What's up, y'all? It's your boy Kevin, also known as Coach. And tonight, y'all, I'm here with my brothers, and we're starting something new. And it's called Three the Hard Way Podcast. First off, y'all, I got my brother, Mr. Danye F. Jones. What up, what up, what up? And y'all already know. Hey, every podcast. Okay. Changed the name a little bit, huh?
SPEAKER_02No, it's some every A, some every same joint.
SPEAKER_06Okay, I ain't see that on there, but y'all see it. Got that old Beans building in the background with the twin towers representing both of his cities. Where he's from and where he's at. Y'all already know how that go. Then y'all, we got Mr. Devinair himself. Look at him in this pink polo looking like baby Tiger Woods. Icky none, y'all. He knew he'd be in the host of podcasting, y'all. But I'm gonna tell you one thing. He ain't gonna hold his tongue and he's gonna let it let it be known. Yeah, he'll vent. But one thing I would let y'all know, y'all. All three of us represent this right here for life. You know, we all Buna Vista boys, and now we men. And y'all, we're gonna come to y'all career tonight on this podcast, man. So, first off, fellas, how y'all doing?

SPEAKER_06So we win. Yes. There it is, man. So y'all, y'all already know, man, we we got something new going. Um it's gonna be kind of different. We're gonna see what everybody, you know, how they feeding off of us, y'all. Um with this um Three the Hard Way podcast. I was sitting around one day, and always when y'all on the Mr. and Mrs. Marshall podcast, we keep it going, we keep it entertaining. So I was like, man, I gotta get these two on and we gotta do it together. And you know, it just basically, you know, we gonna come at people with correct, we're gonna talk about you know, issues, life, sports, because we all love sports. You know, as you see in the back of Mr. Danye, the greatest basketball player ever. I don't care what they say. Mike, LeBron, Cole, we love y'all, but magic is a man. Always. Yes, sir. So I don't know, if you might disagree, man. Yay, we magic men.
SPEAKER_05I always love magic. He paused over there. But I'm you know, I always love magic too. We know what that uh with the old old black Jesus or the old black ball heads over there. Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_06I feel you, I feel you. That's why I hate it.
SPEAKER_05I don't like that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah. But us real fans know who the GOAT is, though. You know what I'm saying? And I how I shut a lot of people up. I say, you tell me another NBA player that's got 12 other Hall of Famers in the NBA. It's magic. You know, we ain't know who Jamal Wilkes was, Michael Cruz, Noah Nixon. We only knew Kareem Adouja by James Word. Right, right, yeah. So Magic helped all of them do their thing. It ain't nothing like a Showtime Lakers, man.
SPEAKER_02Nothing. Nobody, he made it, yeah. He made that thing pop in LA. He made it pop.
SPEAKER_06That's right. Speaking of Showtime LA, what do you think about this new snowtime LA?
SPEAKER_02Listen, man. Listen, man. Listen, dog. Look, when they was picking people up, and I'm saying, they trying to make this squad white. I mean, I was I was saying this way before Steve Knight came out. So I'm saying, like, now look, don't get me wrong, you know, I love Luca, I like Reeves, you know what I'm saying, but I'm saying you gotta have you gotta have some guys that can guard, man. And but like I said, it's it's the new owner, you know. You know, the bus telling they only got maybe like 10% of the franchise. You know what I'm saying? So he might be going in different different directions or whatever, but we it's gonna be hard to guard, man. We're gonna have to score like 140 a game. Really, literally. You know what I mean? But it unless they start really crazy, man, I'm gonna I'm still gonna rock my purple and gold, but yeah, it needs some melanin up in that piece, though. Needs some melanin.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_05What'd you say, Eric? Definitely Luca, Luca and Austin Reed can't guys up, and they lacking all that criticism that they're getting you, like you said, from that melanin. They they missing that, like they purposely tried to make these Lakers white. I was like, what's going on, man? From from the coach on down, then what is happening?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah, man.
SPEAKER_03We're gonna see.
SPEAKER_06We're gonna see, man. I mean, I'm a Laker always, magic always gonna be, but you know, I'm I'm gonna roll with LeBron this year. I'm I'm going to go to the house.
SPEAKER_02Well, we let me tell you something. I mean, they gonna they gonna have a squad. My whole thing is if they can, you know, if LeBron and healthy, they're just gonna put LeBron at the point. Let them go. Because man, Maxi ain't no point. I I never say it was a point. He's a he's a scoring guard, you know what I mean? But yeah, this could yeah, this is gonna be if they stay healthy. If the B can give them 55 games, yeah, yeah, they're gonna be they're gonna be a tough out.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, he the key. It's all about him, and I should he should be right now with LeBron and his people working on his body.
SPEAKER_05Definitely, yeah.
SPEAKER_06For real.
SPEAKER_05If if LeBron show you how to do it, yeah, you should definitely be with him right now. For real, yeah.
SPEAKER_06So it's gonna be interesting, man.
SPEAKER_05But I think with LeBron, all the people around Embiid, they can you know kind of rest him a little more, save him more for the playoffs.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. Now, what what the Philly fans better not hope that if Embiid is playing consistently, he don't get this feeling that he ain't getting all them shots no more. Man, you got you got Jay Brown, you got Maxi. You know what I mean? So, dude, they gonna and they gotta get the ball to you. So as long as he realize, hey, you got some other help, man, they they could be cool, but you never know, man. When you an alpha, you ain't trying to turn to no beta. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_06That's true.
SPEAKER_05I haven't seen or um Jalen Brown speak about it. I saw Edge Comb and Maxie. I haven't seen M B or or Um Jalen Brown speak on this when they got LeBron. So I don't know really how they feel. Jalen Brown, love it.
SPEAKER_04I just watched the yeah, Maxie too.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, now Edge Comb, yeah, he said it, but you know what? I think LeBron is smart enough because they put him to point to keep keep that young boy progressing. Because you know, he averaged 16 last year as a rookie.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know what I mean? So you don't you don't want to take a little bit of, you know, back see a little bit, but yeah, you don't want to lose him, you know what I mean? So, but it they're gonna be they're gonna be tough.
SPEAKER_06That's true.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I like him. Yeah, yep.
SPEAKER_06So now I gotta ask y'all, all those being from Michigan, what the hell are the pistons doing?
SPEAKER_05Man, they doing cave just early. I know I don't know what they're doing, man.
SPEAKER_02They they acting like the bulls. That's what they acting like. True, man. Hey, and see this here's the thing, man. When you got you got a guy like Cave, you gotta make sure to keep him straight because when that time up, he will bounce and leave the motor city. So yeah, I don't know. And I know Durin, he gotta realize, dude, you in the situation because they realize, you know, because in the playoffs, it's game by game. You ain't they can hone in whatever you don't do well, they're gonna make sure to force you to do that. And he kind of got exposed in the playoffs.
SPEAKER_06Oh, yes, he did. Yeah, yeah, definitely. Plus the reason episode, you know, that other man had his woman for real. So that messed with him, but yeah, he got to grow up.
SPEAKER_02Maybe hold up, hold up. Maybe I'm I'm I'm late. I'm late. Who had his woman?
SPEAKER_06Oh boy from uh Orlando, Center Carter. Yeah, uh Wendell, Wendell. Right, Wendell, Wendell Carter. Yeah, you're right, you're right. Remember, she came back to the game in his jersey, made like a skirt.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you're right. Hey, man, what's crazy about that, Kev? All the chicks like that be on a carousel. It's like it's a certain group of girls, they just pretty much take take turns with, you know. And I mean, that's cool that you want to do, but when you you can't make that your woman, though, when you already know what it is.
SPEAKER_06No, not when she being passed around like an alley. That's for real.
SPEAKER_02Thank you. But see, here's the thing, man. A lot of cats never had women though. So I mean, yeah, yeah. Yeah, you could you could tell cats who would hooping and listen. And that's why, yeah, the Lord knows He shouldn't have sent me to the league. Yeah, no one's happening. When I had paper too, oh, the kill on the front row at the garden. I said, dude, we could have kicked it at the oh and we've been climbing right with you, too.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we've been right there. You make a basket. I'm like Booty, I'm falling on the float. For real. But but it's gonna be interesting though. You know, I I can't wait for the NBA. I mean, I'm ready for football now, but I can't wait to see what they're gonna do, man. You know, and I must say congrats to the Knicks. I love the way they play as a team and a unit. Yeah, um, I hate they let Robinson go though.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, he was man. Listen, it took Boston, and see that's the crazy, and Dolan said it right before the parade. I'm not going in the second April. You know what I'm saying? He's I said, dude, y'all got money anyway. Now that y'all won, but hey man, them pockets tight, man.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah. It's sad though, man. I don't know what them owners. They're gonna miss out, man.
SPEAKER_02Oh, absolutely.
SPEAKER_06Oh, yeah, they're gonna miss out.
SPEAKER_05Absolutely, they're gonna miss how the towns are being filed from so fast is always where you're gonna you know, get the back him up. And it'd be jump files, too, man.
SPEAKER_06I I think them like the way Shaq said on the podcast one day. Shaq said he used to tell his backup, you ready? And he said, What you mean? And Shaq could get in the game and hit two quick files so he could sit down because he ain't want to play that night. So he might be that way, you know. Yeah, it's gonna be interesting though, man. I'm I'm ready to see it though. See how things for real. Yeah. So, yay, everybody know you you're the man with something every year podcast, man. What when we expecting a new season?
SPEAKER_02Oh man, you know, definitely. Um, definitely more interviews, more more live shows. I usually pre-record more live shows and more of me, like I said, just talking. I'm gonna have to set date, but I might just come on some days because sometimes you can't hold stuff for a week, you know what I mean? Man, I ain't gonna tell you something, man. The reason why I packed my stuff up because I knew I had to pack it up to move my other house, whatnot. So, because it was too much stuff happening. But I'm gonna I'm gonna recap early old stuff, man, from from the young brother Nolan, Mississippi to the to the Knicks, to the ignorant ass Trump. I mean, I'm hitting everything, man, but just trying to keep it lightness, get things people that interest me, you know what I'm saying, and try to um just just try to uh enlighten, man. Enlighten, have fun. That's that's all I'm trying to do.
SPEAKER_06Yep, and that and that's what it is, too. I think I hit the wall with more than the coach for a minute too, and I was trying to revamp and refine myself and do something. Of course, you know, me and the missus got the Mr. and Mrs. Marshall back, but this wedding kind of held us back. So at the next we'll be back live again. You know, we like the pre-records, but we like live because we like interacting.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so hold up at the wedding, man. So you you you I mean, you walk walking somebody down now, man, and handing somebody over, huh?
SPEAKER_06Woo, I gotta give up my baby, man. Give up my baby, man. I'll look, I ain't even gonna hold you up. I done already cried, so I don't plan on crying no more.
SPEAKER_04Yes, uh, yes, sir.
SPEAKER_06Uh I wouldn't got my tuck seed, or not my tuck seed, but my suit today. And I was like, when I put it on, I said, damn, it's real. Yeah, you know, I'm really finna give up my youngest daughter, and then in a year and a year from now, my oldest daughter getting married.
SPEAKER_02Oh wow, that's that's what's up. That's what's up.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, they ain't they ain't give pops no break though on them pockets. I ain't gonna lie to you. If you cry, yeah, I get you a clip. He ain't done crying, I'll get you a clip. You probably gonna cry more than me. He the goddaddy, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you the goddaddy? You already had a conversation with the husband of bee.
SPEAKER_05No, you know what? I I met him one time, and he he really seemed like a stand-up, good young man for it, man. I thought I was trying not to like him when he came over and met him, but I can't help him, but he was he's a nice guy, he's a good guy for it, man. I was I was trying everything not to like him, but well, I think they they could together, man. They make a good good couple together, man. Yeah, that's what's up. Yep, and I'll be real with you.
SPEAKER_06He did it the right way, man. He he took me out, we had uh dinner, and he acts the right way. And I felt bad because I was like, damn, I ain't even do this with my wife. Right, right. I ain't go sit down with her dad and stuff. So I I had to respect that then, you know, knowing his father. I worked with his father for some years at Wolverine and knowing him, and I knew he came from a good man, so you know, in a good family. So I'm I'm happy, man. I'm excited for him. And like I just told him the other day, me and my wife took him to dinner, both of them. And I told her, I said, Y'all want your marriage to last? They was like, Yep. I said, keep everybody out your business, even though that's how you make it happen.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, something can't take nobody but y'all and God, man. That's it. And you have to, man, seek wise counsel, watch who you who you talk to, don't you know say don't just take that to anybody.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yep, and that's the thing. It's funny, everybody got advice for for the married couple that ain't married.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know what I'm saying? So it's like, yeah, so true. Keep people out your business.
SPEAKER_06That is so true. That's it, and it'll last for a long time, you know. So that's cool, man. So, Eric, you here with two podcast veterans, man. How you feel about joining the new crew?
SPEAKER_05Uh, you know, y'all family to me, so I I feel, you know, right now it's gonna be a little stuff there and getting my feet wet, actually being in here hosting and stuff, you know what I'm saying? Just coming in, doing co-hosts. So, you know, it's I think it's gonna be fun. It's gonna be live. Like I said, y'all, y'all two my brothers anyway. I've been knowing y'all like I said over half my life. So the comfortability level with us is great. Just gotta come ahead and get my feet wet, get in there.
SPEAKER_06For real. We go all the way back. We got two Bronco guys. I don't know what y'all nickname was at Bronco. Uh Bronco, I forgot who he was. What was Bronco?
SPEAKER_05Uh Wolf Green.
SPEAKER_02Well, yeah, we do Whoop Green. With like 500 cheerleaders, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Y'all did have all the cheerleaders as a group. Yeah, that is true. Yeah, hey, every class should have our phone, yeah, four or five, yeah. Yeah, much of them, man. Yeah, then was the days, man. So this is gonna be cool, man. So hey, we can do this though. We can recap because we never did about our class reunion, our all class reunion, man. Yeah, you know, we can't recap on that. How y'all felt about that, man? From this one we just had compared to the one we had a couple years ago.
SPEAKER_05No, I I actually enjoyed this one we just had more because I think it was a little more intimate being in the gym instead of having to run across the field to catch people to see to catch up. Everybody was like right there. So I like that a whole lot better, man. He's just right in the mix, right with everybody, so you can connect, reconnect with everybody right there, have a good time.
SPEAKER_06For real.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, exactly. You're right. You're right, because that's when it rained, you was able to see because the one year I came, man, it was people there that I didn't even know was there. And you know what's crazy? I even missed some people this year too, still. You know what I'm saying? But yeah, but just but like and I and I I told Tori, uh, so I that's that's my girl, man. But I said, Hey, I gotta I gotta vote. I said, Whose baby was it as far as putting up the pictures? This is me. I said, I said, um it's this team in 1989 that did win, and they pitched in the phone in the mural, and I said, and I and uh Terry Jackson heard me. I said, you know, shout out to my boys in the class of 1990. They lost C Web in the championship. They should have won. They really did because they had, I mean, they were deep. But I said, y'all got them up there. I said, but uh but it's all good, it's all good. But I was glad they had all the older guys in the 70s and that I'm glad they had that picture of Sean, man. Yes, because Sean is like that most underrated star. Sean was a superstar. Yes, you know what I mean. Sean was a superstar for BB. So and it was glad that I'm glad he came out, man. And uh people showed him love because you know, I think a lot of times, you know, he gets underappreciated, but yeah, Sean was that dude for real.
SPEAKER_06Yep, you know, and you and me both had Sean on our podcast as well. Well, you know, I hadn't I haven't had him yet. Oh, you haven't had him yet. No, but I'm um I'm gonna get him off. Okay, because I know after my podcast with him, I reached out to a guy that does the Saginaw Hall of Fame because that's one one thing that he's not in there, man. And not individually, he's not. And then this year he pushed for him. Mr. Nickelberry pushed for him hard, but he didn't get he didn't get in. So we're gonna next time it's up again, we're gonna push again. You know, I think he's very deserving of that, man. You know, we all know what mark was to Saginaw and BV. Absolutely, but you know, but Sean was right there, you know.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so there is no 86 championship without without Sean. We ain't got no 86 championship without Sean.
SPEAKER_05Nope, hands down that's well Mark didn't even say, man, because he definitely played his ankle, right?
SPEAKER_02Yep, exactly. And he he put some things on on Derek Coleman in the semis that we won in the championship, you know what I'm saying? So, yeah, man, Sean. Yeah, Sean did his thing. Just you know what, the world better be glad Sean won 6'9.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, man, tell me about he was the real original Sean Kemp for real, you know what I'm saying? That that's for sure, man. Wow to see, yeah, yeah, it was good to see people giving him his love at the reunion, too. You know what I'm saying? Absolutely, and I kind of like that all reunion instead of just our class, yeah. You get everybody, man. Everybody, man. I was trying to put together a little clip of the video I had made, you know, but it would get it in due time. But man, I I really did enjoy that and looking forward to the next one.
SPEAKER_05Oh, they got another, they're going in 2028. They got another one, yeah. Okay, yeah, God's will.
SPEAKER_02I'll be at that one too.
SPEAKER_06That's right, God's will, because you're right, because you don't always come back and you always we lose people, you know.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and it's just it's just great to see, man, because the school's closed, but that's smallpocket community, the greatness came out of that smallpocket. 150 junior high, the greatness that came out of that, and the genuine relationships of people will be from whether it's pro athletes, whether it's superintendents, whether it's singers, whether it's so much came out of that little pocket, man. And forget the notoriety of celebrities, just great people, man. Just great people, you know what I mean? So it's a it was it was a lovely thing. Lovely thing.
SPEAKER_05It was all love there, too, man. Everybody too, it's just all love, none of that nonsense, trouble, and then just all love with everybody. It just really was a great time.
SPEAKER_06Yep. And I'll be I'll be real with y'all. I don't even remember Friday night because I would I could lose Friday night.
SPEAKER_02Man, listen, I came over to y'all table. I had candles on.
SPEAKER_06Bro, we hey, you know, I had had surgery, so I hadn't did nothing in months. Yes, uh hey, I was like, it's the perfect time.
SPEAKER_02Hey, ain't nothing wrong with that player. Yeah, hey, I wasn't I wasn't exactly uh exactly alcohol free, but uh but I was uh I was I was coachy though. I was coachy.
SPEAKER_06Oh yeah, I was. I I really enjoyed it, man. The neck pain went away for a few hours, I'll put it that way. Yeah, that's cool, man. So y'all, and that's like I said, we all from B V. You know, we love it, you know, it'll never die. Like y'all said, man, opening that school up, it brought back nothing but memories, man.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I'm gonna say this to y'all, man. Shout out to 88, man. Man, I got so much. That's why I'm on y'all, I'm on y'all site too on Facebook 88. I mean, man, because I man, I mess with 88 strong, man. I love 88, man. So just shout out to y'all, man, because uh it was when I'm I'm gonna tell you something, I never I would never forget this. My freshman year, I'm coming in, we all been in the gym, had a freshman one week, the sophomore's the one, you know what I'm saying? I'm coming in with my little carefree girl. I'm coming in there and the uh the the sophomore was sitting there and people was coming in late. So I mean when Alfie, Alfie came in, and everybody stood up. Then he came in, and I was like, man, those sophomores they out of control. Y'all was so loud up in there. I said, okay, this is crazy. Y'all were louder than the freshmans, the juniors, and the seniors. I remember that distinctively.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I must I must tell you, bro. We we probably was some of the most knuckleheaded of this group that came through there. I mean, I I I contributed, I can't lie. Hey man, we were but y'all class was one of my favorite, though. Yeah, my two 89 was my my favorite because I I love hanging out, of course, with my cousin Katrina, you know, yeah, and all her friends, you know, and just y'all, y'all had a good thing going, you know. I like the other groups, but you know, they was a little bit you know, boosy to me, you know. So I stay with the ones that was close, so it it's all love though. It's BB for life, man. For sure.
SPEAKER_02That's I know you can't probably see it. I got my I Love BB shirt on. BB for life point.
SPEAKER_06I started to wear my BB shirt tonight, too. I I did too, yeah. I started to put it on. I definitely put on one of them. You see the back.
SPEAKER_02Hey, well, one time we we have a BB night. We all rock some BB gift.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we're we could do that, man. So yeah, so so we're gonna jump. Let's go on and jump into our topic, man. Let's go and do it, it's gonna pop up on the screen, and it's the four things men look from from their wives and girlfriends, you know, because some of these don't have a wife, but yeah, it's four things that you know, as a man, you really do look for from your woman. Yeah, you know, like I started out with four man, like number one is respect. Can't be my woman if ain't no respect, you know, and that tag along with honesty. Gotta be honest with me. I'm gonna be honest with you, whether you're right or wrong, and I want the same. And then the other one, number three, is peace. Be in peace.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, that's that's a good one.
SPEAKER_06And then the last one, man, that I want, and I get it from my wife, but it's gratitude. Basically, you know, telling me thank you, appreciate you. That's it. That's it. You know, so to me, them my four things that that I I want from a woman that I was looking for and found in my wife. So I I appreciate that, you know. What about y'all?
SPEAKER_05I would I would go with what you said too. Respect, uh loyalty. I want uh I need some support. You know, support me, have you know, have my back, whatever, everything. Um respect, loyalty, uh, you know, have my back. You know, um also I need I need somebody too to check me, tell me when I'm wrong. You know what I'm saying? Somebody's gonna stand up to me, not that not let me just, you know, I never wanted somebody I can control. I want somebody that's gonna stand up, tell me, you know what I'm saying, when I'm when I'm wrong or whatever, you know what I'm saying? And also I always wanted somebody that's uh a good mother, man, to the kids. That's before I always you know, always wanted, you know what I'm saying? I want I I love somebody like that, that I like the way they love their children, man. Somebody that's you know, I know I know um I always, you know, I know I always like when you married, they say you um, you know, you want to come supposed to come before the kids. You know what I'm saying? If I was seeing a woman and she wasn't a good mother to the kids, I I wouldn't um you gave birth to me, man. I'll I'll I want you to just be that great mother to them.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. That's true.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah. Three of your fault, man. Uh definitely respect, man. Um I heard my man say men hate disrespect more than they like coochie. Oh, yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_06That's true.
SPEAKER_02That's true. And yeah, so when I heard brother say that, I said, yeah, that's that's true. So respect, definitely peace, man. I mean, working hard, come home, do all you gotta do, man. You don't want to come home and be in a combative situation, man. You want to be at peace in the place where you lay your head. You know, uh, gratitude, appreciation. Not that we gotta have a big banner for it, but just at least appreciating what I'm what I'm trying to do. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? So, and and that's for me, man, just as far as being my wife, and uh you gotta you gotta know the Lord, man. I'm I'm not saying you gotta be um first lady, I ain't saying you gotta have a tambourine falling out all the time. I ain't saying that. But know who he is. Acknowledge who he is, you know what I'm saying? Because I'm gonna I'm gonna need somebody to pray for me, you know what I mean? Because early on in my marriage, man, I was I was on board, I wasn't right. And I I truly believe my wife kept the covering over our house. She did it because it wasn't me. Like this some chick, and they know you know, growing up, we all mess with different chicks here and there, allegedly. So uh so I'm just saying, um then if you ain't somebody you ain't gonna really be with, you know, obviously those those things aren't gonna be as important. But as far as somebody who you're gonna be with, nah. But them them things I gotta have. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06That's true, man. And and you said it too, and as being black men, I think all of us got strong women that pray for us, not just for themselves, but they pray for us. You know, I never forget one time. I walked in my room, my wife created a little prayer closet, you know. And man, she was so in the prayer, it just stopped me in my tracks, bro. And then I heard I walked in a time when she was praying over me and for me. And man, I just sat there at the end of the bed and like, wow, it was amazing just to hear that. You know, somebody praying for my covering and for me to be, you know, taking care of and safe while today. So that you know, that was that was love and big to me, you know. So now when she goes in the prayer closet, I sneak in there and sit again and just listen, you know. So for real, though. Yeah, that's a that's a big thing.

So she gotta make a just a lot of times women are more patient than than than we are. Well, I ain't gonna lie, way more. Because we wouldn't put up with half the stuff they put up for much, you know. I mean, because man, listen, you know, I'm hey, that's why I take, you know, the words say uh it's uh it's it's everybody got got their mansions, many mansions. I know my wife got mansions just for dealing with me.
SPEAKER_06I know her piece of work, I know that's right, definitely me too. And I tell mine every day, God ain't done working on me yet. Just keep being patient. Yeah, and she just give me that crazy look, like you know, I'm just glad ain't no lamp around.

SPEAKER_06I ain't gonna leave that there. We keeping it real, and so uh, so next thing I know, she came in that look again, and I knew I was in trouble. I spoke, she didn't think I spoke to her, she thought I was showing out for the homies. And all of a sudden I went in that living room, like, what's wrong? And words to words, and next thing I know, she got mad. I didn't even see my dog behind me when she grabbed the lamp, though. You know, she was finna hit me, bro. WWE. I ain't have eyes in the back of my head. So actually, hold up.
SPEAKER_02How many girls was over there?
SPEAKER_06Probably about three, but it was girls that hung around us, you know. It went like nobody was on no, yeah, you know, it wasn't none of them.
SPEAKER_02Okay, well, I'm gonna go ahead and play the devil's advocate here because I almost like to say this is this is me. I don't know, maybe y'all might be different. I really didn't like hang, hang like that with girls, like I like to come right of men unless I was on some of what my guys was on somebody that had to be trying to holler one of them chicks, man. Uh-huh. Unless they was dragons.

You gotta start thinking that in terms of this is a little shout out for young guys in marriage or think about it. Ask your question that if you can't take, you know, you don't know if she really would be there, because it takes a special woman to do that. But like I tell people when people be like be praying for people sick, I say you pray for the the caretakers, you know what I'm saying? Because man, people it's it ain't for everybody, man. So if you ain't got a chick that's gonna do that, you better move around because life's gonna take you to somewhere where you're gonna need that.

SPEAKER_06Absolutely. When I had that, when I had that stroke, when I was able to come back too, she was the first thing I seen right there. You know what I'm saying? So that that helped Wheel of Brothers do recovery and everything else. So I already know, yeah, yeah. But this this is real, y'all. This real. Yeah, uh, I and I know I know it's gonna get even better. The content we might have a couple guys come on so we can give them a hard time and stuff. And I'm like, yay, man.
