SPEAKER_00Estoy súper contento y súper agradecido with the opportunity to start.
SPEAKER_00It was rare, because I was like the one that you always say. But I started with my passion for the perrons. I presented an opportunity to have a Bulldog English that was a perrillo. I think the Space Jump. And I said, Okay, if I do this, and I was a $12 that I said, if I see it, I'm going to present it in a way that I was going to get a camera to me in what the photograph and the videos of my car. But I began at the moment. I was like in the part of the car, I sort of approached the strategy. Because I had a strategy in connection, identification that the perro has, and see what angles to have to, for example, if the perrito has a high rear, the spirit, or if the perrita has much, or if the perrito is patiling, but see what angles to work for explain the characteristics of this perrow. And we appreciate this, in this niche.
SPEAKER_04Wow, so it's like a person, and the person. Wow, it's a super mind.
SPEAKER_00But it's like I think a lot of the niche, no importer, my opinion, when one does passion is simply in faith and the life in the camp that they have for us.
SPEAKER_04And now you're full-time breaking with the perritos.
SPEAKER_00So basically I work with a company in Europe where they have events of competence international, but I have promotion. It's a market that many people know, but it's a market where the container is clear, because you have the ability to visit a perrito to other parts of the States, other parts of the world, and it empire, where you vendors.
SPEAKER_04So a industry for you to position where you are. What difficult or the fashion that has been your struggle for that entire thing that has a photographer or a videographer for this industry of the perritos?
SPEAKER_00I think that's the bringing of the perrils to have other things more, corporate or lifestyle. It trying to, when you buy it, there are things sencillas, in the part of the negotiation, production, I'm going to start the headphones, one appreciation in the campaign. At the moment, I was in different parts of the world, I explained to a group of people who were there, many opportunities. At the same time, I was the adversity that I was in my life. So it was balance one of my life having a swimming, and in the other line, having a vacuum emotional. It's precisely when your spiral is adversity that for those are inevitably, but there are the final relations, as my case, it's the worst. But I think it's precisely in those moments that defines what is and how much you want what you want, right?
SPEAKER_04She's in the moment of the life, when one is a fuerza. No importa in the way that you stay. She iba a my mamma, siempre iba a estar my papa, estaban presente and I salvado de lo que sea. And then I'm sold. And this energy that I'm receiving has to be. No pues. And I think I'm vivid. It's very eforic, but I don't have to do it and I don't know the time, in the time there's time. I have to do it.
SPEAKER_00This sentiment, this sentiment that we're talking about is relative. And I was similar when I finally said, okay, it's the relation, passed a party at the principal, and finally, if it's what we took, it's this impulse of perdives. Hayes. Hayes, exactly.
And it's fine. So, and you know what difficult that is, it's cobrar, so that's difficult to consult clients. What in this aspect?
SPEAKER_00In this aspect, there's something that one is. But it's established the respect in the principal. And when I say respect, I think in the things clear in exactly what are the expectatives that have the client, it's not the client, that the perspective of the client is like, okay, wow, this is quite a person who is for me to have a lot of people.
SPEAKER_04It's the difference of those.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. But I think I think that it's something that we appreciate that experience has with people and clients, whether it's in the pre-production or post-production, after three of the entrepreneurs of the service, it's how we manage, invoice, documents.
SPEAKER_04There's systems. And this affects much. If we have systems, no nos vemos tan professionals. And for example, you know, I soin that I dig to the world that a lot of the emotion I have the things clear at the principle, and the final don't pay. And so we ayudamos more.
SPEAKER_00Ahí vas creando una reputación, and not so, vaso masterizando tal vez a un disparate, but it's a lot of your form of how to pitch, and how to close, to manage our negotiation, which is very common in our industry that have people who have much more talent, who have much more connected, but the part of the negotiation is completely. Exactly. And this is a lot of ways put in position of the mind, this click that we are, this click that you say what's the world that would be.
SPEAKER_04No, and there are tantas options away. Two no vaser my competence, because the energy or with the person who can work and click the personality. No, no one will rotate any client. If you robbed a client, it's no eras. So this system, this energy, this flow of how you ayudas, and this competence.
SPEAKER_00No, it's authentic. One of the things that, for example, in my case, I'm not conscient of that, there are many things that I felt like appending, in the sense of approach. But in my case, and you say that in the person, when it really is your passion, you don't know what it is. I'm like you, and most people have this gratitude simply for the opportunity of taking the camera, it's not the point that you mentioned that I don't receive respect sufficient, in the creativity, because it's a process for us. There are people who have a video and the camera, two, two buttons, and you terminated. But you know, I studied it. Ah, exactly.
SPEAKER_04I was at the university for production of cine and there were much facetas that one apprentice. I don't approach it in YouTube.
SPEAKER_00Exactly, that's me.
Because aunque vayan tres fotógrafos or tres videógrafos, no importa, la manera in which te expresas es la conexión that has clients.
SPEAKER_00At this point, Francesca, you think that a lot of the confiance that you generate, the confiance or the clients is super important. And one of those is partnership. And we were elaborating, pitching and pricing, positioning, portfolio. But in partnership, I took one of the things that in reality.
SPEAKER_04Responsibility.
SPEAKER_00Responsibility, exactly. Responsibility, as empowering, this applies to it.
SPEAKER_04And others is that one creeps with the mejores equippes. Y build up your clientela antes de invertir tanto in equipos, porque es difícil.
But what this creates, right? But something I'm saying is I have a gratis. Exactly, ah, see, you have a panel that you have, you cover the gas and then volvemos a little bit. The passion is that it's the moment, as for the project in particular, the moment you pay until I like in much occasionally, but it's precisely this example because in reality was a bit a bit I was putting in position where I have clients faj, I have people who don't have to say me, I have to implement this respect at the principle. But I perhaps have a lot of time, but in particular you and obviously per number, but I've had relations that I think are authentic because I do the gratitude. And the person who this is something common, it's like you're saying it's a balance, because you passed a video, two videos, or three videos, three, three, six, and you say, at the principle it's been an opportunity, but it's not communicating, and when we say something about the case, the balance is so disnivel that when you get the description because you're super common with people in the person who's the photo, your camera.
SPEAKER_04The other day I saw a post that don't But they say that they have dinner, but the week that we were paying the double photograph. But they were. And how does this ciclate?
SPEAKER_00Why does this ciclo? And the difficulty is that a lot of things, and I think by experience, that a lot of people are 300 pesos, they're building, but there are 200 pesos. And it's but be juicious in the sense of what opportunity and what you're doing. And if you say the principle, it's super clear, for this event, we're going to do something. And I think I'm ready to go, because just three days I was with a much.
SPEAKER_04Three days.
SPEAKER_00Literally, three days, no problem, you're a study and I'm going to go. And I think no, if you say this if I say I'm going to put you in a position where I'm going to be molested with me, because I'm doing a video to a person for creating your company, because you're for me. But opportunity and it's in neutral. And what happens is it's relative, is that you can't say you eres like a person. If you are a person, for example, super amigable, ah, I'm going to say your ethical, but we're going to do that. And say the preguntation correctly. And that's what, in my opinion, is that we're creating a reputable, the genteel percibe like you are.
SPEAKER_04It's very important.
SPEAKER_00Cuéntame tú, ¿verdad?
SPEAKER_04Yo creo que for those who are it and the misery, it's very important to hables clarity.
Definitivamente.
SPEAKER_00And you know what the most important in this point, the most important is that experience, of each person, right? So it works and say, Okay, I could have this different, or this. And it's a good thing to create. Obviously, but I think in my opinion, when one does, it's a man for it, but inevitably perseveres triumphs.
SPEAKER_04What is your opinion about it?
SPEAKER_00Definitively creator of contention to the wave, right? There are many clients who say, oh, I can't but the 100% will substitute the interaction that many of these people use.
SPEAKER_04I think this will ayut because it has such beneficial, but nunca va a creature that is the connection. And the trust is impossible. Because this is a robot, it's a computador, no es algo humano.
So no te estás diferenciando. But no se parece a ti. Ay, no, de verdad, yo me río. Yo me río porque no están sabiendo cómo utilizar orgullo AI at a beneficio. Lo están usando de la manera incorrecta. And it's very fake. And they affect because no vas a connect with your client, seven in the industry in which you're.
SPEAKER_00Exactly, not posing. And I think that in this type of ambient, it's what the important are the relationships, because you need to generate confiance with this person that you know with a camera, always in moments private, always in moments. Much of my experience were in this. But we the relationship that you have, the confiance that you generate with your client is very important. It's the most important.
SPEAKER_04Crear rodearted who te entienden and te van ayak. And AI no va a serious, jamás.
SPEAKER_00Completamente.
SPEAKER_04It's triste.
SPEAKER_00It's triste.
SPEAKER_04I use, no te creas, you use AI today, but I use a man who means my negotiation. No, I have photos measure. Because there's no. You're each, and this is what I want to show in my redesign, that the people connect with my personality, with what you have, and if you work with me, I'm here.
SPEAKER_00It's super important, and it's something that is something that you can feel. For example, if you sit with a client and what you say, many people simply with this conversation of your personality, and generate this confiance in the principal. No clients who are not there. The proposal is what you want to do, but at the moment, we have this stability with your negotiation, stability economic, the respect in the industry, all those things are much potential that one trying to say, okay, I'm fine. Okay, the moment is but the collaboration, for llevando el mensaje of the message for others.
SPEAKER_04Aprend and the new mistakes.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_04And don't encuent and the three años?
SPEAKER_00For me gustaría manifestation with an equipe of creators of contention. And so basically I have an equipe who special in context, for example, restaurants, for gastronomy, I have an equipe of photographs of studio, I have an equipe of production of videos of music. It's a year always ambitious, but it's like a production. It's a production where I wanted to get the opportunity in relationships, for one in positions where one of extending the money and services. And as I basically, my data was to have an equipe of production. I was a commercial, I have an operator of camera, I have a video of music, I have an operator. And this is this concept, but focus on retainers. It's both ambitious, but this is my thing. But in reality, there's an opportunity, which is precisely what I think of the life in general is that you don't know how the life is a moment to another. And literally, I'm gonna have a conversation when you see a person that I can't. Y'all, Francia, cuéntame. Two three años, because you mean so creando yo.
O sea, yo quiero estar frente a la cámara, entrevistando, teniendo my talk show the nueva Ellen, la versión de Ellen Latina. This sería my sueño. Algo funciona.
SPEAKER_04But yeah, this is my son. Look at production. I vivid all the years with emotion. It's fine, this is fine. After Orlando no I have much, so I was very sacrificed. I had to move for Miami for this industry. And decided to have you. So deciding.
SPEAKER_00Brutal, brutal.
SPEAKER_04And I live in much sites experiences that I imagine. I'm really living my dream. And I don't know if my clients who adoro, for me, you are my family, which is Magical Vacation Planner, which is one of the agencies of via. This is a podcast room. And the other people me gonna ayut. I'm gonna see them create the principle hasta verla. I'm gonna start the principle and create, and you have been part of this llena much.
SPEAKER_00So this is a good thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's told to log the switch.
SPEAKER_00I don't know if it's tricky, but one in the world. And I think that many people will respond. But satisfied. But I think be agradecida. I think that's one focused in the mass, and I had precisely experience with the camera where I was a year to Cuba that I had two years with an hour, I document the experience. This particular time, for not super detailed in the video, basically I had an experience that I was at the other side of the life. And the thing this opportunity was it was brutal, and I think like paper, anyway. The point for what I think is because a client at the first time, or an opportunity with a company. I agree with the opportunity to have what I'm gonna do, for not dinner, for much, obviously the point is to go to the happy medium. But I agree, this campaign to emprend.
And if you don't have this pure or against, what does it pass? And this is algo that two semanas tuve que decir in the public in a conference.
SPEAKER_00Y yo me voy a quedar aquí sentada.
Entonces yo miro in the mesa where I was. Me fui. And now yo, y ella que me ve.
SPEAKER_00Y tú, espérate.
SPEAKER_04Ella me ve and me hace y tengo el video the prueba. And you think, if you've got and I sent you this and not cognitive opportunity.
SPEAKER_00Yes, I've heard this. And you nunca sabes, de verdad.
SPEAKER_04Entiendes, if there's an opportunity, hazard, no tenas, because you don't know when this will be. And this would be fun in cute moment.
SPEAKER_00And a vehicle esas opportunities, which is others, a vehicle esas opportunities in form of a conversation. Tú estás in un gate, estás por coger un vuelo, te sentaste a comerte alguien in un restaurante, se te sentas alguien al lado, tienes 10 minutos para Conversation, how you use it, or use not the word, but how in those three minutes because I think the point of the reason for the is because I've been my credential that the opportunities in the life are of forces that you think.
SPEAKER_04They're planeadays, and you can start ready for capturing what is happening and to make action.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. The moment is in front of us.
SPEAKER_04And others that he aprended much is that you soon fan de Tony Robbins and yo fui a la convención de él que de verdad me cambió mi vida.
Yo no puedo salir de mi casa in pijama.
Camera ready. Because you nunca sabes. Tú no sabes si te vas a parar en una esquina entrevistarte de lo que sea, tú no sabes a quién vas a conocer in una conversación, in el banco, in un restaurante.
SPEAKER_00Y ahí es que empieza todo. Impacto ahí donde empieza that.
SPEAKER_04The primer that you've been. Imagínate that I have a productor of television and me encontré, me gustó que tengo la camera in the camera, but you've been in pijamas, with an attitude that you're today dormant, completely. No, this is a bad thing.
SPEAKER_00And so you extiendes the man, it's like.
SPEAKER_04But Josué is a market personal. And we have, if you quieres left, others is that your meta sean, you stay conforme don't you stay, se te respeta. But if you quieres creciendo and get left, personal and you can stay camera ready all the time.
SPEAKER_00Completamente, completamente.
SPEAKER_04No se puede discutir.
SPEAKER_00Completamente.
SPEAKER_04So vamos a hacer algo phone now.
SPEAKER_00Paz.
SPEAKER_04Dinero o libertad. Libertad. ¿Lo posteas o lo mantienes privado?
SPEAKER_00Vamos a tenerlo privado. Vamos a tenerlo. Actually, no. Retiro lo dicho. Lo posteamos.
SPEAKER_04Yo posteo todo.
SPEAKER_00Lo posteamos, lo posteamos.
SPEAKER_04Una palabra que defina tu camino. Perseverancia.
Tal vez my trayectoria, o sea, my history, my testimony, is something that I compared publicly. And the campaign that we talk about, which we talked about, the adversity, when the life comes in with something that you don't have, or something that emotionally conmue is to manage these emotions and how those are. When these moments are sperm, that motivation, and you say, precisely one of them at it. And this applies, in my opinion, in quick, in quite a aspect of the life. In this case, we are talking about what we are, but in quality other things, if it's with your salute, it's what we do in the life, okay, and what is Francisco?
SPEAKER_04It's what the problems or the moment difficiles are what we say and preparing to come the way and manage the situations difficult. And more things llegan. Para me lo más doloroso that you have in this is perder to my mama and my papa. And I alegro that has passed, but I don't know if I'm saying that it's that ellos mean guiando and meaning all the bendics that I was. That's a lot of things very bonas, and I think it's gracious to else, desde all in the cipher, because more difficult you hung the data, more things are.
SPEAKER_00And in this adversity, and this is personal for me, but if one person who is escuching this part, I want to say is that if you have a family and create, and you're in the camera, or a sidekick, or not your life to your family. And it's like it's not what happens to you, but what happens for you. So if you have this, family, is the most important, it's the foundation of all.
SPEAKER_04And now I'm fine.
SPEAKER_00You know, honestly, Francesca, I'm going to build my life and I think it's super honest with gratitude. And it was a combination of what I've been in Cuba, the things that justify these people from the 8th of the 9 of the year all the time, have this contact with people who are living in conditions that I'm saying, if you're set up and the problem. Sure, mantra clear, taking the passes, and position in a big person. But the who perhaps is the who rinds. I'm here. Contacts. Exactly.
SPEAKER_04No takes money to escribing, a Josué. Nos encanta ayudar. Nos encanta. Nos encanta ayudar, and no creas, hemos estado donde tú estás. Andonas ahora, ¿no?
SPEAKER_00Literalmente.
SPEAKER_04Así que no se rindan como siempre digo. Sigue creyendo, sigue buscando tu sueño ando.
SPEAKER_00Para nada.
Gracias.
SPEAKER_00Gracias a ti, Francesca. I'm super emotional, de verdad.
