I saw her at the auditorium theater in Chicago, uh and she was opening for a band called Poco, which was a big band at the time. Uh, but her band included uh future Eagles Glenn Fry. This is Linda Ronstadt's band, Glenn Fry. Yeah, also Don uh uh oh god. Yes, Don Henley on drums, and uh Bernie Leden, and I think uh Randy Meisner. So it was really the basic uh Eagles band before they became the Eagles, so they took out the girl.

I I don't know where you can find it now, but maybe Netflix or somewhere else. But yeah, unreally unfortunate that uh she she really can't perform at all anymore.

And then you hear this final bit, this is not even a final bit, he's not done yet, that he has two billion dollars in his pocket now, and you're paying over four dollars a gallon for gas now, and that's probably not gonna change. It's certainly not gonna go down below three.

And things have changed 16 years ago.

They are having wildfires there, so yes, you know, unbelievable. Lots of crazy stuff going on.

There's a place, there's a Goldilocks zone, and they're gonna go and they're on this ship. And um the guy what movie is this? Uh Passengers. Um Passengers. And so they're all on a big ship. And the guy who is that funny actor, and I'm gonna blow it because I can't pull his name right now. Somebody at home is screaming his name into the screen right now. But uh, he wakes up early, his pod breaks. And for a year, he's living alone on this ship. He's an engineer, he's a mechanic type guy, he can do stuff, so he's trying to get himself back to sleep, and he can't. And he wanders around looking at all the other people and he sees Jennifer Lawrence, and he's like, Oh, can I just sit here and talk to your pod? And he has it's a beautiful, beautiful movie, really fun. But but the the point is they're leaving Earth because of course we've destroyed it, so now we gotta like the locusts we are, we gotta find a new place to go drain. And she's gonna she's a writer, so she's gonna go there and she's gonna come back to Earth 250 years later. That's how much time will pass. That's what I want to do. I want to come back and see Earth in 250 years and see if we figured it out.

Well, the other night, did I tell? I don't think I told well, I told you this story. I think he took I had an old Afghan that my grandmother Katie made, and it was beautiful, but it was starting to kind of fall apart. You know, it's it was one of those knit with a million different squares kind of afghans. Okay, never mind. It doesn't matter. What I'm listening, I love the story. It was on the bottom of the of the I had it on the bottom of the bed as kind of just a you know, at the end of the bed accent. Hold the other blankets in place, kind of sure. And um, after I fell asleep, he actually took that Afghan and dragged it out to the living room and wrapped it around his little bed on the floor next to the couch and had it perfectly positioned around the bed.
