In this call I introduced the CROWN framework — the mindset and execution model I want every For His Glory CEO woman operating from:
- Capture your thoughts before they capture your business
- Renew with truth (Scripture and reality)
- Own your attitude like royalty — it's a standard, not a mood
- Walk it out with aligned action (information without application is deception)
- Normalize the new standard — we don't visit it, we live there
Along the way I coached women in the room in real time — breakthroughs around survival versus revival, releasing what's not aligned, and moving even when fear is loud.
From there I laid out the 2026 scoreboard and the three marketplace realities every one of us is working with this year:

- Relationships create conversion
- Retention stabilizes cashflow — trust beats reach, consistency beats virality

Hello, hello, everybody. Welcome to our kickoff call. Oh my goodness, I am just gonna bring it down a little bit. Bring it down. I'm so excited. I already spazzed on Courtney, but we prayed, so I'm doing better. So good to see you guys. Thank you, thank you for being here. It's gonna be good. 90 minutes of power, but I need you guys as you all pop in. Um welcome, welcome. Drop drop your name in the chat. Where's my screen? Here we are. Uh drop your name in the chat. I do want to ask you to do something. Well, I'll kind of wait for everyone to come on. But ask you to do something a little bit vulnerable because why not? Jess matched me with the white. I'm liking it. Got something to share with you guys a little later because we're wearing a broche today. First time for everything, wearing the brooch, and it's a Queen Bee, and we'll talk about it. So good to see you guys. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I'm gonna give another hot second for everyone to hop on and we're gonna get this party started. Sherry is driving to work. I love you. Usually typical 10 o'clock. So, you guys, this is actually the inner circle kickoff call. And you guys were invited by some business besties that love you inside our inner circle. They asked to do this. Like those are the type of people that I have the honor to lead. They asked me to do this. Are you kidding me? I I got a message from one of my inner circle girls this week, and she was like, Allie, I've never had true friendships like I've ever had. And it's very true at the six, seven figure level to really honestly trust people, one, but truly have such servant leadership, and we truly have that. So I'm super excited to see y'all here. And then we have our community, our forest glory CEO community, because we're gonna do better building bigger and better community within both of them. So you'll hear about that as well. Um, Ray Reisencavo, she's arrived. I can't wait to go see you, and I'm excited you're coming back. Ray's speaking here in San Diego. So if any of y'all are local, we'll drop that in there. I just know that that's what God wants to do. And you guys are all different walks of life. We have people that literally have not started even on what God's called them to do, and we have people that are about to hit eight figures or actually at eight figures beyond, right? How cool is that? But here's what you all do have in common Him. And maybe you just don't really know him, maybe you want to know him, or maybe you're mad at him, or maybe you're trying to figure out life with him, but that's okay. Because that's where he wants you to be, and we're gonna talk about that too. So, yes, I love all these digits, I love all these names, I love all these late people. Yes, okay. Well, I'm gonna get us prayed up. Uh, Court, you're gonna, my court, there she is. She's gonna um continue to welcome people in. The reason why we're royalty, we're daughters of a king. I literally am so excited. I've never worn brush before, but this crown we're gonna talk about, and this queen bee, this is the year of fruitfulness. We are gonna be more fruitful in our businesses, in our relationships, in our communities, in our churches. It is the year of fruitfulness, and there's blessings that are gonna overflow. I love the whole thing about milk and honey. I love how many times God talks about honey and bees, and it's over 60 times in the Bible, right? And I'm not saying Queen Bee, look at me. No, no, no. But the Queen Bees do repopulate the bee population. And this for his glory CEO was never started just to be a business, you know, community of us making big profits. It was always about a movement of godly business women or women of faith or women who really have strong integrity to bring forth business to the marketplace to help so many people and have generations behind us that say she did it and so can I. She was one of the most servant leaders I've ever met. She was the one that was always talking great about people. She was the one setting vision. She was the one leading it when it's hard. She was the one that never gave up. She was the one that had grit beyond grit, and I'm going to do what she's going to do because she led the way. That's who you guys are. And you might not feel like that today, and that's okay. Because we're going to teach you and we're going to train you, and we're going to pray you up and we're going to encourage you and we're going to see that come forth. Can I get an amen in the chat? I don't know. I don't know. I'm like preaching Allie and I'm like business Allie mode. When you see my slides, you're like, okay, get that out of the way. But you can't separate Jesus and Allie. We won, right? And this might be new for some of you, and that's okay. And maybe you're not there. That's awesome too. I say, come to my business, get saved, right? Because he is everything to me. And that will come, that's what comes out of my pores. So we're gonna pray, we're gonna give him all the glory, and we're gonna jump in. Y'all ready? Y'all ready for this? Father, I thank you for today. This is the day that you have made. We will rejoice. We will be glad. Father, I just thank you for each and every woman that you've called to be a part of this kickoff call, Father, for such a time as this. Father, I thank you that their royalty, that they start to see themselves as you see them, Lord. Father, I thank you that you break off anything of the past, any torment, any hurt, any pain that would not allow them to come into the promised land, to the land of milk and honey, Father, to all the blessings, the fruitfulness, the prosperity that you have for them in this season, Father. I thank you, Lord Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus over them from the crown of their head to the soles of their feet. Wash them clean in your blood, Father, that they might be white as snow. Father, we thank you for being here in the midst of us, where two or more are gathered. It says that you are here. So, Father, we welcome you. We thank you. We thank you for the honor to lead businesses with such integrity and being so genuine and authentic to people. That Father, we're leading a movement of people that will be the leaders of our generation and of the next generation and the generation after that, that our seed and their seed would be blessed, Father. Tina learned this, you know, at that bougie retreat we just had in Rancho Santa Fe. She didn't really put her hands up and praise the Lord, but we're like, hey, girl, get over here. We got you. We got you. Like Erin's got Moses. We're gonna pop your hands in the air. But when you do this power pump and you breathe, you start bringing your energy real high. So when you take that microphone, you settle right in and you gain authority. So every single one of you that are freaked out to be on this call, start pumping your hands in the air. Because you need to start taking up some space on this call. You got to know that you're meant to be on this call. You gotta invent know that there's a purpose for your life. You gotta know that God wants to do big things in and through you, and it's not about you, it's about him. So you're not gonna play small anymore. For all of you that message me, my numbers, this, that, and the other thing because of these audits. Guess what? We ain't doing that in 2026 because we're gonna know who we are and we're gonna wear the crown. And so I need to shout out my inner circle really quick. Um, I'm gonna start from well, Christine is on, but she's not well. She's my OG of OGs, one of the very founding members. Um, she's healed in Jesus' mighty name. She's an incredible executive, a verb. She has this plus one leadership. She is gonna be popping into community and teaching you guys incredible leadership skills on this disc thing that raise your hand if you've done the disc before. Yes! Um, so you are gonna look for her, Christine Sims again. She's um not well. In Jesus' name, she is well. She's just not on camera. Um, I think I'm gonna go across the top real quick. We there she is, Christine. And so, Chris, drop your stuff in there too. Y'all, she, everyone that knows her knows that she's amazing. We have Shauna, she's pit bull in the courtroom, and she's literally the pit bull in the courtroom this minute, right now, in a trial. So she's not here. She's one of our amazing OG founding members, um, who's an incredible lawyer. If you need anything, she's your person. And then we have Mindy Whitaker, Compass Sales Girl of Excellence. She is doing incredible things in Houston, Texas. But if you need to sell a house anywhere, she's your person. She can connect you to the right people. And the growth in Mindy's life inside of the inner circle has been absolute mind-blowing. So if you want to know him more, you got to talk to her about her transformation. And then we have Linz. We got Ma Lindsay over there, another powerhouse realtor, adoptive mom of five. She's got six humans. Most of them are teenagers right now. Pray harder for her. She is a ball of sunshine, as you know, and you can just imagine who she is when she's taken on what the Lord's asked us all to do. Um, but if you have anyone that needs a house, a home, real estate, she also can help you in any of the states. She can also really help every adoptive mom. So if you know a mom struggling, you gotta connect her to Lindsay. And then we got my girl Jess. Jess, well, Jess, Jess is too fun, but Jess had a really um fun win yesterday that actually, Jess, I actually need you to share because I really want people's voices to be heard here. If you join anything that I do, you know that it's not a one-man show. In fact, my OBM Courtney will give me a tea and be like, shut up, dude. They're talking. So that's really important in life. I like it. She's also yelling at her children. But Jess, tell us yesterday what happened um, like immediately.
SPEAKER_00Well, I've been contemplating um shaving off a lot of my work right now. And so I have another advisor that I'm gonna give them 10 million in assets and just say, here you go. I have um other clients I need to focus on, my family I need to focus on. But right after I created my list um and like submitted it, it was probably an hour and a half later I get a call from one of my existing clients, and they're like, Hey, she's a CPA. She's like, Hey, I have um uh you know client I want to refer to you. He has two million dollars sitting in the bank, and you're my first choice, and I really want you to have a conversation with him to help him figure out what he can do with this money. And I was like, sure, I'll I'll talk to him, that's no problem. So, um, anyways, that was I know it was a divine God thing because I didn't go seeking that. It was just like, here, you're gonna give someone 10, here's two right away.
SPEAKER_02So, I mean, come on, girl. Like, does anyone else I I love sharing wins like this because I wanted to build your faith, right? Like, Jess called me and then I had to call her back and I was like, what are you doing? She's like, I gotta get this 10 million off to another advisor. I'm like, oh, just a Tuesday, just shaving off 10 million in assets to someone else. Like, right, you know, and I go, well, watch. God gives, you know, it says give and it shall be given onto you. Press down, shaken over. Just watch what God's gonna do. She's like, Yeah, okay, that's Jess. You're gonna get to know her and you're gonna love her. And if you need anything, she's a partner in Ernst Young. She's one of the most brilliant people. She did 97% with two kids under two. Um, so she's a baller babe. But what I love about her is she's got simple faith. She's like, okay, cool, let's see it. Then I literally get a call back, which deleted all my notes. It's fine. And she's um, so I just got this call and uh a referral to 2 million. I'm like, won't he do it? Won't he do it, you guys? So if you're holding on to your hundred dollars or your hundred million, whatever it is, open up those hands today, give it to him, and watch what he does with it. It's all his anyway. And when we release things like that too, it really shows who's in control, who truly is the CEO, and it's him. Um, Jess, there's a question for you in the chat too from our girl. We got Canada in the house, we got the UK, I think we got Australia. Okay, so amazing. Um, and next up we have Tina. I am obsessed with Tina. Tina for our retreat almost canceled because of the outfits that I said to bring. She's like, I literally haven't gotten on a plane before. She's also has six kids, multi-million dollar trucking company, owns it like a boss, and then thought she was gonna get on a plane because she doesn't even order pizza, she orders it off an app. But she showed up and her whole life has been completely changed. Um, so much so that she's like unrecognizable to her own husband and children, which is super fun. But Tina's uh company is Cadam and it's a trucking company. So if you need anything to do with hauling, or if you just want to meet someone that literally went from uh I'll just start reading the Bible to now a BSF leader in a group. I mean, it's just been extraordinary to see how much she's grown. So Tina, we love you, love you, love you. Uh Ray, Ray. A lot of people think that Ray Ray and I are sisters. Um, we are sisters from a different mistake. And Ray Ray came to us by way of podcasting. I met Ray at um a luncheon and immediately locked eyes. And she was like, she heard my story of losing, you know, multiple seven-figure business. And she's like, I gotta go pray for that girl. I gotta help that girl. And she goes, then the next thing that came out of your mouth was like, and I'm doing amazing. My marriage has never been better, my kids are the best, like, we're building this new thing. And she's like, Okay, now I just want to be your friend. So uh Ray and her husband Sammy have helped Forrest Glory launch two podcasts, Forrest Glory, Marriage Made in Heaven, and now they've really invested highly in AI. Well, they have six years ago. Um, and so there's so much to come down the pipeline, you guys, inside Inner Circle for AI. It blows my mind every single day. Courtney and I have like smoke coming out of our ears every AI call. Uh, but we've implemented so much, and it's just such a blessing. So, you guys are gonna hear more about that from Ray Ray this year. And also, if you need anything, podcasting and AI, Ray and Sammy Evolve Podcasting, cannot speak more highly. Absolutely amazing. Um, Sherry, she's back on. Okay, Sherry is just salt of the earth. Sherry was the woman that accepted and admitted my one-pound baby when they said she would never walk, talk, even live while I was in the ICU on the other side of town. So the fact that then Sherry reached out to me, this is I'm sharing these stories because I want you guys to never give up. Because I'm getting messages from some of you guys like about things. Listen, Sherry and I stayed connected. Why? Social media. She followed little Anna. She could care less what I was doing with what I was doing until Sherry, she goes, no, until she had an encounter with God when she had an ectopic pregnancy. And she reached out to me and she's like, Okay, I know why you're Jesus loving. I kind of get it now. I wasn't there when I first met you, but I am there now, and I want you to help me build my business. And she has an incredible med spawn bosy that we are still doing a girls' trip um from the inner circle to go get beautified. We're gonna take back what the enemy has stolen. That's what we're gonna do with Sherry Huber. So if you need anything, she can help you do consulting. Katie, girl, when Katie got on a stage and shared in front of this powerhouse group of women, I literally was like, You're my best friend. I'm like, this is my new best friend. And Katie is so passionate about doing everything for the Lord, whether it's merch for Jesus, which is absolutely amazing, she's wearing it right now. Um, oh, and I think, yes, girl, she actually has codes too for um, I think it's glory 15 for merch for Jesus. It's the best gifts you can give anyone. But I want to shout her out right now because I'm in the faith for 40 for the second round. It is an absolute free gift from the Lord that she does this. So we you're gonna track everything that you're doing from um your exercise. So it's changes you want to see, and then exercise, diet goals, uh, Bible plan, and you're most excited for. And then every single day you get to do your progress picture, the four things you're grateing for for, three to four chapters of the Bible, 40 minutes of working out, half gallon of water, stuck to my diet, no alcohol today. What she, and then she sends you an email or a text message too. What you want in your life is people like Katie Lober that are like, what's behind this? Nothing. I just want to help people. She has a massive, massive business. She's scaling to eight plus figures with real estate, construction, all the things, but she wants to help more people, know him and make him known. And so, Katie girl, we love you. You are such a powerhouse in this community. So I just wanted to honor my people because I think you need to honor people up, down, all around town. Things in and through this community this next year. And these are the women that are leading the trail. First of all, we're gonna talk about this kickoff guide. Did y'all get it? We're gonna drop it in the chat if you didn't, because some of you guys got on late. And the biggest reason that we're starting off with this is that we're not shooting from the hip in 2026, and we're also gonna be highly accountable. One of the biggest things inside the community is that you get eyes on your work and people are watching you, right? They're they're they're telling you on your bad days, girl, get get out of your head. Like you're going. Let's do this thing. Um, I wanted to share it with Shauna, but she's in the courtroom. Jess uh on our last inner circle call, when I was like, okay, how are you doing, right? Because this is why cameras on. I don't do anything if you're not your camera's not gonna be on. Christine was so cute. She's like, I'm literally dead. Do you want me to just knock out on the call because I know it's cameras only? I'm like, no, you can get on, but it's a it's a it's a hall pass. But I was watching Jess the other day on our call, and you like honestly, you want to be able to see people, right? Do you ever like to get on a Zoom and it's like iPhone 67? And you're like, okay, iPhone 67. I'm gonna, I can't wait to have this heart to heart with you. Can't wait to divulge all my things that I've struggled. No, like we're not doing that, right? Sharon, I love you. All the people that aren't on camera are popping on right now because we have accountability, right? And we show up every single day with a thoughtful outfit. I always say with pink lipstick and big earrings, right? Why? Because it's sales girl standard and we always want to grab attention. But the other day, Jess got on and she wasn't talking, and so I'm gonna call you out if you don't talk. Because what's the point of being on a call if you're just gonna be able to check your email and your TikTok and whatever else you're doing? And um, I said, Jess, what's up? And she goes, Well, I'm in survival. Her husband has a diagnosis that we're not gonna speak out because it's not his, it's not from heaven, it's from the devil, so we're not speaking it out. And she's got two little babies and she's got a massive business. And all of us on the call, are you ready for this? She said, I'm in survival. But we all heard, drop it in the chat, ladies. Revival. Every one of us, not one person heard survival. We all heard revival. Said, Jess, you're in revival. She's like, uh, well, I guess that's not what I said. And then this attorney black, who's been in this, and this is her third year. She's the OG with Christine and Mindy. They've been in the longest. She says, Well, I think you should start saying that you're in revival, Jess. And here's why. And she just preached to Jess like I've not seen before. Now, attorney black used to be Jess that didn't talk, that would kind of hide out, that would be heels in the courtroom, you know, pitbull in the courtroom the next day. She was just like really on the sidelines. And then something happened this year. It's not usually year one. Year one's like, I'm not sure year two, but this last year, all of a sudden, attorney black showed up. Showed up. And now she's pouring in in a way that we've never even seen before. She's leading us in AI, she's leading us on social media. She's just, I mean, it's just been incredible. But here's why this is so important. When Jess heard differently, right? We all need to see and hear differently this year. Put a yes in the chat if you agree with that. You also need to see and hear differently this this next 90 minutes. Because there's mind-blinding spirits that are gonna keep what I'm saying and you're gonna be like, oh, I've already heard this, I've already done this, and why would I do this audit shoot? I've already done these things. Well, guess what? We're gonna be highly accountable to each other and to him. Because if you're wasting your time, you're wasting his time. There's a call of God in each and every one of you. There's a mission. You are a woman on a mission. You are here for a purpose. And if you're wasting time getting beaten up by the devil, just to hardly getting by, being in survival versus revival, it's gonna hit different. That's how I'm gonna cue in to our training. Oh my goodness, there's a hundred things in the chat too. Um, Court, my love, if I'm missing things, just you know the j you know the drill. So we're gonna talk about the crown. And yes, I am wearing the crown, and yes, inner circle at our bougie retreat in March, you may or may not be getting some goodies like this. I know I can't keep a lot of secrets. But anyway, we're gonna talk about the crown, and it's one of the most powerful frameworks that every single woman, whether you're starting your business today or you're about to hit 8, 9, 10, 50 million figures, right? Let's call it in big. But this is the mindset for the CEO who's gonna lead with excellence and retain what they built. Put retain in the chat if you're sick of chasing clients. If you want retention, that literally leaves the cleanest receipts of 100%, 100% of my inner circle re-signed from 25 to 26. Why is that important? Why is it not important? It is everything to be able to provide someone such a high service, but not only that, a loyalty of retention. And I'm gonna tell you guys exactly how I did it. And we're gonna go fast and we're gonna go deep quick. But the biggest thing that I need to get started with first is why your crown matters. Your life, your business will always follow your thoughts. If you want success and sustain peace, you have to win upstream in your mind. Romans 12, 2 says, be transformed by the renewal of your mind. So, what is the crown? Well, there's a powerful theme inside of the inner circle, the AAR. And it talks about attitudes, actions, results. And you can see it throughout scripture, you can see it throughout business, you can see it throughout marriages. The attitudes affect the action, the action reflects the results. Well, it's 2026 and we ain't shooting from the hip, and we're gonna know who we are, and we know that we're royalty, so we are gonna go learn a new framework that each and every one of you need to dial in starting today and every single day. Own this. And it's the crown. It's capturing our thoughts, it's renewing it with truth, it's owning your attitude like royalty, it's walking it out and aligned actions, and it's normalizing that this is the new standard. This is the new standard. If you want a seven-figure business, are you acting like it? If you want a marriage made in heaven, are you acting like it? If you want to be a mom and have amazing kids and produce this legacy, are you acting like it? What I have found in coaching over 4,000 women that so many women lose in their stinking thinking. They allow so many thoughts to come through that totally dismantle them. And I've never seen it more than I've seen it right now in 2026. Friends, we are like only less than a week in, and I've seen seven-figure women hang up their business. And I'm like, Lord, what is happening? Why are these women bowing out of the game? Who told them that they can just step out or step off the mission field, right? Because I highly believe our marketplace is our mission field. Put mission in the chat if you agree. That every single day you get to show up, you get to bless another person. At the end of the day, my whole sales framework is all about souls. It's souls that we get to reach. There's souls, there's people that are hurting that need you. And your business is a ministry and an opportunity to bless people like never before. But you gotta capture these thoughts. You gotta catch it early. You gotta name it. You don't negotiate it with negotiate with it because guess what? If you don't capture it, it will capture your business. Put boom in the chat if your business has been burned to the ground by your thought life more than anything else in your life. It happens to the best of the best women. And that's why I love that attorney black just shot back at Jess, was like, uh-uh, you're in revival, girl. You better start naming that. You start, you start declaring that, and let's see what God's gonna do, right? Because when we start thinking things and it's it's not of God, then we start believing a lie, and guess what comes in there? Every evil work, right? It's strife. So we capture the thought on the crown and we renew it with truth. This is why the word of God is so important to me. I got this first Bible, it cracks me up because it has all these stupid stickers, which are like cool now. So maybe I should own it, although I'm almost 50. I got this first Bible in 2000 in Fort Collins, Colorado, July 10th. And I actually tried on every religion. I'm not gonna lie, me and Ray Ray, and there's another bunch of you on here and Tia. Some of y'all ladies. I mean, we tried the Buddhism, the Hinduism, the New Ageism. I mean, whatever it was. I'm like, what do you guys do and believe? And I traveled the world and I filled two passports because I was raised as a Catholic girl, but I never understood what truth was. I never understood truly who he was. And I was desperate. People are chasing something. And what they're chasing is truth, and they'll never fulfill it with the millions of dollars and the hot wife and the Bentley and all that stuff. They'll only be filled and satisfied with him. And so, as the inner circle, we do read the Bible cover to cover every single year, and it's a practice that I've been doing since 2000. And so when people say, How do you have that scripture on your lips so quickly? How can you respond to something you know what it is? Girlfriend, I got 26 in the game. You might have 26 seconds in the game, right? And that's okay. But we're gonna drop a PDF, and maybe you can drop it now, Court. The whole, oh, I'm not a morning person, I don't have caffeine, I'm fasting, I'm that, that's just a lie. Right? And it's just an excuse. And God doesn't work with that, God works with truth. You might be going through all of hell, and the world wouldn't even know it. That's faith. And then we're gonna walk it out, walk it out or walk it out. I don't even know what song that is, but it's probably been on Instagram and Katie's dancing to it, so she knows it. But here's the deal information plus sorry, information without application is deception. Drop that in hot. And I put it right here on your non-negotiable front page. But information without application equals deception. The Bible talks about being a doer, not a hearer only, so that you don't deceive yourself. Put a D in the chat if you're done with being deceived. Because the Bible says even in the last days, the elect, even the very elect will be deceived. And guess what, friends? Wake up call, we and them last days. We are seeing even the elect be deceived. I'm seeing Christian business women speak things, post things that I'm like, girl, where are you at? What are you believing? Who have you been talking to? What are you meditating on? Right? So we're gonna be the women in 2026 that don't shoot from the hip. We're gonna walk out our line to actions. We're gonna do what we say we're gonna do, even if it comes hell or high water, even if it's gonna cost us something. Guess what? It's already costed him his life. It's gonna cost us something. But information with application equals transformation. And I promise you, friends, this year can be the most transformational year you've ever had inside your business, inside your ministries, inside leadership, wherever you play, this is your year of transformation. And then we're gonna normalize the new standard. We don't just visit the next level, we live there. We walk, talk, and act like it's done till it's done. We see ourselves as that leader, that wherever you are playing, that the top dog of everything. We see ourselves on the stages, we see ourselves launching podcasts in the top 10. We see ourselves being the partners at our firms. We see ourselves winning. The win is in, the victory is here. We already see that, and we renew our mind until that peace, excellence, and retention becomes our baseline. Y'all fired up. I'm like retaining every cell in my being right now, Katie Lober. And the biggest book and the bestseller that he's ever had is called Tame Your Thoughts. And the biggest takeaway from that is your life will always follow your thought life. Your life will always follow your thought life. Your kids' lives, your husband's lives, your nieces, your nephews, their life will always follow their thought life. Your thoughts matter. What a man thinks, so he is, the Bible says. So when you're thinking when your thinking changes, which it is today, your business, your relationships, your results are gonna follow. And the goal is not just to think, think positive thoughts, think good vibes. Uh-uh. It's to normalize having the word of God or whatever truth it is that you believe every single day and playing at that level until you get to that level. You are going to show up like you are the head of the entire company, even if you're like washing the floors and cleaning the toilets. I promise you, this will change everything for you and your team. So we're gonna go deep quick. Y'all ready? Because some of y'all are gonna get off, get off the mute channel and we're gonna talk about this. And this is why you have each other's phone numbers, too, so you guys can go even deeper. SPEAKER_04Okay, so I will tell you last month, if I would have written this out, I would have told you that the that my belief was that the best was in the past, and I was letting doubt creep in, and it was fear. Um, what that led to was discouragement, and then I would say frozen, like have all of these ideas of what to implement, and I would stay frozen in action. And last month I actually just fixed a lot of your podcast and the Live Out Loud podcast to just get those thoughts in my mind and started writing down promises for God, biblical promises of what he says about my future. And so that is not what I'm writing down now. I I truly believe the best is ahead, and I have the things to read each morning that what God says in the words. So yeah, I just want to share where it was and how quickly that can shift to something different when you look at what the truth really is.

SPEAKER_04I I just you know. What I just caught myself saying no, that's not true. And I'm like, yes, I am gonna, isn't that crazy how the enemy gets in your mind? And like, yes, and the past isn't the best. Like, he has so much ahead and so many breakthroughs.
SPEAKER_02Okay, since you just Julianne, tell everyone who you were and what you've done.
SPEAKER_04So in the past, I did have a really successful business, all because of the Lord, and um built it to a million-dollar business, and then felt like he said, You need to walk away. And the day I told my husband that we're sitting on the bed, and he's a banker, so numbers are a thing. And he said, Did he tell you what we're gonna do? And I was like, no, but we're walking away. And that has been a two-year process of um what I kept thinking of rebuilding. And so when you said that today in your um intro, I was like, no, he hasn't called us to rebuild, and he has he has changed our marriage through this, he's changed how things are with our kids, our family, and the numbers are not where they were at all. I think I expected, well, God called us, so it's just gonna be the new numbers right away, and it hasn't been that yet. God has given us so much peace for what is to come in this new business that we started. And I know that he needed to break off some things, he needed to break off that fear, um, different things in order for us to step into what's ahead. And I know this is the year.
SPEAKER_02Come on, Jules! Oh my goodness. I can't wait till you're in inner circles so we can get a whole lot more of you. But she's in community. Um and so all you community people, you got to get tighter in community. I don't know, I know I don't have my eyes on you all the time. Um, because that's my capacity and what I haven't heard. But y'all need to really get together because you guys are incredible, all of you all. But Julie, what I love about you is that when I when we connected, we've known each other for a long time. I said, could you send people some scriptures a day? Like, how do we get out of this rut? Like, you are a ridiculously smart businesswoman. You've had great success in the past. How do we get out? Have any of you guys been in a rut where you're literally like, I don't even know how to get started? Like, I literally don't even know how to put one foot in front of the other. We all have. I lost a seven, multiple seven-finger business on a Zoom, a 21-minute zoom with zero heads up. Like it was our entire livelihood, right? Yes, I love it. Pruning. Like, prune so bad that you're like, oh my gosh, like everything's bleeding out. I think I die. I think this ends with death, but it doesn't. It it ends in what is it, Jess? Revival, right? Every time you prune something back, it comes back more beautiful, stronger, more healthy. And sometimes we look at things, and this is, and Jules, I'm gonna call you out because I love you. But Julie's one of the ones that wrote me, and she's like, dude, Satan's all over me about my numbers right now. Like I'm trying to fill out this audit form, but like, did anyone else feel that? Like all of a sudden you're like, I don't really want to show up to this call when, like, I mean, we got Harriman giving away 10 million and I hardly made like 10 bucks. Right? Right. Let's be real. We're in all different situations. But don't you dare ever think your marriage isn't worth 55 million billion dollars? Don't you ever think your relationship with your kids and being a present mommy, which I have fought my entire career, people are like, is she seriously bringing all those kids again? Like, here's my coworkers. They're like, they're throwing up and they're like crying. Like, how are they your coworkers? I'm like, they'll take this over someday. You just watch, right? They're gonna be right here and watch mom do it. Because if they're not doing it with me, they're just a part of the business and I don't want to ever have regrets, right? We're all gonna do things differently, but there's different seasons of life that we're gonna walk through. And I just love that you were like, I'm coming off mute, first of all, baller. Snaps. Number two, you're like, this is who I was one month ago. Okay. One month ago, I believed this, and this is who I am now. God says he changes us in the twinkling of an eye, ready? That's how quick. We don't do a 20-year deliverance ministry. We don't have to go to 55 years of theology. I literally was a wretched sinner. I had an encounter with God on the mission field, and I was like, that's it. I'm out. Like, you're the real deal. None of that other stuff's real. You're the deal. I'm yours. How we're wherever you send me, Lord, right? That's how it happens. And people are like, I'm sorry, you were dancing on like the the bars in college. Like, are you Mother Teresa now? Like, how did that work? Do you still do this? Do you still do that? Like, are we still partying and doing Jesus? Like, where are you at right now? Right. And I built a non-sec secular business, and this also, for his glory, is for everyone. I know the title makes you feel like you know, you need to be a sinner. I mean a saint, not a you know, but guess what? Y'all are welcome here. You're gonna get saved no matter what in Jesus' name. Um, okay, I digress. I didn't get a timeout from Courtney because she's dealing with pest control. She's gotta call me out. All right, who's next? I want to hear from two more people before we bounce into our audit.
SPEAKER_03I'll go. Yes. Um, okay, so I had it was kind of interesting because I noticed this thought around um really being like militant around like this is what I'm committing to, this is what I'm saying, this is what I'm doing. And it's interesting because like through the questions, I'm like bouncing back and forth whether this is working for me or not. And so I'm like, okay, interesting, because I think what it produces is fear because I'm not feeling like as like in flow and stuff like that, because I'm like, okay, I want to, I'm setting my calendar, I'm committing to what I'm doing, and you know, like that type of stuff. But that and it's creating a little bit of like pressure and control is what I'm seeing. And um, but on the other hand, I also am feeling like good about it because I'm like, it feels like I'm really stewarding every single, like every single dollar, every single minute. And that's been the big thing of like stewarding time and money. Um it's is like what God is like is telling me like this is your next evolution. So I'm like, this is kind of an interesting sort of dichotomy because what it produces is actually execution. And so it's been like really helping me execute and like really do everything I I'm saying I'm gonna do. And the flip side of it is I think I used to overwork more because I didn't have these boundaries, and now I'm like, okay, this is my work time, and I'm more militant on like this is my playtime and my free time. So it's interesting, but I think that this like the the militant side of it is definitely creating more stress, which is not from God, and it creates stress between me and Sammy, my husband and were in business together, because he's like way less not way more not like that. Like I can kind of lean into it and like enjoy it a bit, and he's like absolutely like this is driving me nuts. So um, so there's not just as much enjoyment in our partnership in business. So I'm like, as I was writing it out, it's like I was like, oh, this is kind of interesting and weird. And I think there's just there's just probably like a really fine-tuning that God wants to do because I know he's he still is calling me into like this level of in like very intentional stewardship.
SPEAKER_02Come on, I love that. I love that, I love that. And girls, we talk about everything in the inner circle, nothing is like hidden. So if you have money problems, I was raised very wealthy, and some of those people have nothing to show for it, right? And so don't think that just because like you have a bunch of money that you're supposed to be perfect at money, and then also don't think because you don't have any money that you can never be good at money. So we have resources for you guys. Jody Watkins and YNAB, she is brilliant. We have resources. SPEAKER_01Okay, so um, this has been amazing. Thank you so much for the invite. I have been wanting to get on one of your calls forever now, and I'm like, finally, praise the Lord. Um, so this has been so good, and just being able to get to know some of the women in this community has been amazing. So um, when all of this came up, one of the one of the lies I've been telling myself, because what I've I've been comparing what I've built before to what I'm building now, um, this is my second consulting company. Um, I built a successful one, and the Lord had me completely close it down to go and re uh to go and build a kingdom-minded membership that he had me walk away from, and I built it for five years a few months ago to rebirth my consulting company just to put in context. So this time around, it's like, Lord, what do you want? So I know community and membership is a big part of that. Um, so I'm gonna be launching a membership this year, and I just kind of just kept building this rub and this lie that I was telling myself is like, oh, we'll just make it a like, you know, kind of more of like a tiny offer affordable for anybody to come in, which is just fanning the lie of like, no, God's called you to serve high performing women. I'm a high performer myself, it's what I speak about, it's what I am about. A lot of people come to me for that, but I haven't created community around that yet. And so the lie was do I have enough people around me that would be interested, right? Like you think about, oh, who's gonna join first before I build it? And it's like, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're done with that. So as I was coming out, the Lord's like, and it's like the Maury show, and that is a lie, and you are not the father, right? Like, that's that's not the so I'm just I'm rebuking these lies as I'm saying it, but I'm so grateful for this call because it was something that was there. I just haven't spoken it out yet. So this actually, as I was writing my answers to these questions, my camera's here, my computer's here, so I'm looking over here. Um, is uh I'm literally mapping out the action plan of when we're gonna launch it like this year. So it's like it's not just uh we're rebuking the lie, it's like this is when it's launching and this is when it's going. And now now the Lord's bringing back to mind of all the people that are like, when are you gonna build one of these things? And I'm like, oh yeah, no, I'll get to it. And I'm like, well, all I had to do was address the fear and the question and look what happens quite literally within 20 minutes. So praise God.

Here's the thing there are so many women with half the talent, half the anointing, half the gifting you have doing what you want to do because they took action. That's it, that's all.

SPEAKER_02I literally, Molly, I I wanted to do another business, like a hole in the head when Thor's glory CEO dropped in my heart, right? I already had a team of over 4,000 running the top sales team. I have four little humans, I am the pastor wife. And then we took on the marriage made in heaven group, which I was like, I don't even know that I have a marriage made in heaven, but sure, this would be amazing to do, right? Like, I think I'm still working on being a wife, but yeah, I'll eat all the wives. Why not? Right? Like it was the last thing, but God just wants our yes. And here's two powerful things I've learned as a businesswoman. You give them our yes and you say, Lord, I can do more. I can do more, Lord, I'll get a bigger plate.

SPEAKER_02And when we say and we do that, we're saying, I'm not doing all of it. Molly, I don't give a rip if you don't know four eight-figure people, which you absolutely do. But like he knows 44 million. And he knows that today, and I have it right here. Today I am the answer for someone. Today I am someone's answer. I read it backwards. Today I am someone's answer. So I want you to write that down. For all of you guys that get hit with this thing. We are team post-it note up in the inner circle. I have every color, I bring them to retreats, I probably have them attached to me. Like, you need post-it notes all up in your space, but specifically, you need one to say, today I'm someone's answer. And Linz, I know this one hits you hard. Lindsay has done what like no person has done by adopting five kids, double adopted. So they were rejected one time. Like, are you kidding me? And now four of them are teenagers. Yeah, four teens in your house or five. Pray harder for Lindsay and Eric, friends. Seriously. But today I'm someone's answer. All right, I'm gonna keep moving. I I would love to hear from every single one of you guys. That's why you all need to join either the community or inner circle, just saying. Um, so Katie, the DNA test is back. You are the daughter of the king. Let's go, crown. Let's go, royalty. I literally have been thinking about going to London for the for the inner circle retreat because Anna Destiny, my daughter, keeps asking me to go. And I'm like, why does she keep asking me to go to London? I'm like, this whole royalty thing. So we're gonna capture it, we're gonna renew it, we're gonna own it, we're gonna walk it, and we're gonna normalize this new standard. Say commit in the chat if you're gonna commit to this. You're committing to it before the Lord, not just me, but you're also committing it in front of other sisters that are gonna do the same thing. We win upstream, we keep the standard, we keep the clients. This is a huge piece to retention, okay? I know you're probably like, where's the retention piece? All of this, all of this is how I've retained. And my first business, I kept the same, the it's unbelievable. I kept the same group of women, the same structure for a decade at the tippity top. People were like, this is like not even normal. And I was like, Well, neither is Jesus. Supernatural blessing. It's not mine, it's his. But there is a reason that I was able to do that, and it's the crown. I wear my crown every single day. I have it right here. My thoughts, my attitudes, my actions, my results. I have post-notes all up in here, but I put it right there. What's my thought around this? I gotta renew my mind if it's not good. Okay, so how are you gonna play this out every single day? In the morning, you're gonna capture and you're gonna renew and you're gonna start with truth. Morning routines for six, seven, eight-figure women is the most important thing you can do every single day. That's why we start in the word of God in the inner circle. That's why we're accountable to each other to read it cover to cover. It's not a checkbox, it's not a checklist, it's meeting with the God of all the God Almighty that knows all things, right? We got to really capture and renew and start with truth. In the midday, we check our attitude. How many of y'all like have a bad attitude after like the first Zoom call? Maybe the second Zoom call or like the second email from someone that just literally like just is gonna give away to an advisor client, right? Like, adjust your halos. We all have that by midday. We got to check our attitude, and then we got to check our actions. You know, Ray Ray's um Ray Ray has an awesome community called school. Ray, drop it in the chat. But in their school community, it's free. You get to be on these expert calls. And she had this guy, Spency, Spencer, Chicago Bear fan, and he was talking about being radically, or he was talking about owning his calendar, and that's what Ray's kind of sharing with you guys. And my dad always taught us to be radically responsible. Like we all have the same 24 hours in a day, but like, what are you what are you actually doing? And so in Spency's presentation, he talked about, he's like, if you tell me that you don't have enough time, I want to see your browser history, I want to see um your screen time, and I want to see all your apps. And I will tell you what you what your actions did. Because if you want to be a seven-figure woman, are you acting like it? Are you radically obedient and radically responsible on your calendar? And are you doing revenue in first position? Because at the end of the day, that's what business women do. In the evening, we're gonna normalize by reflecting on where our mind drifted. No shame, no shame in the game. We're just gonna say, okay, today I lost it a little bit here. Right? Retention isn't a strategy, it's literally the standard we normalize. We normalize having the highest retention in the industry. And I said this before, and I'll say it again. If you don't capture those thoughts, it will capture your business. And again, I've done this for 4,000 plus women. I'm it's not my first rodeo. I've helped over 4,000 women launch businesses. And I see when they get stinking thinking, it captures the entire business and it takes them out. Sometimes it takes the marriage and the kids with them. Not us, not out, not now. So, for all my biblical girls, here's the biblical flow. It's mind renewal, it's your heart posture, it's obedient action and it's the fruit. Where's the fruit? Check the fruit. You always want to check the fruit before you give anyone a dime or a dollar. Do you want the fruit that they have in their lives? A lot of people on Facebook are acting huge and great, and they have a lot of great hype marketing and really good photography and all that kind of stuff, but check the fruit in their life. One of the greatest compliments I ever gotten, I didn't even ask this person for a testimonial. They literally sought me out and they're like, um, you kind of changed my life. Can I give you a testimonial? I'm like, oh my gosh, yes. Here's my calendar. Let's get on Zoom. And she goes, I've seen you as a coach. I hired you one-to-one. I came to your retreat, I came to your church, and I got to see you in all four aspects of your life, and you're the real deal. It's one of the greatest compliments I've ever been given. Why? Because I'm not here to do fake. I'm not here to be one way in the business room, one way on a stage, the other way in a church, the other way before my husband, the other way before my kids. That's the quickest way to lose the retention you've built. People can see if you're genuine and authentic. And it literally comes from keeping the standard in your life. Your thoughts shape attitudes, attitudes drive your actions, and your action will produce results. All right, you ready? We need a new standard, friends. So the 2026 reality, as a business coach, I am very passionate about knowing what's working now. I have zero time and energy to waste on things that don't work. And the coolest thing about business is it's very simple, and then there's owners, and we're very complicated. Put a yes in the chat if you agree. Business is simple. Business is people have a problem, you have a solution, and you bridge the gap and you bring the solution to people's problems. And then you have owners, and they're like, but this and that and this and that and this and that. It's like stop, stop, stop, stop. So I always teach in my inner circle what's what what win win, what's important now. So what's winning right now? There's three shifts in the marketplace that are very undeniable. Number one, attention is expensive. Attention is expensive. Put a one in the chat if you agree with that. There's never been a time where people have spent 296% to acquire one customer. I'm not gonna say anything about ads, I'm not gonna say anything about the way that people do marketing, but that is a lot of money to get someone's attention. But relationships are what create conversion. Relationship equity will always create a greater conversion. Sales cycles are longer, right? There's this huge thing where people used to be able to like sell things, buy things, sell things, buy things. Put a yes in the chat if you know exactly what I'm talking about. Maybe you've been affected in your business like a hundredfold because of this. But retention will stabilize your cash flow. That's why you must have a retention game in 2026. And lastly, trust beats reach, consistency beats morality. The thing is, people, there's a trust recession because there is so much fake news out there that people don't know what to trust. Right? You think you're buying this like incredible coach and you're gonna have all these outcomes just to find out the coach absolutely sucks, has zero fruit in their life, stole your money, you end up worse. Or you invested in a property, it was all the bells and whistles, you get there, there's a sewer leak, the the roof's torn off, and it's absolute pits, right? Like there's a huge thing about trust, but we are trustworthy when we show ourselves to be trustworthy. When we are truthful. So our non-negotiable for this entire year is gonna be information without application equals deception. Uh, no thanks. I have a lot of clients and you're all in the same boat, right? So I want to make sure in the front that you look at every single day the priority order of making revenue. You work closest to the money. Put money in the chat if you're gonna commit to working closest to the money. What I see people do all day, every day, no matter if you're at eight figures or eight cents, you're focused on new hot leads all day, every day. Put an ouch in the chat if you are constantly talking about new leads, new leads. Why? It spikes. It gives you a little bit of dopamine hit. It gives you this little excitement thing, like it's a mess. It's like a I have a couple nursing degrees or a couple medical degrees, but I'll tell you it's like a little bit of a crack, right? A little bit crack okay. Woo! New lead, new stuff, da-da-uh-uh. The other stuff that's not as sexy is renewals, resells, reactivations, referrals, right? It's not as fun and sexy. Doesn't give us the dopamine and all that kind of stuff, but it's going to because that's what smart CEOs do. They have a priority and they work closest to the money first. So our Q1 scoreboard, again, data over drama, we are going to be honest with ourselves with how many leads we touch a day, how many offers we present a week, what's our close rate, what's our current retention rate, what's our referral rate, and cash collected weekly. Okay? I want you, I know you all know this, but you're not doing it. Because if we were all doing it, we would literally all have 10-figure businesses if we were radically responsible of our calendar and worried about this scoreboard every single working day. So which number, if improved by 10%, changes your whole quarter? I actually didn't do numbers, we did bullet points. So which one of these, drop it in the chat for me? If you improve by 10%, if you pretend, if you increase if you improved your closer by 10%, changes your whole quarter. Which one of these things? We're gonna identify it. Drop in the chat. I'm gonna, I actually made it even easier for everyone. Here's some quick definitions. Ready? What is leads per day? It means meaningful outreach, DMs, texts, voice notes, follow-ups to real humans. Real humans, not just to the internet, okay? Offers presented, what does that mean? That's direct invitations to buy. We're not getting caught in the friend zone. I'm so like, it irritates me so much when people think they're working their business and they literally stay in the friend zone and then they burn their business to ground. And I'm seeing it with seven-figure women that are so talented right now. And I'm like, what are you doing? I could have helped you with this. Okay, so we want to make sure we have calls, books, links sent, proposal cents. Here's the next step. We are leading this ship. Close rate, that means your deals one divided by the offers presented. So if you had four offers presented this week and you closed one, you have a 25% close rate. Retention rate, repeat rate. So your membership, who stayed in each month, coaching percent, who renews, who rebooks, your product percent, who reorder within how many days. So if you're selling a serum and it's out in 30 days, they should be re renew reordering every 30 days. Referrals per month, referred leads that actually show up and are engaged, okay? Not my friend might. Right? Referrals are massive. And this is why I want this community to be stronger than ever. That's why we're starting this kickoff call with our business besties, and we're including inner circle and community, and there's a whole lot of people that are gonna listen to the replay and be more in action. When we're talking about a sales girl standard, I am obsessed with sales. I pray that you get obsessed with sales. Sales is literally a transference of energy. Okay, break it down, get all the weirdness away from it. Sales is a transference of energy, it is a transference of confidence. Confidence, right? The big C. So here are the non-negotiables I personally have done to build a multiple seven-figure business, lose it all, and now rebuild to another multiple seven-figure business. Every single day that I am working my business, when I am in my working hours, I am growing my audience daily. How do I keep track of that? I look at everything that's going out and I look at what they do. So that's all my emails. I know that I have an open rate of 46%. I love you guys. Thank you for keeping that going. That is amazing, right? I know how my reels perform. I know how my posts perform. I know how my stories do. I know how my YouTube channel is doing. I am radically responsible for my KPIs every single month. Okay. You need to look at data over drama. Number two, you need to move those audiences to an owned list and into community daily. Okay, you do not own Facebook. You're not, maybe you guys are besties with Zuckerberg, but he doesn't owe you nothing, right? Instagram, TikTok, all that stuff. You don't own any of that. I lost a 4,000-person team. I didn't own them. I wouldn't have had their emails. I wouldn't have had these things had I not invested highly in coaching myself and my coach say, girlfriend, you worked, you brought that company to $1.4 billion. You better go take all your people and get their emails and bring them with you. Okay. So you want to make sure your opt-ins, all the DM invites, all that, you lock in people's emails. And even more important now is phone numbers. Next, we had Roshonda Pratt. Put a boom in the chat inner circle if Rosho is your best. Or we can just power pump for Rosho. If you do not know Roshonda Pratt, you need to know her. She is one of the most incredible women I have ever met. They all committed. Why? Because we know that Facebook is on a comeback, baby. Facebook grew by 50% in 2025. The math maths. So there are a lot of people that built entire brands by just going free. Free, free, right? You didn't have to buy a commercial studio. You didn't have to do podcasts, whatever. Free on Facebook. It works. So going live face-to-face weekly, so important. Talk to leads daily. Number of real conversations started. Convert daily. Offers presented plus closes plus follow-ups. Okay, here's my ruthless mentor. This is from my AI coach, Sammy, aka Ray Ray's husband. We're obsessed with the ruthless mentor that we built in our own AI bots. You guys, seriously, hire hire Ray Ray. Anyway, so whenever I do anything, my ruthless mentor comes out, like the bot, and it talks to me like I want to be talked to. And it says, if you do content but don't do conversations, you're playing pretend business, period. I'm like, yes, yes, you are, right? If you do content, but you're not having conversations, you're not having a business. You have a hobby and you're wasting your time. Yes, I said it. If there's no quick wane, no clarity, no, no momentum for your client when they try using your products, when they'll hire you as a coach, when they buy a home from you, when they do investing with you. If there's not a quick win and there's not clarity and there's no momentum in that first seven days, and that's being generous because really data will tell you in the first 48 hours they need to experience some kind of win in the first 48 hours. You have you're gonna have weak retention. Number two, if they have invisible progress, so client cannot see what's working. And three, there's no next step pathway, there's nothing new to renew into. It's just dead in the water. So tell me real quick in the chat, what does your client experience look like in the first seven days? And if you don't know, that's your answer. Relationships, the pipeline you can't outsource. No AI, no nothing can re reproduce relationships. So here's a quick difference maker: followers. It's attention. I have um 3,051 followers on Instagram and I built a multiple seven-figure business. I have, let's see, 7,655 on Facebook. It doesn't matter if you have millions of followers, it matters that you have ideal clients that follow you that want to buy from you. People are following you to buy from you. Don't believe a lie that they're not there to buy. Okay. Oh, that was a good rhyme. Don't forget it. Don't believe the lie that they're not there to buy. They're there to buy from you, okay? Leads are interest in relationships, is trust. Build relationships. All right, the relationship engine. We need to have three buckets. We need existing clients, which are our renewal as referrals. We need our warm leads, which are DMs, email replies, event attendees, and we need strategic partnerships, right? So important. It's gonna be an hour, and you're gonna come up ready to work, and you can bring whatever you're working on, or we are gonna have a content calendar done for you. Thank you, Courtney.
