This is the day which the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118 and 24. Beloved, today is a gift from the good Lord. It is a day you have never seen before and shall never see again. Come, open your heart to the beauty, the peace, and the promise this new day holds. Breathe deeply. Lift your eyes toward heaven and welcome the blessings already making their way to you. My beloved, will you pray with me today as you begin this brand new day and week that you may be especially blessed for where two or three are gathered in my name? There I am in the midst of them. Let us pray. Oh Father, thank you for the precious gift of this new day. Thank you for the breath in my body, the hope within my heart, and your loving presence that walks beside me every step of the way. Today I choose to honor you first in my life for all that you have given me and all that is yet to come. Thank you for thank you so much. Thank you for protecting me through the night and forgiving me this beautiful new day of life. For giving me my right mind, Lord, I rejoice, for your word tells me that the joy of the Lord is my strength. I receive your strength to overcome every obstacle in my path. No matter what it is, I know that with you all things are possible.

With your peace, the past strength and my state, strengthening my job, my body, and my mind with the power. Just as I feel your love flowing through me. As well, help me, Father, to notice the beauty around me, the song of the birds, the warmth of the sun upon my face, the kindness of a stranger, and the quiet whisper of your Holy Spirit speaking within me. May this day be filled with divine appointments, unexpected blessings, open doors, healing, laughter, and holy purpose. And Lord, when evening comes, may I look back with a grateful heart, knowing that you walked with me every step of the journey. For this is the day that the Lord hath made.
