How can we collectively escape this capitalistic hell we live inside?
How can we face what is happening while also creating a new world

Today is September twenty-sixth and it's in Aries full moon. Lately, I've been burning bridges between who I thought I was in the past and with you know some relationships from the past. Whether they were platonic or romantic. Whatever. Aries goes through my seventh house today. The full moon in Aries goes through my seventh house today. Anything with the one-on-one is what I'm feeling most right now. I'm not gonna lie, 23 really kicked my ass. Um and I talked to a lot of my coworkers who were saying that 23 is like the hardest year of your life. Well, maybe not of your life, but your 20s. And I've already felt that things are, you know, getting better and whatnot from releasing things that weren't in my favor. I think a lot of that was learning to people please, having a Libra rising, having Libra placements. I feel like in a way, people pleasing becomes the like the automatic action that I take. Or that I had taken. And now it's just a different time. It's really weird to think about it about who I was. But I give her grace, and I give myself grace now, a lot more. But I will no longer be repeating what she did. It's um I think enough is enough. And I have co-workers who are going through similar things right now at work. And they're not just co-workers, they're friends. So I guess I have friends that are going through similar things as well in terms of relationships. But Venus is also going retrograde, so we're feeling that. Seeing the ending of a lot of stuff and seeing a time of reflection within relationships, romance, worth. And that definitely hits me. For any Scorpio Venus, it's it's gonna hit this next month and a half. But really the effects will last kind of into January, I think. When it moves signs. Anyways. But for Becca for lack of better words, it feels like something is happening in my life right now. Where I don't accept the bare minimum anymore. I think a lot of girls are used to that. At least we've been kind of raised to do so. And that's kind of unfair. I'm finding new groups, new outlets, new communities that help me stay in a healthy emotional um emotional state. Being able to release of what release a lot of what, you know, it's stuck within. It comes with movement, it comes with speaking, it comes with expression, through creativity. So I've been painting again. I've been painting again, I've been dancing again. And really finding my voice again. Singing. I think it's necessary to do all of that. And to write as well to let out your inner voice thoughts in a place where you trust. Where maybe you can say things that you wouldn't be able to say in front of anybody else. Once you write it out, the truth is out there, you can make a decision. Honestly. It's all a little game. I was actually talking to my friends the other day. He was having like an equinox gathering, and I was reading tarot with playing cards, and um I told them that it's really just a game. As is life, I think. And basically it's just like political theory, but right now it's been like so in my face with the state of the world about you know the way that people want to maintain power and how we end up breaking that cycle by coming together as you know, small communities, changing everything from from within. Very small movements and moments, decisions that we make have an impact on the world. So I definitely want to do a lot more of that. You know, I'm wondering about environmental advocacy. What is done nowadays for environmental advocacy and protesting, not just protesting, but in like the physical, taking an action towards environmental advocacy, in a way risking your life rebelling against the system that we have in place, doing one small thing, even if nobody sees it, to kind of help out the environment, to kind of help out, you know, connecting to one another, so that we don't rely so much on this system, this corrupt system. Looking out for one another right now is just a main thing for me as well. And I think I'm joining, you know, groups like I said before that really help out with connecting to each other again. I'm being so isolated, I'm being so alone. Another piece of that is accepting the love that I am worth and the groups of friends that I am worth and the rel the relationships that I'm worth. I think we all need to do that, and I think we all need to really start setting more boundaries around relationships. I think the world, the way the world treats us allows us to treat each other like shit. The way this not really the world, but the way that the systems in place treat us allows us to treat each other with less patience, less kindness, less love. And obviously I can say that from working in the service industry, which is like it can sometimes be the bottom. I don't have like the bottom, bottom. I mean I'm a server, but there's uh worse jobs. There's worse jobs, there's more difficult jobs, I could say. But I definitely still experience the um the way that capitalist America treats us. And I think a lot of people don't really have the capacity to love beyond or like to have relationships beyond what what they experience every day. Very transactional, very fast, um not really not really thoughtful. But we can also change the industry in a way. Something that isn't super transactional, but more um beneficial. That it would stand to bring people together. And not create a wedge between classes, which I hope one day will not exist. That we would just see each other as we are, that we see each other for our differences and the way that we like to speak, and the things that we like we enjoy doing on our free time, in our free time, the things that we enjoy eating, the activities that scare us, and the art forms that we express. All of those things are what should drive us together. I love learning from the differences of another person and learning how they speak. You know, there's certain the ticks that they have and um the tendencies that they have, the desires that they dream to have. It's all slightly different. There's definitely a minute change where I'm beginning to take my time with each person that I meet. I don't have to be like best friends with everyone, but being kind is that's the goal. So is spreading love. I um we're learning about the Vietnam War and how you know the hippie movement emerged and there was a lot of art being created, a lot of protest art being created. And I can definitely see that there is starting to be a little bit more of a rise in that type of stuff now, again, as the world is going through turmoil, as the world is going through very difficult times, art emerges. And um the Vietnam War sparked like a huge movement. I mean, like this burst of color comes out of nowhere to fight against the bloody battlefields that governments and politicians send men unwillingly to go fight for their egoistic causes. So we're we're doing a lot more to connect with each other now again. We're doing a lot more to put our art out there, to put ourselves out there, to protest against the world that is, to protest against the politicians and systems in place that keep us down. I think it's beautiful. And a lot of people that work in the service industry see it this way as well, as they I feel like a lot of creatives work in the service industry just because it's it's not a boring job, but it can sometimes be stressful because it can it can get to be too much. But mostly we're active, we're keeping our minds going, and a lot of creatives work in the service industry. Um and I love to see it. We don't want a boring night to five. Um, but we also don't want to work in the service industry forever. We want to be able to not depend on the government for food security. We want to be able to live with our friends and our families on compounds and have land in order to grow our own agroforests, um, raise our own cattle. And be in our own communities that make us feel safe, not depending so much on the government and the structures that benefit from us being oppressed. We were all talking yesterday on Backline while we were rolling silverware, and one of my friends asks, What is wrong? And my other friend goes, uh, like what what do you like like what do you mean about what? Like here at work or in general in the world? And now we're just thinking, and then I just start spitting like a bunch of things like off the top of my mind that are wrong with the world, but I'm also looking at a lot of stuff that's going right. It's a few of us that don't have control in the world, or no, it's it's many of us that don't have control in this world, and then there's a few of us that control the masses through money, through influence, through politics, through religion. And I think that's also crumbling. Talking about matriarchal structures, like matriarchal structures but going back into place, um, and no longer have having that hierarchy that separates us from one another, but keeps us all together, serving that purpose of preserving the earth, preserving our connections, preserving our passions, preserving our life force, our energy, and connecting with the earth as well. Doing a lot of that is so so beautiful. It's so good for us. I definitely have so many opportunities now to kind of go at my own pace and to have my own schedule. To have one where I'm not working so late, but rather have the mornings early up and rising the way that I like it, rising with the sun and falling with the sun. And that's just the first step in having the life that I want. And I think that's beautiful. That I'm like kind of recognizing that this is unfolding before me. I don't know what's gonna happen next, how my life is gonna be blessed next, but I feel that collectively we're feeling this. Although some things around the world are getting worse, other things, it's the small things are getting better, and that starts the reaction, that starts the process of the ripple effect, where it starts to happen in bigger happenings each time. Anyways, from love, from my soul, see you next time.
