Are you tired of performing the person the world expects you to be? It’s time to stop existing and start living from your core.

Welcome to A Little Bit About Me, a sanctuary for the seeker, the questioner, and the soul ready to bridge the gap between who they are in the shadows and who they were meant to be in the light.

I’m your host—a former university professor turned guide—who spent years deep in the archives of ancient history, wandering through Italian catacombs and silent French abbeys in search of a single, elusive answer: What does it actually mean to live an authentic life?

My life’s work has been the study of Cultural Identity and the "Heroic Paradigm"—a bridge between the timeless wisdom of the ages and the demanding realities of our modern world. I’ve spent decades holding up a mirror to others, helping them dismantle the noise and rediscover their True Self. Now, I’m bringing those stories, that research, and those practical, transformative tools directly to you.

In this podcast, we don't just talk about change; we actively pursue the Authentic Journey. Together, we will:

  • Uncover the Heroic Paradigm: Move beyond theory to find your unique archetype and inherent value.
  • Dwell in the Eternal Present: Master the art of mindfulness to cut through modern distractions.
  • Find Your True North: Dismantle the internal and external obstacles keeping you from your most vibrant, "Adventuremental" life.

This is more than a podcast—it’s an invitation to stop performing and start becoming. Whether you are searching for meaning, struggling to align your internal truth with your external reality, or simply ready to walk a more intentional path, you have found your space.

We are not starting from scratch; we are stepping into the richest, most human conversation possible. Are you ready to begin?

I would love to start this conversation with you right now: What is the single biggest question you have about living an authentic life?

Welcome to the threshold. Why we are here. Before we take another step together, I want to pull back the curtain and share a bit of who I am and why I have dedicated my life, and now this podcast, to the pursuit of authenticity. For many years, my world was defined by the hallowed halls of a major university where I worked as a professor. With a background in religion and politics, my academic obsession, and my deepest personal inquiry was always the study of cultural identity. I spent my summers not on beaches, but in the dark, quiet corners of history, exploring ancient catacombs in Italy, walking the stone floors of centuries-old French abbeys, and losing track of time in dusty, forgotten archives. I wasn't just looking for facts. I was hunting for the wisdom of the ages. I sat with dozens of people each year listening to their stories, trying to bridge the gap between who we are in the shadows of history and who we are in the bright, demanding light of today. From ancient wisdom to your modern life. That research didn't stay in the archives. I brought it back to the classroom, refining it until it crystallized into a unique system, the heroic paradigm. This isn't just academic theory. It is a practical living guide to help you strip away the noise and align your internal truth with your external life. The beauty of what we are doing here is that we aren't starting from scratch. For centuries, the greatest thinkers and speakers have grappled with the exact same questions. Who am I really? How do I live a life that actually feels like my own? This is one of the richest, most human conversations possible, and we are stepping into it together. The mirror of true scene. Over the past decades, I've had the profound privilege of working with dozens of individuals acting as a mirror to help them discover their own unique archetype and their true self. I have seen firsthand that when you stop performing and start living from your core, something magical happens. You move from simply existing to living an adventuremental life. Watching that transformation, seeing someone finally recognize their own beautiful, inherent value is the greatest reward of my career. Now, I am thrilled to bring this research, these tools, and these stories out of the archives and into your ears. This podcast is our space to explore the authenticity journey. We will weave in the grounding power of mindfulness, learn to dwell in the eternal present, and dismantle the obstacles that keep us from our true north. I am so honored you've chosen to walk this path with me. Let's begin. As we embark on this journey, I'd love to know what is the single biggest question you have about living an authentic life.
