I hold a PhD in Applied Social Psychology and bring academic rigor, public health expertise, and lived experience as a racialized Muslim woman to my work. I'm the founder of Seed Room Consulting, inaugural Executive Director and current Board Chair of BIPOC USHR, and have spent my career facilitating anti-oppression workshops and building equitable structures. This podcast is where I dig into justice, belonging, and liberated futures—uncovering truths so we can plant something better for those who come after us.
