Welcome to the Day One List, the podcast about who you call first and what it takes to earn that place. Hi, I'm Jenny McCallum, franchisee of Express Employment Professionals, Specialized Recruiting Group, and Express Healthcare Staffing. I'm also the creator of the Day One List. For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping people find meaningful work. Along the way, I've learned that every opportunity begins with a relationship. Every career, every partnership, every breakthrough starts because someone believed in someone else. Because every relationship is an opportunity to change someone's life. Together with our teams, we're working hard with the goal of putting one million people to work. That mission has taught me something I'll never forget.
