00:05:59.920 --> 00:06:05.040 We get the thing that we think will solve everything in us. 00:06:05.360 --> 00:06:11.120 I mean, if it's not Harvard, I mean, what better position can you get in our country, right, than being at Harvard, right? 00:07:37.920 --> 00:07:44.240 Anger you can't control, lust you can't control, greed you can't control, and you're sort of like, I don't know, you don't know what to do with it. 00:07:44.480 --> 00:07:51.040 A child you can't quite get their behavior together, a parent, you can't quite get their behavior together. 00:07:51.360 --> 00:07:59.199 Or you keep trying to build a record of good enough, but it doesn't quite outweigh what you feel like are personal failings. 00:08:02.079 --> 00:08:13.199 Or maybe you're trying to work yourself into that prime position and it's not working out, and so you live in despair, or maybe you got to Harvard, or you're Harvard, whatever that is, and it's still not enough. 00:08:14.879 --> 00:08:23.040 The point is, is human need for absolution of sin and acceptance of our varying beings inescapable. 00:08:23.600 --> 00:08:27.360 It's inescapable for me, it's inescapable for you. 00:08:27.759 --> 00:08:30.079 And it's not because you're different. 00:08:30.399 --> 00:08:30.720 Right?
