SPEAKER_00Yo creo que eres tú the única member of my fan club. A ver, ¿qué te digo? No, I think that I have, okay, he desarrolled much connections with much person, local. But who is? This is my role number one, mamma, I'm my sister, I'm colombiana. I mean I'm colombian. I'm obviously here in Orlando. Woohoo! I'm here 11 years. Antes of Orlando in New Jersey, I was my friend, I connected my husband. I had more time than in my Colombia. It's incredible. I was here, I was here, but no, I don't know, I'm super connected to grandma, and in this moment I dedicate the race. I think it's what I was in the past in New Jersey. When I was for a while, but I regret, I encourage, I am, and what I mean is I have a passion very great for the person who said, I got this problem, I did, or I'm in the process of resolving it. Then you have the same problem, get the money to another and those. This is one of my great inspirations.
SPEAKER_01But it's totally different to be a realtor. This is another profession completely different. So what I mean to this?
SPEAKER_00Well, I don't know, I think if we have to resume is that I mean problems. It's my natural idea is that there's a problem, we're going to use the solution. And in what I found in these moments, including the process of race, there are many times in which they special. But I think in this moment the vendors of the vendor. There's a certain relationship, it's like, hey, you have a solution, then we're going to resolve it, we're going to get this a little bit.
SPEAKER_01And what do you have this solution? What type of solution do you have to this that you want to do?
SPEAKER_00I'm sure you are studying the life, I mean study to the people, I mean I want to study the comportments, because the people do this, the other. I encourage, but I don't know if I encourage it, because the fact that you send on a library. I mean, I learned various pages. No, no, no. Okay, I learned all the page of the problem that I'm going to approach, and I guard. There have been a library, but I mean, I like complete. Okay, I like complete and various 10x rule of Grand Cardone. Of course. I tried to Five Second Rule of Mel Robbins. I think one day I put in audio and escuch in the car because I think it's like you, so it's like it's like a mentor.
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_00And I decided it's like ella passed by these things.
SPEAKER_01Vent for this, then you audio, or then I train those person who's ideas of how resolver what I was learning about ella, and it's very relatable because ella was famous for the five seconds rule, which ella encontra that I don't know if she was deprimed or no one to diagnose, and she used to this push that I had six seconds. It's this moment of the six seconds that you have to do the complete that would camp your life completely.
SPEAKER_00And what we're in redes is the story when it was all the alticulos, the depression, the truth, the problems. But it has a done for stories. You know, I connect to person. What?
SPEAKER_01No, no, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_00I had the opportunity to do that in person to sure. This was just anything that we certainly had all the pain for the pandemic, or the world by the pandemic. Um, so you don't know this. But after many years I started to watch a podcast that I don't know if you connect, it was The School of Greatness with Lewis House. This was like the first time that I discovered a podcast and said, Wow, I've got this in my telephone, it's incredible. And I was coming, I was watching the podcast, and there were stories that he interviewed people who have stories. So there was one, for example, that I showed much. And this was something that I said wow, if you can, you can. And being an immigrant in Student United, since, and immigrant, and actor famous in the world. Exactly. And so I'm like, wow, it's not an actress of Hollywood, it's not the tocca.
SPEAKER_01Exactly.
SPEAKER_00But I'm escuching the podcast, but it's wow, every day, okay, no tears of me. No, okay, but you said you want to create an exit that you can say to him, entrevist me in your podcast. So for me it was wow, you can go to this point of that alguien can tell me my story. And the idea of that, okay, you don't know the gratitude that you have because you have invited to stay here and hear my story, it's like, wow, don't do something, you know? And these things that you put in my vision board, in my cartulina, with the records, you know, it's a photo of it, the photo of your life, a podcast, a microphone, see, type podcast a little bit, one in the photo. Um, you know, it's cool.
SPEAKER_01No, I think that it's important.
SPEAKER_00But it's manifest, right? And what you want to do. If you don't know, this is my phrase favorite.
SPEAKER_01For living, you can sign.
SPEAKER_00But see, you can see it, because if you don't know, and many days were and what I did, because in reality I was focused in gratitude and the people who have a difference in my life, who have had an impact in my life. And there are things that I said, one day I want to do the glance. And one day I was in my telephone in Instagram and I had a post of the comment of him who was promotional an event, and I did an event, but I commented and wow, what sure the people who go to this event. I asked me much, more or something like that the part. And no means I made a message for Instagram with alguien who said that he was a productor of the show The Mel Robbins. And please, and you I'm scam. Nigeria, oh my god. Oh my god, okay. Oh my god, and we're gonna have a special and Louis House. And I said, Oh my god, no puede ser, what's happening? And I loved my sister and said, I got this, what I do. Today we were in the management, there were much rumors of the pandemic, that they were, but all the people moving normally. So it was in February of 2020, I went to New York and talking about Mel Robin sent me, Louis sent me, and you in the middle of the two, entrevisting me, and those said that you don't have any idea of what I did, I have to come back, so they asked me to come in my life, to be in me as well, you're like this gratitude. And yeah, I got the photos, it was a moment incredible. The only thing is that this next semana. The show of production, the production, all the people at the casa, the show never sends.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_00That's a loan, but at the moment for me, my moment was to give the grace to the two. Thank you for having my life. Thank you for saying my inspiration.
SPEAKER_01I'm sorry, no, you tuviste my moment.
SPEAKER_00My moment, uh, for me, yeah.
SPEAKER_01And these are opportunities that we listen that if one does, yeah. Imagine that you never screwed this message. It's for those, because one news at the end, or it's a gun to have this message.
SPEAKER_00I feel that it's an instinct. A veces it's escuching this voice that is saying that has something, but there's it. And in this moment, it was the teclone of the telephone, meantime, I'm gonna go to me to a zone of comfort and tremendous. But this was the moment. And I have much, much opportunities that you say, what is that suerte?
SPEAKER_01Because you eres a person who gonna ayudday, that's your mission or your guy, which a lot of people today cooking, no desarroll, but much.
SPEAKER_00And you know, you know that when you're authentic. Okay, what you are here is who I am, 100%. In those person. Or you know that I do be more serious, or no, yeah, but a lot of it's much passion for what I do and for doing, or a lot of things, right? Because one is illusion, right? No, no, I don't want to say, but I appreciate that it does in expectatives, right? I heard this, I think, and I was changed if you do something or if you do something for alguien, basically what I used to be a préstamo. Not authentically and a prestation, it's like I do this, but I bet I develop of that manner. And no, you know, because it is what you are. And the fact that you don't have that, I wanna do that, I wanna connect. I wish, and it's a little bit egoist, but I think so when I say that something that you show or something that I comparted or a connection that you created a lot of other people. But the way that the university develops, the university, but nothing, it's a lot of it.
SPEAKER_01I mean, I encourage you. But I mean, I llena me does an adrenaline, I'm gonna llamar it. Adrenaline is part of the crecement of a person, my coronation or my creativity to alguien because they're not. And this connection that this person has, that we do, the life of this person at another name, and what's great and the life more.
SPEAKER_00And I think we have a proposal in the life. I think I think I met in problems with personas that no les gusta. So you pido permission. O sea, no se metes. And then it is more neutral, okay, zero conflicts, you are.
SPEAKER_01And obviously, that you are a marker personal. Habla a little bit about this.
SPEAKER_00Wow. And I don't know if this went like arrogant or no, but I think that those have don't, those have things that are what I am, and everyone started evolution, appreciate, right? But in all this discovery, and those trying to work, for example, the things that I'm thinking, the rent, this is what I study in Colombia. Some of you said my daughter was the president of Coca-Cola. So the marketing president of Coca-Cola. And that's what I study. I study in my career in negotiations international and marketing. And it's something that I fascinated and I think the venture. So I was at the gymnasium where I enseigned. And the reason for the whole person being an instructor was because I passed a process of pain before I was my second, I was super obes and me, and I was 20 libraries, and I sent that you said that you can do others. It's all what I do is for this. It's a problem or a retour personality, I think I'm going to go a solution, after I'm the life of the day, and automatically my money said that others can start by the meeting. And this of the pain and others, I don't have a push-up because I did, and I was a reto, and other people to put me on the microphone and a group of people extra and hear in English, and I burst me chapote the English.
SPEAKER_01You say that I connected. I know. And this was what I did and tuviste the pantalones of a Latina dental of this gymnasium that I'm saying the name.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I'm not sponsored, right?
SPEAKER_01No, I don't know if I'm gonna get sponsored, but with the accent and all, you ponías the microphone and empujabas to get the maximum. And you had to do.
SPEAKER_00No, and I was certificated and I did one ago to agar the valentía to go to a gymnasium, and I was one I passed and New Jersey, and I did, hey, me gustaria what I'm gonna say for enseigning classes. I did an application and said, Oh, the manager is here, the manager of fitness group is here, I saw Oh my god, I'm gonna go. And you're an idea of why you get a class? In my mentee, I enseigned millions of classes. classes yo misma practicaba. When you go to this gymnasium and me sale the manager and me dice, oh, I'm disoccupied, if you're auditioning. And I lost a quarter. I said, and you know, you got the music in the car, I went. Fue a moment or my maletin where I had the music and entered and I enjoyed a class at the iron vacuum and I went and I said, Okay, and I'm an impulse that I said, I put you, passed for a gymnasium, but I had my things prepared. I think it's if you're prepared to prepared the suerte in all preparing me for what you're doing be camera ready because you don't see how you are or what you connect. And so for regresar to this year, I was preparing me, preparing me there, moments in which I sent you not to have the things that ideas that I think. For example, when I screw that you can see a podcast that we're going to do the mark when it is in Instagram no, but he reservado el Instagram okay, the marker pero ¿qué te está parando porque no acabas de empezar?
So it's also mental, so you misma, because a lot of you think, but I'm super prepared. After I say, other podcasts, or other things, and I think they can't. But it's like this super and all the things will pass magically, right? Things that superiors there are in English new levels, new devils, so nivells new demonic, more. And I think it's so with you and it is real, it's in America. No, you say with your ayuda and your appeal and no you say that is what we're going to do. So that's it and the evolution is a done what you have. But because you seasons at a whole later. S consistent. Because a lot of you a lot traz but we are in reality conscientious of the effort that will get to that. And the first obstacle that we're going to do in the ultimate 10 years for me have been a preparation. But there are those things that are opportunities that I've resulting in the camp that you say wow this preparation is these places because now we have to Paula you know it's a nice impact in the library that I'm a lancing I language and it was a practice that I did my method and activities that I'm going to say all of the years. It would be a two year and you say wow you don't want to say this or I can do this but I want to say more methods a bit but I think attention to the library. I wanted to have my license distanced attention to the market if you wanna, if I interest me encourage the idea of more and prophet because it is an inversion that will in some moment this is one for one. But the I said one day I regress to real estate I was sure in what capacity but I think my meta is one of my passes, it's for those are my priority in a moment of time of me or not and they have been important in all. My preference is to connect but the most important for me is that they are to mirrors the money and why you inculcan my suffering communication and three a year mean me gusta me gusta la satisfacción hay que ponerlo aquí en unas cuantas palabras yo quiero ser Mel Robbins en español ¿Tú sabes lo que yo quiero ser?
SPEAKER_00Sí, pero I think we are empezando. Appena who have much to do. There are terror to sobers because there are things in the pain that nobody.
SPEAKER_01But this force for unfortunate.
SPEAKER_00Claro, see. And we have to be scandaloso, no, right? But I think it's a good moment to take the decision to envoy and pelear with what you quieres and public for that.
SPEAKER_01And the gente connected with you, what is it?
SPEAKER_00No, you have this special. So no talent. Talvez a gift, un regalo of Dios, but you so authentic. Hey, who can reunion a cafe and do networking for the car? And the first group were like each and there are 400 people who have registration and we are one, the event is great. But it's chévere and much of the conversation before I think that he is like I connect and there are people who simply enter the prime. It's clear that one will be exit. You need equipment, we have people who are a while away, people who are at the same night that you who are the same difficulties, the same retail, and it's incredible because it's like a one button escuchas that means and you're like oh okay. It's connecting connect connection yeah and relate and sales not imitating but if alguien more who has been a class today all the people today. But I encourage that much of else have the contention ideas that they implement. When I was like if I was in a lake and this doctor said it's super saludable that were not oh the vitamin D is the past but result my work my work I need to do and I was a doctor and what the six years have been to me. If I wanted to six years what I'm in three years I said in a clinical psychiatric probably I started in the sofa and I didn't say I have to limit the house Francesca I was the person who you connected I was the person who I am and this I'm the people and I said but it's active but what is this? It was controller and the reality is this and what I compartment is a thing that many people don't accept that it's a thing that I've heard and it's the hormones of the hormones and I'm doctor not saying what you can say but if you say that you know you are saying I don't know. It's something more that I don't control and it's affecting because I'm a you say six years I was sent to me I was inventing excuses that I would say that I had nothing to do. Also I sent and I was not confiance in me because for me the dye era and if the gentleman I'm ready but not communicators but I had the pure things of it because I in my stories of the day to day and of the reality of what happened in my negotiation or in my family or my personal creates connection because I think that this I think you had what these other people and I think it's very important what we're saying with a community because it's a testimony that we have a much and this is the first button that not the people or the force for it's the passion and it was rode of those similar or connect with others. Exactly I connect two or three of the group but this is what I think at your ecosystem that they send that wow it is the same person who is the same person who is the same person in the car.
SPEAKER_01I think we're saturated with historias falsely in the television, in the peleas and I have a necessity to conect yoursito de ti.
Yo quiero the person.
SPEAKER_01I use the AI in my negotiation today. But from a herramienta of asistir, no de convertirse in me, because nobody will be como yo. And no tener miedo a eso. Si alguien quiere empezar a marca personal, the scratch, empezar ahora mismo, and they piden consejo, what type of consequences, or why lo guiarías para que comenzar?
SPEAKER_00I think a veces le put demasiado pensamiento to the colors and logo and those things. The reality is that your marker personal is who you are, but then you think it's the problem that we have. So clear is saying who is the person at the other line of the camera or the library or the article, who is learning, who is learning your contention, who is the person who knows your car or your life, or who is it? But who is that person? Define that if you describe it, hasta numbers. And your mark personal is this, it's what you represent. The people in teach and immediately say, This is my mark personal. And you know more of that than you. In what they are, I cost much because a lot of one thing that one would ayuddle to all the people. So for me is to take clarity to who ayudas. And this is your marker personal, your marker personal is necessarily a color, unlogo or no, but it's what you represent and the manner in which it is representado is qué problem resuelves.
SPEAKER_01Muy clear. And nothing is a color or a logo. It's bonus to definitely, but if you empower with the clarity of what you diagnose, with this message and the solution, that the people who are identified, just for the campaign correct.
SPEAKER_00But at the final day, it's like I sort of become the person that you can be the person that you necessitated when I was passing for a reto or this is what you can be for other person. And this is quite the part of the manner of to identification to what you ask. Usually many of those empresarios, most of the people who create products, who create something, okay, my life is for a necessity that you had, which was a constant recordatory of my methods. Necessitabas, and they can't create for ayudding other people. So for alguien who is complicated, don't you compliques. And this is your client ideal. Claro, there are exceptions, but for the general team at this point. No, no, no, it's not appended with my papa much in front of service to the consumer. My father was serving the people. One on one that I compare. And the people and I said, and I trained the cafecita, I encanta, me encantaba, I don't know. And I think in terms of market personality, it's like this passion for vendor. She's saying what negotiations. Sentence to a cafe and we're going to create much negotiations.
SPEAKER_01But I have an amigo in Puerto Rico who means this time. No. No. No sé de qué hablar. Cualquier cosa que tu me mencionas. Why do you have dinner with the political?
SPEAKER_00But no, no, but siempre is in my mentee cómo monetizar this. I mean, the networking, you can have one in the state where I'm going to do it. So immediately my money said, I'm a necessity, three years trying to invent it and put it for you to audit other people to create this. It's like I created the result for alguien, you have this, hell yeah. And not cobrar, because there have been three years of suitable.
SPEAKER_01799 for bajar el PDF.
SPEAKER_00799.
SPEAKER_01Listo, well, no, yes, in my negotiation, yo trato de dar una experiencia única. When lleguen aquí, pues los recibo con un sign, si beben, pues les tengo sparkling wine, les tengo cositas tocar, gracias at the moment to enter the final time dark of your experience, tomorrow some photos and videos here in the studio. So I trat an experience. But that one of special. No, maybe it's what you necessitive to connect with your public. And there are experiences.
SPEAKER_00And you know that one of the things more difficult of what we're doing is the recharge. And this tends to constantly say whether we are doing something well, if I'm doing this. But in all, think I'm the more, the people will not know my presence, the people will take it, the people will enter what you do. There's a phrase in English that says, Be so good, they can't ignore you. But there's a moment that when you are consistent, when your mark personal is clear, in the sense that it's oh, it's rosado and negro, no, no. The mark personal, that the people in me, and then one says, Oh, for example, for me, part of my mark personal is that the people that I am consistent. For example, it's related with what you do in my negotiation, but if the person that you say to the gymnasium and all the days to the gymnasium, it's discipline. And so I think that a person who is disciplined in this way, the most is that it's disciplinary in other things. What does it be the first time when a person mentiones your name to another person? Immediately this is the person who will do it or this is the person with the who contact because this is the type of person that is.
SPEAKER_01What do you think is the part that the people identify with your mark personal?
SPEAKER_00Authentic. Auténtica, honestly. You will say those. No, yo no pido permiso.
SPEAKER_01Yo no sé lo que es pedir permiso. Yo no nací para ser empleada.
SPEAKER_00Yo tampoco.
A veces yo recibo. A veces yo recibo, ¿sabes? O sea, es algo comic, but digo, diablo, ¿hasta qué nivel you voy a llegar? Está mal, ¿verdad?
SPEAKER_00No, no está mal. There are moments in which you can put a barrier. Or what we say boundaries, right? For example, you, and I was in real estate when I had my wife, I perd in many moments of my beach, 4 or 5 years, because I was so obsession for the life and for the number one. That was my data. And I appreciate that, okay, I mean a client at the 10 of the night and I contest. I mean at the 7 of the morning and contestable. A client said, I know, oh my God, and I correct. And I appreciate that many things in the types of negotiations in which I moved to emotional. And when you enter this, when you have this clarity that you don't know a client who is like, I think personally, I would say at the 10 of the night and you can attend with all my calling, but I don't want to contest. If it's inundating the cocina, don't say to me. You have to say a plumber. If you have any doubt about a contrat or something, the contrat will be a little bit. Or envy me an email that at the 40 or 5 of the semana, you will contest. But I have to protect my time, my energy, my family. You don't, there are people who always say, no, you have 24 hours of the day, seven days of the semester, when you say, I'm like, you know, you don't want to work with you, because if you don't respect your respect, and you're very clear with the clients, you say if you have a question, envío. I don't know if I respond. For example, I think I have clients who have the 9 of the night in the day, you don't contest the telephone before the 9 of the night. Before the 8, because if I have one, I send that I had to do it all the time. But if it had been at the time, it started when it's already much sentiment of culpa for this. At this point that you are disponible 24 hours of the day, because nobody spares that. Dime a llamar to your abogent at the 10 of the noche to see if you contest.
SPEAKER_01No. ¿Cuál es un mistake? What do you think mistake in Spanyol? Un error. Dios mío, my español está.
SPEAKER_00For my experience, because I was happy in the past and looks in much. Muchas personas of burnout, that they do the cartucho, right? And they do at the end of the camera. And what I do is that it's because I entered demasi and nothing the opportunity to put limits. For example, start displaying 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the seminar. Notes to do this. You also need to take time for me, opportunities for other things, because now you have to get the cartucho. Claro. When one does, does and does, and you have a point in which we empire fastidious, and then empire to be with culpa. Because much of those things affect your relationships, affect your amistades, and those necessities. And you say this of the motivational bros, the homes who focus in the motivation and dorm when I'm like, no, because you can't get the cartucho more rapid and not the methods that you can. No, I can't, but see establish certain barreras that permiten that you levand the other day and you can. And this is vivid already. You have tomorrow that después of the 8 or 9 of the noche you don't contest the telephone.
SPEAKER_01Why do you think the people with this anxiety that needs to solution?
SPEAKER_00I think that are two things. One mentality of it, if you don't have one, you don't perform the negotiation or the client. What is for me is for me and start. And the other that I think is quite one of the most important things is because I was. Oh, you when you can, everything I'm. And I capturing, you know, that it was disponible. But it was more like egoist, like the superhero. And I don't want to be the superhero of anything. You know, my priority is I can avancere my voice and I'm not saying that I don't want to do it, but there are things that I can spend the other day. There are things that don't spend until I disoccupate. For me, something that I'm saying, I don't know if you watch this, and I don't know what I did, but it's present when they are my friends. In this moment, my hands are here, you are focused in you. I'm in my car, I'm with my friends. After you violate my life, but what I do is honor this, if you're with your family, if you're with a client, stay with the client. I mean, a lot of a fiesta, my telephone, right? And a fines of semana, I'm in a field, and you're not a photo. But I automatically in these moments can be present and I put the telephone, I go to my car, and then it's like I don't have any photo. But I was present. Because my telephone will have notifications, my telephone will have emails, you don't have notifications in my telephone. And now I enter a jemand, because I'm my bypass that no impact the entry for emergency, the same with my head. But the rest of the notifications in the telephone.
SPEAKER_01So you don't know when you screw it.
SPEAKER_00No, because you checked the telephone and messages.
SPEAKER_01I wanted to block a moment.
SPEAKER_00Sorry, not sorry. I used to watch it. Because I was in a world in which I'm talking about gentlemen, and I distraught a lot of the notifications in the relay. And immediately my money was to other part and I was focused. I said, I'm going to try to. And I was at the time of the year. I used to gymnasium, I go to the gymnasium, I hit, and I went to carry for the noche, at the other day for the gymnasium, I went and I put it and yeah.
SPEAKER_01I mean, because I like content creator, you don't know if you can do that.
SPEAKER_00So it depends if it's affecting your life. I mean, I was affecting it. I created much anxiety, and I created the necessity that I have to contest, I have to have that. So I'm sure that you can create systems. If you have the ultimate notification, don't you get time for what you want to your creativity, your connection with clients, what you can do?
SPEAKER_01In the manner in which I function, is that all the days I create my list of to-do list and I dedicate, or not? If you dedicate that 10 of the maiden and 12, I go to the task that I have in my list. And I dedicate my time, no, I'm doing television, but I have essential limites, because you dictate, no, no, we're present and perhaps of much. But you know that the importance of system and organization in the day like emprended, and put es limites is more important. One thing that you have No, me vino solamente, you know.
SPEAKER_00No, you say I think that not all the people for emprended. And the emprended people need employees, and there are people who have much talent from employees, and there are people who are very focused and if you put to email a negotiation, they will be one. But if you say, Authority to enter how I have something, or create me a system for other things, create me a tablet. Wow! Immediately.
SPEAKER_01There are necessity of those.
SPEAKER_00Imagine to a family because you do, you like an emprended person creating opportunities so that other families have to come. It's incredible. But no potes have no idea.
Pero si pudiera poner algo como en el top de la lista, a leader no is quien lleva la atención, sino que crea opportunities para que sean other people as that brillan, as who enter the vision, enter what I'm going to do, I will see.

SPEAKER_00No, it's not a problem.
SPEAKER_01Eres feliz ahora mismo?
SPEAKER_00There's something that you say, felice and agradecida. I send in this moment in the sense that I've got responsibility to things that I affect and super felice. No, but I'm agradecida because I'm salute, my friends are salute, my friends, the person who care, all this, we have to come, but I have certain things in which I think I need to start advantage, and sort of my money.
