some"},{"startTime":392.166,"endTime":394.0,"body":"knowing who they are and some comfort"},{"startTime":394.0,"endTime":397.291,"body":"with some kind of core ways they it."},{"startTime":399.833,"endTime":400.125,"body":"Right."},{"startTime":400.125,"endTime":401.708,"body":"You start getting in the public realm"},{"startTime":401.708,"endTime":404.416,"body":"for athletes, and then it becomes"},{"startTime":404.416,"endTime":406.958,"body":"about protection and boundaries."},{"startTime":406.958,"endTime":408.5,"body":"And so that could be kind of a tricky"},{"startTime":408.5,"endTime":409.416,"body":"thing to navigate."},{"startTime":409.416,"endTime":411.833,"body":"Often I find people"},{"startTime":411.833,"endTime":414.25,"body":"who are really serious in their profession,"},{"startTime":414.25,"endTime":416.916,"body":"it's hard for them really to explore"},{"startTime":416.916,"endTime":419.291,"body":"themselves in a lot of different ways."},{"startTime":420.333,"endTime":422.666,"body":"I think, the athlete culture has gotten"},{"startTime":422.666,"endTime":424.75,"body":"better about, like, hey, you can"},{"startTime":424.75,"endTime":427.75,"body":"be someone outside of soccer"},{"startTime":427.75,"endTime":430.25,"body":"that's allowed more than it used to be,"},{"startTime":430.25,"endTime":432.0,"body":"but it's still pretty restrictive."},{"startTime":434.333,"endTime":435.833,"body":"So those are just some thoughts"},{"startTime":435.833,"endTime":439.708,"body":"yeah, on what I see in sports."},{"startTime":439.708,"endTime":441.125,"body":"How's that land for you game."},{"startTime":523.75,"endTime":526.416,"body":"If that's what you believe about yourself,"},{"startTime":526.416,"endTime":529.0,"body":"or I'm a person who doesn't this."},{"startTime":594.375,"endTime":597.416,"body":"And a lot of times that's not true."},{"startTime":597.416,"endTime":597.708,"body":"Right."},{"startTime":597.708,"endTime":598.833,"body":"You have to perform well."},{"startTime":599.708,"endTime":600.5,"body":"That's why you're there"},{"startTime":600.5,"endTime":601.583,"body":"to perform appreciated,"},{"startTime":621.125,"endTime":623.125,"body":"vulnerability might not be."},{"startTime":623.416,"endTime":625.416,"body":"So how do you kind of manage that"},{"startTime":625.416,"endTime":627.0,"body":"without losing yourself"},{"startTime":627.0,"endTime":629.5,"body":"and things going into the shadow?"},{"startTime":631.208,"endTime":632.75,"body":"I think identity can"},{"startTime":632.75,"endTime":634.083,"body":"become really experiences that don't fit"},{"startTime":649.458,"endTime":650.791,"body":"with our identity"},{"startTime":651.75,"endTime":654.083,"body":"or that threaten our
