In this powerful message from RCCG Victory House in Chicago, Andrew Kitaka presents the spiritual principles that produce consistent breakthrough in the life of a believer. Like a well-balanced equation, every variable matters — your faith, your obedience, your consistency, and God's faithfulness. This is a message for anyone who wants to understand not just what God can do, but how He works in and through those who surrender to Him.

This is victory. Um I have been asked to lead. That's why people wonder why do I think I am a worship leader when I'm not a very good singer? But I have discovered, thank you, sir, that a worship leader is only a cheerleader. Amen. I'm not trying to minimize the role of worship leaders, but worship leaders are cheerleaders, they help us or they encourage us to worship God. Isn't that right? Okay. Praise God. I have, I believe I have um clearance to preach two sermons today. This is a deal. It's a deal for you. Buy one, get one free. So I know you came to church for one sermon. You're going to hear two by God's grace. Glory to God. So before you start running out, I will try to make sure that we are out of here on time. Amen. So, again, greetings from Pastor E. As part of the leadership team, um, I I am well within my right to pass greetings. Amen. Glory to God. I'm gonna preach today and pray for me because I still feel that we we may still need to sing. Um, so pray for me so that I say just what is appropriate and I move according to the movement of the Spirit. Amen. Father, in the name of Jesus, we honor you as we get into your word. We ask that you will give us ears to hear, eyes to see, and hearts to receive your word, because it is your word that is able to save to the uttermost. In Jesus' name. Amen. If you wanted to title my message, I would say the equation. The equation. So that's part one. That's the first message. The second message is who gets miracles. So help me as I um uh help myself by God's grace. Amen. So the equation, Luke 1 and verse 45. I'm still convinced media is the best and most hardworking department in this church. Although choir is close there. It is close. So, choir, we appreciate you. Media, we appreciate you more. Glory to God. I'm just kidding, guys. Um, so the equation, and I'm uh I'm gonna speak to you briefly uh from a book that the Lord gave me. Um, I think it's 2014 that I wrote this book. It's called The Spirit of the Word. Um, recently I was asking God, um, I need to preach another sermon. And I just felt on the inside of me God telling me that I hadn't preached enough from this sermon that the Lord gave me. Um because I remember when I wrote this book, I was ready to move on to the next book. Um, but I feel there's some stuff that I haven't exhausted. So if you've had some of this before, or if you have read the book, um relax. You can still get something from this message today. Amen. So the equation, look 1 and verse 45. The Bible says, Blessed is she who has received, oh, blessed is she who has believed that the Lord will fulfill his promise to her. Amen. Um, give me KJV if you can. The Bible says, and blessed is she that believed, for there shall be a performance of those things which we are told her from the Lord. Amen. Glory to God. So my uh summon today is uh the equation. Um from basic mathematics, um, I don't know about applied mathematics or advanced mathematics, but from basic mathematics, um, we were told that k plus k is equal to 2k. Right? K times k is equal to k squared. Yeah, I I saw some people that didn't know what that was. K squared. So k minus k. 0. That's my wife who answered. Thank you. And k divided by k 1. Thank you. Where k is a constant. Thank you. So you guys have already heard my message. One of the things that the Lord told me when I was writing this book, as I was meditating on uh the content of this book, he said that an equation of two constants will always yield a predictable result. An equation of two constants will always yield a predictable result. Now, it is not lost on me that this month we're learning about the God of miracles. Amen. Now, what are the constants? Luke 1 says, uh, Luke 1 verse 45 says, and blessed is she that believed, believed what the things which were told her from the Lord. Amen. So blessed is she that believed the word of God, and the Bible says, for there shall be a performance of those things which God told her. Right? So there is a constant there, and we know from scripture that the word of God is a constant, right? Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever. And Jesus from John 1, we know that Jesus is the word of God. Amen. So an equation of two constants is uh or yields a predictable result, and we just went through the basic mathematics. So one of the constants there is the word of God. One of the constants there is the word of God. So constant one, the word of God, plus another constant K is equal to a performance of the things that they told him. We're going to, I'm sending you to math school. If you didn't like math, I'm sure by the end of the sermon you'll love it. Amen. So, what is the other constant? So solve for K. From the scripture, Luke 145, please put it up again. Solve for K. We know the first K is the word of God. The second K is dash, and the answer is uh the performance of the things that were taught her from the Lord. So solve for K. Anybody, somebody? Ha faith. Okay, I I I like those answers. Yes. Belief. Amen. Belief. Now, if we if we use I I would like to differentiate between the belief state or the state of belief and the capacity of belief. So there is two things. There's the belief state and there's the belief capacity. Belief capacity is always variable. My capacity to believe may not be the same as your capacity to believe. And so oftentimes we may not get the same results. You may get more than I, or I may get more than you. Right? But the constant is that we are both believers. Amen? So this is how I noted it. God's word, which is a constant, and my belief state, which is a constant, which should be a constant, is equal to a performance of God's word to me, or the predictable result. So if God has told me that I am his servant and he will take glory from my life, that's his word for me. And if I believe it, then there will be a performance of that word. I will be a person who glorifies God. Amen. So what has God told you? And what is your belief state concerning what God has told you? Because we don't always believe, we are not necessarily born believers. We have to get there. Every one of us, we were born again into the believing nature. Amen? We were born again into the believing nature. And so when we came out of our mom's womb, our mother's womb, it we we were not necessarily configured by default to believe. But the word was preached to us, we believed it, and then we were born again. Amen. So that's the belief state. Um, Dr. Mike Murdoch, one of my favorite favorite um ministers of the gospel, he said that the portion of scripture that works for you is the one you believe. Now, this should not mean that, oh, if I do not believe in hell, um and if I do not believe that uh uh Jesus died to save me from hell, that when that will not necessarily work for me. There comes a reckoning when um everything is judged against the truth of God's word. Amen. But the point here is that the word that you believe, if you do not believe God to be a healer, chances are you will not see his healing power in your life. I will prefix that with stay tuned. Amen. But chances are you will not see the healing power of God in your life. So the word of God that works for you is the one you believe, and we see that in Hebrews 4 and verse 2. The Bible says that the word was preached to us and to them, but it didn't profit them because they did not mix their believing with it. Amen. So, what does that teach us? Be a believer. Let we can train ourselves, and I believe that um God will help us as God is helping me. Um, I'm not there yet. In some things I am there, in some things I'm not there yet. I'm still on the way um to get into uh to raise my belief capacity. But let our predisposition to the word of God be I am a believer. That every time you hear the word of God, you're pre the first thing in your mind is I believe. I believe. Let that be the first thing on your mind. Before you start trying to figure things out, let that be the first thing on your mind. My belief state is solid. I'm a believer. Amen. And when you get there, when you get to that place where your belief state is solid, the Bible says there will be a performance of what God has spoken to you. Amen. Now, let us also grow our belief capacity. The Bible says in Matthew 8 and verse 13. So here's how the Lord gave me the equation for belief capacity. He says God's word, which is a constant, and my belief state, which is a constant, times you have to multiply by my belief capacity. So my belief capacity is going to be a variable, is going to be variable. Amen? You may believe God about more about some things. Some people do not struggle to believe God for finances, but they may struggle to believe God for healing. See, faith, the faith principle is the same, but you have to develop it in different areas. Amen? So how you grow the magnitude of the performance or the magnitude of the result is through your belief capacity. Some people, it's easy for them to believe God for 50 bucks. It's easy for them to believe God for a hundred dollars. Some people it's easy for them to believe God for a thousand, ten thousand, a million. Amen? But not all of us are on the same level. Amen. So after I get my belief state to a to a place of a constant, then it is upon me to grow my capacity to believe. And of course, we grow our capacity to believe, or we get our belief state to where it needs to be through our interaction with the word of God. Amen? There are things that um I wrote when I was reviewing, I wrote down something. Uh the Bible, not the Bible. I I said, many times the Bible is to ask what God can do, but once revelation comes, it becomes what God will do. Amen. So sometimes we are reading the Bible and we see a testimony of somebody that received a baby. We will see that a little bit later. And then it becomes sometimes that's just news to us. Oh, so somebody can believe uh for a baby at 40, at 50, at 60. But once the word of God becomes a part of you, as you interact with that concept or that phenomenon more, it becomes real to you, and then it becomes more of the I am believing God for my own miracle. Amen. Amen. Praise God. So that's uh part one. We're turning the tip. Glory to God. So who gets miracles? Thank you, those who believe. Those who believe. That is that is supposed to be the constant um in the equation for miracles. Who gets miracles is those who believe. I want to show you. Um, could we open Luke 8 and verse 43 and 44? So who gets miracles? Those who believe, but what I want to communicate to you is the desperate. The desperate. The desperate. Have you ever been in a situation where only God can do it for you? Have you ever been in a situation where you have tried, you have looked, you have searched, and yet you still didn't get to where you wanted to go. And you know it is only God that can help. Ladies and gentlemen, until, as long as there's still an option that you're considering, you may not yet be primed for a miracle. But if you get to that place of desperation where it is God or nothing, God will show up for you in the name of Jesus. Luke 8 and verse 43 and 44. And a woman having an issue of blood 12 years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any. So this lady had gone to see the specialists, the doctors. If she was in our time, I believe she probably would have gone to Mayo Clinic, or maybe now it's Rush Hospital. Uh I don't know which the highest ranking hospital is. Somebody wants to advertise their own. She had gone to every Bible says she had gone to the physicians. She had sought medical advice. So doctors are still good. Amen. Doctors are still good. Yes, I'll say it again. Doctors are still good. In fact, we have some people that are doctors in here or on their way to being doctors. Amen? But the Bible says that there comes a point where even the people that are supposed to know what they're doing do not have a solution for you. What do you do then? Miracle time. So I'm here to encourage you. If things have failed before, look to Jesus. Amen. Look to Jesus. Verse 44 says. She came behind him and touched the border of his garment, and immediately her issue of blood, I'll say, stopped. Amen. What about Hannah? 1 Samuel 1. I don't think we're gonna read, but you can note it down. 1 Samuel 1 10 to 17. The Bible says that Hannah was desperate. She wanted a son, she wanted a child. And I think as men, we may not understand what exactly that is. But I believe that women know what it means to desire a child. So we have one such woman. She desired a child so much there was a little bit of drama in the family that made it even worse. Amen. But she reached out to God for a miracle. And I I wrote down as I was thinking about this that sometimes that feeling of desperation prompts you into prayer. Amen. The funny thing about the story of Hannah is that she was in the church, or she went to the church, and uh the pastor thought she was drunk. So you haven't prayed until people think you're drunk. Amen. But I meant to say that sometimes even us, even me here holding the mic, I may not know what you're going through. Amen. But God does. And you can contact him through your own desperation for a touch from God. Sometimes when you Need a touch from God, you may be well served reaching out to Him and touching Him. Amen. So don't wait around for a touch from God. Stretch out and touch Him. Amen? So who gets miracles? The desperate. Number two, who gets miracles? The daring. The daring. A little bit of the story of the woman with the issue of blood is that she was daring. She dared to leave the confines of where she should have been to go and touch Jesus. Amen. So in this time where we are looking at the God of miracles, the God of miracles, you need to be desperate for a touch from God. But you also need to be daring. You need to do some things. Amen. Joshua 10, verse 12 to 13. Joshua 10, verse 12 to 13. You may not know, or maybe you have figured out by now that the book of Joshua is one of my favorite books in the Bible. Amen. Glory to God. Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel. And he said in the sight of Israel, Son, stand thou still upon Gibeon, and you moon in the valley of Aijalon. When I was uh studying for this message, that portion of scripture came into my heart. And I think it's probably because the Bible says that there has not been, there had never been a day like that, and there has not been a day like that since. So this is a place in scripture where it is a one-of-a-kind miracle. So maybe some of you need a one-of-a-kind miracle. The Bible says that he stood and said, Son, stand still. What kind of boldness tells you to talk to the Son? But if you're going to get a miracle, sometimes you have to be daring. You have to do things that may be out of the ordinary. Amen? You have to do things that are out of the ordinary. And it it needs to be said that this miracle comes. This miracle comes about necessarily because of uh you you realize that they were in battle, right? But this fight was not really Joshua's fight. This fight was against uh was between the Gibeonites and the five kings. There were five kings of is it Israel? There were five kings that came out against the Gibeonites. Now, the Gibeonites had um made an alliance with Joshua, and so when these kings came against them, they were like, Joshua, please come and help. Oh Joshua, please come and help us. So who are you allying yourself with? So I can say that God fought against the five kings, not necessarily because of the Gibeonites, but because they had allied themselves with somebody that had an alliance with God. If you knew what I was saying, you'd say, Amen. Glory to God. So you can procure a miracle on behalf of somebody else. You can stand and receive for somebody else. Amen. So as we are thinking and as we are talking about the God of miracles, I want us to have in our minds that we need to be desperate for that touch from God. We need to be daring to do some things that may not be part of the ordinary. Amen. Let's read Luke 5 from 18 to 20. The Bible says, and behold, men brought in a bed. Men brought in a bed, a man which was taken with a palsy. And they sought means to bring him in and lay him before him. Lay the man before Jesus. And when they could not find what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop and let him down through the tiling with his with his couch in into the midst before Jesus. 20? The Bible says, and when he saw, when Jesus saw their faith, he said unto him, the man that was sick, man, your sins are forgiven. And of course, later he says, Rise up and walk. Amen. This is I I need some of such friends. It takes a certain level of boldness to go and unroof somebody else's house. If you did that to my house, I don't know. I'm still safe. So there's a certain kind of boldness and courage, but they knew that if they don't get this person before the feet of Jesus, this guy is gone. You and your faith can procure a miracle for somebody. So as we are thinking about the God of miracles, let it not just be the God of my miracles. Amen. Let it be the God of our miracles. I was leading prayer, and one of the things I said, pray for your neighbor. Let it be in our minds the needs of another. You may not be able to meet those needs, but you know a God who can meet those needs. And you can procure a miracle for somebody else through your desperation and through your daring actions. Amen. So who gets miracles? Number one, the desperate, the daring. And I wrote down here, Audacity causes you to act. Number three, which is supposed to be our last portion before we sing, is the darling. The darling. Or the darling. Who's my darling? Yeah. I wanted to chop it up. All right. God is interested in his beloved. So if you're a darling of God, if you're a sweetheart of God, God is going to show up for you. The Bible says that deliverance and healing are the children's bread. Let's let's let's read it. Mark 7, verse 24 through 28. Particularly, let's read, yeah. Let's read 24 through 28. And from from hence he arose and went into the borders of Tear and Sidon and entered into a house and would have no man know it, but he could not be hid. For a certain woman whose daughter had an unclean spirit had of him, and came and fell at his feet. The woman was a Greek and a Serophenician by nation, and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter. But Jesus said unto her, let the children first be filled, for it is not meat to take the children's bread and cast it to the dogs. 28. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord, yet the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs. Amen. Talk about boldness. Talk about desperation. Sometimes I think it's good to be bold. Because I think some of us, and maybe me, when Jesus would have told her, please relax. This is not for you, it's for the children of Israel. I'll say, yes. You're laughing, but many of us may be of that, because you're looking at, oh, Jesus has saved. But that's being bald, that is being there, that is courage. You you are desperate, you know that without God, nothing is gonna happen for me. And so she reached out and said, No. At least let me eat the crumbs from the children's table. Amen. But the point I want to make there is Jesus says something, if we go back to 27, he says that this kind of deliverance that you want is first the children's bread. First, this kind of deliverance. So if there, if there's any sickness, any um uh unease in you, I want you to remember that you are a child of the king. And this deliverance that Jesus is talking about, he says that it is children's bread. It is yours. Amen. So there is, if somebody that is not quote unquote uh part of the group can procure their miracle, then you need to be daring and bold as well to say, Father, you said this my need or my desire to be delivered, it is part of my package. Amen. And I believe we are growing in boldness in the name of Jesus. Amen. So take and receive your miracle in the name of Jesus. God's love for Israel was confirmed by the number of times he came through for his people. The book of Judges, oftentimes in the book of Judges, uh the Bible says that, and then the their cry went up to the to heaven, and God had their cry, and so he sent somebody, he sent a judge to deliver them. Even um uh the story of Moses before as Moses is being sent to um to Israel, I mean to Egypt to deliver the Israelites, God says that I have had their cry. And so we see God's love. It is confirmed by the number of times he has come through for Israel. God's love for you as part of the church is confirmed through the statement that he says that, and the gates of hell shall not prevail. I don't know about you, but gates of hell are a big deal. But God here is saying, I am a bigger deal. I am a bigger deal. So I do not care what scheme the enemy is plotting against you, by the reason of your heart towards God and his heart towards you, I speak deliverance in the name of Jesus. I speak a loosing in the name of Jesus. See, there are instances in the Bible where somebody had been afflicted for longer than they should have. Thirty-eight years, twelve years, a long time from when they were born. But when Jesus came into the building, the enemy had to leave in the name of Jesus. The Bible says that the Son of God is revealed to destroy the works of the devil. You are a son with Jesus of God. He's coming for you, he is coming on your behalf. See, that's what the miracle is all about is God using his ability on your behalf. Amen. We're gonna read verse 3, verse 11, and verse 43. So I speak over you again that the gates of hell shall not prevail over your life in the name of Jesus. This is the story of Lazarus. The Bible says, Therefore, his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he, Lazarus, whom you love, is sick. Verse 11, I think I said the the story goes, um Lazarus dies, and Jesus says, This thing said he, and after that he said unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth, but I go that I may awake him out of sleep. Verse 43. I don't know if there's somebody that your situation is sleeping, your situation is dead, your situation is stagnant, it is not going anywhere. The Bible is saying that Jesus is coming so that you will come out of that state in the name of Jesus. The Bible says, and when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth, and that's all he needed to say. We know the story, Lazarus came out, amen. So, what situation is holding you back? Jesus is saying, Come forth in the name of Jesus, he is doing this because that's verse 3 that said the one you love is going through something, the one you love is experiencing trouble, and I'm here to tell you that God loves you. In fact, let me let me say this: if there is anything that God has ever told me to say, or in other words, the the message that God has given me for my ministry, for the ministry he has given me, is that God loves people, is that God loves people. You many of you may not know this. I came through um a single parent house, and I didn't know what it means to to have a father around, and so I always struggled after I had uh accepted the Lord Jesus. I always struggled to relate with God as father, I just didn't know how that dynamic works, but throughout the course of my life in Him, God has told me He loves there's nothing you can tell me today that God doesn't love me, there's nothing I don't care what happens to me, I do not doubt that God loves me. So I'm here to tell you that because of God's love for you, He is going to move heaven and earth for your sake, in the name of Jesus, every situation in your heart, maybe no one knows because of God's love for you, He is bringing you out in the name of Jesus. So who gets miracles from God? The desperate, the daring, and the love. Okay, I said darling, but I'm the love, amen. So I want you to imagine yourself as a desperate person for God right now. Say, God, touch my life, touch, let things change. See, there's nothing, there's nothing that can overpower God, and maybe somebody needs to hear that because sometimes I think experiences help us um or tell us that oh, this thing is too much for God. I'm here to tell you that nothing will overpower God, and I see I've overshot my time, but I want us to stand up. We're gonna sing one song, maybe for two minutes, maybe for three. You know, they said that they are trailblazers. God is the ultimate trailblazer. He makes the way for you because he has already gone ahead, and you can see where to stand. So I want you as we say this way maker! I want you to hold on to your desperation for God! I want you to hold on to the reality and I want you to hold on to the reality of God's love for you and receive your miracle in the name of Jesus. Can we say?
