When I started the podcast last year, I was on the lookout for potential guests. After some LinkedIn searching, I realized that one of my former students, Melanie DeFilippis, started her own PR firm. We had a great conversation, and you’ll find that episode under the title “Founding a Public Relations firm” on September 25, 2019.
That interview was the tipping point for Melanie to develop her own podcast. It’s called Biz Com with W.O.M. W.O.M. is the acronym for Melanie’s PR firm, Word of Mouth.
I was honored to be Melanie’s first guest. She posted that episode, and I am re-posting it here as an episode on my podcast. So, this episode flips the script, and I get to be the interviewee.
