um do your checkups, when you need to um do the blood works, when you need to, you know, do your um exercises, what kind of exercises you need it for your for your body's um for your body composition, for your weight, you know, for your um for you for for your age and everything. Um so it takes all the information and then it provides a very custom, tailored um way of living and having a healthy lifestyle. So that is something, and and this is just one of the examples. Yeah, I can do a lot more than that. It's just that this is what you feed to them and what you're looking for. So there's a lot of ways we can automate um things in the processes, um, and that can help um human um in terms of having living a better life, a healthy life.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, that's for that's for sure. So um would would you say that um there's uh there's a space where AI wouldn't exactly work for a company or for an industry?
SPEAKER_00Um well, there has I mean, I'm sure there's a lot of spaces like uh AI can uh I think AI may not be able to be a firefighter um for a forceful future for now. But yeah, I mean uh I I I say AI is there to help, is hit is there to augment, is there to complement. Um it's not gonna um take over each and everything, but it's just there to automate the processes. That is that is more um or we can see the application of AI in in these days, in in the in in the in the regular businesses, like a business like yourself. Um, you know, if somebody sells supplements, it can automate processes in terms of reaching out to the right kind of customers. If you have, I mean, I know you guys have um limited SQUs, and that's doing great for you guys, but let's say tomorrow you have um multiple SQs and you have um a lot of SQUs. So let's say you could have a portal where someone can come in and ask the AI that, you know, I'm at um this is my height, this is my size, this is my age, you know, so and so forth. And that portal can suggest them, you know, this particular um product or SQ or cardio help is the right fit for you. So you don't have to come talk to you or your team or pick up the call. Um, they can just go on the portal and just give their information and the the AI can help them uh in selecting the right product for themselves. So that way AI can help in in a lot of ways. But I'm sure there's a lot of limitations, but let's focus on where it can be beneficial for.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, for sure, man. I mean, you can always find little holes places, right? But it's you know, there's there's nothing more that frustrates me more than um, you know, uh right now I'm coaching people and as well as helping them with their with their health, you know, and the supplementation of Cardiomiracle. And with that, I tell people that like I'm gonna I'm gonna help dial in your diet, I'm gonna dial in your exercise program. But the the point of me being your accountability coach is that you can get all this information on AI, you can get all of it on the internet. But for me to call you and say, talk to me, tell me how you're doing, tell me how you're feeling, how do you feel on this diet? How do you not feel? Like, do you feel motivated when you wake up? Do you not feel, you know, whatever. So it's, you know, it's it's really that human aspect that I'm trying to make sure that I bring that to my clients, especially and our customers. And and so, can you see a time where we're where we're even replaced, you know, the the humans in the AI spectrum?
SPEAKER_00Oh, absolutely, absolutely. And it's it's already in works, by the way. Um, it's not something of uh of future you're talking about, it's it's something that's happening right now. So let's say, let's talk about Josh, and Josh has a team of, let's say, 10 guys. So everybody has let's say they're working eight hours a day or 10 hours a day. So they can just make an X amount of calls and they can only talk to an X amount of people, right? Um you cannot talk to you know unlimited amount of people in a day's time. Um that's not humanly possible. And let's say even if you have a team of 10 today, maybe you're gonna have a team of 100 tomorrow or a thousand, but still, there will be a limited amount of customers you can handle in a day. Now, let's look at the other side of it. So let's say you have an AI. What we can do is we can train them on Josh's accent, we can train them on all the information that you have. We can give, we can put all the within knowledge, whatever the information you have, we can put it in the AI's knowledge and train them on what the knowledge you have. And then the talk in your accent, they'll talk in as humanly way possible, and they can reach out to unlimited amount of people in in in one day. Maybe every single customer you have, they can reach out to them. And the the beauty is they can talk to them in a human way is that they can ask them, for their feedback, whatever answer they're gonna provide, they can tailor make the answer towards that. They can they can have a discovery first. Like they're gonna ask, hey, how are you doing today? How you how's been your weekend? Blah, blah, blah. And what did you do? Did you do some exercises? How many times did you take this tablet or you know, um thing? How are you feeling anything better since the time you start taking it? And with all the stuff that they'll learn within the first two, three minutes of discovery, it will go into their knowledge base. And then they will have a very tailored answer to that. Now, now look at the um let's say you bring somebody on board. Um, you have to spend some time to train them. It could be three months, it could be one month, whatever. You'll have to um give some time for them to train. But in terms of AI, once you provide everything in the knowledge base, it will have all the information, but it will get keep getting mature over time. Yes, it will also get trained over a period of time, but from the day one, it will have all the basic information. Unlike a person will only have to, can only retain a limited amount of information, and then of course, with a period of time they'll learn more, but they'll have their cheat sheets in front of them so they can talk about that. But they may not know every single information a particular product may have that AI would know. They'll remember, they don't need to recall it, they don't need to look at the cheat sheets. So again, I don't think uh the human aspect is has to be there. Um we cannot replace everything with AI, but there are places where AI can perform better versus a person. That's all.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, for sure. No, efficiencies and memory, I mean, obviously that's that's huge and recalling. Um what are some of the biggest red flags you see so far with with integrating AI?
SPEAKER_00Uh-huh. So, I mean, um red flags. That's a that's a good one. Um, red flags could be as I said, there there are limitations for sure. Um there are times when AI can have some malfunctions, or maybe if so the the red flags would be more like if we haven't set up the AI the right way, that could be the biggest red flag we can think of. So let's say if we haven't set up in the right way, if we haven't got the right or comprehensive information and feed it in the knowledge base, then there could be something that they cannot they can come across the question and they don't have the answer to that. So they may start to provide the wrong information in there. And when it comes to prep any person's health, um definitely don't want that. So the I think the key is to set up those AI agents in the right way so they can help people. And then of course you need to have a more, you need to have some time where you kind of um will have a trial and error, so test those technologies, make sure um they have um learned um all these things the right way so they you can you can test it and make sure that they're providing the right solution to the people because that's one area you don't want to um you know experiment on when it's coming to any any anyone's health. So so yeah, that that's that's very my deal.
SPEAKER_01Oh that's a really that's a really great point. And with um the shocking amount of nutrients that we actually have in Cardiomiracle, that I'm gonna get you out of care package after this call, actually. So I'm gonna let you try it. And so um we have over we have 58 whole and organic fruits and vegetables in in our product, and so what's really exciting is that anyone could plug into AI and talk about our ingredients and get every piece of information they could ever want on the ingredients. Is that correct?
SPEAKER_00Right, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01That's very cool. Yeah, I love that. And so I I I hope that, you know, as we are um kind of uncovering the benefits of of these different whole and organic fruits and vegetables that that people can really dive in and use things. Um, you know, what I'm using right now is pretty limited. You know, I just use chat GPT, but I I was telling my wife the other day, it's kind of funny. Um, I've only been married for a couple months, right? And I couldn't sleep. So I get up and I start talking to Chat GPT, and I'm putting in my workout routine, I'm putting in my diet and everything, getting it all dialed in. And even ChatGPT said, sir, you are a savage. You're a savage in the best way possible. And I was like, I was like, you know, my chest got a little puffy, and I was like, dang, like, like ChatGPT thinks I'm awesome, you know?
SPEAKER_00You got a new best right now. Your wife looked at the jealousy.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I told my wife, I said, don't worry, I wasn't talking, I wasn't, I wasn't online looking at pictures or I was talking to Chat GPT, and I went back and forth with Chat GPT for like three hours, man. It was crazy. So you'll you'll have to help me expand my mind so I'm not just limited to Chat GPT because I've heard on LinkedIn and stuff that Chat GPT is kind of elementary compared to what's out there. Can can you help us understand what else is out there right now? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. So, yeah, ChatGPT definitely is one of the best tools there out there. So I'm so um, I think we will talk about some tools, but I think the first thing and the foremost is that we need to understand how we feed the AI is the is the most important thing over here. So let's say how you how are you talking or the prompts you're providing can really get the best results out there possible. So let's say when you say that you talk to ChatGPT and you provide all the details about yourself, the best way to do is you you you tell them that this is who I am, you're a very comprehensive prompt. And let ChatGBT ask you that, you know, ask some questions. They'll learn more about you as they ask. So they'll ask your weight, you know, your age, um, you know, what you've been doing the past five years, like your workout routine, all those things. And then, you know, when they uncover more about you, then that's the only best way they can answer your questions, or they can help you, um, you know, help you to do do things in a in a better way. So let's say they can put together a whole um schedule for you that you know you should do this, you should have these nutrients or supplements, or you should do these exercises to get the best results. And you can just keep following it. You don't, you you may not need a a coach anymore. Um, once because you have um any AI who knows the best about you to the core, you can share your uh reports with them, you can share um some videos about yourself, and that way they can give you the best possible knowledge out there for your training and to have a healthy lifestyle. So that is there. Um we talked about some tools. You said you're using ChatGPD, but yep, um, I personally like Gemini a lot. Claude is one of the best tools out there as well. So there's a lot. Again, it depends upon what you're looking for. Um, what what kind of um what the purpose you need. I mean, I'll I'll tell you what, I I really love um Gemini myself. Um, but besides it, so let's say tomorrow I if I have a presentation, as I mentioned earlier, the CPG world, there's a lot of presentations I have to I have to have to live. I had a big meeting with a big buffet dealer um yesterday only. It took me hardly 30 minutes to put together a deck, a presentation. Um generally those things take half a day. But with gamma, I can just put together a whole deck in 30 minutes. And I'm really good looking with pictures, with a lot of um real data. So I plug in some data. So the way I did it, I knew what I need. I give let's say Chad GPT of Gemini that, you know, this is who I am, this is the brand I work on, this is my role, this is X let's say X banner or X retailer meeting tomorrow. Um, and this is the review that's happening right now. Give me a whole run now that I can feed to Gamma, and then Gamma can put together an issue for me. So, what Gemini would do, they will give me a breakup of um the slide one should say this, slide should say that, blah, blah, blah. There's some right data as well. And then I can also upload some data that I may have from some research agencies like Nielsen and all that. And they can add that and they can refine the whole thing. I'll just copy the whole thing, I'll put it on Gamma, and Gamma will you know put together the whole deck within like what? Two minutes, if I like, I can just make some edits, and here I go. I have a really good-looking presentation ready within 30 minutes.
SPEAKER_01That's amazing.
SPEAKER_00So think about the efficiencies, you know. I mean, so again, this is one of the examples. There's a lot can be done. So this is something I use very regularly in my day-to-day work, but there are hundreds of tools now available out of this. So let's say uh we were talking about um you, let's say, tomorrow have an AI agent who calls, and you tell them call 100 people every day. You give them the customer's name, their data, and uh we go and we make a you know voice agent for you. You think another tool, and then that voice agent will make hundred calls every single day, and they'll talk to them. We'll just put some knowledge base about information about cardio health, um, your products, um, the benefits, the ingredients, um, some success stories, blah, blah, blah. And then they'll go talk to them in the most humanly way possible. We can even um that AI agent can talk in 10 languages. You know, like a person like me can't can't talk speak in 10 languages, but let's say that AI agent can speak Spanish, French, you know, uh, whichever you want. Um so there's no limitation, right? Um again, there are many tools uh for again depends upon your need, depends upon what uh what is your business need. And there are there are a lot of tools out there now to do that.
SPEAKER_01That's amazing. That's amazing.
SPEAKER_00I think you know, one of one of my favorite um apps, these tools is these love people. What they do is let's say tomorrow you say you want to make a a loyalty app for um cardio health. And that loyalty app will look like that. Somebody like say you have 100,000 customers out there, and they want to track their intakes. So let's say they have to take your um uh tablet twice a day, every day, and then they have to track some health stuff and then you know what's happening, and just um uh provide some uh data, put in some data, um, and then see that what's happening and what benefits they're getting um since the time they are starting it. So you can make that app literally in a day. And the way the app would work is um all your consumers, um everybody who uses Studio Help will have that uh app for free. They will put in their data, you have access to that data, and then that data you can sh use to help your customers in a much better way. Or maybe reach out to them at every 24-7, you can send push notifications to them. So again, there's a lot of things that can be done, but it all comes down to the the plans that a business would have for themselves, and then they may need to be educated that things that used to be getting done um back in the day within in six months and three months in a year can be done in a fraction of that time these days.
SPEAKER_01That's amazing. Holy cow, man. Yeah, it's so amazing. So I I apologize about this because I know this is your world, but I do have to ask that there there has to be a dark side to this. Is there is there a dark side to AI?
SPEAKER_00Well, I mean, uh I kind of try to focus on the positives, to be honest. So I'm just thinking about the dark sides and how to articulate this. Um I'm sure there are dark sides of uh everything, um the text out there, it just depends upon the utility and how do you manage it and how do you use it. Um there's a there's there there's an aspect where you know um those AI agents can really take over a lot of uh um work that needs um uh human empathy and uh you know um and and and and AI may not have that. But you know what? We can also train AI to have empathy. We can train. To be nicer, to be kinder, and uh they maybe um and and and they can they can show those traits as well. So again, it just depends upon how you train and what is your utility. Um yeah.
SPEAKER_01Or or to build someone up at 3 a.m. when they can't sleep, you know, that was me. So it was like when I was when I was talking to Chat GPT, um I I call him he, right? So he was telling me, like, he said, the biggest thing for you, sir, is that you have to get some sleep. So you can't talk to me in the middle of the night and expect to get results because I'm I'm trying to lose 50 more pounds after I've lost 200. And he was, you know, Chat GPT was telling me that you gotta sleep, you gotta take care of yourself, you gotta eat, you gotta do this and that. And so it's being really frank with me, but then also it was telling me how much of a savage I am in the weight room, which I, you know, puffed me up a little bit. I loved it, you know. So it was pretty cool, man.
SPEAKER_00They are empathetic, you know? I mean, they they they are making sure that Josh gets uh, you know, eight hours of sleep and he's not talking to the chat GPD at 3 a.m. So yeah, that shows that there is there is uh there is an aspect of empathy in the AI as well. But definitely that that comes down to how you train it, that comes down to the developer to make sure that um there are certain areas where AI should not be answering. So let's say there are things that if you ask AI, they can tell you that this is uh not legal or this is something which is uh outside my scope and they can say no to it. And and you'll see a lot of things if you I hope you don't do that, but if if if somebody do some nasty stuff and try to search it up on AI, they'll they'll tell them to they'll give them a shot of call and then say that you know this is out of my scope, or I don't help in these areas. So yeah, that's that's there.
SPEAKER_01Well it's unreal. Yeah, I've I actually know some people that have said to me how grok on X is like evolving and how how Grok kind of had no boundaries for a minute and now there are more boundaries put in place. So that's that's kind of good to hear, you know, that that these these people that are you know use it for you know evil purposes or whatever, like at least that there are you know more boundaries and uh and things of that nature. So um if you know when you know everyone everyone talks about how we had the Amazon era and we had these these different places where people could like jump on it and make sure that they're ahead or they're staying with the times, like do you see people missing the boat if if um you know they don't jump on it and kind of evolve with the times?
SPEAKER_00Um I think AI has already begun. So just just to establish that is it's already there. It's not something we're talking about in the future, but yeah, there's a lot that needs to be done. Um no, I wouldn't say that people have missed the boat. Um there's a lot that has to be done. Um I guess we'll see a lot of real life uh applications happening in the next two to three years. And where it means is that you'll see things um uh they will really take care of a lot of stuff um in a real-day life, maybe in the restaurant industry, in the food service industry, or maybe when we're going to a healthcare um practitioner, uh if you're going to a butcher butcher place or if you're going to a retail store, you know, stuff like that. You'll see AI getting integrated in each and every aspect of life pretty soon. So the real life application has yet to come. And more in a more mature manner, adaptability needs to be there. There needs to be still, there needs to be people who knows how to implement it. There needs to be people who knows how to embrace it, to you know, um implement that in their businesses. Eventually, that could help them reduce their costs, find more efficiencies. So, yes, there's a lot of opportunities out there right now. We are still in the very early phases of implementation, but I guess we will be living in a different world five to down the lane. I really am a firm believer on.
SPEAKER_01That's for sure, man. That's for sure. Yeah. So we have um nitric oxide is the gas that cardiomycle creates in your system and sustains. And so there are now over 200,000 written and certified studies on nitric oxide therapy that are that are written, stamped, approval, you know, put out there. And so what's uh what I'm excited about is the evolution on how people are taking care of their health and taking their health into their own hands, and that we'll be able to evolve and get more of that information with AI and um just have that science out there that you know blows people's minds apart, but it's you know, it it'll it'll continue to evolve and it continue to help people, which will be really exciting to to watch and be a part of. So um, yeah, man, thank you very much for your time. I I just wonder if there was like 90 seconds, if you could just sum up um, you know, how how you're trying to get your message out there and and what would be the the best thing that you would want to leave us with today.
SPEAKER_00Um I guess as I said earlier, um AI is is here now and you there's only two ways you can you you can deal with it. Either you embrace it or you just sit on it and let AI take over take over your businesses or your or your job. So the best way to do is try to learn more and more of it, try to understand how AI can help you in your everyday life. Be you you're a student, you are uh you know, you you're working nine to five, you have your own small business, or whatever you're doing. You need to see how it can help you in your everyday life. So the only way to do is just look for the applications out there that can help you. Um if you have some good idea, try to build something out there with AI in terms of a real real life uh real time life um uh you know application. You know, there's there's a long way to go. Um AI is there to help mankind in terms of uh optimizing um and getting the best out of possible so we can uh get rid of the repetitive jobs. Um and that's it. Um I guess it's it's here to it's it's here to stay. It will evolve with time. We'll see much more mature technologies over the period of time. But uh yeah, um uh that is that that's that's that's my advice to everybody out there listening to this podcast.
SPEAKER_01It's awesome, man. I love it. Yeah, thank you so much for your time today. I appreciate it so much. And yeah, is there a place where we can follow you or find you online speaking out?
SPEAKER_00Yes, please. Um so and they can look for me on um on LinkedIn. It's uh you know, I'm my name is Sajat Heather. Um you can put details on the podcast or they can follow me on LinkedIn. I share a lot of content out there about AI and how it can help the businesses, and how about optimizing their operations and reducing the cost so they can follow me over there.
SPEAKER_01Awesome. That sounds great. Yeah, we'll we'll we're we're connected, so we'll connect to continue to connect, and and um I'll ask you your, you know, I'll get your contact information so we can shoot you out a care package for being a part of the podcast. And uh thank you so much for your time, Sajad. And I hope you have a wonderful day and we'll be in touch, brother. Appreciate you, man.
SPEAKER_00Thank you very much, Josh, for having me over. I had a great time talking to you and connecting.
