Hey guys. It's been a while. It's been a while since I posted a video. So just as an update, I have both been obedient for a time for a season and disobedient for a time and for a season. Uh I picked up the book and had a good time with God and the Holy Spirit. And then I set down the book and had a good time with myself. Which um, you know, doesn't make me feel uh uh very accomplished as a Christian man, you know. Um but we go through these times in our life where we have the perfect example of what a Christian should be in Jesus. And we have the word that gives us good instruction, and um I find myself just not being able to live up to it. But I know what I can do, I know what I can do because I did it for three years, you know. So what I've learned uh is that I would rather have a relationship with God than have the things of the world, you know, it's just better. It's it's better. This is just a small moment um of time before we get to our actual life, you know, in heaven with Jesus, you know, uh so you know, according to the word, I shouldn't live uh a lifestyle of um indulgence, sinful indulgence. Um I need to come out and be separate. I need to imitate Christ. He said, be holy because I am holy. Uh I need to um put to death the flesh, which means that I'm gonna need to struggle against myself, uh, which is not easy. It's not an easy thing to do. You know, I'm I'm in this body that wants to destroy itself through sinful passions, you know. Um and so I live in a machine, a mechanism. I live in a body that ultimately wants to die. Um it it has for generations, you know. No nobody's been able to fix that part. Um, you know, um, but it's what everybody kind of wants. Um, you know, I don't know. There's a large majority of people who want to extend their life, who want to live forever, and they seek after all these things to do so, but the secret is found in Jesus Christ. That's where it's found. Um, you know, I've heard through people about what the Holy Spirit has spoken into my life. You know, um, one gentleman came up to me and said, God wants me to tell you to speak the word in a way that other people can understand it, you know. And uh, you know, those things, those things happen to me on a regular basis where God has a word for me. And and, you know, when you're real young in Christ, this might make you feel like you've got something going on, but really the secret is is that God is so near to us and so close to us that He could He does these things all the time to believers, to His core uh group, the Holy Spirit-filled core group of believers that um are on the earth. So what have I been doing? I haven't made a video because I've been disobedient, but I've been promoting my videos through meta-ads and Google ads, and I've been reaching quite a large number of people, over 200,000 in the last um, I'd say uh let's go three months. Three months, 200,000 people have heard the gospel message, you know, because there was a time when I was on fire. I was on fire for the Lord. And uh, you know, I had just got off this mountaintop experience where Jesus was real, um, you know, he stepped into my life, and then I came back down to into the valley of of life, you know, and I had to um I had to adjust myself and consider things and meditate on things, you know, I had to process, and it's you know, it's been six years since this happened to me, and I'm still processing this information because you know, when he's with you, it's so it's so um encapsulated. There's so much to digest, uh, there's so much to consider and think about, um, you know, because everything that he does has meaning, you know. Um, so every little move, every word, everything he speaks, um, you know, uh, but what I'm gonna do is I I what and what I have been doing is I've been getting back into my Bible um because I realize that I can't live without it. It it feeds me, it keeps me on the straight path, it speaks with me, uh, you know, and it it leads me and it guides me, and it tells me what not to touch and what to touch. And that was the priesthood duties was to discern between what is good and what is evil and and what is clean and what is unclean. Um, but you know, it's been a long time since I felt the Holy Spirit. It's been a long time since I felt like I was going to walk around the corner and bump into Jesus. He got real distant. But, you know, the secret to that, of course, is that he's right there, you know, he's in the room with you all the time. Uh, you know, but you know, um, so, anyways, I don't know. I'm at work, I'm kind of taking like a 30-minute break. Um, I just moved all these boxes. You want to see all the boxes I moved? How do I switch this around? Uh I can't switch it around. Anyways, here's all the boxes that I moved. Ah, all those. So I've been just working, working and um, you know, paying my bills and doing the life thing because apparently this isn't the end. And God has had, through this time of disobedience, God has had mercy on me to not discipline me as I deserve. Um, and you know, the consequence still might be coming, you know, God is not mocked. You reap what you sow, you know. So um, but I've also uh been sowing into righteousness, uh, you know, with my with my videos and everything, and developing my pages and whatnot. So I don't know, man. Um, you know, I gotta, so I'm stepping away because I got everything that I wanted in the world, you know, I realize that these are all just temporary dopamine hits and serotonin hits, you know, for for the body to gratify itself. And it's it's so cheap. You know, it really is a cheap um experience and and and it brings consequence, and then you gotta go through the consequence, and you gotta go through repentance, and it's just it's just a mess. So um I'm gonna I'm realigning myself to agree with God that he is right and that I should walk in his paths. Um and you know what? When when I seek him with all my heart, he's gonna show up. He's gonna show up, which is terrifying to me. Um, you know, but um I would rather have him show up because I was seeking him out and living my life the way that I was supposed to be, than have him step in the room with uh you know the thing in my hand, uh whatever my sin, uh whatever that thing is, you know, and have him come as a father who corrects his child, you know, because um, you know, if there's no correction, then you're illegitimate children, you know, belong to them. You know. So uh, you know, I don't know. I don't know, I gotta feed myself for a while. Feed on the word uh so that I can speak well about God. You know, I know things, but look, man, Satan knows things. If anybody knows anything, it's Satan and the demons because they were with God. They served him, they they have an interpersonal relationship with him. So knowledge of God, just knowing God, is not enough. It's not enough because they know God, but they live an evil lifestyle. They choose to continue to live an evil lifestyle and make choices against God and against his word, trying to separate themselves and live their own life apart from God, um, which doesn't work. It obviously doesn't work. Um it didn't work out for them, you know. So, uh, but I realized that just knowing God uh isn't enough. You know, if God was to come up to me and ask me, What do you want from me, Jason? I used to say, um, I used to think that I would ask to know his word. Because if I knew his word, then I would know everything that I need to know in order to have a successful relationship with him. But what I realize is without a heart to apply his word, it's just knowledge. It's it's just knowing, you know. And I don't want to be a hearer of the word and not a doer of the word. You know, I gotta I gotta put my foot in front of me and walk in a path that he has already established. Um, you know, and you can find these paths and these in these uh decisions that you can make in in the in the Bible, you know. I learned by example. That's what it that's all the Bible is. It's just a big, it's a big book of God creating man, man reacting to God, and then God in turn, uh, depending on what men do, you know, reacts to them. And it's it's the same thing um throughout the whole book. It's like he gives you something, he gives you instruction, he says, don't do this, you know, and then man does the thing, and then God in turn responds to man. And so we can use all of these examples to just have faith in what has been outlined as you know, the consequence for disobedience or the consequence for obedience. What did these people go through? What were their lives like because of the choices that they made? You know, and I'm finding out that you know the choices that I'm making aren't um conducive to a healthy relationship with God, you know, and that's what it's about. It's about a relationship, you know. So, anyways, um I'm gonna go. I gotta get back to work. No rest for the wicked. I'll see you later.
