Welcome to Angels Connect ,
Trusting a divine voice especially when it gets loud
Angels show up and here's how they help in a spiritual way
Welcome to Angels Connect. Stories of hope and inspiration. Angels Connecting and Protecting with your embodied angel host, Tara Hines. Do you ever get those nudges or feelings? Sometimes they're little ones and other times, whoa, they're loud. So for me, this was one of those loud moments. And that's what I want to talk to you about today. That quiet voice that gets loud. The one we so often dismiss, the one that doesn't argue, doesn't shout, doesn't explain itself. The voice simply knows. This story begins after a long shift in the hospital. And anyone who's worked nights knows that feeling, like you're walking between worlds. As I walked, I found myself reflecting on all the times I'd ignored that inner voice. To give you an example, on night shift, I would sometimes hear my name being called clear enough that I'd turn around and ask my colleagues, did you call me? They'd laugh. No, they'd say, you're hearing things. And so I learned to tell myself the same thing. Sure, I must be. And instead, I trusted what could be proven the charts, the monitors, signs, and medicine. Don't get me wrong, I'd cultivated intuition. That's a skill most nurses perfect. But this voice, this was different. Not leaving it up to uh whatever. What I slowly began to notice, that voice, that feeling, the one I was so quick to dismiss, it has never ever led me astray. Every time I followed it, even when it didn't make sense, it led me exactly where I needed. To a patient in distress, to somebody close to the end of their life, to moments that matter deeply. The voice never said, here's why. And it never gave me the rule book. It simply spoke. Sometimes it guided me in unexpected ways, different things I'd be prompted or urged to do. I'd feel an urge to send a heartfelt message to someone I barely knew, send an email that felt far too personal, far too intimate, and almost embarrassing. I'd sit there thinking, This is ridiculous. They're going to think that I've lost the plot. But the words came anyway. They wrote themselves. I wasn't crafting them. It kind of felt like I was receiving them as if I was a channel or some portal. I don't know. And every single time, every single time, whoever received the messages said to me, You sent this at exactly the right moment. Or thank you. I didn't know how much I needed to hear this today. Wow, this changed my day. Thank you. That's when I began to understand something special, something sacred. I was never meant to be the font of information. I was meant to be available, open, like a conduit. So getting back to the story, this is the moment when things got loud. And what happened afterwards? It was the morning after a long night shift in the hospital, and I'm walking home. And as I walked, the rhythm of my footsteps against the pavement, steady, against the silence, letting my mind wander, as I've already mentioned. So I wasn't taking too much notice of everything around me. But in the distance, I noticed a man on the other side of the road. He was walking towards me. His energy felt chaotic, phrenic, like static, buzzing in the air. And as he came closer, he raised his hand and gestured hello. And in that instant I heard it. Keep walking. Not loud or dramatic, but just clear. I smiled politely and returned the gesture and kept walking. Then the voice spoke again. Keep walking. Keep walking. Stronger this time, more insistent, louder. Everything in me wanted to slow down, to look back, to try and make sense of what I was feeling and what I could see. But I didn't. I listened, I stayed on the path that led me home. Later, after I'd slept, and I got up out of bed, turned on the television, the news was on, and there it was spoken calmly, clinically, by the newsreader. A murder had taken place just around the corner from my home. The man I had passed that morning had killed someone. And in that moment, I gasped. I was shocked. And I realized as I was trying to compute it all, just how close I had come to him. Then something settled inside me, a deep, quiet knowing. No wonder the voice had been so persistent. No wonder it hadn't negotiated, and no wonder it hadn't explained itself. It had simply said keep walking. That's when I truly understood. When angels speak, they don't shout, but they can get louder. Instead of their voice, it protects, it guides, it loves quietly. It speaks and then waits. Since that day, I don't argue with the voice anymore. I don't ask it to justify itself. I don't need it to make sense. I listen. And this is the teaching I want to leave you with today. You are not meant to understand every message. You are meant to move when it speaks. Trusting your intuition isn't about bravery, it's about availability, it's about being willing to listen and act before the mind catches up. And sometimes, not always, but sometimes the most sacred guidance you'll ever receive is also the simplest. Keep walking. If this resonated with you, I invite you to notice this week where have you been hearing the quiet voice and explaining it away? What might happen if just once you trusted it? Not because you're afraid, but because you're willing. Thanks for listening. And until next time, keep walking. Coming up next week, I share my origin story. Because for a lot of you, you don't know me. And I share a gorgeous personal experience, which truly is my angel origin story. So please subscribe, share this, connect, send me DM. Until next time. Bye bye.
