Welcome. This moment is for the person who feels lost. Maybe you do not know what direction your life is taking. Maybe the plans you had did not work out. Maybe you feel behind, confused, or disconnected from the person you used to be. Maybe you keep asking yourself, What am I doing with my life? Where am I going? Why does everyone else seem to have a clear path except me? Take this moment slowly. You do not need to have every answer right now. Let us pray. Heavenly Father, I feel lost. I do not know which direction to take. I am tired of overthinking every decision and wondering whether I am making the wrong choice. Please guide me. Quiet the fear inside me. Give me wisdom for the next step and patience for the things I cannot understand yet. In Jesus' name. Amen. Take a slow breath in. Hold it gently. And breathe out. Breathing God's peace. Breathe out the pressure to have your whole life figured out. Feeling lost does not mean you have failed. It does not mean your life has no purpose. It does not mean God has forgotten you. Sometimes you feel lost because an old chapter has ended, but the new one has not become clear yet. You may be standing between who you were and who you are becoming. That space can feel uncomfortable, but it is not empty. God can still work there. The Bible says, Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path. Psalm 119, verse 105. A lamp does not always show the whole road. Sometimes it only gives enough light for the next step. You may not need a complete plan today. You may only need one honest decision, one small action, one conversation, one prayer, one step forward. Take another slow breath in. Lord, show me the next step. Breathe out gently. Lord, help me release the fear of choosing wrongly. Maybe you are comparing your life to other people. Maybe you feel as if everyone else is progressing while you remain in the same place. But you do not know the full story behind another person's life. You do not know their private struggles, delays, or fears. Their timeline is not your timeline. Their path is not your path. You are not late. You are still becoming. Say quietly to yourself, I do not need every answer today. I am allowed to move slowly. God will guide me one step at a time. Feeling uncertain does not mean I am without purpose. I will not measure my life against someone else's journey. I can begin again. The Bible says, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your path straight. Proverbs chapter 3, verses 5 and 6. Trust does not mean that you will always feel certain. Sometimes trust means taking the next wise step while still feeling afraid. Sometimes it means waiting. Sometimes it means changing direction. Sometimes it means admitting that a path no longer fits who you are becoming. You are allowed to reconsider. You are allowed to start over. You are allowed to learn as you go. Take a slow breath in. Breathe in clarity and breathe out confusion. You may feel lost because you have spent too much time living according to other people's expectations. Maybe you chose what pleased your family, what kept a relationship, what made other people comfortable, and now you are trying to remember what you actually want. Be patient with yourself. It may take time to hear your own voice again. Ask yourself gently. What brings me peace? What drains me? What values do I want my life to reflect? What small step would move me closer to the person I want to become? You do not need to answer everything now. Just notice what your heart is trying to tell you. Take another slow breath in. Lord, help me hear your guidance. Breathe out gently. Lord, remove the noise that keeps me confused. Heavenly Father, please guide the person listening. When they feel uncertain, give them wisdom. When they feel afraid, give them courage. When they feel behind, remind them that their life is not a competition. Close the doors that would harm them. Open the doors that lead toward peace, growth, and purpose. Surround them with wise and trustworthy people. Help them recognize the difference between fear and warning, between pressure and genuine direction. Give them patience when the answer is not immediate. In Jesus' name, amen. Take one final deep breath, breathe in hope, and slowly breathe out the fear that you will never find your way. You may feel lost today, but you are not abandoned. You may feel uncertain, but you are not without guidance. You do not need to see the whole road. Take the end.
