In this powerful episode, Natalie welcomes Dr. Lotte Valentin, naturopathic doctor, evidential psychic medium, medical intuitive, ancestral healer, and creator of Kindraya.
Dr. Lotte shares the near-death experiences that opened her connection to the spirit world and revealed the peace, love, light, and timelessness that exist beyond the body. She speaks about hearing angelic music, seeing a luminous grid around Earth, and learning to trust spirit guidance over many years.
Together, Natalie and Dr. Lotte explore ancestral healing, soul purpose, the mother wound, collective consciousness, and how healing ourselves can ripple backward and forward through time.
This conversation is a beautiful reminder that we are deeply connected, deeply guided, and far more magical than we often remember.
Because I'm joined by Dr. Lati, who's such a beautiful soul. We've just been chatting and connecting, and we're both here on earth to be a part of this new wave of awakening and helping others to connect to the light that you are, so you can live it, breathe it, and we can shift this world. Um, Dr. Lati, you're a naturopathic doctor, you're an evidential psychic medium and medical intuitive. And also, I was reading that you're the creator of Kendryah. So at some point, we'll dive into all of this and find out more. Welcome to this wonderful loving space.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, thank you so much. And like you said, we were chatting beforehand, and I mean it's just amazing how we can, you know, create this online community just across the entire world. I mean, it's just amazing, and I just I just love it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's like um say we live in a small neighborhood, we only get to actually connect with a few people that we're in resonance with. We we we're not we're not meant to like make ourselves friends with everyone, it's it's who we connect with energetically, and and now because of online, our communities are huge because we're finding each other all around the globe, and there's so many of us that are in resonance.
SPEAKER_00Yes, exactly. And I I just love that because it's when you just like you said, you're just in your community. It's hard to, you know, sometimes find people that you truly resonate with, but the online community is like we're finding, like you said, we're finding each other across the entire world. It's like we're all these little, you know, light beings um that are connecting, but you know, we're all connected in the end, so it is to, you know, as we connect, like via your podcast right now, it's amazing because we create healing just by tuning into each other. Absolutely, yeah. And it's it's just it's a beautiful thing, you know. We can't really see it or touch it, but that's what's happening in the background.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. Through through deep connection, everyone here is receiving healing and mind expansion. Uh, there's gonna be new topics that like stretch the mind, which is what we want to do, so that we can create more into our reality. And um, what I love asking is like if you could please share with us like how you awakened, like what did you experience to like crack open and remember your divinity that you're not just a human?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there was it was quite the crack of a crack of an opening that happened for me. So um I was born and raised in Northern Europe in Sweden, and I moved to the United States uh when I was 21. I married an American, and I was raised in a household. My father was a physician, and I was the fourth child. I had three older brothers, and my mom went back to work when I was 12, and she was the like the floor administrator in a hospital, so the first person you speak to uh when you get to that hospital floor. So I grew up in an environment where they always talked medicine. Like all my parents' friends were doctors and nurses, and um, I was confirmed when I was 14. In Sweden, everybody's a Lutheran, so I was yeah, I was confirmed uh through the church when I was 14. And I really didn't believe in anything at that point in time. I I didn't believe in the spirit world, I didn't believe in religion. And then, you know, I moved to the United States, and after I had my third child, I hemorrhaged to death in the ER. And so my life took a very uh, you know, a quick turn, 180-degree turn. So as I um I was in the yeah, I was in the ER, um and I was hemorrhaging to death, and I had been hemorrhaging for three days. I had gone to the ER, they had sent me home, I went back, I went to the doctor, and then I hemorrhaged again. It was the third time. I went back to the ER, and this nurse came to check on me, and this is divine interference because if she hadn't checked on me at that moment, I probably wouldn't be here today. And I had started hemorrhaging again, and I could hear that call on the loudspeaker that said, OBGYN, stat to the ER. And as I'm lying on the table in the ER, this, you know, middle-aged physician comes running in full speed, a younger physician in tow, and then they do another examination, and I have another huge blood clot. And at that point, that's the blood clot that broke the camel's back, so to speak. So I try to tell this physician, I'm not feeling too good. And so he knew at that point, because he knew I had been bleeding for three days, that I basically had no blood left in my body. So at this point, my eyes are closed and I can hear the room filling with the staff. And I have a nurse on my right coating my blood pressure, a nurse on my left trying to get an IV in, but my veins are collapsing because I'm in shock now. I'm going into shock. So as I'm lying on this table, um, the nurse on my right yells out, she basically screams out, 50 over 15, hurry, she yells. And that's my blood pressure. So I am crashing at this point. I feel like I jumped out of an airplane without a parachute. And at this point, I'm just feeling like I'm falling. But shortly after she yelled that, I knew that I was dying. And so it was a complete awareness that this is it. And I'm lying on that table, my eyes are closed. And I said to myself, if there's any truth to what I learned when I was confirmed, that is my only hope now. So I said, Please, God, let me live. I have three children under the age of six. I had a six-year-old boy, a three and a half-year-old boy, and a newborn baby girl. And shortly after that, I got pulled out of my body. And I was hovering, I'm gonna say about you know, a meter or three feet above the body. And when I get to this place, there number one, it's just complete peace. So all of a sudden, now I'm not so worried about anything anymore because you're outside your body, all those worries just go away. And so you're just wow. My first thought is how can I be outside my body and still be me? How does this work? Because my belief system wasn't there, right? And here I am, like I'm thinking, I'm my consciousness is still there, but my body is down on that table, right? So I know I belong to the body, but it's like I'm I'm just hovering. But also in this state, there's just uncom, you know, unconditional love, peace, calm, right? But also I'm completely aware that there is no time in this state. So, you know, there's no past, present, and future. It's like you can access it all in this state. It's like time doesn't have any meaning the way it has meaning when we are in our bodies, right? And with that, I got they saved my life and I got pulled back into my body. And then the next morning, as I'm lying in the hospital bed, I can hear my sister-in-law, and she had just passed away within the past last two weeks. So, like, I think about 10 days earlier, my sister-in-law passed away. She was only in her four days and she had lung cancer, and I can hear her in the left corner of my ceiling. I know it's my sister-in-law. I hear her, and she says, everything is gonna be okay. I mean, I was a complete wreck because I thought, like, how could I be outside my body? How could this be? I mean, is this some form of hallucination? But it was more real than reality. It's like it's way more real than reality itself. There is, you know, it's it always feels like it happened yesterday. It is, and everybody says the same thing that that I've ever met, that it just that memory is like it happened yesterday. And then I got really sick. I had a bone marrow suppression, I didn't have any blood in my body. So two years later, as I've been thinking about this for two years, I have another near-death experience, and I get pulled as I'm healing from this bone marrow suppression, and I get pulled out of my body. But this second experience is more like imagine flying through space like Star Wars. I'm just tumbling through darkness, and I get to this place that I call the mid-station because I had this awareness that there were like floors above me and floors below me. And my best description would be you go into a skyscraper and it has a hundred floors, and you push the elevator button on the 50th floor. Now you get off on the 50th floor, but you know that there's floors above you because it's a hundred floors in the building, and you know there's floors below you. You don't know what's on those floors, you only know what's on the 50th floor because that's where you are. So it was that kind of an awareness as if there were many different levels that you could get to. And as I get to this place, I call it the bouncing station because they sent me back. It's like almost like, no, you can't get in. You have we have to send you back. But I get to this place and I hear the most beautiful music. Music you cannot make on earth. And I have tried and I've met two people along the way that also heard the music, and they say the same thing. I can't, there is nothing that sounds like that on the earth plane. And I sat at our synthesizer, I think it had over 200 sounds. It was a Roland synthesizer for a week trying to recreate the music I had heard. There was not one sound that could come close to the beauty of the music. So here I am, and I hear this most beautiful music, and I'm wondering where the music is coming from. So I look to the right and I see this. I think this is the funny part, what we experience. So I see a little log cabin. It literally looks like a Swedish sauna, right? A little log cabin. And I open the door, I look inside, and there's it's empty. Like, wow, that's so weird. Where's the music coming from? I look to my left and I see another log cabin, the mirror image, literally, of the log cabin is on my left. So I open the door, look inside, but it's empty. But then it's like uh imagine you're outside and there is a thick fog rolling in. You're being surrounded. You know how when it's really foggy, it surrounds you and the sound changes, you know, and it was like that, but it was light. So it was the most the brightest, whitest light that you can imagine. That you're just being enveloped like a fog. And as I'm being enveloped in this light, my spirit, my spirit body turns around, and in the light, there is an outline of angels. But I'm also completely aware of the fact that I don't believe in angels, but there they are. So it's very interesting because I had to experience everything I didn't believe in, because my mind would have said, of course, you would experience that. That was your belief system, right? I was raised with but that's a very scientific dad. So, you know, you can't touch it, it doesn't exist, it you know, prove it. And so I'm experiencing everything I don't believe. So I'm seeing the outline like a silhouette of angels, and the music is coming from the angels, but then the light itself, there is an awareness that this is God, or this is source, or this is whatever you want to call it. I am I'm I can't be part of any religion because there's no religion that's perfect, right? Every religion sort of has a flaw. So, but it's my best description. This is where this is what we come from. We're part of this light, this unconditional uh warming light. This this is who we are. We come from this light, and we all carry this light within us, whether we know it or not. We come from it, we're part of it. When we leave this plane, we go back to that loving, unconditional love. It doesn't matter who you are, what you did wrong, you are going to be loved by this light. You come from the light, and it is just you know, unconditional love. And then two spirit guides, one on my right, one on my left, and the spirit guide on my right says, What is she doing here? She has to go back. As if, I mean, the only thing I can think of is that I've heard people saying, Oh, they forgot to wipe me, or you know, you can't be outside your body more than a certain amount of time, or you know, something happens. I don't know what there is some kind of a mechanism on the other side. And the other spirit, you know, and I'm the spirit guy says, You have to go back. And I say, No, wait a second, how can I know? How does this work? How can I be outside my body and still be me? How does this work? I spent two, oh no, like a little more than two years now already contemplating how I mean, how is this even possible, right? As I'm already been hearing the spirit world for two years as well. And the other spirit guide says, Well, if I told you, you won't remember. So here's that wiping mechanism that I've heard of. But you will remember this. And then it was as if I was standing on the moon all of a sudden, and I'm looking down on earth. But around the earth was this is 1994, what I called at the time the silvery glittery fishnet. So I grew up in Sweden and outside in Stockholm, where I grew up at the capital, there is about 24,000 islands, this huge archipelago. And I grew up on an island in the summer with no electricity, no running water. And I would row this, our little rowboat for my grandmother, who laid fishnets in the ocean to catch fish for the family. And when she, you know, this is early in the morning, you got to take the nets out of the ocean. So, you know, it's six o'clock in the morning. I'm out there rowing the boat for my grandma. And I'm just a little kid. I'm you know, six or seven years old with my big life vest on. And she lifts these fishnets out of the ocean. And when that morning sun hits those little water droplets, it sort of glitters in the sun, and the fishnet has that diamond shape. So to me, it looked like the silvery, glittery fishnet, right? Because we didn't have Google yet. Now you can put in Google grid around the earth, and you see all these beautiful images, right? And that's basically what I saw. But we didn't have Google, there was no way of finding something like this on the internet back then. And I searched the entire San Francisco public library for anything that could tell me what this net was that I saw and why there was no time on the other side. So then the spirit guide says everything on earth is connected to each other, and everything on earth is connected up to this grid. And with that information, I got sent back. That was 1994. And so now I kind of laugh at it because it's been this journey, right, for many, many years of here in the spirit world. And I have so many stories, you can ask me anything. But eventually, right, now that I work as an ancestral healer, after I went to medical school, the the ancestral healing part is that interconnectedness, that net, that grid that they showed me, because we are all connected to each other and we're all connected to our ancestors in the spirit world. We're all connected up to that grid. And that's really become the focus of my work today. Um, you know, I mean, I do medical intuitive and I wear many different hats, but but that is a big part of my life, and I understand that now. I came to create healing for the world. I'm in that life path 11 in numerology, so I'm a master life path healer in this life. It's in my astrology chart, it's in my Mayan calendar, it's in my numerology. It doesn't matter where I look. This very scientific mind still works in the background. So, you know, for a long time, um, I was trying to, you know, learn about it. You know, why is it that, you know, I was guided to go to medical school at the age of 54, right? But it was hearing the spirit world for 12 years and writing everything down when the spirit world told me something. And I would, in the beginning, I would just say, it's just a deja vu, or maybe I imagined it, or you know, it's just a coincidence. And then I said, Well, this is happening quite a lot, so I should start writing it down. And so I started writing down all my experiences. So then, you know, when something happened two days later, I could say, I did write it down, it's really true. That was a premonition, right? And I really had to learn to trust it, and that took literally, it took me 12 years to trust that. And then I went to medical school in 2012, uh, and that was after I decided I had to go back to work, and I looked on the computer, and this is 12 years later from my after my first near-death experience. So we're now it's 2004, my first NDA like 1992, second one 1994, and I came across this website that said, I knew I couldn't go back and work in tech, like I had in my youth. I was a programmer and systems analyst for IBM in my youth. So I find this place and it says naturopathic medical school. And I was like, wow, I always wanted to be, you know, a healer. When I was little, I wanted to be a physician. And my dad, you know, would always say, No, it takes so long, you know, you want to have a family. Just become a nurse. It's so much easier. It doesn't take so, you know, so much time. And so I ended up, you know, not doing, not going after that dream. And but it was always there, it was always part of me since I was very, very, very young. So I find this website and I said, I it's a real medical school. I'm in my 40s. I can't go to medical school. I'm way too old. Even if I take all those prerequisite classes, you know, there there's no guarantee they're gonna accept me because I'm so much older. So I just closed my computer, went to the kitchen. And as I went to the kitchen, so this is 12 years of me listening to the spirit world, right? So I I know when the spirit world speaks, I listen. Because after 12 years of hearing people being sick in your family, this person is gonna pass away, watch out for the accident. I mean, you know to trust it. So, you know, it was um I call it my training wheel, my training wheel years. Then when you have training wheels on a bicycle, you're going through the training of learning to listen. So they told me you need to go to medical school, be a naturopathic physician. You are here to bring messages and healing to the people. You're to write two books, no wait, three. I'm like, what do you mean? Two books, no wait, three. It's kind of a weird message. I have received that message four times from two professional mediums in England, two professional mediums in the United States. It's always the exact same wording. You're to write two books, no wait three. So I brought I wrote my first one. Second one is in here. Probably I'll start writing it at the end of the year. So I know, and you know what the third one talks well and no weight three. I think the third one is just gonna be something very different because it's always no weight three. So I enrolled in the pre-rec classes. Uh, within two weeks, I was enrolled at the community college, and I had to start from the beginning because I was a business major in computer science as an undergrad. I had to take bio high school advanced placement biology to get into the freshman biology class. So I think so I really had to start from the beginning. So biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, and math. And then I applied to med school and I went to med school when I was 54. So that's the short version of the story. I know you probably have a million questions by now. But that's how I got into you know being a spiritual healer, because this I've been, you know, here in the spirit world for a long time for you know since 1992. And uh, and then you know, I finally stepped into it. But it's not easy to step into, you know, because you worry, you know. But I graduated from med school and I was speaking at um IENS, the International Association for Near Death Studies. So for the first time, I spoke about my near-death experience, it was in 2017, and I was petrified. My colleagues were gonna find out, thinking, oh my gosh, you know, this woman is crazy. But in, you know, it's so sad that we were not there yet. And I understand people who are skeptical and how hard it is for people, for all of the listeners that are spiritual, that are already tuning in, right, to your podcast, that are already there because so many people are not there, right? And I mean, I came from that very scientific family, and I I know these were the experiences I was supposed to have. I know that my near-death experience is in my chart. People who do research on near-death experiences have told me that yeah, I yes, you have one of the patterns we see in all those people's charts, and it had to happen on that specific day because the planets were lined up in a very specific way. And I was told that yes, that was your it was serving as a reminder for you why you incarnated into this life. So, you know, we all have, we all have a soul contract, we all are here for a reason. And for all the listeners out there that think, you know, that you don't have a reason, you do have a reason. You might just not know. Um, I feel very lucky that I know what my reason is. And maybe there are hidden reasons that I don't know about, but I know that what my purpose is. I know that I'm here to help heal the world and work as a healer in many different ways. But everybody who is listening who don't know what what your calling is, just trust it. Just trust it. And it might be that you're not supposed to find out until later in life. So So, you know, I didn't know what my calling was when I was in my 30s or 40s. Or I thought actually when I went to med school, I did not think that I was going to end up working spiritually with people or intuitively or as a medical medium or even as a medium. Because I thought when I went to med school that that's fine. Like I can hear the spirit world. I can help my family. And it was just, you know, for the immediate people that I knew, not that I was here to help the world. And that didn't happen until I graduated from med school in 2016. And then I just took my boards and then I went to study craniocacral therapy because I was waiting for my license. And I was helping out in the clinic where I was going to work, uh, doing you know tasks that you can do under another physician's license. Uh, but I was waiting for my license to come through. And I met this woman, and we were having dinner together. I didn't know anything about her. And she said, Um, by the way, I'm a medium, and somebody is here who wants to give you a message. And I said to myself, there is no way this woman that I just met at this, you know, training, and that she's going to be able to give me any kind of messages from somebody in my family. I mean, I did not even think that that was possible. Okay. This is only 2016. And then, of course, it was my mom, and it was very clear that it was my mom because she was talking about laying the fishnets in the ocean and rowing the boat and my management training that I had gone through at IBM. I was like, Yeah, it's my mom. So, and she told me that I had to go to Arthur Findlay College to study mediumship. And I said, I can't do that. I just graduated from med school. I'm I'm like the lowest on the totem pole in this clinic, okay? I'm the resident physician. I can't leave. I can't just take vacation, right? I have to make sure I'm covered, kind of. So, anyway, six months later, I was at Arthur Findlay College and I went, you know, several times, and it was this urgency about it. And every time I went, I would get messages, you have to come back, like in six months. I'm like, I went to I went to Arthur Find the College like five times, which is which is in England in like two years, right? From 2017 to 2019. I'd been to week-long, week-long um training at Arthur Find the College five times. And I would find these very cheap flights in the middle of the winter and just fly over and do another training. And they had this urgency, and I didn't understand why, but then the pandemic happened. And I had to step into that role. So the last time I was there was uh the last week of August in 2019. And my book was published November 2019, and they had told me six months earlier when I was there, I got a message from one of the students reading, Oh, you're writing a book. I'm like, What? You how do you know that? Right? Mom is coming in again. That book has to be published in six months. I'm like, in six months? I only have a draft. But now I know why, because like the whole world like sort of exploded. And and I came, I had a reading um at Arthur Vind the College with one of the teachers, it wasn't my teacher, and he said, Oh, um, it was the last week of August. And he said, Oh, your mom is here, and she says, You have a daughter. And I said, Yes, that's correct. And he said, There is something your daughter has to live through. Like, okay, that's so weird. Well, I was home. I got back, you know, like first week of September, first week of October, one month later, my daughter was hospitalized at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix and all hell broke loose and she needed, and that ended up having to have surgery right when we went into lockdown six months later. And it was this kind of, and so if my book had not published in November of 2019, I don't know, they would have been years before, you know. And it was just like an explosion of events, right? And now I can see why that urgency, you know, when we feel that calling, like it has to happen now, right? And I know you know what I'm talking about. And I'm like, why I'll have to come back in six months, and I had to go through on a hyperspeed step into that mediumship, you know, training and ability because I had to be ready. And I uh I for I taught my first class in mediumship September 2019, and I worked my first spiritual conference also in September of 2019, and so I just stepped into it professionally, and then all those other things happened. And you know, we're all we're all guided that way, and all the listeners, when you have, when you feel that calling of, I'm not really sure why I should do it now, where I just feel like it has to happen. You know, there's always a reason that we feel that we sometimes don't know what it is. It could be your spirit guides talking to you, it could be your ancestors connecting with you. But sometimes for us, when we're not used to sorting out where the messages are coming from, we often think that it's just our brain, or we we explain it away, saying, Oh, it was just my brain. I just thought of that, right? And that's what mediumship training does. It teaches you when it comes from spirit and when it comes from your mind, and that's part of the training as a medium.
SPEAKER_01Oh, yeah, I've got loads. Just on this topic before I jump to something else, um the feeling, the feeling is that when it's from your spirit, it's more expansive, like the body's more relaxed. It the when it comes from a pattern within the ego, it has urgency, contraction, and it kind of comes with a fear. It's like, well, if you don't do this, that's gonna happen. Or and so that's how you can know the difference. Is it contraction or is it a feeling of like expansion? Do you feel inspired in flow with spirit? Because that's that's when you know it's coming from your soul. And often what will happen is we'll get this like divine guidance from our soul, and then the patterns in our ego, our ego, will hijack it. So we'll get this great idea, and we're like, oh, I want to be um a healer or a guide on earth, and then you're you're flowing with it, and and the origin of it is pure and light and expansive, but then you start feeling, but I have to do it by then, and I have to do this, and I should be doing this, and all of that, it that's a sign that the ego is hijacking, and the guidance that comes through from my angels and the Arcturians and guides that channel through me is be very aware, maintain awareness, and when you recognize, oh, hold on, I've gone into kind of panic, urgency, contraction. I'm gonna breathe and pause, and just by taking a few deep breaths in and out and pausing, meaning not giving your energy towards the patterns in the ego, means that you come back, you naturally come back to expansion, you naturally come back to your soul, and your soul can continue guiding. But it happens all the time, so we have to remain super aware, and and that's the key, just being aware, you are the awareness behind the actions, the thoughts, the experience of being a human, and your your expanded self is always here in the present moment. Also, what I wanted to just tap into was when you started talking about soul purpose. So, with soul purpose, a lot of people will be like, Well, I don't even know what it is. So there's there's two things that I keep being shown by my angels um is that just by you being alive, purpose is complete. You are consciousness experiencing itself as a human, as you, a divine expression. So, so purpose is always fulfilled every single moment in the greater expanded view. Then from the more um independent human experience of purpose, you have you have a desire to experience some different emotions, to have some different um experiences on the earth, and there are like thousands upon thousands of different purposes that are like very human. And and then I find like deep inside there's like one strand. For example, with me, it's always to be of service. So when I was a little girl, I was channeling strong light, and I I knew I could send it to people, would heal them. As I grew up and became a teenager, um, I I found myself working as a waitress, still of service. And and so um, you know, then working in marketing at a big venue, Wembley Arena, still being of service. Um so so find the strand which is in your heart. It could be that you're here to experience what it's like to love, meaning that you learn through relationships, you keep drawing in different relationships. It could be that you're here to find peace, which means that you'll you'll experience a lot of its polarity so that you can break through it to find the peace. So it's it's fascinating and it's inside your heart. And you can ask yourself, what did I love when I was younger, when I was a child, and that will help to find it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I love that. I love your description. Um, and the more we relax into just being our true authentic self, the easier everything unfolds, right? Is when we try, you know, our upbringing, uh the social norms and the societies, and we're expected to behave in a certain way or do certain things. And, you know, maybe uh studying something is more highly rewarded, but it's not truly who you are. And sometimes people, you know, major in something in college because the parents told them that you won't get a job if you do this other thing that the person actually loves, right? And so they don't follow that, like you're saying, it's that exactly, it's in your heart, it's who we are, and it's you know, turning back into that and just allowing yourself to be who you truly are. That's and you know what we loved as children. I mean, I was always that child that helped other kids, who would protect other children from bullies. I was a child who would, you know, somebody fell, I would be the first one over to help them up and brush off their dirt on their knees. Um, you know, worrying, why does the old man at the grocery store walk with a cane? I wonder what's wrong with him. Can I help him? Right? That was always that was always who I was. And then, you know, I became a teenager and I worried more about being accepted, being part of the group, being uh, you know, having a boyfriend and all those things that uh, you know, you would worry about being, I mean, I was born 1958, so I grew up during the 1960s and early 1970s, and the world was very different, you know, back in the day. And the people that majored in science that would become, you know, like physicians or doctors, we do that in high school. And there were no, I mean there was no girls, and you know, they were very studious people, and you know, you're 14, 15 years old. And I said, No, I'm gonna major in languages and business because that's how I'm gonna have friends, that's how I'm gonna get a boyfriend, right? And those uh pressures of the society took over instead of saying, Well, this is who I am, I've always been this person, but I I guess I wasn't supposed to live in Sweden, I was supposed to come to America and live my life over here. So, you know, it's we all have a purpose, but sometimes we can't see it. But it's it's very true to tune into that. You know, it's like when I taught mediumship, um, I say, pretend you're five years old at a birthday party and you're playing this game of seeing if you can get a message from the spirit world. The more you relax and the more fun you have, the more things you are gonna feel, see, or hear or know. It's because the more we relax, it's like the portals open up, right? It's when the ego gets in. Oh, I have to, I have to accomplish this. What if I do it wrong? Or what if I don't get a message, right? I'm gonna feel stupid. I'm then I'm not good at it, and that whole ego, like you were talking about, takes over. And it's so true, just be authentic.
SPEAKER_01And it's right here in the present moment in your heart. It already exists in the field because everything exists all at once. I want to chat a bit about time because very recently I just got like energetically shown that time truly is a mind construct that we we we we just decided, okay, 24 hours a day. Yeah, and uh 365 days a year. Like we just decided it, we made it up in our mind, as we do with everything. It's all the mind-made, beautiful reality. Um, but but beyond it, it's it's actually what's happening is everything. So let there be light, and everything was created all at once. So everything exists in the field, so it's already here. So what's moving then? We are, we're moving. So the moment is the moment, it's always the moment, it's a constant, it's a it's a presence, and we are the ones moving. So time isn't moving, we're moving, and what and so based on the frequency that we're vibrating is what we are experiencing. We truly are the creators or or more like magnetizers in of what already is in the field. Yeah, isn't that just powerful? And like, can you chat more about what you experienced and beyond time and like, yeah, give us some more magic about this?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, time doesn't exist. So when you think of, you know, how can you see things in the future that has not yet happened, right? So I'm gonna get given uh a story about my dad. So in the year 2000, my dad passed away. He was in his 80s then. I was the fourth child. So my dad was 40 when I was born. And my dad, my dad had a stroke, and I called my brother, and my one of my brothers is a surgeon over in Sweden, and I said, you know, should I get on a flight right now? And my brother said, No, he's very stable. Uh, you know, there he's he's in good shape, he's lost his ability to speak, but uh no worries. Why don't you just you know fly out on Monday, you'll get here on Tuesday? And this was, you know, like Wednesday or something. So by Friday, now we've booked the tickets. I have three kids now that are about 12, 10, and uh 7, 6, 7 years old. So we go to the bookstore to get the kids, you know, books on tape because you know we're still we still walkments back then, bring cassette tapes and things like that to bring on the flight because we were living in California and it literally takes 24 hours to get to Sweden because you got to fly across the country, you got to change flights in New York, then you gotta go from New York either to Copenhagen, Denmark, and then change flights again. So it's you know, it takes a while. So, you know, and with three kids, we went to the bookstore. And as we're at the bookstore, I keep seeing a coffin. Uh, and I know it's my dad's coffin, and it's a white coffin. It's got uh kind of dark reddish purple purplish flowers on top, and I keep seeing it from an angle, uh, like I'm I'm seeing it, I'm looking down on the coffin. On a I'm sitting like I would sit on like a right hand side looking down, the coffin's on an angle. Now, any funeral that I had ever been to, they were all in Sweden, and the coffin would typically be uh, you know, like horizontally or vertically up in the front in the church. You would never see the coffin from above or at an angle, right? Because you're sitting in church, you're seeing it straight on. So I keep telling my husband, I'm like, I keep seeing the coffin, I know it's gonna pass away. And this started on Friday afternoon, which would be Friday evening in Sweden. Well, you know, my husband kept saying, You're just worried about him, you know, he's fine. Your brother said he's fine, they've moved him out of ICU, he's on rehabilitation floor, you know, they're gonna work on his speech, and you're gonna be there on Tuesday, everything's gonna be fine. That image just kept coming the entire weekend, and I was like, and now I'm just I'm crying. I'm like, I know he's passing away. My brothers didn't call me. So I was, and so my husband was like, You're just worried they would call you if there was something wrong. And I just kept seeing this coffin. So we get there Tuesday morning, and as soon as we land, it's not one of my brothers meeting me, it's one of my sister-in-laws. So I already knew something was wrong because it usually would be one of my brothers. So my sister-in-law is meeting us, and she just says, We have to go now. And I said, Can we go? Can we use the restroom? Because we just cleared customs. She's like, No, we're we have to leave now. We just all like basically ran to the car, and you know, she's speeding into the city, she drops me at the hospital, she takes my kids to my mom's house, and my brother comes and meets me. I get, you know, upstairs, and literally with within one hour of me arriving, he passes away. He just waited. He just waited, and so he had gotten worse. And when I started seeing his coffin, we figured out was when he collapsed Friday evening in Sweden, and that's when that coffin showed up, the image. So I, you know, so you know, you the the the future was already determined, right? We already this the spirit world knew he was going to pass away. So then the whole flower arrangement. So then we had, you know, we stayed for the funerals, we changed our tickets back. I go with my mom to the flower shop, and there's two huge binders of flower arrangements. She looks through these binders, she gets to this one page. She's deciding between the flower arrangement I had seen on the coffin in the images that I was shown, and another flower arrangement that had blue flowers. My mom turns to me and she says, Which flowers do you think? I'm I'm I can't decide between these two. Me being the scientific person, of course, I say, because I'm still in my training years, as I call it. Could this be true? Could it be that she's actually going to pick that flower arrangement that I saw on the coffin? So I said, Mom, you know that the best. Why don't you just go with your heart, pick the one you think he would like the most? She picks the flower arrangement that I had seen. Then we get to the funeral. Well, the funeral wasn't held in the church, it was held in a like in it at a different place, like in a part of like a where they cremate the bodies. They have this big uh centered, like a gathering place, and the room was around. And it had like almost like little like benches that went up. So you were sitting, you know, uh going up. There were like five or five or six rows going up. So now I understand why I had seen the coffin from above on an angle from the right. So again, I don't just automatically go sit down in that spot. I say to the woman, I'm the daughter of the person, the diseased, and can you please show me where I am supposed to sit? And she goes, right there, at the exact angle where I'm seeing the coffin from above at a right angle with that exact flower arrangement. So time, right? I mean, you really start thinking about time. Why is it that you know, you and I've had many of these experiences when I see I hear the future, people are getting sick, I call them. Um, you see the time that something is wrong, you're getting warnings, right, about things. So there is, I mean, the time doesn't time only exists when we're in the body. Time doesn't exist as soon as you leave your body. Time is doesn't matter anymore, right? And it's just some kind of bubble that we live in to experience life here on earth. We have this time concept of you know, time only moves forward, our bodies, physical bodies are aging, right? We can't go back, we can't change, we can't take back what we said yesterday, at least not yet. Uh, maybe we'll figure it out, but right wipe it clean, right? Wipe it clean. Oh, you know, like the time traveler, time traveling shows now on TV, right? I mean, the fact that we can imagine it, maybe we'd also have the ability, but we just don't know how yet, right? Just like we know there are UFOs buzzing around the earth and right, and we can't quite explain it. How do they move so quickly? Because we don't have the technology, we haven't figured out the technology. And we know from the whole hearing in court in the Senate, like the you know, yes, yes, we do have remains of spacecraft. I cannot speak about it. Yes, we do have biological remains, but we can't speak about it, right? They can verify that, yes, we do have biological, you know, remains of space aliens or you know, people from other planets, and they're trying to reverse engineer right the spacecraft because they have this, you know, parts of that spacecraft, but they can't talk about it because again, we're living on Earth. So all the countries are competing. And I kind of laugh at you know the United States because they had this whole thing come out where all these people were testifying in court. And yes, you know, we do have the remains of the spacecraft, but we can't really talk about it. And I'm thinking, I wonder how many other countries around the world also have the spacecraft, because it's not like they just crashed or landed in the United States, right? It's all over the world. So and Everybody's trying to, you know, reverse engineer and be the smart one coming up with this technology because we're still in that space where we're competing with, you know, we're competing with each other within our own countries and we're competing as nations and the power and the greed that still exists. And we can see a lot of, I feel like we're in this window now where that a lot of things are being turned upside down, and people are saying people, people's consciousness are rising, and we can see all the wrong, all the wrong, people are not being treated fairly, people are not being treated right. And that's you know what we are in the middle of right now, creating that change. And all of us, you know, by by just healing ourselves and moving forward, it changes the world because we are all connected. So if we just focus on doing the best we can, right, and spreading that, then you know, eventually that's gonna catch on, just like you know, the con earth, everybody on earth, we're part of the global consciousness, and people have been measuring that for, I don't know, 50 years now. Princeton University have consciousness. Um, you know, they can see when there is a global um news that everybody is scared of or moved by, like the Princess Diana, when she died, they could see all these tools, the measurements, uh the measurement instruments that they have, it is affecting these instruments because global consciousness, we're all tuning into it at the same time. So when we all tune in together to create healing, right? But we're all connected. So when we just heal ourselves, we change our frequency. And that frequency reverberates out like a domino effect to everybody you know and everybody you come in contact with. So all we have to do, and that's where my ancestral healing, Kindraya, comes in, because once you focus on healing yourself, it doesn't matter how small the problem is, that creates healing and it changes the frequency of the world.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's amazing because what what's happening in our world right now is that we're moving from this like separate consciousness of um survival and look after the the one in a way in a way of like fear and panic and worry. We we're shifting it and we're remembering, oh wait, hold on. We we actually are having an effect on everyone, and this this global collective consciousness, it's huge. Like, so it's never just one person, even though we've got certain people in power, um it's they are a reflection of what's happening in our own minds. So the outer world is true, pure reflection, so it is showing where we are. Where's we must still be in a state where we've still got to do a lot of work of dissolving that um judging and critical thinking of the other and the self because it's very much showing up in our outer world, and even when we look at someone in our outer world and we then blame them and we judge them and we say, well, it's their fault that our whole world's getting messed up, or they're starting the war, they're causing that. Once again, we're feeding into that separate energy. So actually, the breakthrough point is this recognizing, okay, if consciousness is divine perfection, then everything that's already happening is divine perfection. There's nothing that is not God, there's nothing that is not consciousness, everything is consciousness. So everything, so where the root of the problem lies is in our judgment of that's right and that's wrong. Actually, when we go into a state of acceptance and realizing all is in its divine perfection, but I can make a change. And that's where the power comes in. So to actually realize that every time I go and I judge or I criticize or I try to protect, it's patterns in my own ego that I don't need to continue feeding with the light that I am. I don't need to keep believing in that. I can dissolve it by not believing in it, and I can remember that we actually all are consciousness. And and just by doing that, you naturally the the frequency goes higher and it affects the collective consciousness, which is how we are moving to change our world. And it's it's a seems to be a bit of a slow process because it's been thousands of years where we've been living as separate and like protect this the individual. And so, yeah, we're doing it, and it could be that we get to like um the hundred monkey effect, where we get to a certain point of when so many people in the collective truly are living from unity and love that then it it just goes and expands to everyone else, and and then we go, whoa, we have a massive quantum leap, which I feel is super possible in the energy field.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I feel like we're so close, right? We're so close because there's you know so many people, especially like we were talking earlier, like the last you know, five or six years since the pandemic, and how computer literate we've all become, and how we're tuning into podcasts and on Zoom, and we can you know talk to each other in in a way that wasn't possible just even five or six years ago, right? And the internet is exploding with you know different podcasts and and and people teaching, right? I teach a lot online myself, and it's amazing because I feel like we're in this, like you're saying, it's like it's a snowball effect, right? Where all of a sudden, I mean, in the last five or six years, or even think 10 years, the leaps that we have taken in consciousness and raising consciousness and creating awareness, I mean, it's it's just tremendous. It's like we're on we're on hyper speed raising consciousness right now, and it's just keeps going. And and that's the beauty, because if you feel like, like you're saying, I mean, once we get to a certain point of creating awareness and healing, it's it becomes the norm. It's like it bec it changes the world, right? That frequency becomes a different frequency, and we all start interacting with each other in a different way.
SPEAKER_01Yes, exactly. And ancestral healing, because I I also work with ancestral healing and I've seen it for myself, so I know it like it works. Um, like say I'm working with someone and all their ancestors come in and we're doing this, we're in this high frequency space. I see their souls being touched by the light, and whichever dimension they're vibrating in, it's kind of like they're let loose of whatever karma they were going to come back to earth and to release. It means that they don't need to come to earth to to work on that karma because the person who's working with me, who's alive on earth, has come to do ancestral healing, they've set all their ancestors free, meaning that the karmic wheels of the whole of their ancestry shifts. And that means that souls don't need to come to earth to to trudge through the the the messy karma, instead, they can come through with clean slates. I would love to go deep into ancestral healing with you and like how it helps the whole ancestry and um and what you're noticing, and and please just share from your heart.
SPEAKER_00I mean, the I like you're saying, it goes backwards and forwards in time. And I, you know, when you work with it all the time, like we do, we see it, right? And we hear the but we can see the changes that happen. And I should tell a funny story. So once when I went to Arthur Findlay College, I had sent healing to my parents, and I had wonderful parents, and I can't remember what it was about, but I was like, I'm gonna send you guys healing. Oh my gosh, I now I see all the hardships you had, like you lived through World War II, and oh my gosh, you know, so many things. And I sent them healing for something, and I get to Arthur Findlay College and I have a reading with one of the teachers, and she says, Oh, um, you know, my mom is always coming in. She goes, Your mom's here. I'm like, uh-huh. And she said, Oh, your mom says that you sent them healing last week. And I was like, Yes, I did. So I got confirmation on it, number one, but number two, she said, your mom says that when you send healing, they feel it on the other side, and it it creates healing for them as well. So that healing, when we work with ancestral healing and we say, you know, let's release all this. We send healing to our ancestors. So always send healing, you know, backwards in time, forwards in time, and people, you know, talk about the seven year of seven generations or something. I always just kind of say, as far as it needs to go, and then forward in time, you know, I'm not sure what where the seven gener seven generations came from, because I had I have just always just sent it, you know, as far as it needs to go to create healing. I don't care how far it is, if it's thousands of years or a couple of hundred years. But, you know, when we send healing, it creates that change. And it's when we when I work with ancestral healing, I actually studied ancestral healing as a form of a counseling, and then the way I work with it has become an integrated version of counseling and what I learned in medical school and my mediumistic abilities and intuitive abilities and healing abilities, right? So it's an integration of what I learned and the way I work with it, and then that's how Kindraya came to be. So Kindraya is when you're working with it cognitively, when you have memories of your ancestors. You could be your dad was not a nice person or grandpa wasn't a nice person, but sometimes we don't have memories, we don't have any cognitive awareness of the of the things that we're struggling with. Like I'm afraid of, let's say, you know, you have a daughter and she's afraid every time there's a police car or an ambulance, a siren, she gets a panic attack. But that that child never, or you're you could be yourself, never had an was never in an accident, you've never been involved in a fight or anything that had the sirens come, right? So we know it's not from your own experience, right? So where is it coming from them? Oh, well, wait a second, grandpa served in World War II, the the airplanes, you know, the sirens went off and they had to take cover, and then the bombs fell on the ground. And he, every time he heard the siren, he thought he was gonna die, right? He said, This is it, this is the day I die. And so what happens? Well, not only does it get passed down through your nervous system, the way we act and interact with the people that follow, because now you have been traumatized, but it actually also changes the genetic code. So those traumatic experiences that our ancestors experienced, they know this from the Holocaust survivors, they've actually identified genes that have changed when they look in the grandchildren's generation. So we know that trauma gets passed down on the DNA, but it also gets passed down through the actions and interactions that we have with those survivors because they're not traumatized, they're not gonna, their frequency changed, right? So when we tune into that, and as children and infants, we co-regulate with a caretaker. We cannot regulate our nervous system on our own when we're infants. So we're dependent on the adult. And for anybody who has children out there or have tried to put an infant to sleep and you're thinking of your to-do list, that child is not gonna go to sleep. As soon as you relax, here comes the relaxing part again. As soon as we relax and pretend we have 20 hours to put this baby to sleep, that baby falls asleep right away, right? Because they're they're dependent on your nervous system. So if they feel you're stressed, they're not gonna go to sleep. They feel that agitation in you, they feel your frequency. But that's also how we act and interact. So that gets passed down. But when we create healing, so many times in today's world, I see people who have lost uh communication. Um, I've had several people, you know, I haven't I haven't spoken to my daughter in five years, I haven't spoken to my mom in 10 years. Okay, these are true stories, and we do an ancestral healing, and we we when I do an ancestral healing, we always talk about the different issues for about you know 40, 45 minutes, and then I guide them on a meditative, I call it the a shamanic meditation journey with soul communication, because that's really what it is. But so the person doesn't have to say anything themselves. I'll I will do the talking for them now. If they also want to communicate telepathically, that's that's okay too. But when we do that soul communication, everything changes because that person who came, right, is now different because we're creating soul-to-soul communication, we're sending healing backwards and forwards in time. And what happens is just amazing because in two weeks, typically a week or two goes by, and then I get an email and it says, You won't believe who called me. My daughter, who I've not spoken to for five years, called me, and they have no idea what that this healing took place. Another client who I hadn't spoken to her mom, she was like in her 50s, she hadn't spoken to her mom in 10 years. Grew up in a you know kind of trauma household. And after we did the healing, and I work with worked with that client again like six months later, and I said, you know, how did it go with your mom? Were there any changes? And she goes, Oh, yeah, I talk to my mom every day now, right? So you can, you know, I mean it's magic. I mean, what Einstein called spooky action at a distance, I call it magic at a distance because we can't quite explain what happens, but we can see the changes. And I'm sure you have many stories yourself where we work with a client and we create healing and we send that healing backwards and forwards in time. We know they feel it on the other side because they told us, but also that client changes because their frequency changes, and their frequency is connected to all their loved ones, to the people that they know, their family, their friends, and they feel that change. They don't know what it is, but they for some reason all of a sudden it feels safe to make that phone call. That's because that person changed, that person healed, so it creates you know that kind of a domino effect. And I've had another client who well came from a very traumatic household where both parents were dysfunctional, and she had a brother, and she was also in her 50s, and they had a family reunion, and she told me, she said, My brother came up to me and he said, I don't know what you're doing, but you've changed, like you're healing, and I'm gonna go to counseling now because I know it's possible to heal because I can see you're changing. And she said, The only thing I did was that one session with ancestral healing with you, and everything shifted after that for for her, and her brother could see that and feel it. I mean, it's I mean, it's just magical, right? It's just magical. I just I get goosebumps just like talking about it because it's so magical, like we are such magical creatures, and healing is absolutely possible. And I always say there's always a healer, I feel like there's always a healer in every family. Somebody took that card. I'm gonna take the card of creating healing for the family, right? And and here we are, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and so once or once or twice there'll be also someone who comes for healing, for ancestral healing, and and they have a profound like change, like a shift opening in their mind, an emotional release, and and then um, but then they have like this expectation, there comes the ego coming in. Oh, but the people around me should be changing. And sometimes it's not part of their their destiny for the the grandmother or the mother or the father to change, because it's still part of their soul that they're on a different journey. So so it's it's really about like what happens for the individual, and then the other stuff that happens is is always divine. It's like yeah, no expectations needed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Right. It's like um because the people who are supposed to heal are gonna tune into that frequency and they're gonna change. But sometimes, right, there you have um uh maybe a mother that incarnated to struggle with this issue for the rest of her life, and that relationship sometimes won't heal, but the person heals, and the person sees their mom in a different light. So the person heals and says, Ha, I don't have to change her, and nothing has to change. The communication may remain closed, but the person healed and the person moves on and says, Ha, I can put mom over there. Mom is on a different journey, but now it's very, very clear to me, and I don't have to feel like I'm the bad person or I have to fix this or I have to change it because I can heal and I can move forward, right? Exactly right. Because some that incarnation may be such that they are not supposed to heal, they're incarnated, you know, like people have like a cross in their astrological chart, making it very difficult for them to change, right? Because we incarnated with a specific purpose for this life and certain lessons that we're here to learn, but we can still heal, right? We are still the captain of our life.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. I I've personally seen it in my own life. So I I want to actually talk about the mother wound, and this feels like a perfect time because so growing up with my mom, um, she was bipolar depressed, and so there's moments where she's like, Oh, Nats, um yes, I I support you connecting with the angels, and then there's like Mo and and Reiki and all the things I do, but then there's moments she says, she's like, Oh, that's new age, no, and then she could go into like a bad space in her mind and kind of use it against me. Oh, I just had like nervousness in my solar plexus, um, because she's still alive and this is still happening, but I've done so much work on myself that I just love her and I accept her. And I when I like when I was a teenager and really coming into my gifts and training to be a healer, I just wanted to help her. And I I had to actually let that go and realize that like her her soul journey is whatever it is, and I can plant some seeds, but I I've got to just love and accept her and let her be as she is, and and I've set myself free, like I genuinely love her, but our um and our relationship is love, but she's still difficult. And and so I'd love for you to talk more about the mother wound because so many people have the mother wound or the father wound, and like why do we have it? How do we learn from it? How do we heal? And whatever else you'd like to share with us.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, the mother wound, I'm gonna say everything starts with mom. So, because we spent time, right? We spent time nine months in the womb, and then we come out, it's the first person we bond with, right? Is mom. And whether we, you know, so I mean, you could have a wonderful mom and still not feel seen and heard because mom is just very different, she doesn't get you. You are a very different spirit, right? Um, and I'm gonna say you have the wonderful mom. Everybody, I'm gonna say everybody has a mother wound because when I learned, when I learned about mother wound in ancestral healing as a form of counseling, I kind of sat back that day and I said, you know, I had a wonderful mom. There's no way I have a mother wound. Like I love my I love my parents, they're great parents, they were great parents. And then as I'm listening, I'm like, wait a second, right? Because it creates different wounds. Because when you have the mother that you you already know that your mom could not be the person you needed her to be for you, right? Because you could see it that she struggled, she had issues herself. And some days she can be there and some days she can't. So it's an unpredictable, right? And so that's going to create a mother wound because it's an unpredictable environment for you. And so she can't be there uh the way you needed her to be there, right? And then you have the mom that's the perfect mom. And I laugh because so many clients will say, We were like the leave it to beaver family, like the perfect house, like wonderful parents. And I'm like, I already know what you're struggling with. When you when somebody says that, it's very much the house I grew up in. There's a lot of expectations of how you're gonna behave. You you often earn a lot of love through your what you're doing. So you help set the table, you help with the dishes, you go clean up your room, you're the good little girl, right? Especially young women. You're told to not speak back to mom, you don't raise your voice to your parents. You there's all these different uh rules that you abide by. Well, then you grow up, and what do you do? You go straight into a relationship that where you are treating your partner because that's how you were trained to right. So now you're doing all the dishes, all the cleaning, you're taking care of everyone, you're raising the kids, you're doing everything. You're the you're the unpaid maid, right, in the house, right? And so they carry the they carry the mental load. And then if you also go to work, right, you're still you're still doing all everything at home because the men were not taught to pick up the pieces when all the women entered the workforce. So you get that in you know, and then an imbalance in the household where the women are doing most, you know, 90% of the work, and the husbands help out a little bit here and there, but you don't get a division of the labor. So, you know, those those women struggle with uh typically relationships. I don't feel seen and heard in my relationship. I don't feel like my husband values everything I do. Yeah, well, tell me about your mom, right? Tell me how you were raised, right? Because it's such a common problem, especially for my generation uh that were born, you know, during the 1950s, 1960s, or early 1970s. Uh, and I'm gonna say it's still very much there still today, because all I see all the young women, my kids are in their 30s, that struggle with, you know, I'm carrying the mental load in the house. Like, I need you to step up to the plate. And, you know, all of us women that still raised our kids the way we were raised, we're like, oh, unwind, unwind that because we were still teaching our kids the way we were raised. So you see that wound gets passed down through the generation. But then you have all the people that had a mother that we already know they couldn't be seen and heard and loved. And so it creates that uncertainty of, you know, sometimes financial stability. Can I support myself? I'm afraid of being abandoned. I'm afraid of becoming homeless. Uh, because they the love wasn't there. They didn't feel secure in their childhood. So you get all these other worries, you know, as you grow up to be an adult. But I'm gonna say ultimately, we all carry ancestral wounds. And I'm gonna say it, it many wounds begin with mom. And so many times you start unwinding the mom wound, and then now you're already feeling better because you're getting you're starting to understand why it is that you're struggling with certain things in your relationship with your children at work, being not getting the promotion, uh, whatever it is that you're struggling with, right? It all comes from mom. So, even like, you know, I worked with a very uh successful lawyer once, and this very successful lawyer said, you know, I still can't put my diploma on the wall. And and I'm laughing. Tell me about your mom, because it's got to come from your mom, right? And sure enough, it did. Her mom, she was like the first person who went to college, and she was this very successful lawyer, but she felt like an imposter. They're gonna figure out I'm really not that smart. And I'm like, You are smart. Look at where look at the life you've created. I mean, you're it's amazing, right? But mom only had a high school degree, and so mom never felt good about herself, not smart enough, right? And felt like she hadn't achieved. So what happens? You get that hidden alignment, and so you can't surpass your ancestors. You're feeling you're the whole thing, right? With ancestors, you want to belong. We want to feel like we belong, we want to feel loved, we want to be, we want to feel safe. I mean, it's universal. What human does not want to have a roof over their head, be loved, and have food on the plate, right? I mean, it's universal. Is it we're human beings? So when we don't, when we don't get that in one way or another, it creates, you know, a wound that we have to heal later on. But we also don't want to surpass because we want to belong. So in this case, by her putting the diploma on the wall, she now surpassed her mom. But that that alignment with mom, we we have subconscious alignment because we love our parents so much, whether they're nice or not, because we are dependent on our on our parents as children. And so we have unconditional love for them and we want to belong. So we're not gonna be better than them. We're gonna we're gonna follow in line. We're gonna be the little baby duckling behind Mama Duck that follows along. And so when we start surpassing what the ancestors did financially or success, uh higher education, sometimes if we if we took that wound, right, then that's it's gonna show up like that. And sometimes it can relate to birth order in the family, who takes what wounds. And sometimes I work with people, they'll say, I have one brother, and I said, Okay, so I already know what your brother is struggling with. It's gonna be these issues, and then they just start laughing and they go, Yep, spot on. Because you took these issues and you come from this family. You told me about your parents, your grandparents, and we can see you have your mom's issues. You took basically sometimes it's you took the mother line, you took mom's issues, grandma's issues, you even took the paternal grandma's issues, and your brother took the father line, right? It doesn't have to be that way, but it can often be that way. And so you can see how the patterns get passed down through the generations as well. But, you know, we're we can all heal it. So I'm gonna say, you know, if you were thinking, you know what, I may be able to heal this issue, like my relationship or whatever it is, I'm gonna say, you're the one who pulled the healing card, go for it. And many times we healed one wound, and then some time goes by, and then here comes the next one. It's like we're peeling back that onion. And I always tell myself, all right, by the time I go to the spirit world, I'm gonna have peeled my onions. There's gonna be nothing left of that onion because I'm gonna just carry it in with me in my next life, right? I'm gonna heal as many things as I can because I certainly don't want to repeat the hardships of my life in my next life. I'm gonna try and heal all of those, right? And so that in my next life I can move up and do something, you know. I don't have to come back and repeat the hardships. So I think we all we all have that ability.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and and we can we can do the healing for ourselves, by ourselves, because inside of each one of us, we are the master, we are the healer, we are the light. Then the light dissolves the darkness, the or the shadows, or the patterns. And so the key is to recognize it. Like as we're talking, just a thought might come up for someone here and go, oh, I've got that wound, or I've taken that on from my ancestors. And just by recognizing, oh, I've got that, means that you stop having it because you stop feeding it, you stop it stops being an identity and a part of you. Instead, there's a spaciousness between you, the awareness, and the pattern. And in that spaciousness, the pattern dissolves.
SPEAKER_00Yes, I mean it's the it's magic. Uh, and we are magical creatures. Like never forget how magical you know you all are that are tuning into this podcast because we are. We're we're very magical, we're way more magical than any sci-fi movie.
SPEAKER_01It's so true. It is. Oh, we really are magical, we are creating this reality, and this is our life, our world, and and so it's just the other day I was just being and open up to the Octurians and the Angels, and they said, Natalie, we've got one question we'd like you to start asking in your podcast that is gonna be a big portal open and an expansive one. And so um, I I'm gonna ask you now and just allow it ever flows. So, is there any like big news, expansive, like something new, something that's recently been shown to you, or that's come into your awareness that you're recognizing that you want to share with everyone here, or it could be that something just comes through in this very moment that you want to share with everyone to support them with yeah, this a powerful awakening that we're at we're in.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I get that all the time when I meditate. That all of us that are here that are tuning into spirituality, we're all part of changing the world, we're all part of raising consciousness, and we're all part of creating that healing. The world is gonna look very different, you know, 10, 20 years from now. And you know, things I wish it would go faster. The world has moved such such a snail pace sometimes, but we are in the middle of creating that, and all our actions, our thoughts, our interactions matter. Everything you think and say and the way you interact with people matters, and don't forget that because you holding up the door to somebody in the grocery store or smiling at somebody has an effect, okay. All your everything you think and say and do has an effect on everything because every every thought and action ripples out like a domino effect across the world.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's so powerful. I can feel the energy and light. Thank you so much for the special time together. Wow, I love talking with you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it was it was it was truly a blessing. It's just wonderful to meet you and and all the healing that you're bringing through the world. It's just fantastic. I just loved it.
