Well, today, just by having a little conversation before I press record with my very special guest, Lisa Williams, I can feel that we are going to bridge spirit and physical reality and even go beyond into like what's coming for humanity. This feels really big. I've got goosebumps. So I'm excited to introduce my very special guest, Lisa Williams, who is an internationally recognized psychic medium. I'm sure many of you have heard of her. She's been supporting us in the world for over three decades, and I feel so honored to spend this time together. Welcome.

I I was going to start by asking about your spiritual awakening journey, but now I just feel like let's open the portal of what is happening on our earth and what's coming in, because you are really psychic, very tuned in. So you must be feeling and sensing things like what's what's what's unfolding for this year 2026 and beyond. Shall we just dive right in?

Let's just dive right in because actually, you know, obviously with the clients that I work with and the people that I work with, I will guarantee you that majority of people ask me what is going on in the world, what is happening politically, socially, um, spiritually, physically. And, you know, every time I read for somebody or I tap in, it's similar but different. It's always so the same, but there's different layers because what I keep feeling is that we're all on different paths. You know, we all have, and I really feel, uh, and I really do feel that there's gonna be this shift, this massage, massive shift and divide almost. And the only way I can explain it is those of us, and for those of you watching, you gotta be on board for this. But I feel as though there's this spiritual liftment, liftment, you know, like all these spiritual uh people are going to be elevated, so there's an elevated consciousness that's coming about, and it's old, it's old, old technology, old ancient wisdom that is going to come through. And I feel like there is a resurfacing, it's almost like this resurgence for for something, and I keep feeling like there's this resurgence as regeneration, and old paradigms are shifting and being broken down, like old hierarchies, old archetypes, old ways of people being. And then what I'm seeing is I don't think we're gonna stop the technological movement with AI, but I feel like technology and ancient wisdom are gonna meet. And I don't know how else to explain it. It's almost like science is gonna bridge the gap, but I keep seeing, and I've been talking about this, Natalie. You it's crazy. I've been talking about this for the last year, how science and ancient wisdom are going to meet, and there's going to be this almost bridging of the gap with science, because I feel like science is going to be uncovering so many things, and we have with neuroscience and everything else, but there's there's a massive divide, there's gonna be a huge divide in in humanity, and I think with humanity, you're gonna have. I love my dad, but he's the non-believer, the big skeptic, the poo-poo-poo-poo-poo. And I feel as though you're either on the train or you're not. And if you're not on the train, you're gonna get left behind because how we know society to be right now is not how it's going to be. And I don't want to put fear into anyone, yeah, yeah, because I don't think it comes from a place of fear. I feel like what we're being governed to and what I'm being told right now and channeled is that we're awakening, we're awakening and we're waking up to this new earth, this new light, this new beginning. And as we're being awoken, the people who are not quite sure if they believe are still on this, and they're gonna have a choice of am I on it or not? It's not the fact that they're gonna die, but they're just gonna get left behind, and that's what I feel. And I feel like as though it's a massive shift, huge infrastructures are gonna drop. It's like infrastructure's just gonna change and die off. I don't know, is that what you've been feeling as well?

I've got goose bumps and tingles, so that's that's why I always get that when it's like, yes, this is happening. It's like a big shakeup and wake up. I've been shown that they and it doesn't feel like the government, it feels like other people dark, yes, it feels being exposed.

Exposure. I literally wanted to say exposure, as you said, expose. I do, I feel this big exposure coming, almost like the the way they're showing it to me. Thank you, is like little doors opening, like little doors that have been hiding secrets. Those doors are going to be unlocked and the lights going to expose that darkness. And you're right, I don't think it is all government. I think, you know, naturally government's gonna come into it, of course, because we live in that society. But I feel as though it's it's old society belief systems, it's the way that people are operating, it's even down to the way that communication lies. There's so many different avenues that things are gonna get exposed. And don't ask me why, but I just saw banks as well. So I feel as though institutions, large organizations are gonna get exposed for what they are.

Well, we are open in the space, so the channeling is just gonna keep happening here, right? Yeah, yeah. Um okay, can can you go deeper into like what will happen to those that are, you know, you you use the words like left behind. So those that are are still maybe attached to the ego, that aren't awake, that that are are very much in the ego, the ego's running the show, they're they're still beautiful souls. Everyone's a beautiful soul, they're just disconnected, they've forgotten the light that they are. So, like what what happens with like left behind energy?

Okay, so I'm glad that you asked because what I'm seeing here, and I feel as though many of your listeners will actually understand this, because I'm actually seeing people grabbing on, holding on. It's like those people who, like I said, left behind are grabbing on with their fingertips. And what I'm actually hearing or seeing is your listeners who are now recognizing their parents or maybe their family members or people who they're cohabiting with. And I feel that this is um, you know, when I say being left behind, it's like they're still holding on to the belief of what they need it to be old paradigms, old structures, old systems. But I feel like there's going to be a massive shift. And what's interesting, how I've seen it, oh my gosh, it takes you have no idea. It takes me back. I don't think I've ever said this before. Takes me back to a dream I used to have when I was about seven years old, when I was just awakening all of this within me. And I used to have this dream of these technology robots coming forward and speaking the language that we needed to speak. And I've realized that they are, you know, otherworldly beings, okay. And they are, you know, like language, whatever. They're definitely, definitely, you know, um, of other other of other world worlds um within our universe. And what I'm actually feeling is that there's going to be more of a connective, a collective with them as well, of that collective energy of bringing our alternative life forces into our society. And they're already here. I mean, listen, my kids want. I mean, my son is just like I know that he, I absolutely know it, you know, but there are beings that walk amongst us who are of the light, they are of that energy. I mean, we know it to be true. And I feel like there's a lot of people who are trying to hold on to old infrastructures and constructs of God, of religion, of this is how it is, black and white. This is, you know, I have a joke in my house where we have blue jobs and we have pink jobs and we have purple jobs, you know, that hold masculine, feminine, and whatever. But I feel as though even that infrastructure is gonna be breaking as well, you know, and it doesn't mean it's broken, it's just gonna mean it just doesn't serve the whole of humanity, and I think that's the key.

This new earth, this new human, which is this light being fully allowed to be itself. We we are we are cracking through all those old programs of our own mind that have said, no, you can't do that, or it's just so restrictive. Our own mind has held us imprisoned, and we're going, nope, not anymore. And as we individually are saying, no, I'm not gonna believe in what my mind is saying. And when emotions come and they're so strong and contractive, I'm gonna breathe through it, and I know I can just hold space for it and it can move through me. And we're we're just we're just expanding. And with this expansion, I feel like the ones that are awake, that are the anchors of the light, are spreading this incredible light for those that are clinging on, that are, that are scared, that really, because it's the pattern of the ego that goes, I don't want to know the unknown. I want to stay where I know everything because that feels safe. But we have to let go and go into the unknown in order for us to connect to the infinite timelines that are available to us as a humanity. Yeah. So I feel, yeah. I feel like we are by holding the light, being the anchors of the light, we are beaming light to those that aren't quite ready. And so, yes, they're they're gonna be um left behind in one way, but they're gonna start to crack open and they're gonna start to see, oh wow, other people are living in a whole different way. Other people are really happy and creative and free, and they're gonna start to look and slowly, gently, they're gonna be touched more and more by our light, and they're gonna crack open. It's just that they're in a slower um timeline than us, but that doesn't slow our timeline down, right?

Yeah, you know, and I I love what you said, and it is it's slow, the timelines are slow because every time I talk about it, I see all of these people on this bullet train, like this fast moving train. And then there's some people just really slow, you know, and what it reminds me of is well, I'm just gonna talk honestly. My husband just my husband was didn't work in this world at all. And I think since he has left the construct of the army, the mil US military, which has been in October, his whole his whole awareness has opened up. You know, this is a man that um, you know, he he came to a retreat with me and he wouldn't light a candle. But while we were feather and spraying him with rose water, he was like, Oh, oh, this is not, and then suddenly I got a text message from him in the TP and he said, Can I come in and drum? And I went, Who are you right now? Really, do I know this version of you? But I think this is very true because they are opening up. But here's the beautiful part of it is that we all chose to live in this lifetime at this exact time. Uh our souls needed to be here, so we know we we're remembering our job, we're remembering what we're here to do. We are, oh my gosh, I've got chills. We are remembering, you know, our role that we are to play, and these people that are actually trying to keep us back where we're at or where we have been, they're beautiful because what they're doing is they're allowing us some way to be free because expressing our reality and no longer being confined into what that fits for them. And I and I feel as though, and I truly feel that consciousness is a big part. There, I mean, there's been a big book that's come out with Dan Brown, The Secret of Secrets. I don't know whether you've read it, but it's all about consciousness. It talks about consciousness, it talks about, I won't ruin it for everybody, but it talks about, and Dan Brown has done his research, everything is true, all the artifacts are true, all the places that are true, all the experiments are true. And he has done this quite remarkable fiction piece on consciousness, talking about plant medicine, talking about meditation, talking about everything in between and the roles of society and and just a lot of hierarchical just BS, you know, he talks about it all. And I do feel that right now, if we understand it, and this is why I think there's a such an like a movement in neuroscience, is that we're because we're starting to understand the way that the brain works, the brain is wired for safety, it keeps us safe, our nervous system. There's all of these buzzwords that are talking right now. You know, we're talking about the amygdala, we're talking about the hippocampus, we're talking about the vagus nerve, we're talking about the nervous system, which has been around for years, but it's only just really coming into normal society. And it what it and I said it in a reading today with a client is our soul already knows we are just trapped in the mind. And when we are trapped in the mind, and the neuroscientists can show you you're trapped in the mind, when you actually allow your mind to explore into the vastness and the consciousness into that meditative state, you will see actuality, you will see the universe and how it's meant to be and all that it is. And psychics and mediums are just normal people because all we're doing is tapping into that conscious thread, that vibrational, that frequency of going, hey, and I believe that no one dies, you know, it's and we shed our shell, but in that place, people will be able to communicate with loved ones. My wish has always been to do me out of a job. I I don't need to be your your savior because you're I have to talk to your loved one for you. No, in my world, in the world that we're shifting to, you will be able to do it yourself. I want to be out of a job. So that's how I see it in that way. Yeah. So I I feel like I can get on my soapbox about this.

I love it. And please do because this is huge. And just I'm getting so many tingles and goosebumps and energy because okay, this this year, 2026, it's and 2027. I'm just being shown that it's the years of this great exposure, opening, opening individually to remembering the consciousness, the infinite light that we are, and then embodying it like really everyone's having these huge expansions, people are hearing beyond this dimension, frequencies, seeing things. Like, I mean, I've I've been seeing things since I was a little girl, so I'm so excited. More and more people are writing to me on YouTube saying, I see the energies, I'm hearing it, I'm feeling it. And and sometimes it's a bit like, whoa, what's happening? I can feel it in my brain, and it's wild, but it's so cool because the more we accept it, the more we experience more of the light that we are in our body. And this light is then really exploding exposing any shadows because there are things available to us that are already, I feel like so. I I got taken on a little remote viewing by these very advanced beings that have been teaching me lately, and they showed me that there are some people that already know how we can tap into like zero point energy. Like the energy is already here, which it's gonna, we won't need oil. All of the old stuff, all of that's gonna go. But right now they're still trying to hold it together because if we don't have oil, the all war and all of that, it's just all nonsense, it's just based on this power nonsense, which is going to be exposed. And I feel like 2026, 2027, this stuff's gonna be open and this new energy is gonna start to become available. I don't know how soon, but it's here.

So it's funny because I've been talking about zero point energy for the last several years, okay? So you're talking, and I've got chills here, and and you know what's interesting about the zero point energy, and I'm just gonna put it into context. Zero point energy, we talk about electromagnetic fields, okay? Electromagnetic frequencies, we live in it. There's Wi-Fi, there's all sorts of things. We live in that electromagnetic frequency, but zero point energy, scalar energy, is where we are in the quantum. We are in that quantum energy, and that quantum energy, and people say to me, you know, and I I've spoken in front of millions of people live and demonstrated mediumship live, and I have been so sick sometimes where I haven't been able to have a, you know, I haven't been able to speak, or you know, my stomach hurts, or I've got a migraine. And I will tell you I can go on stage and everything goes. Like I do not have any health issues or headaches or anything, my voice comes back. And people are like, how do you do that? And I went, Because I'm channeling, because I'm in the zero point energy, you know, I'm in the quantum, I am in the prana, the chi, that energy flow. And what happens? That's how we heal. That's actually how we heal. And so when people come to me and they say, you know, and I have a lot of clients who come to me with cancer and things like that, I'm like, I will help you heal, but you have to do yourself. I'm not your healer, I'm your facilitator of healing, and I'm gonna help you, but I'm not gonna do it. And so when I'm channeling the energy, I'm just sending that scalar energy into your body to open up your meridians to allow the energy to go, but you have to allow your mind to unlock, to allow yourself to expand to that place, and then you'll heal. And it's so incredible. So you're talking about the zero point energy as well, in regards to fuel. I mean, if we can if we can be in a space where we can almost instantaneously get our voice back, stop a migraine in that for that period of time. Think about what it can do to everything that needs power.

It's huge, it's massive, and it's right here, it's always been here. We've just been distracted and kind of um yeah, well, we've we we've been told to work and earn money and get out there and be very busy working, but now that we're we're going, no, hold on, uh-uh, there's something else, and we're we're tapping into the infinite and this energy that's right here, and that means, yeah, instant healing, channeling, everyone being able to connect, you know, like and scientists are showing that the speed of light, if you go at the speed of light, and and then you all of a sudden access the vertical access of everything existing all at once. So it's um, and the thing is, we are light beings. So the more light we carry, the more we're able to connect to the vertical where everything exists all at once, all our lifetimes, all the wisdom, all of it.

Right, right. I mean, it's so it, you know, I talk about, and if I can talk about psychedelics on your show, but I talk about, you know, if I talk about psychedelics, the medicine doesn't do anything to you. Okay, so it doesn't. What it does is it takes your mind away and the paradigms and the thought processes that you have for you to access infinite possibilities. And the medicine doesn't do anything. What it does is it gives you that, and the reason why it looks at psychological. Psychedelics is the fact that it's just giving you that expansive awareness. And so now that we're bringing psychedelics into the world and they're no longer being told that they're wrong, but because more and more people are turning to it, as opposed to, I know a woman who who literally she sat in in a circle with me and she said, you know, I'm gonna talk to my cancer and I'm gonna heal it. And I said, Okay, let's talk to your cancer and let's heal it. And she did. And so in that place, you know, I think that we have got, you know, I can talk about crystals, they've been around us, these crystals that we have, they've been around us for for you know, ions, you know, centuries, lifetimes. And we aren't we now are seeing them as pretty little things, but they had a purpose. They have a vibration, they have a purpose, they are desperate to be used, and then when we mix them with the other modalities, with sound frequency, with psychedelics, with singing bowls, with any form of energy work, with channeling, with light language, all of a sudden everything starts to vibrate on a much higher frequency because it's like finally you are here, you are ready and you are listening.

Yeah. Do you know that as you just said that I all of a sudden felt like doorways underneath the pyramids opening? Like the pyramids are just waiting for us to reach a certain frequency, and then energy and light is gonna move through them, down through the meridians of the earth, up through our roots of our energetic roots, into our bodies, up through our meridians, and boom, we're gonna be turned on to maximum. And so I feel like these next two years are kind of helping us to be able to embody it. And like if we just went from zero to 100%, it would be such a shock. It would actually be too much. So it is cool that it's it's gradual and it's it's taking its otherwise, whoo.

Yeah, I know I agree. And I think I think what you said as you were we were talking, as you were talking, I feel as though there's also as it goes into the earth, that it's gonna actually shake the earth. So we might find more natural disasters, we might find the earth becoming a little bit more. I won't say angry because I don't know whether it is anger, but more aligning, shaking the turbulence, all right, and aligning with the frequency of what we are now and what Mother Nature has, you know, Gaia Pachamama, whatever we want to call her, but is now aligning us too. And you know, if we look at it, if we look at the animals, the insects, the way that the way that nature is right now, uh, we have to listen to it. Nature is the guiding force, and I think you are right, and I love what you said, how the energy has got to go in and it's gonna come back up. And with that back up, I think you're gonna find shakes up in different cities and different things. And I do feel that people are gonna be moving away, and I feel you know, moving to different places, moving to more country, those people who are more aligned in of the light. I think they're gonna be needing to be out of city environment, you know. I feel as though they need that nature, you know. As much as I live in Florida, I I can't live in Central or South Florida, I just can't. I live in this quiet little neighborhood where there's lots of fields and trees because it just I need that space. It has to, the earth has to speak.

Yeah. And the like the electrons, the nutrition, the energy from from the earth and from the trees. It gets absorbed through the pores of our skin, through our breath, and it's it's lighting up the cells in our body. So it's so good. People are coming back to their true nature, they're coming back to earth, and yeah, we've had this big cycle of like leaving leaving earth and kind of in a in the way of like working and and structure, and now we're we're coming back to Mother Earth and being held by her, and like there's no mistakes here. How come there are so many crystals inside the earth? Crystals in our body, our bones are made of crystal, everything is crystal, we are crystalline. So isn't it it's just it's all so perfect?

It is so aligned, and I think that uh, you know, as you were talking, I was hearing music, and it's almost as though, even down to some of the music that's been written by some of the artists now and some people that are coming out, there's so much more movement in in music as well, frequencies. We're talking about um solfegio frequencies, but we're talking about actual frequencies that align to us, you know. We're talking about there's so many different ways, and I think this, you know, I just music frequency, it's just so vast, it's huge, you know. And I feel I truly feel as though there's so much guidance and so many gifts out there. When people ask me what's my gift, I say, you are because how you show up is your gift because it's gonna change, and I think it's so important that your gift never sits into a box, it should never sit into a box because then we're boxing you in. I want it, I almost feel like it should be explored and out to have fun with. So yeah, yeah. Oh my god, I love this conversation.

Me too. It's so expansive, I can feel the energies going wider and further. And and also part of this conversation, would you be up for doing some channeling as well?

SPEAKER_01 27:49

Sure, why not? Why not? Let's let's just see where it goes. Um, all right, let me just connect in. The earth is up a shift, the shift forward, the shift in nature, the expansiveness, the conversations, the equilibrium, the way that people expand their mind, the way that they are challenging each other. There is no coincidence of where you are in life. The differences, the striding forward, the push is of the old matrix, and yet it's the softness of the glow of the feminine, of the divine being that will lead forward. You see, it's very unique in where you are. You all chose in this light, you all chose in the way forward, and it is in this way forward that you are to be still, nothing to do, nothing to force, nowhere to go, and nothing to fix. It is the being, it is the breath, it is the directional force of your soul that will lead you forward with gravity. Feel that pull, feel that push, feel that movement. Those that are thinking with their mind are stuck in the egos of yesterday. And yet, that, my friends, is not a bad place to be. It is a place that will keep you stuck, it will keep you grounded, it will keep you of the ill space that is no longer needed, and yet you will have the choice in order to forward think and to follow. And some that may follow may also lead and try to pull back, but it is the polarities of the push and the pull that will keep you moving forward. You see, one cannot exist without the other. You need that polarity, you need that magnetism to drive you forward, that is channeling the new earth and is channeling the other beings that will also guide. My friends, they have walked the path with you for many centuries and many years, and yet now they are coming to light. These beings, these angels, these frequencies, these guides, they have all walked the path with you, but are now returning to be seen. It is for you to see them and for to acknowledge them. You see them in the stars, you see them in the sky, you see them in the air, you see them in the corners of your eye, you see them and feel them around you. This is not something to be scared of, but it is something to embrace. It is in that embrace you will see the forward, you will see the movement, you will see the way that life is to be channeled. The thoughts you can telepathically communicate, words will always be there, but not of existence of all. And so it is in this you will find different ways of communicating. This is why there are so many that communicate in a different way through thought, through feeling, through heartbeat, through coherence, through entrainment, through being. It is in the stillness, the breath, the silence, in order where we communicate with you. We encourage you to be still, we encourage you to laugh, we encourage you to play. These are things that have been missing and have been taken away from the childhood of those who have been before. So embrace this now. Come back to being the child and allow the movement to fall to flow forward. Be in that place, recognize your truth, but stop hiding from yourself because you cannot hide for that shadow will be large. Step into the light and honour the true wisdom of your calling.

Right. I don't think I've you know, when I was in that space sometimes, I don't know about you, but the words just come and as they're coming, I can't think of them. But it's only after the fact that I think about the profound enormity of it all. And as I was there, I could feel this calm, this calm rush, almost this calm wave of peace, and knowing that, and it was interesting how they talked about the polarities, we need the polarity to keep the magnet and the growth forward, and so that polarity is very important. So I almost feel like we have to say to someone, if someone is oh, and this just landed for me as I was thinking about it. If someone is is driving the train in a different way to you, or you've got a different belief system, recognize that you need that polarity in order to actually move the place the universe forward, in order to move the world forward. That polarity is absolutely needed.

That's massive. Now I get like even deeper why acceptance is the key.

A hundred percent, yeah. Wow. Well, if you think about it, if we look at what the earth is, it's two magnets and the earth spins because of the two polarities that are in front there. Yeah, and that's that's what happens is when you have that polarity, you nothing can move without that polarity, you're stuck otherwise. Yeah, if the world is full of people like you and I, we'd be living in our little rose-tinted glasses, life being amazing, happy, happy, happy. But would we really get anywhere? Or would we just sit in meditation all day and live off the earth? And wouldn't this sound amazing? I mean, yes, and and speak in light language and communicate with the angels and our everybody, but we need that polarity to actually drive the universe forward.

Whoa, yeah. So those darker energies that are clouding around some of the people that are big players in our worlds that are keeping like extraterrestrials hidden from us and all of that, they are so important, and I'm just beaming them some love. Because of them, I can be me. Because of them, I can surge forward and have massive expansion and hold more light.

Right. Because they can't, because what they are, they can't hold the amount of light that you can hold. Yeah. And I got chills in this space that they can't hold the amount of light. They will see it as the light that they have in them because it was their mind, it's that construct of that mind, that that place. But and they may see that, and again, it's that ego, but in actuality, we need that. So, you know, this is a you know, and why did I say at the beginning, you know, to you? I was like, sure, I'll channel. And I was like, you know, why, why not? And I it really wasn't gonna be a conversation I thought I would have, but I feel like that was meant to be said because I have so many people say to me, What is going on with our governor? What's going on with with the earth? What's going on with our economics? And I see it now because we need it, you know, and it's it's a movement forward. There's a lot of conversations in this world right now about what uh like we're having, and I think the more that we bring it out, the more we're making it normal for the people that are that are that need to hear it. We're making it normal.

Yeah, yeah, yes, exactly. And I just had this image of if we didn't have the polarity, so if we didn't have it, there would we we would collapse back into oneness, like we would melt back into oneness, and and in oneness, in oneness, there is nothing outside of itself to experience itself, meaning that in oneness it's it's still, it's still, there's nothing going on. Um so that's absolute source, oneness, peace, it's it's like still, but oneness has created mind, um which mind is way more powerful than we can even understand. Mind is like, oh, or let's say oneness created light, or a frequency, or oneness, oneness has created something that then is creating more and more and more and more, which is this infinite creation, and so that's why we're here to have the experience. And so I feel like there was the yin by itself, there was the beingness, the feminine, just being, and then there was the masculine, the yang, which is creation, and everything else is being, and I believe that it was all created already, like let there be light, everything's created, but then we're going in um a linear, so we can't access it all, but we're we're we're getting there, we're opening to access it all. But it it already exists in the field, all possibilities are already here, and so yeah, it's pretty incredible because we we we're here to especially have this polarity experience, right? But we sometimes really crave to go back to oneness, but oneness, I'm gonna use a word that that doesn't really describe source well, but just it's for a laugh. It's boring there, there's nothing going on there. So come on, let's play in the duality.

Yes, it is, it is because honestly, if we think about oneness, you know, I think when I think about oneness and I think about that yumminess, I think about you know, me with my circle of sisters and girls, all sitting in my pajamas, eating banana and like fruit, and just being in that spacey, you know, energetic, spacey, breathworky or whatever space. And I'm like, there's only so much that you can live in that world. Yes, because we're here to embody the human experience, and we're here to embody the emotional experience.

Yes, yeah, wow. The full ray of emotions, not just the good ones. We're here to have all of them. So, oh my, this is incredible. I feel like we're doing huge cracking open. And I I also I mean, I had so many questions written here, but I I do okay. I feel like I do also want to talk about a bit about like mediumship because I know like you're an incredible medium who's been bridging the world of spirit and human for so long. Um okay, I would love to know. Um, because you've done so many readings like with live audiences and also like one-on-ones and all that, is has there been ever like one experience or something that's happened that's just like blown you open or changed your life? Like, I know you've probably got so many, but is there one that comes to mind now you'd like to share with us? You know, maybe a spirit that came through or taught you something or said something, or I don't know.

So many, so many. But I think I think the one right now that is really coming to mind. I you know, I've I've I've had it where I've spoken to um, you know, so many different things. I mean, but the one that springs to mind, which I think is probably because of this what we've been talking about, is the man that came down my stairs. I was in a reading, okay, and he came down my stairs, and I where I was sitting, I had the stairwell, and he walked in. I went, Oh, hello. And I said, I've got your father here. She said, It's not my dad. And I went, I said, let me explain. And I said, He's flicking through the Bible, and he went, she she sat up and she went, I said, he's flicking through the Bible to try and find out where you can't speak to mediums and psychics and it's bad. And she said, That is my dad. I said, I know, and I said, Oh, and he's found it, and then he said, Well, that was a load of BS, wasn't it? He just turned around and honestly, I was like, What? And he said, and I didn't believe him, right? And we were both sitting there, and she said, he said, he said, I died on your birthday, and I said, He died on your birthday. She said, No, he didn't. Well, as a medium, I'm like having this moment going, no, he definitely said that. I said, He died on your birthday. She said, No, he didn't. I said, Did you die on anyone's birthday? She said, No. I said, By any chance, did he die on the 19th of June? She said, Yes. I said, He died on my birthday. And she she said, Oh my gosh. And it was his way of coming through and saying, We are all one. What you how my my belief system, and I think this is what probably why it sprung to mind today, is my belief system kept you in a frame of mind of not believing, not wanting, so she had to hide her spirituality away from her family because her dad was a pastor, apparently, or something like this. And she had to hide it. And it was only when her family, when her her dad died, that she could actually start, I guess, going to psychics and mediums. And what it did is it actually is it's always made my frame of reference of when I I always tell tell that story to people who are highly were highly religious or have family who are highly religious because just because there's a religion, just because the Bible, just because it's a story that has been told for centuries, it doesn't mean that you can't have your own opinions. And I talk about this and I talk about how Jesus was a healer and how Jesus was such a guiding force on our earth. And I would never forget my son coming home from from Sunday, you know, he was away at some camp and he said, Mom, I found God. And he said, I'm so sorry. And I said, What are you sorry for? He said, I found God. I know you don't believe in him. And I said, Honey, where was God hiding? Under a bush? And he went, What do you mean? I said, God is all around us. I want you to know it's it's he wasn't hiding from you. I said, You just embraced it, and we all have a God of our own understanding. And he looked at me like I was absolutely cuckoo crazy. And he went, I didn't think you believed in this. I went, I'm a spiritualist minister. I talk about God a lot, I talk about faith, you know, and he he it was funny, but. But I do think there are so many, so many clients that I've spoken to when it's come to, you know, suicide or a loss of a child or a loss of a pet or a loss of a friend or a husband or a parent. And everybody has their own story. Everybody has their own grief. And what I think mediumship can do is just help that grief, lift that grief, have a moment of remembering, have a moment of bringing them back, which I think is so powerful. And it I'm a I'm a facet of their healing. That's all.

I'm just that little beep, you know, to make them go, oh wow, I'm gonna see them again. They are with me. That dream was real. Oh, that 1111 I keep seeing is a sign from them. Oh, that butterfly that comes by, thank you. It's a kiss from the universe from them. And so I think, you know, I've seen so many people go from skeptic to believers in one moment. And it's it's unbelievable, it's really has been quite remarkable and life-changing.

I actually feel like um being a medium and bridging the world is is like a gateway or portal for people to start awakening. Because when you realize, hold on, they've left the physical body, but they're still communicating, and it's like the evidence is it's so strong.

Yes. You know, I I like what you said, how it is a gateway for their for the for the awakening, because I think the first start of the awakening is the um intuition, you know. Oh, I I I you know, I'm thinking of someone. Oh, guess what? They're phoning me. Um, you know, that's that's the start of it. But I like what you said here because we're all gonna lose someone, and we all are gonna go through grief, and we don't want to think that we are gonna go through grief, but we are. And at that point, when that happens, that is the opportunity to open your heart and expand your mind into the infinite possibilities, and when you can, then everything else becomes so easy and so simple and so natural that it then just takes you on a whole different level, and you off you just fly and see where it takes you.

And loved ones who pass, they want to let us know that they love us, like my my dog who I love so much. Um, she we had to um let her go in December, and just yesterday I was chatting with my husband, and we were talking about our two dogs that we had to let them go, and next minute this painting that my friend had made for me drops, and we're like, what's that? And then we look, I'm like, it's the painting of our dogs that we're just talking about, and it's them letting us know. Hey, we're with you. And I mean, actually, I'd love to talk about animals, and because I've got quite a few people in the community who've lost their pets recently and are going through like deep grieving. Actually, one of my community members said to me, Natalie, the pain and feeling of losing my pets feels deeper than like losing a human. I like, and sometimes that can happen. So maybe we can talk into that a little bit, and and also like if you could talk about like how animals come through and um yeah, and and how they wait for us on the other side and anything else, animals.

So I'm just gonna share with you, these are my two little dogs on here. If you can see the I lost within 10 days of each other, um, 18 almost two years ago now. And Max and George, and George was my little, you know, he was I inherited the dog, you know, he was a big pit bull. I was like scared of big dogs, and this big pit bull came into my life, and I was like, oh my god. And so, you know, I just to share a story. Um, on his birthday, he he we had to let him go three days before his birthday, and I was not in the country, and my husband came to join me in Paris, and I was chasing down a feather by the Louvre at like midnight as his as it turned into his birthday, or it was five days before his birthday, um, that we had to let him go. And I swear to you, my husband said to me, He's like, Leave that sign for somebody else. And I'm I said, No, it's George, and I'm chasing down this little feather, this little white feather. But and it's so interesting. So I I think with animals, they are unconditional love, you know, they're they communicate with us through heart frequency. That our heart is a radiation, it's our frequency. And Jody Spenzer talks about how our heart has its own frequency, its own uh connection, and so we actually connect to our loved one through that frequency. We don't connect through our mind because we can't communicate unless you've got those little buttons, right? You know, and the dogs talk through the buttons. But we actually and we communicate verbally, but we we we have to communicate heart, we communicate in an emotion, we communicate in that feeling with them, and that's how they communicate back, and so therefore, it is unconditional. There is no condition to an animal's love, you know. If we talk about us, there's a condition, there's always a condition, you know. It's like I I love my husband immensely, but there are times that I'm like, you know, I have a condition on, you know, my conditions are I do I want you to stay faithful, I want you to love me. I have conditions, okay? We all do, all right? And if we if you don't have conditions, I love that. Good for you, but that doesn't work for me because my brain needs conditions, because my brain is wired for safety. The brain for a human is so different in in that in that space with animals. So the reason why we lose them and we it's like heartbreak, yeah, is because we we've experienced unconditional love in just a way that we could never do it. And so, you know, what's interesting is I had my dear friend a vet call me at the weekend with her her cat, and she said to me, She said, I just need to know. And she's a vet, you know. I mean, she's a vet to the stars, and she, you know, and she said to me, I need to know when is the right time. And I just had this little moment of tapping in, and we can all communicate with our animal, of just slowing down and feeling that deep love within ourselves, and then communicating through that heart frequency and love frequency, not through the mind, but through the love frequency. And I connected into this little cat, and he said, I'm tired, but I'm not ready yet. I'll make you, I'll make you aware. And she was like, Okay, good. And then, and it's it's so gentle when animals come through. I was only talking to an animal today, and this animal was alive, and you know, as I was talking to again another cat, the cat was like, you know, jumped on my lap, and I went, You're still alive. And it's like, yeah, but I like you. And he was sleeping, you know, in his son, and he was telling me all these little things that he loved the gardener who was coming around later on that day, and it was so sweet, but they talk in very simple language, it's so easy. And so when if anyone wants to communicate with their loved one, they have to drop from or their their animal, they want to they need to drop from their mind and need to drop into the heart, and it's the heart frequency in my experience. An animal communicate commate communicator might say something different, but for me, it's that heart experience.

I feel it. It's such a blessing that that we have them come into our lives and give us help us to experience love on that deep, deep level.

Yeah, and I think that's why they're they're coming into our world to teach us, you know. If we think about awakening, let's talk about awakening here. You know, animals are already awoke, they're already woken up, they're already awake, they teach us how to be awake, they teach us how to love, they teach us because the only understanding that we have of love is our parents, and we all know that that comes with conditions, you know, and and infrastructure and and ways, and but the animals don't. The animals just come in and go, I'm just gonna dump my body on your lap, and you're just gonna love me, you know. And oops, I'm sorry, I pooped or peed somewhere where I probably shouldn't have. We might be angry, but oh, you're still gonna love me, you know, and it's it's it's it's almost like this. Oh wow, they teach us this unconditional awakened state, and that's how I feel as though it is any form of animal.

Yeah, I feel that too so deeply. Yeah, they help us with our soul evolution, like our our journey. I feel like um we can we can expand and open wider because they're in our life, even the frequency of them in our home, in our space. And I'd love to talk a little bit about like soul evolution because you know there's there's young souls that have like recently left the oneness and sparked off, and they're they're just experiencing life newly, and then there's souls that are much older, have had a lot of experience, and and yeah, so soul evolution and and how the soul continues after we die.

Oh my gosh, this is a story, this is this is a subject I love. I wrote a book on it actually, uh survival of the soul, of how what happens when we die. And I've realized that our soul is crying out every evolution, every incarnation, our soul is here to learn something new, you know, and we chose it, and there are new souls that are being born, there are other souls that have come from different dimensions that are coming in to touch our lives to swoop in. And what I I think I have to come at it from my own perspective of being a mom. I'm a mom to a 26-year-old boy, and and I I remember a time in my my son's life where I never thought I wasn't sure if he was going to survive, I wasn't sure he was going to get to you know his next birthday. And I had to really understand that this was his life path, and as much as his depression and his tendences were very difficult, and I moved everything out of the house, you know, whenever I wasn't there, and it, you know, knives were locked away, and you name everything was to put away, as much as that was a hard thing for me, I had to say to myself, there's only so much I can do because his soul has to evolve, and it's not my job to teach him how to help his soul evolve. My job is to keep him safe, my job is to teach him the right and the wrong and the way forward and how to live as an adult. But if it's in his soul contract, and it's if it's in his soul eternal soul evolution, then who am I to control that being? I'm just prolonging what may happen. And the hardest thing for me was to actually let go and say, and I did a thing, you know, I did the Jesus take the wheel moment, you know, and I I had to just say he's gonna find his way. And you know, as soon as I stopped controlling, he did. As soon as I stopped saying, I'm gonna take you to therapy, I'm gonna take you, he found his way, and it was through a something simple that I had introduced him to many, many years ago, and he found mixed mixed martial arts, and he found his evolution, and now he's a mixed martial arts instructor, one of the biggest in the area, and now he actually I swear he's responsible for saving many many young kids' lives because he brings them into the gym and he shares his story and he shows them a different pathway. And it's but what's interesting about this is every soul has an evolution. All of these souls were here to evolve, we're here for a purpose. And it's in that purpose who is another person to control their evolution and their story. Again, we come back to that polar opposites. We need that polarity, we need those opposites to keep everything moving. And I think, and it and I think it's it it, you know, when it we talk about soul evolution, you've got these new souls that have been born into this world that are going to be leading our countries soon, and we are going to be in the hands of them, and that's how I look at it. So I think soul evolution is such um, it's such an interesting conversation because it's very unique to each individual soul.

Yeah, yeah, and and it's lifetimes like it's so interesting because um there'll be a pattern that we have that we don't even realize because we're so identified with it, that's come in from another lifetime, even from and it I feel like the the lifetimes and that are closest to us. Um, for example, if we have a fear of swimming in the ocean, it's a lifetime that's more recent where we could have drowned in the ocean or something like that. So we can connect to the fullness of our soul by paying attention to what we like and dislike, what we fear, what what how we are showing up in this world, and then by recognizing it, we can also then dissolve all those patterns to clear and open, to to be less um on like this this trajectory of the soul, but to open up to the whole of consciousness experiencing its uh itself as the individual, right?

Exactly. You know, I so it's so funny because um my I talk about my son and my my his dad, all of us have a more a marking on our leg in the same place, it's really unique. Wow, and then I I had somebody who said something to me, and she they said in the Second World War, you were you were an R an ambulance driver, and I went, okay. And they said that she said that you committed suicide because or should say died by suicide now, but you died by suicide because who you were marrying didn't come home, and they were an American soldier. Well, all along in my life, I knew that I had taken my own life in in my past life. I knew it, and I didn't know why. And I had always known that I had died by suicide, and then in this life I had to prove to people that that dying by suicide was not a bad thing, and that actually, you know, there's a bigger lesson, there's a bigger karmic playing, and you know, hence why I'm a medium. And what was interesting is when this guy said this to me, I went, My grandmother was an ambulance driver in the Second World War, who lost a friend through dying by suicide. My husband is now a military soldier, or was a military soldier when I met him, and he is American and I'm English. And all of these synergies and synchronicities all of a sudden just went and they lined up. And it was like my soul just went, Oh my gosh, this is reality. It's crazy.

It's incredible when all the pieces come together and you get to really know yourself, yeah. And everyone can access, everyone can. Um is there a tool or a practice you'd like to share with everyone here that could help them to connect to their soul, to to get have a deeper connection of their essence?

You know, I'll take I'll take you through a very, very quick uh meditation. I think it would be really helpful. So if you're listening, I would, you know, or here, I would encourage you to go to the most grounded part of your body, wherever that may be, just make your awareness, whether it's your sit bones, your legs, your feet, your little finger, it doesn't matter. Go to your most grounded part of your body and just be aware and have gratitude for where you're sitting, what is supporting you, and allow your breath just to soften. Unless you're in this place of softness, nothing matters in this moment, just breathe. Imagine that going into the earth. Imagine being pulled into mother nature, into the earth, deep into the earth, into the elements, into the being. And whilst being anchored into the earth, now take your energy from the top of your head all the way up into the sky, into the stars, into the beyond, into the universe. Feel that energy transporting you. In the vastness of the world, tiny spectrum, a sparkle, the being, the being that can have an impact on so many people, whose energy can ripple out and touch the hearts of many. In that space. I want you to ask your guides, your ancestors, your loved ones, the universe, your higher self. Just for a slight message. Maybe it's a word, maybe it's a phrase. Maybe it's a feeling. An image. Allow yourself to receive it now. The first thing that comes into your mind. Allow it to grow bigger. To be in your heart. To connect with it. To radiate with it. And hold that word, that image, that feeling. And as you come back into this room, hold that word. That feeling. That image. And allow it to guide you for the rest of your day. Allow yourself to explore. Play. Imagine. Dance and sing. And have fun with it. Knowing that your soul is always going to guide you where it needs to go. Breathe and come back. Come back into the room with all your fingers, your toes. And you can do that practice any day. At any time.
