The 4 horsemen of revelation 6 are the "stages" of the Antichrist rule

SPEAKER_00

Hello, today I want to talk about what I like to call the four stages of the leadership of the Antichrist, and that is dealing in Revelation chapter 6 with these four horsemen. And I believe that these horsemen are all the Antichrist. All right. But I believe that there are different stages, things that are going on during the tribulation period, during his leadership. And so let's get right into it. In um in verse one of Revelation chapter six, it says, And now I saw when the lamb opened one of the seals, I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, come, and I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering to conquer. Okay, that's from the New King James Version. And there's some things that we will look at uh from a translation standpoint that will help us understand more uh about the Antichrist. This I believe is the Antichrist, and he's coming on a white horse, and I think that shows two things. One thing it shows is is that when he first comes, um he's not being violent, but he's being he's being manipulative, but the people won't won't understand or believe or know that he's being manipulative until he turns. But uh really like Adolf Hitler, when he first took over uh Germany or uh you know got in the process of becoming the dictator of Germany and then trying the whole world, uh, he was bringing them some things that they wanted. They were having you know inflation problems and work problems, job problems, and he was promising the right things. And so he came in a manipulative fashion uh to that country to win them over. The Antichrist will work in the same way. He's riding a white horse, which shows that he comes in peace, and I believe also the fact that he has a bow and no arrows means that he has the crown and he has the ability uh to uh to be violent at this point, uh, but he's not. The conquering and conquer in the uh New King James, and I believe the King James as well, and probably other translations translate it those words, which uh another way of translating is overcoming. He overcomes, and he overcomes by political manipulation, and so he is overcoming by political manipulation. The white horse also represents uh the fact that uh he is imitating the Christ. And remember, is the Antichrist, one of the reasons that he's called the Antichrist, is because that he is an antichrist. So what's happened is that the Jewish people at least will believe that he is the Messiah that is to come. Uh and it's quite possible as the Muslims will believe that he is some type of Messiah that has come as well. And so he comes looking like, you know, the Christ, he comes looking like a benevolent benefactor, he comes looking like a great leader that's going to bring peace. Then the second stage of his leadership, uh, verse three, it says, And when he opened the second seal, I heard uh the second living creature saying, Come and see. And another horse, which was fiery red, went out, and it grant it was granted to one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another, and there was given to him a great sword. Okay, that's very important. So a fiery red horse represents blood, it represents anger, it represents violence, and so here we see is that for whatever the reason is, the Antichrist then turns violent. This might be uh proceeding into the second part of the tribulation period, which is called the Great Tribulation Period, and uh where uh he is uh the Antichrist is confronted with the gospel now because God has sent the two witnesses, and so the gospel is having its work in the world, and it's making the Antichrist mad and angry. He's not able to have his way, and so um, so he's angry, and so then this stirs up violence. Now he becomes violent. It says that he has a great sword. I I believe that's a reference to nuclear weapons at this present time. He has nuclear weapons and may be using them on some countries at this time and some people, but he has this great weapon. That's the second stage of the leadership of the Antichrist. The third stage is uh begins with verse five. And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, Come and uh see. So I looked and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius, and do not harm the oil or the wine. Uh this is uh showing us of a financial collapse, and the fact is that people will literally be working uh for one day's wage, which will actually be uh one day's worth of food. And the person that is on the horse, again, is the Antichrist. He is controlling the scales, which means he is in control of the economy. And so the Antichrist is the one who's weighing these scales against the people. And um, and it's interesting, it says, do not harm the oil or the wine. This may be a reference to uh people, the oil and wine were considered uh high commodities. They were considered rich uh of the rich commodities. And so it may be the fact is that we're talking about he is going after the common people and things by what he's doing to the economy. But we see that the economy, and I believe this is the world economy, is crashing. Again, what's going to happen in further chapters of Revelation is going to they're going to describe to us how he does this, how he collapsed the economy, how he comes, you know, when these trumpets are blown, when these bowls are poured out of the wrath of God, how these things will play. These are just the snapshot of the phases of his leadership. Okay, and then in the fourth phase, in the final phase of his uh leadership, when he opened uh verse seven, when he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the four living creatures saying, Come and see. And so I looked and behold, a pale horse. Well, in the Greek that is green, a green horse, and the name of him who sat on it was death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth to kill with the sword, with the hunger and death by the beast of the earth. Okay, so um people are dying now, and it's interesting, he says by the sword. I believe he's talking about that sword that he was given in his second phase of ministry, or a second phase of leadership, which uh was he was given a um big sword or given a great sword as it was called. And so this again, nuclear weapons. So people are dying now, dying because of the economy, there's no food, and dying because of the violence and the nuclear weapons, and so on and so forth. What we're gonna find then is in the rest, is we're gonna find how God was working during the tribulation period to save uh people out of uh the tribulation period uh after the two witnesses come, and how that uh uh that he saves a remnant of Israel as he had promised Abraham that he would. In fact, 144,000 will be saved uh during this time, and we're gonna see more of that. But these are the four phases, the four stages, if you will, of the leadership of the Antichrist and a snapshot of how his leadership is going to transpire and how it is going to um evolve into what it does. God bless you.
