All right. What are we doing here? We're doing a vision board. So we are manifesting our dreams, our goals. Okay. And uh we're looking through magazines to find something that inspires us, something that resonates with our soul, something we want uh to attract to our life.
SPEAKER_01So it's something that I want so if I see something that I really like and I want it, I'm gonna cut it out. Absolutely, yes. So let's let's see what it is. I'm curious. Oh, I love this chain. See, I collect the blue and white china. I love this. That's beautiful. It's stunning. Would that be something that if I already have it, would I cut it out? Or no, it's something that I don't have.
SPEAKER_00So it's typically what you don't uh have, something that you want more of. So if if you desire more of them. You know what?
SPEAKER_01I love the ambiance of this. I want more of that because I don't have all these candles and flowers and pears and lemons and stuff. So maybe I would so now, okay, so let's say I want this and I want to add this to like my evening decor with dinner. Like what do I do with it on the board? Like how do you place it?
SPEAKER_00So the first part of creating a vision board is actually uh collecting different pieces and then arranging them um into into the board. So yes, because it you might be surprised what you find there, right? So yeah, definitely. I'm cu I'm curious what's next. How long have you been doing this for? Oh, it's been 15 years. I started back in Poland before I moved to the United States, so I actually manifested being here. I manifested talking to you as well. So I really believe in that. Oh my god, how amazing is that?
SPEAKER_01So when did you you so 15 years ago you came over from Poland?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so that was actually 14 years uh ago. Um and uh I manifested being here. I discovered um personal development and vision boards uh back in the days. I think it was 2010 for the first time. So I started doing that regularly, every six months updating, uh rehearsing, and and changing things up, and it actually works for me.
SPEAKER_01And how is the transition coming from one country to America? How was that for you?
SPEAKER_00Oh, it's scary and it's brave, and uh that's the curiosity that brought me here. So I was just curious what's out there. So it was difficult, challenging. Um, there were a lot of failures, a lot of mistakes, a lot of unknowns. But uh it's it's a great experience, definitely. I would recommend doing that.
SPEAKER_01I can't believe you manifested yourself to America. I find this fascinating. Now, did you find the picture was it pictures of America that you found that you put on your board, or was it a lifestyle, or was it so was it yes, that's a great question.
SPEAKER_00So actually, it was a lifestyle. So those were like elements of uh little things that I've seen on TV, on the internet, obviously in the magazines that I gathered together, and they together um brought me here. So I think it works. That's why I'm sharing this with everybody. I love this story.
SPEAKER_01Now I want to my one of my goals for 2026 is to start baking more. So I think I really should take this cake out. Wonderful. I would like to have more elegant dinner parties and you know, have my service like this and bake some stuff. So I'm gonna cut out what I want the the second half of 2026, wonderful my dinner parties to look like.
SPEAKER_00So wow, so can't wait to see those dinners.
SPEAKER_01Now you've been teaching uh classes on manifesting and vision boards for years now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so I actually used to teach English and German as a second language, and I saw that need of uh talking about something else than just weather and basic stuff. So I like to talk to my clients and ask them questions, interview them, what do they actually want? What is that thing that they desire? So that brought me to vision boards, and actually that was an extension of the need that I found that was helpful and while talking to others.
SPEAKER_01I absolutely love this, guys. If you want to do a vision board class, Isabella is local in Myrtle Beach, and she will come to your office and she will teach all of your employees how to manifest and create vision boards. How would everybody get in touch with you if they wanted to do take a class with you?
SPEAKER_00Oh, it's very simple. Um my phone number is 786-930-1619. And you can reach me at uh isabella at newena at gmail.com as well.
SPEAKER_01Very nice. Now we're gonna go inside because the show is Realtors and RVs. I want to do a little bit of a real estate show here, but we had to talk about this because I'm fascinated with manifesting. Chris and I are big. We we get up at four o'clock in the morning and we have our own vision boards of where we want to be 2027, 2028, even you know, 2030 goals. And we look at them every morning and stuff like that. One of the things that I did too is I put some pictures on index cards and I have them in my truck. So when I'm driving, if I'm having like a really bad day, I know I don't have a big board like this, but I'll have little cards. Now, is that like freaky or do people do that as well?
SPEAKER_00I love it. I don't know what people do, but if what works for you, that's fantastic. And I believe in anything that works for you that it's it's uh just different that serves you in any way to attract what you want to attract and just uh improving yourself. It's the bigger umbrella over that. Uh, I'm pretty sure that you your goals are very ambitious and that helps you to remind where you're going and whatever that is, it's I just I admire that actually. So well, thank you. I admire you so much.
SPEAKER_01Well, let's go in, let's grab a cup of coffee and let's finish this chat about real estate. Welcome back to another episode of Realtors in RVs. Today I have Isabella Nowina on. Welcome to the show, Isabella. Thank you. You're welcome. Now, Isabella, I am dying to know your journey here. I met you maybe two or three years ago, and we met because you were teaching a vision board class at the real estate office, which that's something that you do. You teach uh real estate and you also teach um motivation and manifestation and vision boards. You do so much. But um, I wanted to talk, you manifested, which we were talking about before, your journey to America. So let's just recap on that. I want to start the inside coffee talk with that manifestation.
SPEAKER_00Thank you. So thank you so much for the invitation, first of all. Um, so my journey started um in Poland. I was 29 and um I had my master's degree in linguistics, and I decided to move to America to actually learn my English better, improve my English, and um uh what's the best way to do this? I wanted to totally immerse myself and talk to the native speaker. So that was my manifestation. Um, I started uh with um obviously um little collages and uh and um and pictures and back in the days we didn't have access to the internet, uh so um so that worked for me. Um, and I've been doing it uh since 2010 uh successfully, uh, updating uh what I need to um uh manifest and what I want to attract to my life. And um when I was 29 I decided to to pack my suitcase and um I successfully moved overseas, I was uh given an opportunity to uh to get a green card and I started working here as a teacher. I've been working as a teacher, online tutor um for 20 years. Uh, and then um I met my current partner. Um, we moved to Miami, Florida. We lived there for four years, and uh, when our daughter was born in 2017, we decided to settle down in Middle Beach, and this community always felt like home. So uh so since 2017 I've been uh very blessed to live here and give back to the community currently and connect with so many incredible individuals. I'm very grateful for so many chances, opportunities, and um just just uh a privilege of being around so many great people. Um, so thank you. Hopefully that answers your question. Yeah, you're you're welcome.
SPEAKER_01So, one of the things I wanted to ask you, why real estate? Why did you get into it?
SPEAKER_00So I asked myself uh at some point of my uh career um a question. Um, what would you do uh if you had no fear to fail? What do you what would you do? So uh real estate was uh was my answer. So that was an ocean of opportunities that uh unknown uh challenge. Um I like to challenge myself and I thought I would be having a chance to um develop myself even more. Uh I would have a chance to um give back to the community because I've had so many blessings so far, and obviously learning more about real estate and about um what what's out there that I didn't know of.
SPEAKER_01Now, did you cut out pictures of houses or offices and business stuff and put it on your vision board? Like, was the vision board part of your real estate journey as well?
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. So I uh truly believe in uh in vision boards, like I said, uh and uh I did all that. I targeted particular uh places I wanted to visit, particular individuals I wanted to meet. I knew there would be a lot of unknowns and uh surprises, positive surprises along the way. Uh this is a journey, uh, but knowing uh where you're uh going it's something that's important and meaningful for me. And it's uh it's the way I like to design my life. Uh I like to know where I'm going and I like to share it with others and um tell the truth based on my example. So that I know it's possible. If I can do it, anybody else can do it, and that's that's why I actually do it to prove it uh that that it's possible.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and you are such an inspiration to so many. When you were teaching the classes with Innovate Real Estate, and everybody was gone, we had you online on the Zoom, you could go in person and teach. It was such a growing experience. I actually manifested the house that I'm in now from taking your class. We sat, you did a one-on-one. I think we were on the I had been in Florida at the time. We had owned the condo in South Carolina, but I was growing out of the condo, and I couldn't put the words together to explain to my husband, like, hey, we gotta get out of this condo. I have I I see bigger things on the horizon. I feel like we're growing out of it. I need space. And I did a vision board class with you, and then within six months, I think I called and I was like, You're never going to believe it. I did everything on that vision board, and I I just put an offering on a perfect house that fits everything that I wanted, and it I believe in the power of I am and manifestation and stuff. So I have so much to thank you for that because that one-to-one personal class that I took with you accelerated me to like a new level, and I was I just love my new home. So I I thank you for that for helping you. Congratulations. Yeah, it's like I took I took all of my I love Isabella had asked me off off camera, like what's something about you that nobody knows? And one of the things is I'm an old soul, and like this, even this pillow over here, it reminds me of my grandmother. I'm very stuck in the Victorian era. I love pearls and pearls and gold and and Victorian homes and those um I I don't know, I'm just an old soul. And I I I guess most people may know that about me, but um you know, my vision boards always have something classic and architecturally classic or just something old about them. And I and I love my husband says, Oh, it's like your it's like grandma. I said, Okay, I love my grandma, and I love those, you know, turn of the century times, so whatever. That's wonderful. You look stunning, so yeah, thank you. It shows thank you. So, with real estate, since you've been doing it for like a handful of years, how many years? It's been three years. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So I'm I'm still a baby in the industry in comparison to the other experienced agents. However, it gives me some insights. It's a part of the journey. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So has there any ever been, I always ask this question, a time that you wanted to quit?
SPEAKER_00Yes, multiple times, especially the first two years were very challenging for me. I didn't uh know anything what I was doing. It was a random um trial and error situation. So I was definitely failing uh forward. So um I'm currently still um building myself the way I want to uh present myself in front of my customers. Um, but definitely it's been a great uh experience and just the power of not giving up, showing up and manifesting where I want to be, it keeps me going.
SPEAKER_01So, one of the things that I noticed about you is you are so generous, especially on social media. If somebody needs something, you're always there for them. Have you found moving to the Myrtle Beach area that that generosity and graciousness has been returned to you?
SPEAKER_00Oh yes, absolutely. Uh the community is so generous. Every single individual I've met has been so kind and willing to help me with anything. I literally started with uh nothing. Um, so uh my first summer job was uh being a lifeguard at the beach um in 2013, and um I needed help. Um I didn't ask for help, it's something that uh it's hard for me to ask for help, but uh definitely I'm um I'm grateful for every single situation that brought me here where I'm at, and it wouldn't have been possible if if it wasn't for for the people that I've met uh along the way.
SPEAKER_01Very nice. Now, part of the show we give back to the newer agents. So, someone that just got their license just yesterday and is walking out of class like, yeah, I did it. Give me some words of wisdom and three pieces of advice that you're gonna give that brand new newbie agent that you learned from your personal experience.
SPEAKER_00Uh, there's a lot of different um um pieces, uh, but let's pick three. So I'd say number one, work on your mindset, uh, make sure that you consume um the content, listen to the right people, just be careful uh what you pay attention to. That helps. Uh, invest in yourself. Also be consistent. Uh, so it it all takes time, the patience is required. It's it's uh sometimes frustrating that we can't see results uh very quickly. And the the last one maybe be humble. Um don't forget where you came from, um, just be grateful and uh and then enjoy the journey. So I think it's more than three.
SPEAKER_01No, that was it. That was mindset, consistency, and being humble. And I think those things are great. Thank you, Isabella. So another question that I really wanted to ask you that I'm so curious about. Your handsome husband. Wow, you must get so many compliments on him. Like, wow, he is so handsome. He looks like a GQ model.
SPEAKER_00Is he from Poland also or is he from America? Thank you. So he is actually originally from Cuba. We met in Miami, Florida. Um, I was there just uh for vacation. Uh we met in the cafe drinking cappuccino, actually. So we started a conversation. Yeah, so I actually manifested him. I was in the um long-term relationship prior to that, and I wanted to meet somebody new. Uh, it took me a while to define who I was looking for, and uh even the way he looks, uh, it was the exact way I wanted to be. So uh it's funny, but it actually works. Uh so I manifested all those um features of character that were important for me, and uh and I found him. So we've been we've been uh together since 2013, and I'm very grateful for that.
SPEAKER_01I love it. Every time you talk about her husband, she lights up and she glows. And let me tell you something. When he's on Facebook, I see the comments like he's so young, and he really is. He looks like a model. Thank you. I will let him know. Yeah, definitely. And um, how is it working, real estate and having a young daughter? Is that hard?
SPEAKER_00Yes, it's challenging, but she's 10 right now, so it's a little bit easier than it used to be. So she's a part of my real estate journey. Uh, she actually supports me a lot, she prepares those folders uh for presentations, so she already knows what to do when mommy needs her, she's always on board. And uh she actually recently did a couple of tours, home tours. So she was actually the one um uh touring the home, and I was the one recording. Uh, and everybody loved those videos, and I've got a lot of compliments and great feedback after that. Um, so yeah, I think I think she might consider that career in the future too.
SPEAKER_01A singing career or a real estate career? Both, probably.
SPEAKER_00So she's very artistic, right?
SPEAKER_01She takes after you.
SPEAKER_00So she she does um she does gymnastics too, so who knows what she might be doing in the future. So uh currently she's actually in Poland um for vacation for the summertime. So um I'm pretty sure she's having a good time.
SPEAKER_01You have a lot of family there?
SPEAKER_00Yes, so most of my family members uh actually live in Poland, in Europe in general, so um we we tend to spend summertime vacation in Poland. However, um because of the real estate needs, um, I'm currently here supporting my customers. Um I'm helping uh with real estate, whatever the community needs me, uh, and my daughter is spending her summertime with my family.
SPEAKER_01Very nice. Now, before we go any further, I always take a moment to have you plug yourself. So I want you to look right into that camera. I want your website, your email, a cell phone number. If somebody chooses to either A take one of your classes and get vision boarding and manifest something so amazing because you're helping so many people doing that, or B, if they're looking to use you as their realtor, how do they get in touch with you, Isabella?
SPEAKER_00Yes, so uh you could reach me uh at uh 786-930-1619. You can text me, message me, uh call me, um, and uh you can also email me at isabella.newina at gmail.com. I don't have a website, but I'm um in um social media, Facebook, uh, Instagram under my real name, Isabella Newena. So uh please um don't hesitate, reach out to me anytime. I'm happy to help.
SPEAKER_01So before we end this show, I wanted to talk to Isabella about all the events that she is doing. Are you planning these events or you're just attending all the events?
SPEAKER_00So I do attend a lot of events. Yeah. Get inspired, and um, I'm very creative and I need to find a way to um let it all out. So uh those are ideas that God implements in my head. That's the voice that I hear inside, and I've learned that implementation is something that's very important for me. So the moment I have an idea, um the sooner I uh I make it happen, the better for me and also for the community. So uh it actually turned out that way that um that I've had a couple of uh successful collaborations uh with uh with different businesses, local businesses here in the community uh that helped long term as a ripple effect of that.
SPEAKER_01Of course. I always tell people getting involved in your local community is key. There are so many times that I see the agents, they're never anywhere, they're always behind the keyboard, but they're never actually physically supporting that local car wash, that local restaurant, that local boys and girls club. When you get involved in the community, you attend the events and the networking, it just makes such an impact on every part of your life, personally and professionally, you know. Yeah, you feel the same way about that? Because I I feel like you do, because you're everywhere, you're all over the place. Yes, I couldn't agree more.
SPEAKER_00So I started participating in those events because I wanted to meet uh people living in the community. Then I I saw the need and uh actually the benefit of me just showing up and helping and and creating um that uh positive energy even in the room. So uh those little things that contribute to the success of all of us because we're all in the same boat, uh, we're in the same community. So um if I expect somebody to participate in my event, I obviously show up in in other people's events and I will support them. So it's a collaboration in any possible way.
SPEAKER_01It definitely is, and that's something that I have to work more on is getting out in the evenings. I'm inviting to I'm invited to so many events all the time. I we just can't make it with my mother-in-law. She's very sick and she lives with us, and at night that's like our family time together and closing out the work day. And sometimes we're working till midnight. He's taking care of mom and I'm finishing work, or I'm taking care of mom and he's finishing work, and it's it's been rough on us for the past year. But I cannot wait to see you at one of your events and hang out with you. And one more time, Isabella, if anybody wanted to hire you to do uh classes. Now you do do these classes, right? These manifestation classes, you do them. So if somebody wanted, if there's a local um right, you work for Hunter Quinn, right now. But outside of Hunter Quinn, if somebody else wanted to hire you, another real estate brokerage, a bank, or even a school wanted to have you come in, you are available, right, to teach the manifestation classes. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00I would be honored to to help uh in any way possible. I think it's fun, it's refreshing, it uh generates unlimited unlimited opportunities for everyone. And it's proven, right? Thanks to your story.
SPEAKER_01So it's proven time and time again. You can go on the internet and type in the law of attraction, the power of manifesting. It is everywhere. It really and it is biblical. I mean, there's there's things in the Bible that talk about like the power of the great I am, like even you know, and it's um it's just it's fascinating, and I and I love watching you succeed. I love taking notes on everything that you do, and I thank you for coming on the show today.
SPEAKER_00Thank you so much for inviting me. You're welcome.
