(5.13) Inner Circle Replay — The Long Game: Building Businesses That Last
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The kind of business that doesn't just survive, but compounds.
We opened with the retention math that should change how every one of you looks at your CRM: a 5% bump in retention can raise profits 25–95%, existing customers spend 67% more, and keeping a client can cost up to 700% less than winning a new one. If you haven't audited your one-time clients and built a win-back system, that's your homework.
Molly walked us through her seven-story framework and the three-story starter kit — trust story, turning point, belief system — the foundation of selling the payoff, not the product. Kristine broke down the five levers of trust — empathy, competency, character, motives, reliability — and we landed on repeat trust as the metric that actually matters.
Then we went deep on the leader as the system versus the leader as the bottleneck: burnout, decision fatigue, delegation, automation, and how to scale without losing the high-touch experience your people pay you for. Rae shared what it looks like to stress-test all of this while pregnant and traveling. Real, raw, and useful.
We closed with legacy. Ten-year vision. Twenty-year vision. Because we are not building for the quarter, sister. We are building for our children's children.
Hello, gorgeous women of God. Look at Christine on time, not running from one thing to the next, just fully present. Fully. How does it feel, Chris? How does it feel? Your first Wednesday.
SPEAKER_01Wild. So it's very, very refreshing to be in a season of preparation instead of a season of execution. So I am still in preparation mode. Like yesterday, I was placing all of the women for one of the classes. This morning I was meeting with my children's supervisor. Like, so I'm I'm still in it, but it's a different rhythm and it's exciting to use my brain in a different way. And yes, I am not hauling to get here. And like that feels amazing.
SPEAKER_07Hallelujah, praise the Lord. Well, you look amazing. I am so glad you're here. I'm so glad that um Tina's getting 10,000 steps and not letting anything stop her. Or is it 20? Are you doing 20? Are you on the Katie Lober or are you on the inner circle? There's two different tracks in life. I decided. Molly gave me the best. Wait, go ahead.
SPEAKER_10I'm doing the 10 for now, but I won't say never to 20. But I still do strength training every morning, too. So it's strength training and walking.
SPEAKER_07Let's go, girls. So, so, so proud of you. Snaps. How is everyone doing with 10k steps? Show of hands. No shame in your game if it's not happening. We're doing it. Some of us aren't. Love it. Love it. Love it. Well, amen. You know what? I love to me this whole finger thing, the aura ring is the accountability to you guys to do the things I said I was going to do and um get out and walk. And it's been a huge blessing, and I'm extremely grateful for you guys. Yes, walking pads. I think Molly, that's the name of the game for you, especially being in Vegas. I know the Lord's gonna move you guys on in the near future, but anywhere where you're at, having that walking pad and throwing it underneath your desk that you're at probably way too many times. Um, even sitting on a medicine ball, like an exercise ball versus your chair, you keep the core more engaged, that pelvic floor, all of you that are gonna have babies, all of you that are Preggers, let's go. Um, really pulling in that pelvic tilt and like having that be engaged is so helpful being a 46-year-old mom that pees when I sneeze. So just that was for free. Um the kids always know it too. They're like, oh, did you pee? I'm like, let's that's okay. We don't have to talk about it. We don't have to talk about it. Um, okay, you guys, I am so excited for today's long game part two. Um, but of course, I want to open up baby girls with some wins. So pop off chat and set us up with some wins, friends.
SPEAKER_01This is a bit of a story, but I think it highlights God's kindness and his intentionality and how he's in the details. So, can I share that quickly?
SPEAKER_10A thousand percent.
SPEAKER_01Um, so I I'm gonna make this an abbreviated version. There's a woman who the Lord called into leadership, literally brought her to me to be on our on our leadership team. Um, he brought her up to me because she was needing some very serious breakthrough. She came up after one of my lectures crying. And so we we broke off some things and that was amazing. Then the Lord's like, she's called to leadership. So brought her in. That was incredible. She's been through a lot of really, really awful things. Um, so just no, really awful. Uh, and she said, it's felt like the past four years she hasn't been able to breathe. Well, right. Like, I just she feels suffocated, she's isolated, all the things that the enemy wanted to do in her life. Um, ironically, she had this lilac bush that was refusing to bloom. Okay. So it would not bear any fruit. And for years, and she kept watching this lilac bush and she's like, I have a green thumb. I was doing everything right, and this thing would not bloom. And it felt like a metaphor for my life. And I'm like praying over this lilac bush, you know, this all this kind of stuff. And uh, and she said, Um, I had a breakthrough because of praise Jesus, how the Lord used me in her life. And um she said she came home one day feeling like I can breathe. The Lord is resurrecting me, is what she said. I felt like I was being resurrected. She came home and she saw there was a single big bloom, one big bloom on her lilac bush. And she's like, it's starting to bear fruit. So, what did she do? She cut it off and gave it to me. She wanted me to have the first fruit of her resurrection. And what's extra cool about that is she handed it to me. She was like tearful. She's like, I want to give this to you. I know it's a weird gift. I'm like, it's an amazing gift, right? She's like, unless, unless you're allergic to lilacs, we'll get this. About um six weeks ago, I like I have been allergic to lilacs my whole life, I think. And like crazy itchy eyes. It hurts. I'm in pain for hours after I'm near them. But I have these massive lilac bushes that came with the house that we live in. And if I go fast past them, great, right? Well, I was taking a call outside because it was a beautiful morning on my front porch, and I saw all the lilacs were in bloom and I was having zero reactions. This was like six weeks ago. And I'm like, oh my gosh, Lord, did you heal me of my allergy? Like, I've never even asked you to do that. Um, I don't know. It just was like a thing. And so I kept testing it and I would go out and I would stand and take calls by my lilac bush and no reaction. I'm like, okay, well, praise Jesus. And I thought it was just for that. And then here comes this girl who wants to give me her gift, this first bloom. And I was able to receive it because the Lord had six weeks prior healed me of an allergy so that I could say yes and receive it. And she needed me to receive it. And it was just like the amount of spiritual illustrations in this whole thing, like the Lord was like, it's important to be able to receive from others. I want you to be able to receive from others. I she wanted, he wanted her to be able to give that to me because that was a bold step for her. He did a resurrection in her life, like all the things. So God is in the big things like the resurrections, and he's in the little details like a lilac bloom. And I think that's incredible. I will never look at a lilac the same. Ever.
SPEAKER_07Not even the color on someone's shirt that's lilac.
SPEAKER_01Me too. It's my new thing. I'm like, I don't, yeah, I'm not like a light purple girl at all, but I this might be my new favorite flower. I need like, yeah, I need it in my office, something.
SPEAKER_07This is amazing. Oh my goodness. What's the girl's name, if you don't mind sharing? Her name is Stephanie. Stephanie. You guys, how many Stephanies do we have in our life that if we just slowed down and we considered the long game of life, faith, and business, we would have time. So you had to make time, Chris. There's like a couple, there's like a million different things in the story. One, you had to take time, right? Two, you had to be a person that she felt comfortable with to even approach about all the skeletons in the closet. And three, she had to trust you that you had the keys, right? You had spoken to her life that she knew that you had the keys to deliverance to set her free by the power of the Holy Ghost and then allow her into blooming. I mean, come on, guys, right? He's gonna hedge. Some of us are in the like, he's cutting it back, right? Doesn't feel good, doesn't Mindy. Don't feel good. We're like, oh, that's ugly. Yeah, I didn't like that about me either. Oh, that doubt, oh, that discouragement, oh, that lack, that da da da da, right? I mean, we're like in the throes of it. I put it on um social media today. It was so fun because God highlighted this to me yesterday. I don't know if any of you saw it yet, but I said, a cure for dissatisfaction. You ready for this, Tina? This is good for you. Calmly resign and leave all things in the hands of God. Calmly resign and leave all things in the hands of God. I'm like, what is that? I didn't even want to post it. To be honest, I'm like, that doesn't like what? But no. I was like, I am posting it. I was supposed to post yesterday, didn't, did it today. But like, there's times where we have to calmly resign, just like she did. She was just like, okay, I'm over this. You know, I've been like not able to breathe for four years. What hinders us to wait four years? I wonder. Why do we wait four years before we just say, okay, God, it's all yours? God, hey, this is ugly in my life. I literally talk about great faith, big God, and then all of a sudden I take everything back and act like it's all on me and stay up late at night and have all these different things, right? There's tons of spiritual warfare always, especially on you women, right? Especially on high achieving, high impact, high influential women. We're always gonna have these things, but we we know we have victor victory in it. But no, Chris, that was it. I the long game of her life being so impacted by your life of laying it down. Like, there's no price tag you can put on that ever. Ever. I love it. I love it. All right, keep this party going. Who else says it's a big win? Okay, I got something.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, and um, oh my gosh. First of all, I just have to shout out to Molly's like bleach blonde new hair, and I'm obsessed, and I'm like wanting to become blonde because of it. Um I it's also funny because I actually am wearing a really cute outfit. It's like this matching pair, and I'm like, oh, this is just not a Zoom outfit. Because I'm like, I feel like I look like I'm in CJ's, even though I'm in a cute outfit. So that's I just had to say something about it because I'm like, I was actually matching and ready. Um okay, but my win, I have two wins. Last night in the middle of the night, Rafa woke up and he goes, he goes, Am I dead? And we're all in a hotel room. And I'm like, no, like you're you're not dead. He goes, I don't want to die. And Sammy and I are like, wait, what is happening right now? And so we end up having a whole conversation around heaven and Jesus. And obviously Rafa's heard us talk about this, but Rafa gave his life to Jesus and you know, asked to have Jesus in his heart this morning. Wait, Rafa. So I mean, talk about the joy of the Lord. Like here, obviously Ali wants to keep a photo of your circle. Yay! Hey Rafa, look, everyone's celebrating because Jesus is in your heart. So then we go to Trader Joe's and he's like the happiest little boy. He's doing all of his own shopping. And everyone's stopping us, like, thank you for like bringing him in here because he's making my day. And I'm just like, this just is so wild, so cool. So that happened, huge win. And then my second one is that I'm gonna see Sherry for lunch today. So uh we're out in Boise and we get to have a nice lunch together. So just some fun, short little wins, but I'm so excited for today. It's the best.
SPEAKER_07That's not short, that is salvation of baby Rafa, who is a mighty man of God, a mighty man of faith, who honestly, girlfriend, God created your whole story around him coming into this earth, right? You gotta press into realms that you never knew of in motherhood and then becoming a wife shortly after, and then bringing another baby into this world. Girl, that is so amazing. Rafa, I am so excited to celebrate with y'all when you're back to San Diego. And I cannot, I'm obsessed that you get to. Does he get to meet Mama Sherry? Is he coming to lunch? Obviously. Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_06He might be doing nap time. So we'll see how he's doing.
SPEAKER_07It might be a girl's lunch. Oh, love that. Love that as well. Oh my goodness. How fun. Sherry, you had two. You got Katie Girl and Mama Carol, and now you got sweet Ray Ray and Boisy. I mean, how fun is this?
SPEAKER_11I'm literally the luckiest person. You guys are all coming to see me, and it's so amazing. And Ray, I'm so excited to see you. I just love squeezing the inner circle girls whenever we get to see each other. But it's been such a blessing. It was a blessing to have Katie. It is a blessing to have Ray. I'm so excited. Hopefully, we can connect more than just lunch. Um, and my husband is getting my kids later. So, Ray, I have the afternoon, so I don't have to just like do a short little hour, hour and a half. And I know you have things to do, but my time he it we looked, I shouldn't say it was a God thing. He's like, no, I have appointments today, so I'm done early. I'm like, yes.
SPEAKER_07So there's no time limit. Come on. Oh, I love that. I love that, love that. All right, who else says when?
SPEAKER_00I do. Yes! So um yesterday I got together with like one of my dearest friends, and we have kind of drifted apart over the last couple years. Just you'll know who I'm talking about. But I've been just praying for an opportunity to testify to her. And it's so emotional. I might have to tell this later. I've been really emotional lately. I don't know what's going on. Perimenopause or something. Midlife crisis.
SPEAKER_07No, no, no. Next season of life, I met with a perimenopause girl yesterday. I'm bringing it into the inner circle. Because I'm like, you know, you know, this whole feeling of like what people call the what you just said, midlife, whatever. I'm like, I'm just receiving this like second season. I really want to. Oh, she goes, Oh, girl, it's the best. Like, let's go. No, the second season is the best season. So you're in your second season, your best season. Yes.
SPEAKER_00Yes, yes, I am. My husband, though, yesterday, he's like, What is wrong with you? You're like a different person. I'm like, I don't know. I'm trying. Um, anyways, it was like such a perfect opportunity because she was confiding in me that um she said, you know, I have a child now, I have a good marriage. We're financially fine. She's like, but there's just something missing, and I can't put my finger on it, and I'm just not happy. And so I was just like, it was just like God was like, so I was just able, I was like, you know, and we talk like she's gone to church with me before, like years ago when things were really rough in her life. Um but yeah, I just was able to like speak to the peace of Jesus and testify. And I really, I really, she's like, I'm really gonna think about this. So I'm excited to see what God does.
SPEAKER_07Okay, three wins, and they're all about salvations, breakthrough, freedom in Christ Jesus. I mean, where are you gonna get this stuff? Where where are you gonna get this stuff, right? And how much more does he want to do this? How much more is he expecting us to have these conversations with people that are hurting? They have everything. I gotta interject real quick. Something that rocked my socks. Can I share a quick story? Joshua was at his teacher meeting on Monday, and the admin brought a stack of papers this big, this big. My kids go to a school right down the street from the private residence that you've all have stayed at in Rancha Santa Bay. Stack this big. She said, Teachers, I need you to know that every paper inside the stack is a constraining order that a kid has against their own parent. Restraining, restraining. Friends, the school is about this big, and there's a stack of papers this big of these wealthy parents that aren't allowed to pick up kids, interact with kids, be on campus, be a part of anything. What in the world? We have such a huge marketplace ministry amongst the wealthy women and men. They like Lindsay said, I got the marriage, I got the kids, we're financially great, but there's something inside of me that is missing that no man will ever fill, no woman will ever fill. And unfortunately, who do they take it out on? Satan would love to destroy the least of these, right? And so I've never felt more passionate about helping men and women, not really men, but really women, and then marriages, which are Christine, Amy, Ray Ray, Katie Girl, I cannot wait. I'm gonna like bottleneck you guys in hugs at the marriage retreat because there's such, and there's some couples from the school that are coming, not restraining order ones, but like these high net worth couples, or I don't know. I mean, who knows who has a restraining order? I don't think so. I see the parents at campus, but nonetheless, there's so many people that you guys are gonna rub shoulders with that don't have what you have, that don't have that perfect peace, that don't have that divine love because they're not meeting with him every single day, meditating on the word and getting filled up inside of them. And so horrific things are happening to the next generation. And so I'm sorry, I had to share that because that's something that I can't I can't just now that you know it, right? Now that you know, you can't unsee. Now, Linz, that you've met with this girl that God allowed you to meet with, right? We can't undo that. Like there's so much around us at all times. We just have to have eyes to see and ears to hear what's going on in heaven that it shall be done on earth. All right, I was a little fired up. All right, shoot me another Lynn before we we do this longing party.
SPEAKER_04I'll go. Um I uh I'm just so unbelievably grateful of the nonstop favor I've been having since the beginning of this month. I mean, I've never seen more favor from the Lord in literally everything: tow trucks, customer service, parking at a packed out mall, business. I mean, I mean, literally everything. The only thing I'm just like, we could bring Johnny home, but he has to finish what he started. So, like, that would be the only thing. But I'm just like, Lord, like what? And so it's just been so peaceful and just praiseworthy. And I've seen more favor and flow than I have ever seen in my entire life. And I'm just so grateful. It's like one of those where it's like, oh yeah, like we we've been through some things to get here, but when he refines you in that fire to get to this point, you're just like, Lord, but I'm still not worthy, but how can I steward this? And I he just keeps giving, he keeps expanding my vision and expanding legacy. And that would probably be my biggest win is on top of all this favor that I'm just like literally, it's like, hey, this is gonna happen. The Lord's like, nope, this is what's happening. And I'm just like, I'm just standing there. I don't even have to say anything. And it just is. And I usually would have to like say something, do something, whatever, sweet talk Molly way, whatever. But like, I'm just like, Lord, come on, you know, and I and I feel so much peace more than ever before in a season where a lot of people are trying to speak chaos on me. Like, where are you moving? What are you doing? What's happening? I was like, so sorry, not sorry, don't receive that. I'm walking away now. Like, because they are stressed out of where my life is because basically my husband and we may be, I don't even know when we're moving, where we're moving. I don't even care. I'm like, Lord, pack up the house and tell me where I'm driving my Tesla, like whatever. Um, so it's just it's one of those where um I'm just unbelievably grateful. And then it's like, Lord, who do I get to go bless with this? Who do I get to go serve? It just keeps compounding. And when you get to look back of everything that you've been brought through, you're like, man, I see why that took so long. Because it took me years to get to this point. Because it was kind of like, I uh he's been showing me the story of Joseph and how Joseph was given the dream, but then he had to go to the pit and from like the pit to Potiphers, like it was years, it was like decades before he got into where he was supposed to go. And I my story is somewhat similar where the Lord told me at seven what I had on my life, and I kind of took that for granted and got cocky with it, and then he had to do a lot of work, and I'm just like, well, okay, you know, um, grateful. It was painful, but I'm grateful at the same time. So I'm just like, Lord, who do we get to bless? Like, where does this where is this going? And um, I'm just I'm I could literally break out in tears of just like, I don't even deserve this, but what do you want me to do next? Like, you know what I mean? So I'm just I'm happy.
SPEAKER_07Oh, and Molly, I have to shout you out. So Molly was up at like 6 a.m. on Mother's Day on her stories, going to like set up Mother's Day for other moms in our church. Like that just blessed me so much because if I could teach anyone in business one of the biggest keys to success after the secret of obedience, it's the secret of serving others, right? Esteeming others above yourself, serving others, showing up. Jesus didn't come to be served, friends. He came to serve. And I found, I don't know, let's be honest, show of hands. Is Mother's Day a little bit of a letdown sometimes for you guys? So I had like back to back-to-back years. You're my inner circle, so I'm just gonna be very raw. Where I really didn't appreciate Mother's Day. Here I am, four miracles, all the things, but it was like the biggest letdown every single year, even including this year, to be honest. I got Amazon gifts in a Tory Birch bag. I was like, Naomi Kate, will you like tell dad if you're ever gonna get something like off Amazon into don't put it in a toy birch bag, just put it in like one of the happy birthday bags. Like, don't, don't, don't fool people like that. Like, I didn't care. Honestly, it's fine. I'm, as you all know, not materialistic girl, but just a principle that I want my kids to know that they would not give something from Amazon in a designer box. That's not what we do in life. Anyway, so it was a good like lesson. Anyway, I had already resolved myself to not really have expectations for Mother's Day. I'm just being very real with you guys. But I was going to serve everyone at the church. I was gonna make sure we had the most amazing over-the-top Mother's Day celebration prior to church, get the best roses we could, have the kids hand them out. I bought gifts, I gave mom awards to all the different people. Can I tell you it was my best Mother's Day yet? With my Amazon. Can I can I get the towel? Can I just a minute? I have to show you. From all of you that's gonna see Joshua in three weeks, we'll will laugh about this. This is this is what I got from from Amazon from my husband of 17 years. 17 friends. Friends. Rejoice and be glad in all things. I was like, wow, this is. Well, this is right, you guys. Let's just have a good laugh. Anyway, it was very, very freeing to me to let go of every expectation and then have the vulnerability, because you know, I'm in ministry now, to tell the church, like, hey, does anyone like not have a good Mother's Day today? And everyone's like, I'm not gonna raise their hand. And then like some of the mommies are like, you know, is she gonna raise her hand? I'm like, no, you guys, at the end of the day, it is like to me the greatest honor to be a mom. But at the end of the day, sometimes we have unrealistic expectations of what that looks like on a day committed to mothers who are still feeding, changing, cleaning, bathing, all the things, right? So anyway, I digress. Happy Mother's Day to all you amazing mothers. I did drop two podcasts, one to my own mom and one to my mother-in-love, who just the best. I said just the best, my mom's book. Um, and now my mom's like obsessed with Jess, which is so fun, and praying for her and Matt. So you know that Matt's already completely healed, radically saved, and doing missions because that's what happens when Angel Ann prays for anybody. Um, but Jess, I'd love to hear real quick. I know you like jumped in the book, but what is the Lord highlighting to you? Because you guys know that Jess is praying about transitioning for a 12-week break out of the office to be stay-at-home mom status for this whole season. But Jess, what has the Lord been speaking to you? I need to hear that real quick.
SPEAKER_05Um It's okay to slow down, it's okay to not do all of the things, honestly. Um and honestly, like to me, that's hard though, because it feels like I'm failing every day. If I don't do all the things, if I do say, oh, it's okay, and like excuse myself from something, but I don't know, like it's just been eye-opening and um humbling, honestly. Very humbling.
SPEAKER_07I love it. Does anyone else relate to I have to do all the things or I'm failing or I'm not doing everything? Okay, you teed me up perfect for part two of the long game. How many of y'all put in the chat a one if you've heard a lot about longevity? If you like the new keyword buzzword is longevity, longevity. And Christine actually is a part of company with a billionaire, and so am I, that are very forefront focused on longevity game and what that looks like. I'm going to an 80-year-old's lunch after we get done today, who's still boogie boards in Del Mar, where I took you guys just south of that break, right? Like, let's go talk about the longevity game. So, obviously, we've all heard a lot about longevity. Well, as I've given myself to the study of long-term business, like, because I realized that no one's talking about the long-term business plan, right? At all. Not anymore for whatever reason. I'm sure they talked about it before, but now it's all like quick gains, quick wins, quick adrenaline, quick dopamine, quick endure, like all the things, right? So I want you to drop in the chat real quick a woman of excellence in business that you admire for her long game of business. So a woman with a spirit of excellence who you admire for her long game in business. Why did you pick Ellie Ford? Why did you pick your mom? Like, what characteristics? Why did they relate to the time for someone?
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna speak to the Tina. I think Tina knows how to hold vision. She has long-term vision and infinite game goals, but also then knows how to execute on the daily. Like she knows how to take long-term vision and also do the next thing.
SPEAKER_07Oh, I love that. I love that. She was a kid and learned that from the ground up. She has grit and long-term girls, goals. Let's go, Tina girl. So true. Especially because I'm talking to a whole lot of moms or soon to be moms. Molly's gonna be pregnant the second she sees Johnny. I'm calling it first. Y'all can get online, but I called it first. Ray Ray started it. Katie's joining it, and Molly's coming in, baby girl. And anyone else. I don't know that any of us else are trying, though, but keep me posted if so. Um, let's go. Come on, she said um she does the hard stuff, doesn't stop the vision of what's possible. So that's Ray Ray talking about our gorgeous mom, Rose.
SPEAKER_06Um that was Tina, but it actually relates to also my mom. So I guess that's a characteristic of these ladies.
SPEAKER_07Yes. Lisha, we're gonna miss you. We love you too. Um come on, Tina girl. Needed this encouragement with this battle, which has me discouraged today. Gotta keep keeping on. Water off a duck's back, girly. Water off a duck's back. The quicker we just say, not today, Satan, get behind me, the quicker we're into moving into the greener pastures and seeing it. Sucks being pruned, Tina. It does, but a sure cure of dissatisfaction. That word is for you. Calmly resigning everything over the hands of God. Come on, pressing in so my kids don't have to deal with this battle. That would that will preach, right? That will preach. And they're watching us, they're watching how we not how we do in the win, right? Everyone's happy in the win. How do we do when the press is so pressing that we're like, dude, I'm done. Burning the ships, letting loose, right? She says Tina figures things out even when she doesn't know how, she just keeps trying things. Come on, girl. Champion. With Emily, it's discipline, excellence, and leadership. So good. I don't want to miss any of these. Okay, these are fire. Um, Court, what about your mom? I know that she calls you out. Um her.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she does constantly. You need to go read your Bible. Yes, ma'am. Um, for me, it's my mom's tenacity in a man's world. She's in a very heavily male-dominated field, and so to be a leader in that field was hard, and she fought to get there with tenacity.
SPEAKER_07I love it. And rocking being a widow and still just has the joy of the Lord, which I think is amazing. That will preach. That will preach. And I'm so grateful for her prayers over the inner circle. Court definitely goes to her mom when we have issues. She's like, I'm I'm gonna talk to my mama. I'm gonna talk to my mom about this. All right, so I want to um give you something, and then Molly's gonna share some of her greatness with us too. So I'm I'm gonna go not too quick because there's some things that we need to talk about. And I actually printed my notes. I was so serious about this part too. Um, but let me open this thing up. Core, what does your mama do? People are asking in the chat.
SPEAKER_03Uh yeah, I was just typing it out. She is a branch manager of Border States Electric Company. Um, they're actually headquartered out of North Dakota, but she is the branch manager in Abilene, Texas. They deal with electricians, contractors, all of those people.
SPEAKER_07Girl, do you not know that Joshua's dad's dad had a church in Abilene, Texas? Holy Ghost and Fire, Abilene's like all their roots. Abilene is hometown. You know this. This is what and I'm just having an epiphany. We're talking later. We're talking later. Of course, Jesus would send me someone from Abilene. Wit Mindy had an uncle that had a church there. Like, what's happening? Come on. Oh, God is so good. So good. Amen. Amen. All right, let's talk about the long game, sisters. So I'm gonna give you two different sets of sets of pictures coming up here. But here's what I'm realizing in the study, because I'm obsessed with studying female founders, obsessed. I will know everything about them, just like Roger knows everything about everything else in life. And I learned from successful people that they're very curious. Put curious in the chat. If you realize the most successful people in your life, including Jesus, who didn't need to be curious about everything, anyone, because he knew everything about everyone, he was the most curious man alive. Why he always asked questions. He always asked questions, right? Even though he knew absolutely everything. So, what I find in 2026, and tell me if you agree or not, but I see a lot of flashy founders. Flashy, flashy, flashy. And I think it's the world of social media and people trying to build personal brands. And then I see people that are legacy builders. Put legacy builders in the chat because that's exactly who you all are. But we really need to define what that looks like for legacy. Tina, I love that you were shouted out so much because truly, if I think about legacy builders, I think about you and coming underneath your parents who were legacy-minded. There wasn't a reason you were working at Catum at such a young, cute age. I can only imagine you. Probably had like your cute little pink pigtails and like running around the place with like these massive semis. Like, throw some, throw some Tina childhood stuff in the chat if you have some. I am sure it's probably the cutest thing ever. Um, but here's what I know to be true, and why you guys allow me the honor of being your coaches is that we're not building for a hot year. Ever. I taught my whole 4,000-person sales team that it's never about a hot year. Everyone else builds for a hot year, especially now. So I think right now most women founders are looking for applause, they're looking for visibility, they're looking for fast cash, they're looking for social proof, and they're looking for dopamine. Put a boom in the chat if you agree. That that is kind of like a world in business as female founders that you see to be true. Okay, versus what the long game actually requires. And I'm speaking to the choir, and you guys know this, but sometimes it's good to get in your face real quick and make sure that we know that we know that we know that the long game requires endurance and a very strong retention game. I'm gonna leave some data in your brain. One's gonna live rent-free for the rest of your life. Emotional regulation, something people are talking about no more, right, Chris, when they're talking about this longevity being emotionally regulated. Jess, it's something like that your body's trying to do right now, but it feels like it needs to be doing so much more. Systems and reputation, right? The people that you put in the chat, they have strong reputations. There's a lot of people that you know in business that have horrible reputations, and then stewardship and legacy. All right, now I need you guys to be super honest. I'm gonna let this land. I'm not gonna move past it. But which list feels more like your last 90 days? List one or list two, just be honest. List one or list two. What has your last 90 days looked like? Come on. List two hasn't been easy. Two for me, two for me, too. Praise Jesus. This is why you're in the inner circle. That's why we have part two of part one. You guys know I love, love, love this next word. And I'll talk about it every single day till the grave. Retention, retention, retention, retention, retention, retention, retention. We are retention queens. Retention all day over acquisition. Why? The women who last win bigger than the women who are going viral right now. Okay? The people that are going viral, we talked about the three C's, and of course I have it as a post-it note because it's something that I feel Satan consistently beats women founders up with, right? The three C from hell. If you don't forget, if you didn't remember from last week, it's comparison, it's compromise, and it's competition. There's nothing like people going viral in your face, having all these wins to make you feel lesser than, right? Especially if you're trying to like be a person that's like breaking a mold of being that girl, where you get all your accolades from people pleasing, from it from having the milestones, right? So there's two different mindsets that I see in in female founders. Number one, obsessing over these certain things, right? It's more of a chase, and then what empires are really built on. So, and I'm gonna have you guys be honest in the chat. The last 90 days, have you been chasing more followers, more leads, more launches, and more visibility? Has that been like your team calls? Is that what your team's focused on? I'll be honest, that's sometimes what I ask the Forest Glory team to be to be more focused on. We need more leads and we need more visibility. Why aren't we getting more conversions, right? Verse, if you think about the long-term thing, how much conversation with your team have you had about customer retention? Relationship equity, trust compounding, community depth. So Chris and Lindsay totally opened us up with such powerful relationship equity, right? Is that gonna show up in their business, in their ROI? Probably not. Is it gonna be in their PL? Probably not. Is it gonna be on their crown in heaven? Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am, it is. So when we think about what empires are built on and how much that then fuels us to do what we do, that's truly building on a firm foundation. Wanting more followers, more leads, more launches, more visibility, nothing wrong with it. I believe that creates more impact. But what's wrong with it? If you're not worried more about relationship equity, customer retention, trust compounding, and community death, death, that death, it's gonna be a huge problem. So I want us to real quick look at these numbers. And I know that you know these numbers, but I want these to live rent-free in your brain, especially the last one. Okay. So if you were to increase your retention right now with your customers and your clients, just 5%, if this is a focus number for the long game, you will increase your profits by 25 to 95%. 25 to 95% increased profits if you just consider having five more, an increase of just 5%. I love atomic habits because it's the 1%. But we're the inner circle, we have a spirit of excellence. So we're gonna focus on the 5%. Now, do you know that 67% more is spent by existing customers? So today I want you to look at your flow desk. I want you to look at your CRMs. I want to look at the people that have already bought from you or have used you in business at all. Is this hilarious? 6'7. You're not gonna forget that number. Think of them as your 6'7 instead of going to chase new people all the time, asking for their referrals, asking for you know, their amazing um testimonials of you, spending more time with the existing will always win the game. But for whatever reason, we always feel like we have to have new, always have new. Okay, and I know you guys know this number, and this is like something that I think really needs to sit. But retaining clients, right, can cost up to 700% less than acquiring new ones. Retaining the clients you have, the customers you have, can cost you less than 700%. So I want us just to come off mute real quick, and I want you guys to just like breathe on this and say, you know what, I'm crushing the retaining game, and this is what I've been doing, or you know what? I haven't been retaining customers and I need some help here. So who's bold to go first? Either you're crushing retention and you want to shout it out because the 700% is firing your bones, or you're not retaining people and you constantly feel like you're going for new.
SPEAKER_08I'll go. I'll be brave.
SPEAKER_09Let's go, girl.
SPEAKER_11I feel like I have pretty good retention because in the med spa business, if you can't retain clients, you will go out of business very, very fast. And a lot of my business is about retention. So I I do feel like I do pretty well at it. But this is something that I know I had Marco Lindsay about a little bit to say, hey, I'm really working on this aspect of my business about retaining the small amount of people that don't come back to me. Either they come for one service because they want their lips filled and then they leave. And there really isn't that transition of coming back because they think they got what they needed, but they aren't looking at other stuff. So I'm actually doing a self-audit um to work through that, wondering, you know, where is where am I lacking? Is my follow-up lacking? Is it um, you know, what is it? So uh, but I feel like, you know, I'm doing something right because a lot of these people are coming back. So I do have good follow-up, especially for the clients that are coming in very regular. And I retain them by setting them up for next appointments, um, next steps, and having a plan for them. But there is a margin of people that I'm not able to get back in or they've left for another reason and they might not be going anywhere else. They just aren't coming back to me unless they need something once a year or once in a while. So I'm I'm trying. I'm if you guys have ideas, let me know. But this is a little bit of a tough spot because I'm not the only one that struggles with this. I think every single mad spot struggles with this. So and yes, Mindy, I have a monthly membership. Um it has not been overwhelming. It has been people are like, okay, sure. And these are people that have been with me for a while, so they enjoy it. And I've had people that have been with me for a while and they're like, nah, I don't need a membership, and they spend even more. And I'm like, I don't understand this. Like, I'm literally giving you a way to get a discount. And so I I have this just very mixed bag of clients that um that I'm you know, I get a little bit frustrated with, but I'm also like, if you want to pay more, that's I guess that's fine. So I don't know.
SPEAKER_07Yes. Okay, do you have a win back campaign for any of these people that are like the one and done's? Do you ever do a win back campaign?
SPEAKER_11Uh I guess not because I don't know what that is.
SPEAKER_07So yeah. So I think for for point of service things like a med spa, the win back campaign is going back to that small percentage, 5% that never came back, and saying, Hey, we love and miss you. We want to win you back. We have a special win back, 10% off, 20% off, specific to whatever they got, lip filler, epicutus. It can't be a general thing, it has to be the thing that she came to you for that you're gonna give a discount to. And when she gets in the office, you say, Hey, I would love to know what made you come back or what made you leave, just like honest, and then what made you come back? And it's probably the discount, which is fine. They're probably just looking for a better price, as we all know. However, people will pay for their vanities. So if you are the best provider and they know that they're gonna like also get more bang for their buck, which we know they are because people are coming in for less talks, and they know that you know the the, you know, you have a great working knowledge of how to better them off. I think that is the key, in my opinion, and I want in everyone else here. Win back campaigns are giving you answers. They're gold already. You almost would want to give them a free service just because they came back, you know, to give you these answers to the test. But of course, anything free is not worth having why there's no value in it for them at all. Um, and so yeah, I would definitely encourage you and I would clot it up or chat GPT it up, whoever's your bestie, help me, and I'll give you an advisory board prompt that I'm liking right now for them to create. For you, a win back campaign, and I would see how that goes.
SPEAKER_11Sorry, when I'm being good. Okay. Thank you so so much. I'd appreciate that because it is something that I am working on. I have been very blessed, especially these last few months, and God has been showing me favor, and my business is growing and scaling rapidly so much so that I've I've never been busier, and this has been amazing. Um, and my numbers are looking incredible. So I'm I'm feeling really good about what I'm doing, but I'm constantly striving to be better, like everyone else. And so those people that have left, I do want them to come back. I want to know why they they haven't. And I do, I have looked at every single profile um of somebody I haven't seen in a while. And a lot of it is like my filler clients who they came in for lips and they just kind of want a one and done. But I'm looking to capture their overall skin health and other services that I can give, you know, that I can offer them. Um and so I'm looking at how I'm speaking to those specific clients so that they come back for other services and not just the one thing. And yes, the longevity for skin health because that truly is my passion is um is having people have long-term skin health um that is going to help them anti-age um better, not just rapidly, but better.
SPEAKER_07So sure, I've never looked better. I've been in skincare for 13 years, and I'll keep telling you that just to increase confidence in the longevity skin game. And then Joshua being like, like, he like haunted me, not haunted me, he's like, hey, like I really need that skincare from Sherry, like, hey, and he uses it every single day, every single morning, every single night. He has not missed a day since we got it. So I mean, I think that preaches in for itself too, right? Like being able to share with people with confidence, like I have the best thing for you for the long game of skin health. It'd be ridiculous for you to go to anyone else. It'd be ridiculous for you to spend any more money and time when you can shortcut all of it. And here's what I stand for. So I think when we put our flag in the ground, like I love Ray Ray, read the chat too, Sherry, after I share this last point. Ray Ray put a flag in the ground for who she's gonna serve. Everyone else she's not, right? So it kind of like, but your flag in the ground is really long game, longevity of skincare. Filler's fun, Botox fun. All that's is like a short game. I would put that in our first list, right? More followers, more leads, all that kind of stuff. When we think about long-term empire building, legacy business, something that you can hand down to your daughter and your daughter's daughter and your daughter's daughters, that's retention in the game. That's getting on someone, something that's gonna be in the long game. And that's that's skincare. It's our largest skin. I mean, you know, all this stuff, but it's the largest organ we have. It's the number one billboard we all have when we get on our, you know, like Molly's always like, you know, my friend's like, whoa, you look amazing, right? Well, she understands the name of the game, right? She shows up ready to go at all times. Um, so yeah, that's why you need Sammy to do skin. Oh my gosh, yes, yes, and yes. Sammy, 50-year-old Sammy who looks five. Oh man, and we need help then too, because he's washing his face and hair with bar soap. Mindy, I can be there. I can totally resonate. Joshua, after Rodan and Field stuff, he's like, I'm good, and then like started watching me, and he's like, Oh my gosh, what the heck? Everyone in church compliments you like every day. You're like bearskin more than ever, and I'm looking older. And the girls told him that like, uh, you're looking a little old. 2,000 reasons not to lose, lever, 2000. You guys are amazing. I love this. Matt's doing it too. No shame in Ben and Matt's game, but you know what? Sherry could definitely help. I'm loving this. Molly, congrats to you, girl. That speaks volumes of who you are. But Molly, I know that you on your forefront is retention, right? And your forefront is referrals. So I'd love to you to speak anything that you think really stands out that's worked for you for the 85% referrals.
SPEAKER_04I mean, it's gonna sound so redundant, but it all goes back to the stories you tell. The first story you tell yourself, the stories you tell other people. And you know, when I'm listening to like what Sherry's saying, Sherry, you're so like knowledgeable and the way you talk about it, I love hearing your passion. And so for some of us, it takes a little bit of education to get people to shift that perspective. And so, what people do is they normally just kind of settle in. Well, everybody's saying this, and it's just easier. But it's like, how do you get out of that groove? And so for me, I'm constantly looking at what are people hungry for? And they're hungry for something deeper that's not like the rest. Um, and it may not be like everybody's coming to get it, but it's like the um many are called, fewer chosen, and the fewer are willing. So it's like the ones that have ears to hear. So for me, it's the stories with people. And because of what I do, it's like I know that everybody needs to share stories. So I'm like, how can I help your people share better stories? Or for Sherry, it's like, how can I help you have better skin where you don't come back to me later spending thousands when you could spend hundreds or whatever it is, right? Like you have to educate them on what is it costing you now? And then what is it going to add, multiply when we get to do this work together? And that literally can be for anybody. So when I put that in front of people, I am they're like, Well, yeah, if my clients know how to tell better stories, then we all win. So, like, what's next? So you have to position it where the outcome is like, I need this yesterday. Like, let me let me get that. Like, I need that. So it takes a little bit to dig in for the outcomes, and then you just have to like keep hammering it. So, even with the new system I just set up, the seven-story system, I already have people before it's even officially like all live. I'm gonna go live with it, I think next week. It's done, but I'm just like making sure. Um, people are like, I need this in my my system already. So I'm like, okay, I better hurry up and make this affiliate program then because people are gonna want to share it because the positioning. So spend more time on the positioning and helping people with the outcomes, and then that retention rate just goes through the roof because you know, the ads and new faces and new traffic, that's great, but the relationship is the depth. And that's what you do really well at Allie is you have those relationships and you just go deep really quick. And that's the gold. Um, you learn that in network marketing coaching, it's the same, it's all about that.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, small so good. And I'm so excited for us to do the three-story slide that she um is launching this week because I think the biggest thing is the story, right? Stories tell, stories sell, facts tell. So if we're talking about the story, it's always about positioning the payoff. We're never just selling a product and the stuff. We're we're selling a payoff for them that they're gonna show up to the preschool line, roll down the window, makeup free, feeling the best they've ever felt. Like, what price tag you're gonna put on that? Take my money, right? And Sherry, I'm so glad that we called you out because you're like, it's expensive. Like when you used to say that about Epicutus, I'm like, you will never say that again. You're gonna say, it's going to save you so much money, right? In the long game, because we're not worried about short gains. I'm worried about the long game of longevity of my health and not having to do a bunch of Botox, not having to wear a bunch of makeup that's toxic because there's pretty much no clean makeup on the planet, you know, at the end of the day. And so learning that that is like the best ROI, right? Taking, and it's all about storytelling. So I think the 700 is gonna rent free. Put 700 in the chat if you're never gonna forget this, that you're gonna realize that you're gonna have 700 that 700% gains and learning to go deep quick and really understanding relationship equity like never before and really being that person. At the end of the day, you wanna be referring people more than you get referrals, right? I'll get on a call with someone, I'll literally say, Ray, I don't know if I'm the best coach for you or inner circle is a fit, but I promise you, at the end of this call, I will refer you to the right people because I have the best network ever, and it's such an honor. That totally takes pressure off me, takes pressure off them, and I know that I'm gonna bless someone's socks off, right? So I think that's so, so, so, so important. Yeah, girl, we're going for 777 gains. Amen. I'm changing it. 777. So, and I know you guys know this, but I just love to reiterate like the people that look so successful online right now, that are building, you know, so fast. I think of them as duck. Like they look good online, but underneath they're like, their feet are going so fast and they're trying to keep up with the labors and they're trying to pay down and they're trying to versus like the people that are building the empire, like I feel like they're just doing the stride that like Tina was doing on the treadmill, right? Just like this nice, gentle stride with Jesus because they realize longevity, they have a regulated nervous system, and they realize this like get rich quick thing is such a scam from Satan. Such a scam will cause you craziness in your marriage in parenting. I did it, been there, bought the t-shirt, burned the t-shirt, right? Like, that's why I'm so excited for Jess. I just feel like I'm a little more years down the road, you know, almost 47 of like, no girl, you're taking 12 weeks. Here's mama's book. It's gonna help you. It's called Blessed Are the Homemakers, right? Yeah, striding like Tina. So we're taking nice strides.
SPEAKER_01So Allie. Yeah, yeah, please. Well, never mind. I was oh, that's really funny. I was gonna tee you up really nicely. I was gonna say, you were asking, like, retention. So I'm very, very proud of Verb's marketing budget because it's zero. And we have we're backlogged like on work, we need to hire more people. That's we've never paid for for any marketing. We're all referral-based. Um, because one of our core values is remarkable, and it cannot be that we say we're good. We have to be remarked upon, right? So, like that's key. But what I was gonna say is the way that my husband has done this is truly through relationships, truly 110%. But it the the foundation of any healthy relationship starts with trust, which you had trust up there. The key though is there are five different levers of trust. So you just think, oh, we have to trust the person. Well, what are you trusting? Do you need to trust their empathy? Do you need to trust their competency? Do you need to trust their character? Do you need to trust their motives? Do you need to trust like we can trust people in different ways? So I think it's figuring out like whatever we bring to the table, what do people need to trust about us or our product in order to keep them around? Does that make sense?
SPEAKER_06It's brilliant.
SPEAKER_07And so much so. Thank you for keying me up and thank you for coming off mute because this is very important. This is like a mastermind of all the minds, not my mind. Christine, the biggest thing about Charlie coming to Marriage Made in Heaven live event, you guys have an amazing marriage, right? You serve marriages throughout your church as elders, all the things. He was coming for relationships. He's like, I want to come meet these people. I want to know Allie and Joshua's people, right? And you guys, what a blessing and honor because he actually plays keyboard and we're doing worship that morning. And I'm like, wait. And she's like, if he wants, if you know, he can play with Joshua. I'm like, I just got goosebumps. I'm like, look at this. He's coming to serve and for community, doesn't really need the marriage, but your key to your test was just what you said. You're backlogged in business. Backlogged in business because community and relationship equity is so important to Charlie. So good. So good. I hope that lives rent-free in your brain forever. And if you're not coming to marriage made in heaven, you don't get to listen to Charlie. I feel bad, but it's okay. I love you still. And if you if you feel that you need to be there, we can chat. But this is thank you for queuing me up. I want you to ask yourself right now, in all honesty, for how you post, for how your emails go out, for everything you do in your marketing game, and praise Jesus for pays for zero. I mean, that will preach. But the long game asks, and I ask myself this consistently, and I journal about it. So I honestly would love for you guys to journal. Can people still trust you after 10 years? Not can you go viral for 10 minutes? Can you be the influencer? Can you get sold-out rooms for a one-to-done thing? Like that stuff's garbage, and it's so much in our face in 2026 that I'm like, let's just call this out. Let's just be the women that are like, no, we're actually long game players. We're here for longevity because short-term business is always built on attention. Look at me, look at me, look at me, look at me, look at me. Right? Put look at me in the chat if that's like your feed every single day on social media and even in emails, right? But we need to talk about the trust factor, just like Christine said, the five layers of trust. I mean, trusting people's competency is like they trust you or don't trust you when you walk in the room. This this reel that I sent my husband the other day, it was like, I knew that business or that school was a bust when my business teacher never owned a business and the PE teacher was fat. Comical. And then you look at like our world health organization. I'm not gonna sidebar Jesus, keep me focused. But like the people that we're taking like our inside from, and you look at them, you're like, you don't tell me about my health and nutrition. Not one chance. How you show up matters, but it's really what we're doing behind closed doors for the past 10 years that is gonna preach louder than anything else we say or do online. Okay. So obviously, Jesus built with death before breath, breath, right? He spent years discipling 12 people before they ever reached nations. And so if we look at the kingdom model, it's not explosive, it's never explosive first, it's always rooted. Deep roots, Christine. So I loved the story of the lilac. And I literally, I don't have lilacs, I might go buy some if they grow in San Diego. I know they're good in Chicago because they're everywhere and they're beautiful. But I want you to think about the greatest metric of success. If it's not growth, but rather repeat trust. I want you to write this down. What are things that I'm doing today in my business that build repeat trust? What am I doing today that's building repeat trust? And shout it out if you're like, dude, I crush this. I'm repeating trust like every five seconds of my life. Like, what are you specifically doing as repeating trust? Look at Verb. Perfect example. Seven-figure business that has like not the capacity to take on what they have to do, right? Built basically on trust. When you don't, when you haven't strengthened the trust factor, maybe you don't even trust yourself, your own product, your business. You got to get like real with that quick, but we're inner circle. That's more a community conversation, right? We're we're in it to win it. We're when you're at six to seven, eight figures, you're in it, right? But do you daily focus on repeat trust? And if you don't, I encourage you to take that to the Lord and say, how can I build repeat trust in people? How can I show myself trustworthy? You know, I was talking to Molly this morning because I need to watch my time here. And and Court, you can just come off mute if I go too long here. Whoops. I'm only at three. So Molly, I told Molly was gonna do her three slides, and then I was like, hey, I don't know that I have time today. And then I went back, I'm like, no, let your yes be yes, your no be no. I told you that you're coming today. I told the girls that you're coming, so I got to get through my slides. Right? It's being accountable to your word. If you said you're gonna show up, Mindy, you're gonna show up with excellence. That's who you are, right? So I'm gonna just ask these really quick, and you guys can screenshot these, but if you don't journal about your business, I encourage you to document everything. The most successful women in business, document everything all the time. And I think these questions are so important to ask, and they come out of me watching other women and and and training up so many women in the sales force of like, like, number two, are you building a movement? Are you merely marketing momentum? Is what you're doing in movement. Forrest Glory CEO is a movement. Marriage made in heaven is a movement, it's a movement of godly women becoming unstoppable in the marketplace for his glory. Marriage Made in Heaven is making marriages, built in heaven, staying in heaven, and building a community of like-minder, baller couples that believe that and want to do life with those people because iron sharpens iron. If you stop posting for 30 days, would your business still thrive? A lot of people that are making seven figures, Ray Ray, right now, could say no. They would not have a business if they weren't shoving ads in your face. And this is fine, and I'm not being judgmental. So hear me right. This is like a righteous, like kind of judgment over all the things when I think about legacy empires, right? Not these get rich quick things that these people get burned out in that was like 2020 booming, but now 2026, people are like, what the no, hard, hard pass. And then this is a good thing to think about. Are you discipling your customers into loyalty or are you training them to need novelty? Molly, this will preach. I'm watching coaches in our space throw new offers, like it's like spaghetti at a wall, that were everyone's so confused by it, but they're brilliant coaches. Like I had to call one out that I love. She made a million bucks in 18 months, and now like her income was 50k a month. She was only bringing in 30, so she started losing marbles, started doing all this stuff. And I was like, wait, hold up, wait a minute. Like you built a million dollars in 18 months. Like, you know what you're doing. Why are we doing this? Who are you comparing yourself to? Who got in your head? Right? And then what systems are you building today that your future self will thank you for? I'm gonna like pin this to the ground. If you don't have great systems, get with Ray, get with Courtney, get with people that have great systems that can set you up for success because that's long game right there. Like I'm in Ray's mastermind. I show up to her calls, I show up to the expert calls. Like, and there's a lot of people that don't. I'm like, why wouldn't you? They have an incredible network of brilliant people. Yesterday I got my YouTube audited. Like I jumped off a call with Court because I'm like, hey, dude, this team calls gotta like circle up because I got to get on this thing. And it was such a blessing, right? Like, make sure you're thinking about the systems in place that you can really be yourself live on things that you need to be poured into. And I know you know this, but sometimes you need someone to yell at you. So I'm not yelling, I'm passionate. Um I hate the burnout thing and I I could go on this forever. But when there's a Holy Ghost supply, Jess, coming into us, we don't have a burnout problem because there's a continually flow. It says out of the of the belly, out of your belly, it will bubble bubble up. But when you're not connected to the source and you're doing it in the arm of flesh, yeah, dude, you're gonna be exhausted. Right? And it's a huge, huge, huge, huge problem against females. And I'm gonna show you some data from Harvard Business and Forbes magazine from this past month that shows you numbers, but it's literally not a badge of honor to be to be a high performer that's burned out. Right? So I believe that people think that burnout is like this proof of ambition and that I care so much and I'm so committed, right? I think it's the bait of Satan because it really, if we look deep into your business, and I've have several one-to-one clients right now that I could tell you it's poor systems, lack of boundaries, emotional leakage. I don't know why I put leakage, but I thought that sounded funny. Leadership bottlenecks, right? How many bottlenecks these CEOs have? They're like brilliant women. They have so many bottlenecks, identity imbalance, and unsustainable rhythms. You can't go balls to the wall all day, every day, Ray. And Ray's pregnant right now. And so I had a heart to heart with her the other day. And I was like, Ray, your body's doing a marathon. Like, you can't run and do these 100K offers after offers. And she's like, No, I'm totally trusting Sammy. I gotta trust Sammy because I literally slept for 12 hours and I could hardly get to a call. There's seasons, and if we try to be in these rhythms that are unsustainable, that's not going to be good for the marriage, for the business, or the clients. So it's realizing, okay, where am I? And I want you guys to be honest. This is a total, you know, like honest revelation to all of us. Where are you on here? Like, you can be honest, either come off mute or throw in the chat, like, hey, dude, I got lack of boundaries. I still work too much. I'm still dead man scrolling. I still can't put my phone away, or hey, I have an identity imbalance. Some days I think I'm like gonna crush this thing, and Holy Spirit's got his hand on me, and some days I'm like, this whole business is gonna burn to the ground and I'm gonna be homeless. I mean, whatever it is. Satan plays, you know, crazy games on everyone. But where are you in this? Emotional leakage. I know, I'm like, how do I say this? An emotional break, an emotional whatever, but like, no, it's like leaking out, refining boundaries. So good.
SPEAKER_06I can share it. Something that's been coming up. I think the leadership bottlenecks, just because I am in a different season, and like I think God's there's such cool like pregnancy grace where um I really do feel okay and relaxed and like good, even though things are like a little chaotic, especially like moving to turn back home. So we're on like our last two week sprint of being on the road and all this stuff. And um, it's been really cool because it's actually like helped me test my own systems to see like okay, how much I need to step out, how can I still serve, how can we still be serving our clients to the fullest capacity and see uh see Sandy step into a deeper level of his ownership and leadership, which is just amazing as a wife to see that. But then to see like, hey, we need there's just certain bottlenecks where we can go through our own process again, like we do. Your clients to look, what can we delegate, delete, or automate? And it's like you might do a sweep and then you think you you've done it, and then you get to a next season of life, and then we just do that again, right? And so we're kind of in that um leadership bottleneck position where we're realizing, okay, now that like my capacity is a little bit smaller, and I'm just needing to like really choose and pick where I can pour into because I still have good energy. And actually, second trimester I usually get on fire. So I'm like, it might all change in like two weeks and everything's gonna change again. But it's really fun to just be like um test like stress testing our own customs and seeing, you know, how can we just make this better? How can we scale and like Christine hearing about you and your husband and like the that relational dynamic and your scaling and growing? I think that sometimes feels like a bottleneck because like if something I pour into all of our clients and the way we currently are, like how can we do that? So Christine, I'd love to have you know conversation about that with you at some point. Um but yeah, so I think that's kind of the the season we are 19 years, yeah. That's amazing. Um yeah, so just wanted to share that.
SPEAKER_07No, so I'm so excited for Charlie to meet Sammy in the flesh. I'm like so excited. He's amazing. I I just got to meet Charlie um when I flew home. I got to go to church with him and hang. He's amazing, he's absolutely over the top incredible. So I think that's so important too. Getting in the right rooms, right? Getting to meet people in the flesh and being like, oh my gosh, how and watching just people how people walk into a room, how they conduct themselves, right? That will preach. That to me is like why I love watching people. And I am very passionate. I'm sorry I'm yelling. Courtney says I even yell on our Forbes glory calls. Bless my heart. I'm very passionate. I do it too, though.
SPEAKER_03It's just really loud, it's fine.
SPEAKER_07Um, yes, that's integrity right there. Stress test your own systems. I think that is so incredibly important. We can teach and preach all day long, but like, you know, Courtney's always in my face, and that's honestly why I just love her being on the team. She's literally like, dude, I will build you all the systems, but they're as good as you use them and you don't. So stop telling me for this. You're not using it. You know, I even told her the 2027 our our meeting. I'm just gonna be honest with you guys again, your inner circle. So I told her what the plan was, and she goes, Okay, so that next week you're doing nothing. Like, what do you like? You're gonna execute all this? Like, you have zero that you're gonna be able to do. And I'm like, I appreciate someone telling me that in my face, right? Like, this is insane. Go for it. But then the next week, like, go bury yourself in a in a hotel room. And I'm like, well, I actually have something else too, but um, it won't be as in hardcore. We need people like that in our life. And again, systems are only good as they want to be. So, Mindy, I love that you said that. Like, everything's gonna kind of cost money. Um, let me go back up here. Poor systems. It does seem hard to implement in real estate without spending money. What have you, Mindy, just in total transparency, have you invested in AI or an understanding of systems in AI in real estate by chance?
SPEAKER_02Um so I am in a coaching at Compass that has talked about using Claude, but I to be honest, I get overwhelmed with the AI and trying to implement it. And I also feel like it doesn't, I don't know. I just maybe I just am anti-AI. So I told Ray this, like I just don't know how it works, and I don't really want to learn it, I guess. So I'm just gonna admit that.
SPEAKER_07No, I appreciate that. And I feel the same way. Like I get off Sammy's calls and I like have to pray before and after, and then I like send it all to court, and then I tell like our sweet magical Mikey in the Philippines, like, hey, can you guys do? It's a lot, but I would encourage you if if we think the stories we tell ourselves, Molly, the stories we tell ourselves. So if I tell myself, oh my gosh, this AI mastermind is totally insane, and I don't get it. So now Sammy has now the stories we tell yourself. He says, Here's some brain melt. I said I'm sending you a loom on how to do what we did. Here's some brain melt. So to me, I'm like, this is some brain plant food. I need to train my brain in a new way to think because it's not going anywhere, it's only gonna get deeper, and I can help so many other people if I'm an early adapter. And so we're gonna have Ray speak to the inner circle. We're just trying to work on our schedules because she's finally gonna move in on May 20th. Speaking of which, you guys, she's gonna create a podcast studio in their cute little beach home uh here in Southern California. So if you guys can kind of think about in October, our October retreat, October 13th to 16th, if you want an in-house podcast, please like come early, stay late, or do something. Get with Ray Ray. It'd be really cool to get you guys in her studio um and on these podcasts and shout you out. So I just want to shout that out because I know um that's gonna be really, really cool. So um, yay. Okay. Perfect. No, no, she was anti, but now she wants to get started and teach us everything on AI. Thank you, Miles. Okay, so here's some data. Again, data over drama, and I always call discernment over distractions. 60% of senior-level women leaders report frequent burnout, right? That probably doesn't surprise you, but 63% of women founders name burnout their biggest challenge ever. So think about this: 63% of people that we admire, I admire Sarah Blakely. That's why I would have put it in the chat as a spirit of excellence in the long game, right? But check this out 47% more likely to for women to close business for personal reasons. And honestly, we see that all the time, right? Having babies, taking care of elderly parents, whatever it is, more than half of the women will step back. And it's really they fail because of the unsustainable capacity, not learning the things that we're learning right now. It's caused by carrying too much emotionally, making too many decisions, being needed by everyone. Put a me in the chat if you feel like that is your season, that every single person needs you always. Joshua asked kindly to the kids, hey, it's Mother's Day. Try to ask for me, not mom. It lasted for one second. And people were like, hey, mom, but mom knows this, but you're mom, mom, mom, right? Lack of structure and support. Some of you nailed that. And then some, some it's just unclear priorities. Like some people aren't thinking about the 10-year-long game of what trust looks like, right? To be honest, because we're so what's in front of us right now. So I want you to drop in the chat, like what on this list, because burnout is not working too much. I promise you that if you are filled up with the Holy Ghost and power and you're on mission in a season, it's like just calling me the other day saying, girl, I just prayed for 55 minutes in a sauna that was probably 177 degrees. But I realized that Jesus walked into the fire and was shed record being a shack in a minute ago. And if I was gonna catch on fire, I had my fire blanket. But I really realized Jesus wouldn't burn me up, so I just kept praying in the Holy Ghost and 55 minutes passed, right? So I don't believe that burnout is always working too much. I don't. I believe that it's caused by these things and other things. So just drop in the chat whatever's being highlighted because if we don't name it, we can't, you know, rebuke it and we can't repent from it. It's something that will rear its ugly head, especially in tough seasons. These are good. Carrying too much emotionally, making too much decisions. What else? Some of you guys already said lack lack of structure, system support. Decision fatigue, Mindy, I think, is one of like the baits of Satan as well, to be honest. Joshua decided for date night we go to the same place on Wednesday around the same time. I literally could probably wear the same outfit just to really decrease all decision fatigue. I might as well have a date night outfit, right? And then another thing that we decided to do is like we do overnights for our birthdays, November 5th for me, March 21st for him, and our anniversary. We decided it was too much on our brain in this season to decide to go to different places. So Ray and Sammy got engaged at Alia Maria. The second she told me about it, I'm like, I'm gonna start going there. We go there on Amex Points three times a year. We literally request the same room, we go to the same restaurants, we ride the same bikes, we do the same thing, and it's just the season that we're in. And it takes all decision fatigue out and it allows us to be able to have a marriage made in heaven in this season, be able to take care of each other and our needs. Um, finding outfits. You guys, at Target, you can get a $10 rolling garment thing, right? So, like a closet, and you can pick out your five outfits for the week. You can put your jewelry and accessories around the neck of it. And then right in my room, right now, if I ran you all upstairs, is my rolling garment roller, $10 on Target. Nadine put it together for me. And that took off the decision fatigue of what I'm gonna look like for you guys. Um, I even got back into rent the runway. Why? Because all of a sudden I was like, you know what? I can't worry about going shopping in this season. I need to rent the runway again and just hope for the best, pray in the Holy Ghost a little more and get the right outfits. So just using things that take things off your brain, it will help you so much just be in a better mood every single day and execute with excellence. Um, if anyone wants Rent the Runway, I can, if you want to get on it, there's like a 50% off code, but then I can also share with you what I'm wearing. Like I'm in Rent the Runway right now, and that's cute Veronica beard or however you say her name. And I wore it for Mother's Day, and I'm gonna go to this lunch with the same Mother's Day people that I did at church, and I don't care. I'll change my earrings, right? And my shoes and my accessories. Um, okay, I think these questions are important. Again, I'm trying to finish pretty quick here. Um yes, Steve Jobs did this. Charlie has started. It's like having a uniform, no decision fatigue. You know who else who does it? Dan Martell. He wears blue shirts and pants and all of his YouTube and everything. It's the same thing. A lot of very successful men in business do that. Um, there is prego stuff, girl. Rent the runway, they have maternity. Brilliant. Because then you have to buy stuff. So I think you guys all, if we ask, answer these, is your business scalable or are you the system? Some of you guys have major bottlenecks in your business because you are the system, right? If you think about it, you can't really scale where you're at. So take a look and take that to the Lord. If you're building a company that depends on your exhaustion, that is not going to be scalable, right? If you're working long hours, it's never enough, never scalable. Um, and then we have to honestly ask ask ourselves this, Tina, and I think you're nailing it in the head. Is your leadership fueled by fear?
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_07Fear of what if, fear of union, fear of lawyers, fear of all that? Or is it really like, oh no, I'm stewarding what God's given me in the season? When we talk about stewardship at this level that you guys are at, fear goes. Because we have no part of the equation for that, right? It has nothing to do with us. We're stewarding, Mindy, what God's giving us, the gifts and talents in our business. Whether we're going to coffee lens and getting a friend saved, or Sherry, someone's gonna come today who like literally just needs Jesus and you to lay hands on them, and like that's all they really need. Like you have an amazing opportunity, Cherry, to lay hands every single day in your business. What a gift, what an honor, what a gift. And that's why the Lord's giving you such a prophetic gift, right? And how much you've blessed the inner circle by walking in the prophetic. Um, what breaks first in your life when pressure increases? We talked about this from um the boundaries book, right? Inner circle retreat. What breaks first? Usually it's the marriage. That's why I think Joshua and I are so rocked by the like the restraining orders of half the kids at the school and this rich, beautiful place where all these kids are like smiling, dialing, and their their parents aren't allowed on campus because they're, you know, they're just not right. Sad. Um, and then lastly, and I think we all just need to journal this out, is if your current pace continued for 10 years, what would it cost you? There's always a cost to growth. Last year in Inner Circle in January, we kicked off with what will this growth in 2025 cost you? It's gonna cost you time, and I do it on your audits. By the way, if you haven't gotten your audits in, please do it. I promise you, it's more for you than me, and I think you're gonna be happy. Audits over the summer are gonna be plain Jane, very simple. So you'll see a different audit coming through for June, July, August. So this is the last one from this last April to get in, but the next three are gonna be easy. Um, but God ever never asked us to become machines, and I'm learning this, friends, so much so with doing this Marriage Made in Heaven Live event. Joshua got in my face the other day and he's like, dude, are you the leader or are you a follower? I need to ask you. And I was like, wow. I try to lead the guy, the guy that God gave to lead me more than I want to admit, and that's never gonna work. And arguments don't happen if the person that's following isn't arguing with the leader, right? Arguments happen because the follower is attacking the leader instead of just following the leader and honoring the leader. Friends, I promise you, June 8th is gonna be lit. The Lord is walking me through some crazy things of understanding in this. Christine's already laughing. Yes, yes and amen. It's gonna be good and it's gonna be real. Because I think this is a word I know it is for everyone that's gonna be in the room. Um, but anyway, the long game really requires these rhythms, and I'm not talking about rhythms that the universe has, but rhythms with the Holy Spirit strong enough to preserve a marriage made in heaven, children that actually like you, your own nervous system, your calling, your health, longevity, your intimacy with God. And you cannot build a kingdom company with a collapsing soul. Can I get an amen? I see it left, right, and center. I see all these women kingdom this, kingdom that, and they're dying inside. Dying, a slow death. All right, real quick. The future belongs to you guys. Who? The durable, legacy-driven understanding that you are the next economic force. Check out these statistics, real quick. We know the hustle culture, vanity metrics, performative leadership, hypergrowth, addiction is not happening. Put put it true in the chat. If you're seeing so many more people be like, I'm not doing that anymore. It's like a trend right now to get out of hustle culture. We're already way ahead of it because we're we're spirit-led. People are more talking about retention and EQ. They're talking about stewardship, profitability, the culture that you're building, ownership, sustainability. This is what what in right now in our industry that I see. But check this out 40%, guys, of U.S. businesses are now women-owned. Put a boom in the chat. I mean, just one of these. 40%. $2.8 trillion in annual revenue is generated by you guys, women-owned businesses. Okay, now this one kills me. This one kills me, but it's also the sign of the times. There'd be an extra $12 trillion potential in the GDP gain from advancer advancing gender equality. I feel so passionate about this for our own daughters. I'm not gonna sidebar, that'll be another conversation. But women are not lacking capability, the market has often undervalued their leadership style, but the tide is truly shifting. Look at this. Why? Oh, I had another, I had another. I was gonna try to go quick. Anyway, over half percent of new businesses are female, but a lot of people can't get the funding because they're female. Wild. The future belongs to you guys who can sustain pressure, lead with conviction, retain community, steward trust, build culture, endure seasons, and stay emotionally healthy while scaling. Um, I want to put that on a t-shirt. I'm just here to stay emotionally healthy while I'm scaling a very successful business, right? But here's the thing: the next era of female leadership will not belong to the loudest women. We're already seeing it. We're seeing the shift. It's gonna belong to the anchored women, the women who hear God clearly, regulate their emotions, build systems, lead families, endure warfare, stay consistent, and outlast the chaos. Can I get an amen in the chat? So I'm so sorry, Molly. I knew this was gonna happen, but I'm gonna give you the last five minutes. I love you. Um, so just ask yourself these questions. Are you building something impressive or something enduring? What legacy would remain if social media disappeared tomorrow? Friends, my entire business disappeared. 4,000 people that I had in a CRM gone. Didn't own it. We had over a hundred and fifty thousand customers gone. Didn't own it. What values are silent being built into your company culture? I loved how Tina was super honest about this on the hike to the Annie's Canyon, right? Understanding what is the company's culture. Would your child this is my this is my mic drop moment. This was for me, and I'm blessing you with it. Would your children want to inherit verb? Would they want to inherit blush medzpah? Would they want to inherit inherit your real estate company? Would they want to? Or would they run to the hills? Ask yourself. And are you building for applause, acquisition, or impact? I know you guys are all impact, faith-driven women. So the long game, and you guys know this, but we're just gonna drive it home. The long game is not built by the women with the fastest growth, never in a day. Honestly, watching my friend build eight to a million faster than I did, and watching her now just like suck wind on such a huge overhead, only bringing she has an overhead of 50k. She's bringing in 31k right now. She's losing 19,000 a month and scrambling like crazy. Friends, I promise you. You gotta survive the pressure, you gotta stay faithful, you gotta stay in integrity, you gotta keep yourself and your family healthy, you gotta keep your soul alive, and you gotta keep showing up. Why? You want to still have the oil left after a decade. Boom! That's all I got for you. All right, real quick, I want the biggest aha in the comments of what really stuck out to you. Not everything, just one thing in the comments that you were like, yes, that's for me. I'll go first. Verb. That was for me. Understanding who Charlie and Christina are, that preached to me so much. But drop your ahas in the chat, and Molly Girl is going to take us through why this even matters, why the long game matters, right? Understand. Oh, go ahead.
SPEAKER_04Oh, go ahead. I'll make it super short because I know we only have five minutes, but everything that she is talking about literally at this point, and everything, it all it all hinges around stories. So I love what she's talking about for so many reasons. I can't even pick one. I'm looking at my notes, I'm like, I don't have one, I have like 12. So, anyways, I'll have to figure it out and I'll put it in the chat. But yeah, you know what? I'm gonna jump on that bandwagon of the legacy building because at the end of the day, like that's what the Lord has actually really been speaking to me. Um, it's like, how can you have something that you can pass off for me eventually starting a family, trying to design the way I want my life to look? So when we do have the family, I'm not sitting there scrambling, I have something that's more longevity. And so what I had to realize for me is in my mantle, my field of favor is helping people pull out those stories. And if you absolutely love what you do, which we all do, we are all very passionate about it. We've poured our blood, sweat, and tears, and we have sacrificed a lot, probably more than we would like, in order for us to get to where we are. It all hinges on not only the stories we tell ourselves, but the stories that we tell other people. So, one of the biggest like wins that the Lord has given me that now I get a pass off to other people that can provide leverage, but also breakthrough, is something I created called the uh three-story starter kit that eventually leads to something called the seven-story system. And it's all about getting to the real story that you're sharing with other people. And so, my my goal is like I can't be all things to everyone. Molly can't be everywhere. And that was my model was I love the one-on-one, I love going deep. But what about the person who can't afford it? Number one. What about the person who doesn't want to share all the tea with somebody else? Like, how do we really get there? So everybody that was like, ooh, AI, I don't want to be a part of it. I use it for like back end stuff, but what would drive me nuts is my clients would come to me with, here's my story. And I'm like, chat wrote that. Like, don't, don't literally, I respectfully don't waste my time and don't waste yours. So, like, this is driving me insane. But then I had a moment of, you know what? We have these powerful tools. And if I can create a GPT, smack it around a little bit, which I did a lot. I'm like, I want it to be like Molly sitting right next to you to pull out these stories. So the three-story, and I'll drop the link in the chat. The three-story starter kit that I created basically it helps people be able to build trust. Uh see where did you turn into, why are you even doing what you're doing? And now there's a belief system story. So there's three, a trust story turning point, a belief system to get people in the state of oh, I can really see where she's at, or he, because this actually could be for men too. But now they're in a buying readiness state. Because when you have content that goes out there, whether it's emails, social media, whatever it may be, people are constantly receiving and they're they're getting something from you. But what most people do is they settle in with what everybody else is saying rather than who am I really and what is my real story? Well, the number one thing that I come across is people don't go deep enough. And if people work privately with me, we actually get to seven layers deep. So I created a system where you can actually walk through these prompts inside of a custom GPT that I smacked around a lot to be like, don't sound like that, sound like this, and like it's really gonna pull out your real voice. But the depth that comes out of it has not only I've been receiving testimonies of leaving people in tears, I didn't even know that was in there. I finally have a voice to my story. It feels like I haven't really been showing up, but now people can actually understand and be ready to buy because that's the whole goal, right? Like we're putting something out there. We have buyers that are everywhere, but are they hearing us? Are they seeing us? Are they experiencing us through our lived experience? And so that's one of the biggest things that I've seen a disconnect of yes, we're telling people how we're doing things, but if we don't share the lived experience and the outcome as to why they should choose us over the next person, over the next, like there's a thousand and one, maybe more speaker coaches that are out there. Why me? It's when we can go deep and we could actually be able to pull something out, this is where it really matters. And so um I don't really uh I guess I could share screen if I want to, but honestly, at the end of the day, if you open up this page, it's the three-story starter kit, it's $7.77. I did that on purpose. I love it. I'm obsessed. But it what it's done for people already is to really be able to put language with their lived experience to again get those buyers that are ready and also bring out your real story. So many of us don't even know what lives in there because we've stuffed it down so far because we're so um, oh, thank you. Uh, we're so consumed on what can I get out there and hurry up and post, hurry up and post. So if you scroll down a little bit on the page, keep scrolling, keep scrolling. Okay, stop right there. So these are the three stories that you'll be able, these three prompts that we'll be able to pull up. And right when you opt into this, you'll get access to a guide and then a GPT that will take you right to this. Per story, I mean, I've seen people pump out and send it back to me within like 15, 20 minutes. Other people, maybe it took a little bit longer because you're feeding it your information so we can grab your voice and pull out your story. One of the things that I don't like is people want to shortcut and shortchange, but in order for you to really get your voice heard, you have to go through the steps in the process. So everything just to wrap it up with what Ali has shared today. I mean, at the end of the day, in order for people to really be able to see the legacy that you're building, you have to trust the voice that you are putting out there. And so I started with this um three-story starter kit that eventually leads to a seven-story system for those that want to create an asset architecture that really builds out these seven assets to help turn strangers into clients before the closing call. But it starts with, do they even believe you? Do they even trust you? And you have to build that. And there's so much in women, and I'll wrap it with this. There's so many women that I meet where I'm like, you guys are incredible. And then I go look at their social media or their brand, and I was like, This is not even like, this doesn't even reflect you. So taking the time, and at seven bucks, I'm like, here you go. Like taking the time to dig into that a little bit more to discover your voice so you believe in it first. That's where people have to start. So other people can believe you. Then the legacy can truly get built. And the amount of women that I've I've come alongside with that are, you know, six to eight figure business women that still don't even know what is my voice, what is my story, what do people want to hear because they don't even know where to start. This is where you can start to start pulling that out. So, Ali, I just love what you're doing. Thank you for giving me a few minutes to share. But obviously, you guys can tell that I get passionate too because there's so many amazing stories that are just hidden in the rubble of our life. And we need to pull that gold out. That's why diamonds created under pressure, all of that dirt, like you have to pull that out, clean it up, then put it out there consistently. Like we have a diamond on our hand if we're married, right? Like this thing shines only if it's in the light and if it's out in front. It doesn't shine if it sits in the drawer. So it's time for that to shine and be put out. So um, yeah, thank you for letting me share. And I'm excited just to see more people be able to share what they have inside of them because that's where God really gets the glory to really build this legacy He's called us to build.
SPEAKER_07Come on. No, Malls, we're so honored to have you in Inner Circle. I've watched you for a while, and I think everyone here just really trusts you as like the story. I mean, stories sell, facts tell. And if I could teach people to tell stories all day, every day, I knew they're gonna be uber successful. And if they continue to talk about facts, I knew they wouldn't make any money, right? I mean, if I looked at my dad always said, watch the people that cross the stage that are the multimillionaires. What do they do? I'm like, they're storytellers. You would they don't even know the facts about you know anything in skincare. I only know it because I worked in a med spa, but they literally could tell you a fact about nothing of the product, but they could tell you beautiful stories of how those products have changed people's lives and it made them millions and millions of dollars. And so I think one of the key things here, in closing off our long, you guys, we have the best expert next week. Don't you dare miss next week's call. She's actually leaving for Spain for six weeks. She's like, but I I made a promise to you. I met her several months ago. She said I made a promise to you, so I'll be ready to go. And then me and my honey are going away. She's been married like 33 years or something amazing. But her story, Molly, talk about her story, one of the best in the business. Um, so don't miss the call with her. So we're gonna continue the long game conversation with her and what she's done in longevity of business, and like literally, she has made millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars at the expense of her marriage, at the expense of her children. And then the Lord got a hold of her, and now she's doing extraordinary things with it. So I just it's such an honor and privilege that she'll be on the inner circle. Yes, Molly.
SPEAKER_04Really quick to what you're sharing. So many of us, we are doing so many things behind the scenes, the disciplines, the mindsets, the failures, the wilderness. I mean, you name it. Now it doesn't mean we have to put it all out there for people to see, right? But there's a strategic way of doing it. Because one of the big the best pieces of building a brand, and I learned this from Emily Ford because she was the first person I attached to of like, I love the way that she operates, and then just reverse engineered it and then figured out my way. It's the disciplines, it's the habits. It's actually saying, This is what I'm preaching, and I'm also doing it. So I post every day, I'm in the sauna, I'm at the gym, I'm in my quiet time. And I only do that because the Lord's like, people are seeing you show up, and it shows them when you show up, these are the results that you will see. The favor that I shared on the beginning of the call, that is years and years and years of being disciplined, being like, Lord, do you even see me anymore? Like, where are you? And he's like, I see you, but I'm just gonna put you over here until it's time. And those are the moments that the people who really want to work with you most, it's a different heart connection that they need more than ever that can be shared very strategically through these different stories that matters. And it's like, we may not think it matters, and we're like, how do I word it? That's exactly why I created these GPTs where it's like you're getting the brain of the internet, plus like it's like Molly's sitting along next to you pulling out that gold, and all of a sudden you're like, How did this even get created? I was going through the same thing, and I had at one point tears going down my face of like, Lord, I totally forgot that happened, and you just healed me, like right in the middle of a cafe. And I was just like, these people probably think I'm nuts, but this is real. So here we are. I'm in my emotions, just let it run wild season. So the stuff that's in you that you're like nobody cares about, it's likely the thing that's going to move the needle.
SPEAKER_07Come on, girl. And you're about to get pregnant too. So those emotions are gonna fly. So just own it. Like from all of us that have had a lot of babies, just own the season. Um, so I'm gonna show you real quick, Court, Court, you can come off and share what you uh thought of this. But Courtney did it for for his glory. Um, she did the first one because we had a lot on our plate yesterday, but she did the core of the trust story. Court, what was your feedback?
SPEAKER_03Um, mostly that it was super simple and straight to the point. Molly, I loved that. I feel like so many times, you know, there are other storyteller coaches out there, if you will, and I feel like they want you to get to the root of the problem, but they run you through so many overwhelming details of it. And I loved that this was just so simple and straight to the point. Um, that was probably my favorite thing. And also, I plugged in the shortest blurb of Allie's and it spit back like on point facts. So I love that as well. It was great.
SPEAKER_07Yay! Amazing. You guys, we are better together. So if there's something that you're like, I need to share with the inner circle because this is blowing everyone's mind, tell me. Like, absolutely, we're here to learn from each other. And if it's something that's working great, um, let's do it. And um, I have one more big thing I want to share. Father, help me. Help me, help me, help me. October retreat. October retreat. Are you ready? I think I already told you they put in a sauna, Jess. Jess the best is gonna pray in the Holy Ghost, teaches how to pray in a sauna. Molly, you just hit it. She's putting in a cold plunge, she's upgrading some of the beds, but I'm just really, really expectant of us having a long game understanding. Like, I love to have like goals, like, okay, today I'm here, but by October, I'm really gonna have like a long game vision and I'm really gonna increase the trust factor that I have, my storytelling. So I want us to think about the opportunity that we're gonna have to be together and that in October, we're gonna have more conversations around what the long, like, what is your long-term vision? I wanna know like what you guys want to do, you know, like in 10, 20 years. I want to know that you want to be in cashmere at the $25 million building that we got for $2 million. Two million dollars, friends. Two million. They said we'll never sell it to Christians. We would be killed by our family who's Muslims. We could never do this. And my father's like, no, actually, we're gonna give you two million dollars and you're gonna give us the building. That's how it's gonna work. We sent our lawyer over there and signed on the dial line. You guys, it's the most crazy miracle that I've personally know. I saw a woman raised from the dead in my church. Father, forgive me. Anyway, the miraculous of going into a nation like that and getting this for doubled orphans and just being like, this is what we're gonna do. We're gonna teach them, we're gonna train them up, we're gonna have medical, all this kind of stuff in this building. But I've heard that you all go there. Anyway, I want to know your long-term vision. What does it look like for you? Do you get fired up that you're gonna have orphanages all over the world? Do you get fired up because you're gonna have grandchildren that are gonna take over Catum? Do you get fired up because your own kids are gonna take up verb at high school? Like, what is it your long-term vision? I want to know these things. So I want us to focus on that. And when we come together in October, I want us to be like grannies on a porch. I want it to be relaxing. I want us to be in cold lunges and like talking about, like, hey, what's this look like? Because I think that is what God is asking of us. He's asking, will you endure this race, Chris? Will you, Lindsay, take on the perseverance of the widow? Like, there's things that God's dropped in your spirit already in 2026. Like, I think that this is just gonna continue to like grow. Um, and I think I'll end it with the lilac story, right? There was no growth, there was no fruit, there was no blooms, but then she got cut back and she got all this stuff, you know, just delivered out of her and then it started blooming again. Like, what areas in our life and our business do we want to see those blooms? Um, and I mean, we're just gonna have to find lilacs everywhere, just have constant reminders, like godlinks, right? Like, I'm seriously gonna ask if if they can grow in San Diego and plant me some lilacs and come see yours, Chris, in August. So there you go. All right, love you guys. If you need anything, please let me or Court know. One quick thing. Who wants to be on my podcast? Court, we forgot to ask. Do any of you guys want to be on Forest Glory CEO podcast? Yes, Molly, yes, Christine, Jess, Liz, maybe? Okay, Court, you saw them. Yeah, Sammy, very Sammy. Absolutely. I've never even had a mail, but obviously. Um, I'm waiting for you guys in your home in home studio. Like I'm I'm coming to your studio. But the rest of you guys, we could totally um do it on on D script. So Courtney's gonna reach out to you. We're gonna try to record next week. So I hope it works good for you. We have two days set, but I'm like, we need more inner circle on my my Four's Glory. Why am I interviewing these other homies? Like, they need to be my ladies. Um, so but I wanted to ask you guys, because that's the polite thing to do instead of telling people, I guess. I'm learning this at 46, right? Christine just totally laughed. She's like, BBG girl, we need to work more on your leadership. I'm going to ask. I am the follower, not the leader. I tell you, Christine, God has really shown me some things for this marriage made in heaven. I'll be forever grateful. Um, yes, Jess.
SPEAKER_05I only have a few minutes, but I have a question and I voice memoed it to you yesterday. I don't know if you listen to it. No, tell me what's the question. I lost a client yesterday because I'm a woman. He's been my client for three or four years, and they're very involved in their church, which is great. But I think it's and it's weird because I had a a conversation with our pastor on Sunday because I was asking him, like, what is this? Like, men are the only one allowed to be the elders in the church that I'm attending. Men are the only one allowed to preach in front of the congregation. What is this? And he's it's he said it's biblical. And I'm like, he's like, it literally says that in the Bible that men are not allowed to be taught by women. And then I'm like, and then I had this conversation yesterday with these people who have been my client for years, and I'm like, it's because I'm not comfortable working with a woman. And I'm like, okay. I said, but I didn't just become a woman overnight. You've been my client for three years, and I didn't just become a woman overnight. So what is this? Like, I don't understand. So can you enlighten me, please? Is it actually biblical? Christine, I was gonna call you two because I'm really confused. And at the end of the day, I'm like, you know what? These people were my they left my time. They didn't really listen to me like I, but now I'm really confused about this thought process. Because I know, Christine, you're an elder in your church. Allie, you preach in your church. Like, is it actually biblical? Like, I don't understand.
SPEAKER_01Take it, Chris. She's listen, no, I mean, Allie, you could I was interested for you to go first. I'm actually not an elder. We have male only elders, but there's a reason. We have a we believe in male headship in the marriage, and our eldership is um, it's not it, the bottom line is this all depends on denominations, not on how and how different denominations interpret the scriptures. So um, when it comes to elder is the same word as pastor in the Greek, and all of our elders are pastors, whether they're vocational or non-vocational, and it's a tight brotherhood, and so it would be inappropriate to invite a woman into that space. So, all of us who are married to elders, we call ourselves welders, and let's be honest, we're the ones that get things done. And we're invited to every elder meeting. So, just for what it's worth, okay? So that's kind of how that dynamic goes. Um, but it's really up to denominations and how different denominations have chosen to interpret the scriptures. So, what's tricky about it is we see that there are female leaders of churches, um, particularly those that are married, um, are leaders in churches. However, the teachings that Paul offered to different churches that require context to understand do say different things at times, like it is not right for a woman to speak. You got to get into the Greek. That was a singular woman. It's like a deep dive. But that's where a lot of people are coming from. And so they'll say, Hey, all of you who are trying to understand the deep context, it's because you're really uncomfortable with this idea that women shouldn't teach. And so you're trying to dig, but it straight up says that the woman should not speak in church. That's what I've been told point blank, like that this is really sinful that you're choosing to speak. I will say this. I have personally struggled with me speaking on a Sunday morning from the pulpit at a worship service, at a church service. Um, I've done it, but I've struggled because I know that it can be a stumbling block for people in our church, like, or depending, like for other people in the congregation. I am not on an agenda that women should be able to preach. I don't care. It's not about that, it's about the word of God, right? So for me, I have no trouble teaching men. If a man signed up for a Bible study that I was teaching, great, come on in. But there is something sacred about corporate worship that happens when people come together and there are people that are really bothered by seeing a woman on stage for whatever that indoctrination is. And so I don't love to do that because their spiritual maturity level, like I can't control how spiritually mature they are. You can't control this man's spiritual maturity level. I wouldn't even fight it. I'd be like, look, let the Lord say not. And I know you're not going to. I know you're not going to. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Totally.
SPEAKER_05But yeah, it was just it felt like it came out of left field a little bit. And like I said, like we can't. He probably is my client, but I clearly was a woman then too.
SPEAKER_01So, like some man said something to him. It got in his head. He felt like less of a man because he worked with a woman.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. And he he could be going through one of these crazy second season things where adultery is big. He's looking at other women. You seem attracted to him. You know, I also think it's protection of the Lord. Like there's times where I don't take men clients, right? I don't drive alone with any men in a car. I don't meet with men in the church. I, you know, I mean, people reach out to me. I'm like, here's my husband's number. Like, we're not talking in our in our church. Always. Always. If you're gonna text me, you text me and my husband. Pat and Karen Schatzline are guest speakers. They are so good at this. I mean, so good. He'll be like, go back to hell where you came from when women try to hit on him and stuff like that. He's less like, don't like, right? He's just very guarded because he knows how Satan would want to take him out. Um, but just Christine nailed it. It's very much denominational, it's very much for people. There's like the scripture, let the women keep silent, right? Totally different context for things. Women cannot be ordained pastors. There's no place for that in the Bible. It never says that women can be ordained pastors. We can be married to pastors, we can be teaching, right? She's a TL. Christine's a TL. I'm a teacher. I teach the word in church. Yes. Do people come in and see me teaching? And they're like, I what that, you know, they have issues, they walk out. Yeah, I've seen men walk out when myself or Pastor Giva Peach. That's fine. They couldn't handle it. It's whatever they have in their own mindset that the woman should not be up there. However, if we look biblical, if even we look at church history too, that some of the most powerful women were used at the pulpit, Amy Simple McPherson, um, Mariah Woodworth Edder, she was uh credited with having more signs, wonders, and miracles than any of the people in the great revivals in the 1900s. Um, so if we were to say, like, oh, they weren't able, like, there wouldn't have never been the move of God in the church of God at all had it not been advanced by uh Catherine Coleman. So understanding church history, understanding where denominationally people separated themselves throughout it, but you can absolutely teach the word of God. You can absolutely be a prophetic prophetess, you can absolutely be an evangelist. Those gifts are neither male nor female, they can be utilized by the Holy Spirit in and through our lives. Um, but I just feel as you were speaking earlier, and I'm sorry I missed the the text about it, this is a protection of the Lord. This guy is not meant to be in your life, and God was making it abundantly clear and you use something really ridiculous to say for you just to be like, Yeah, dude, we're good, right? Like bye-bye, people.
SPEAKER_05Well, they did it over the phone. His wife was on the call too, but she didn't say a word. Um, and he's like, But we love your family and we're still gonna pray for you. And I just kind of went like I'm good. There's no hard feelings here, like but I really want to try and be better for other people if there's something else other than the fact that I'm a woman that I cannot change and will not change. So what is it? And you know, it's fine. I was just it was very strange.
SPEAKER_07So anyway, it's extremely strange, but also extremely god, just to make it super clear that you didn't try to like run around the bush with it. You're like, yeah, you're right. I am a female been this way the whole time. Change, God bless you, and your wife that has to live with you because that's that's rough, you know. Like the people that walk out on us. Um I always am like, man, their demons went with them too, you know. Like, what a bummer. What a bummer. God could have totally delivered you from Pastor Geneva and what she's gonna share. And you walked out on it. So anyway, all right, honor your time. I know you guys have to go. Love you, love you. Have a great rest of your day. Bye bye.
