John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received from Him abideth in you, and ye have no need that any man teach you. But as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.

Good morning, welcome to another episode of All Things God. This is your host, John Huffman. Today we're going to talk about the chur the church and the condition it's in, how it got there and how to get it out. First off, since the apostles laid the foundation for the church, men have interpreted their words and their messages and their writings using their carnal understanding. And why is that a problem? Let me explain it to you. Proverbs it says, There's a way that seems right unto man. That way leads to death. The death that Proverbs is talking about is the same death that God told Adam about in the garden when he said, The day you eave that tree is the day that you die. Remember, there are two trees in the garden. One is a tree of life, one is a tree of death. And so it's a tree of knowledge, of good and evil, but it's death. So when men read the Bible or interpret the scriptures, they do it using that tree. What seems right to them. Oh, it's Jesus God, He's fully man and bully God. They don't know God. And so I call it Brog DNA. The reason I call it Brog DNA is because in Jurassic Park, when they got the amber out of the tree sap, they found the mosquitoes and they had the DNA sequences in them. It was only partial DNA sequences. So to fill in the blanks, they used frog DNA. That's the church in a nutshell, frog DNA. When it's just simpler just to listen to God or to get to know God, but they don't know him and they're afraid to get to know him. In order to get to know God, you have to be transparent and confess your sin. That's the only way to meet God. Confess your sins. So I've showed you through at least four examples. Um, upon this rock, when Jesus asked his disciples, who do they say I am in Matthew 16? I showed you that they've misinterpreted that. My God, my God, when Jesus is hanging on the cross. I've told you how they misinterpreted that as Isaiah 54.8. I've told you how they misinterpreted that, thinking it was the Father talking to the Son when it was it was Jesus talking to Israel when he divorced them in Isaiah 54.8. He hid his face from them. And another example is Matthew 24.5. Men that will come in my name saying I am the Christ. This is people today who are standing behind the pulpit, proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ without knowing him. 400 years ago, 1630, George Fox had this same revelation that I'm talking about, but the church rejected it because revelation means you know God better than I do. And the church can't have that. I've not met a pastor to this very day in my life that would be delighted that you know God better than him. I would love to meet somebody who knows God better than me. I wish, I wish I could run into a hundred every day. I want you right now, the person that's hearing this, to know God better than I do. That's what I want for you. But see, a pastor won't let that, his ego won't let that happen. I went to my pastor one time and I said, The Spirit of God told me that I have no need that any man should teach me, but the Spirit who abides within will teach me all things. And my pastor said to me, You're not there yet. I'm like, it was the Spirit of God who said it to me. Whoa, wouldn't he know better than you? Yeah, but if you're there, you don't need me. That's exactly right. That's exactly what he's saying. Goodbye. Goodbye. Oh, you're gonna be an island amongst yourself? No, I'm not being an island. There's no island here. The island is me and Jesus. That's the island. That's the island, me and Jesus. You have no need that any man should teach you, but the Spirit who abides within will teach you all things. My responsibility as an apostle is to lay the foundation for the church. It's to get rid of all the misinformation and to plant your feet on solid ground so that you will know Jesus Christ yourself. You will know God firsthand. You'll know that your sins are forgiven you. You'll have peace, and you'll know that you're one of his sons. That's my responsibility. Get your feet planted on solid ground so that you can do that. I don't gain anything. I met an angel one day. He said, Your reward is great in heaven. I was like, I don't care. I don't care about a reward. You should know that. I don't do anything for a reward. I do it either because it's the right thing to do or I'm so compelled inside of me to do it that I can't do anything else. So, anyway. So the condition of the churches, pastors, popes, school of prophets, cemetery, what do they call that thing? Um seminary, oh, okay, I just call it cemetery. Nobody there knows God. I would love for them to know him better than me, but they don't and they won't, because in order to get there, you have to confess your sin. You have to bury your soul to God. That's how you come to the Father. No man comes to the Father at least to be drawn by the Spirit. How does the Spirit draw you to the Father? He convicts you of your sin. That's how the Spirit draws you to your Father. And then with the heart, a man believes unto righteousness, and with your mouth you confess unto salvation. So there's your only responsibility is to believe. Believe in your heart when he convicts you. And then confess with your mouth. And then to as many as received and believed, give you the power to become the children of God. That's what it says in John. So you're on the right path. You go to this thing with a fog machine and a and a coffee bar and let's listen to them, and you are eating from the tree of death every Sunday. And that's why you have no peace. This is Jeremiah 6.14. They lightly banished the daughter of my people. Promising peace, but there's none to be had. They cannot give you the absolution that you're looking for. You have guilt, shame, and condemnation from your sin. The only person who can believe that is God Himself. And it comes when He quickens you and calls you to repent. That's how it works. Then you have salvation. Alright, well, keep tuning in if you're getting anything out of this. I'm John, and I'll see you again.
