Good morning, this is Sentinel's RV GCR Daily Brief. Your daily read on the Dinar, the Dong, and the whole GCR. I'm Truman Vale. It's Friday, July 10th, 2026. And if you've been following this community for any length of time, you know this date has been getting a lot of attention. So let's talk about what actually happened, what people are saying now, and what we're watching as we head into the weekend. Yesterday we were all watching for today, July 10th, as a potential trigger point. The big thread was Iraq's Asikuda customs system going live. Parliament coming back from recess, maybe some movement on the official rate or the beginning of bond payouts. So here's where we actually stand this morning. ASIKUDA did officially go live today across Iraq. That's real. It's a major customs tracking overhaul that closes old loopholes and brings everything electronic. Parliament is back. The customs piece is genuinely significant infrastructure, the kind of thing you'd want in place before a rate change if one were coming. But as for notifications, bond liquidity, rate screens flipping, we're not there yet. The intel and the hope have rolled forward, and here's what people are hearing now. Let's start with the DNA, because that's where most of the action is today. The Asikuta story is the headline. Iraq's new electronic customs system went live this morning. And the thinking in the community is that this is one of the final big structural pieces before a rate change can happen. The system links herbal and Baghdad, it tracks imports and exports in real time, and it's designed to close the gap between the official rate and the parallel market by choking off smuggling and corruption. The chatter this week has been that once ACUDA is operational, which it now is, we could see the dinars value start to climb. The speculation is that Sunday night, when the Arab forex opens or early next week, we might see movement. Some voices are saying the market rate gets destroyed after the tenth, and we watch the value rise gradually through supply and demand rather than all at once. Others are hearing that once the system is fully operational on Sunday the twelfth, the UN could publish an official reinstated rate by Wednesday the fifteenth. That last bit is pure rumor. Take it with a serious grain of salt. But it gives you a sense of the hope and the timeline people are working with right now. Frank's team has been really focused on this tenth to fifteenth window. They've been saying for days that between now and the tenth, we'd see precursors and from the tenth to the fifteenth, we'd see the monetary reform really move. Now that we're here, the call is to watch the screens and watch for the dinar's value to start climbing after today. They're expecting it to be gradual, not a sudden pop. There's also continued chatter that once Iraq's cabinet is fully seated, which people thought might happen around the sixth but is still pending, the rate change comes shortly after. And Prime Minister Al Sudani is still expected to head to Washington around the thirteenth or seventeenth with a large delegation. Which the community sees as significant timing, I'll be honest. This is exactly the kind of rolling situation where, if you'd flag the Dinar and imminent claims in the app's free notifications, you'd already know all of this. You'd have gotten the updates the moment they hit. You wouldn't be waiting on me or anyone else to catch you up. And if you're VIP, which is free to join right now, by the way, so get in while it is. You're seeing the deeper watch list level intel the power users are following. It's all there, twenty four seven, the second it lands. The dong has been quieter this week. There's not a lot of fresh, specific chatter. The overall reset narrative still ties the dong to the broader revaluation story, and some of the imminent language around bonds and tears would theoretically include the dong when things move. But there's no new Vietnamese policy or economic news driving the conversation right now. If something breaks over the weekend, we'll be on it Monday morning. The Zim is woven into the Bond and Redemption Center chatter, which has been very active. The word going around is that bondholders are receiving one percent of their payout today, Friday the tenth, rolling out east to west, with Asia having already started. There's also talk that redemption centers could open this weekend, and that Tier four B, the Internet group, could get notifications by text or email as early as this weekend or very early next week. With exchanges possibly beginning by Wednesday the fifteenth. Some of the sources are saying if notification didn't come by yesterday, the backup window is this weekend. And if everything goes to plan, exchanges start early next week. Now, we've heard this weekend and early next week many, many times, so hold it loosely. But that is the active hope and the active chatter as we head into the weekend. There's also some pretty out there stuff in the mix. Claims about the quantum financial system taking over, Protocol nineteen triggering, the emergency broadcast system going live later this month. I'm going to be straight with you, that's the kind of thing that gets passed around and generates a lot of excitement. But it's extremely hard to verify, and it's been imminent for a long time. We track it because people are talking about it, but take it with an especially large grain of salt. So here's the story of the day, and it all ties together. Iraq flips the switch on A Sekuda today, which is a real structural change that could, emphasis on could, set the stage for the rate to move. The hope is that over the weekend, as the Arab forex opens Sunday night, we see the Dinar start to climb. At the same time, bondholders are supposedly getting liquidity today, and Tier four B is hearing that notifications could come this weekend or early next week, with exchanges starting midweek. And all of it is riding on this tenth to fifteenth window that's been circulating for weeks. Now look, we've been hearing specific dates and this weekend for a long time. We've all circled dates on our calendars like kids before Christmas, and we've all refreshed the same screens more times than we can count. So let's be smart. A Sakuda going live is real and significant. The rest of it, the bond payouts, the notifications, the rate appearing on Forex Sunday night. That's all intel and rumor and hope. It may happen, it may not. Historically the specific timing hasn't. We stay on top of all of it so we can be ready and make smart decisions, not so we lose our heads over any single claim. Here's what to actually watch for as we head into the weekend. Keep an eye on Iraqi news around the cabinet and any statements from the central bank. If you're watching the parallel market rate, see if it moves after today, that would be the tell. That Asakuda is having the effect people think it will. Watch for any credible reports of bond liquidity or notifications landing. And by credible I mean more than my source says, or I'm hearing. And if you're in the app, you can set all of that up to ping you the moment it breaks, any hour of the day or night. So you're not sitting here wondering or waiting on tomorrow's show. I know a lot of you have been waiting a long time for this. I know the ups and downs are exhausting. But we're in this together, and the way we get through it is by staying informed, staying grounded, and not getting swept away by any single breathless claim. The app is built for exactly that. It pulls everything into one place, you control what you see, and you get the truth as it actually unfolds, not as we all wish it would. That's it for today. Thanks for starting your morning with me. If you haven't grabbed the app yet, head over to GCRSentinel.com and download it, it's free, most of the features are free, and VIP membership is free right now, which is a genuine advantage worth grabbing while it lasts. It's coming to the app store soon, but for now the website is the place. You'll be able to track all of this intel in one spot. Set up custom notifications so the moment something you care about drops it's on your phone, and you'll never have to chase down a dozen feeds again. And coming very soon, VIP members will be able to send in questions and I'll answer them right here on the show. I'm really looking forward to that. Have a great weekend. Keep your hopes up, keep your head on straight, and I'll see you Monday morning with whatever the weekend brings. This is Truman Vale. Stay smart out there.
