The Static

Welcome to the Anthology of Horror Halloween Special, our annual celebration of scary stories, ghost stories, paranormal encounters, dark folklore, urban legends, strange history, and everything that makes October worth waiting for.

Throughout the Halloween season, Anthology of Horror brings you new episodes featuring original horror, classic tales, unsettling true stories, supernatural encounters, listener submissions, and guest hosts from across the show’s extended family. Some stories are long journeys into the dark; others are short enough to follow you into bed.

New episodes are released throughout the Halloween Special, so check back regularly and follow the show wherever you listen to podcasts so you don’t miss what’s coming next.

Have a strange story of your own? Use the Text Us link in the episode description to send us a written story or leave a call. Selected listener submissions may be featured in a future episode.

You can also support the show through Anthology of Horror Premium, which includes access to our back catalogue and eligibility for special giveaways and raffles held throughout the year.
