Before we look at any company, I want to show you the scorecard itself. I walk through the 7 parent categories I use to read a company's character, from leadership integrity to capital discipline, and why I treat each one as grounded in published research rather than a gut call. Then I set up the question the rest of the season answers: when two competitors diverge, could the gap have been read early?
