STO BRAND TALK
SPEAKER_04It's a beautiful Friday, man. Great weather, great day. You already know the vibes, y'all. Shout out to Stowe Sorvo, and here he is with the Stowe brand talk of the day. Alright, guys. I hope you guys are having a wonderful, beautiful day. So, for starters, I do want to talk about today we are doing a end of the summer deal where all t-shirts are going for $20. Okay. Any t-shirt. Any t-shirt. Any t-shirt that's out of the house. I have a couple colorways of the piece of mine shirts. Um, I have only two left of the protector shirts. Remember the one with the angel on the back? And the first on the back. Yeah. Them Jones are shooting home, too. But I think they're larger sizes. Okay. 2XL and one 3XL. So I've got to be able to do that. By the way, size are XXL to small to I'm not. So now, so we were doing small to 3XL, but we binned it down to small to 2XL only because uh 3XL don't really sell like that. And that's for shirts and shorts. Shirts and shorts. Speaking of shorts, don't you guys the old nose too? I do. So if you guys buy any two pairs of shirts, right? I'll give you a free hat. But if you buy three shirts, I will give you a free hat and a free pair of shorts. And this is all previous drops right now, not the new drops that are coming up. Um, and this is till the end of summer. Uh, I would say you know what? I give it the the a no time frame. When the weather starts getting cold and shorts are no longer to be worn, that's when the deal ends. Okay. Rush me on that, guys. Sorry right now. Real quick, it's like you spend $40 on two shirts, you're getting a free hat. That's right. You spend sixty dollars on three shirts, you're getting a free hat, and also you're getting a pair of shorts so you can rock with any of those shirts that you buy. No decide. If you decide to buy a hat, they were 20, but we're doing $5 off, they're $15. But if you do the deal, you spend, you know, either $40 or $60, you're getting a free hat. You're getting a free hat, or you're getting a free hat and a free pair of shorts. So you're getting a whole fit for a good $35 at the end of the day, and you get a full fit plus sum. Yeah. You know what I mean? So that's a good deal. Also, by the way, not to mention, we are um in the works of doing a giveaway for Ray-Ban Meta 2s. You heard that. Um Ray-Ban 2s. Meta 2s. The ones you could wear for they are sunglasses, uh, black, they're brand new, still in the box. Um we're still kind of working on them, but our main core for the giveaway is for people to make purchases. Certain amount of purchases, you get a certain amount of purchase. So, like per se, let's say somebody were to buy the three shirts, you're gonna spend the $60. They get an entry. They can get an entry. I'll even be sweet. You can get two entries if you spend sixty dollars. Oh, you heard that? You get two entries. Now listen, that that's two separate entries for a pair of Ray-Band Meta glasses possible over top, getting. And now, if you spend more, you get more entries. Yeah, absolutely. The more you spend, the more entries you get. That's right, Johnny. And it's way worth the bit, it's way worth the deal. Them glasses are like $300 to $250. Some expensive things. You're only spending a hundred bucks to get close to four or four short entries. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, no, and look at that. Listen, the main idea is for them to make those purchases during clothing. But if I you know you wish to not tune, the only way you can enter is if you spend a hundred dollars. Yeah. You have to spend a hundred dollars. Now, if you want to buy clothing, yeah, you could spend it. Well, you did say for the 60, you get two entries. You get two entries. So no matter what, you gotta spend sixty to get two entries. But if you want four entries, you gotta spend at least a hundred dollars. Spend a hundred uh telling you listen, they're Ray Ban Meditus, there are sunglasses. And like people just enter this contest, you gotta understand it's way worth it. You just need to realize, like, look. We're doing giveaways, man. We're not we're not just it's not just about me. It's not just getting money, it's also we're giving you an opportunity to pull off some sweet ass glasses that you can record life memories with. That's right. You go on vacation like I just did. I was on a boat on the Atlantic Ocean with them bitches. My aunt had a ticket from me because she said, yo, we're about to get crazy wet up on his drawing pause. But the thing is, it's like they're worth the money, man. They're way worth the money. And it's way worth entering in this contest. And it's not gonna last forever, guys. I'm telling you right now, when I put this out there, if you didn't enter, somebody else is gonna win them. Please. And you're gonna feel sorry when you see somebody walking around. Don't double take on it because this this isn't just a oh, you're gonna, you know, and uh, you know what? I I can um even spice something up. I'll even do when the time comes, we'll give somebody whoever does a hundred dollars or higher can enter, not only getting at least five entries, but you can get an exclusive one-of-one hoodie made by me. Exclusively. Ooh, that's fire. One of one stone brand clothing coat, motherfuckers. So, like if you win and you do that when you win, me and you will have a discussion. We'll see where your mindset, like literally, me and you are gonna do a one-of-one. Yeah. Not just me making a full custom. No, we're gonna bring even your ideas to life, and we're gonna give it to you for free. For just, you know, entering $100 or higher and winning. Should I rain band that's an impossible joint? Yo, real quick, real quick. A few weeks ago, we were talking about uh some crazy designer working on giving it hints like that's funny from Calvin. I was actually gonna talk about that too. So I made a little tweak to it. Did you really? Um you ever do something, like let's say, for example, you ever did a song and you listened back to it, and you were just like, that bar was not it. I need to do something else for this. I've been there. That's kind of where my mindset was. It was uh this just kind of looks a little too flat, dude. Like, I don't know. Something about it just looks like touches on it flat. So what I did is yes, I tweaked the the image. Guys I already know what it is. Yeah, he's seen it. And it's fire. It honestly, it's the same concept, but it's a brand new design. It looks nothing more realistic. Yeah, very, very more realistic, more detailed to be more vibrant, more color, more pop to it. Yes. Um, I think it stands out a lot more better than what the other one did. I feel like the other one was. Because it wasn't it wasn't that it was bad, it was more just cool. Yeah, and even more color, it needed more life. It was too vector, guys. If um, and for the person that's on it, you need that life. You need that. Like it's not that they wouldn't have known who it was. Yeah. It just looks better with it, it just looks better, it looks so much better. And it's a whole different phase. Yeah, I just something about it. Looking at it for a while, I just like ah, dude, you know, I could do a lot better with this. Um, I even was working on something yesterday, too. I want to do a broken checkerboard with a skeleton hand, holding a king chess piece, that's knocking over the other king chess piece, going like you know, basically like going over it, going for checkmate, okay, you know, and he's you know, checkmate in them. Okay. Um, but the key, the the key to it is the chess board needs to be broken. Yeah. It to be it's like this something about it needs to be like dark. Right. Dark, grungy. More not like pot like how like this design we were just talking about. Because this design's more of a graffiti illustrator type of thing. Okay. Where this I'm looking for more of a grungy, broken streetwear gotcha. Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha. Uh, I wouldn't say gothic. No. But because it's not gonna have those type of elements. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel that. Um but it's more like more dark. Underground streetwear. Yeah, yeah. There you go. That's better. That's such a better way to put it. I was doing a couple of them, and I like some of them. You know, I kind of let um Kittle give me some core ideas. Okay. Because it'll generate elements for me. Okay. So we'll generate the elements and put them together to make it cool. You know, unfortunately, you have to spend money to do that, guys. But you know what? It's worth it because it's not you know how people like to use Chat GP and they'll create full designs. True, yeah. That's it. That's not what we're doing. No, you know, we're actually paying for a Kittle AI tool. Yes, it's an AI tool. This is different from generating images and an AI tool. We use the AI tool to pull those elements and get them to sit correctly. Oh, yeah. And now, if I have trouble, what we'll wind up doing is I'll take the core idea and pass it along to a graphic designer. Okay. They'll polish it over and fix what may need to be fixed. As soon as I can't. Okay. Um but looking at these, we did three of them and I like them. You know, they have we did a charcoal black with a off-white white. Nice. So we're not doing like polished white, no. Dirty white. Street. No, it's like on like I said, it's underwear underground shit. With a dark, deep red. Nice. And it just sits so well. It's different. It sits so well. That's fire, bro. Um, but you know, like I said, that that just happened just yesterday. So there's still a lot more I need to go over. You got a lot of stuff going on for Stody. I do. Um, them deals, real quick, we're gonna run them jaws back. We got two shirts, two shirts, get a free hat. That's right. Three shirts, and you get it. Free hat and a pair of shorts. That's right. So sixty dollars you spend on them three shirts, free hat, free shorts, four dollars, two shirts, and a free hat. Sweet deal, guys. We also have the Ray Band Meta 2 giveaway, which is a boop, boop. Like I'm gonna set again real quick. You guys gotta know this isn't just um a random giveaway. I mean, like, these are Ray Band Meta 2s, man. $250. You spend fucking 60, you get 200 entries. You spend more than 100, you get four entries. And exclusive one of one hoodie one of one hoodie. And unfortunately, I only can pick one person to do that. Um whoever spends the most bread gets that. And and I feel like that's fair because you're getting the icing on the cake. Not only will you spend more entries, if you spend more, you get entries, free merchandise, and then you get if you win, you get that one of one hoodie. That's a lot of free shit. Banging ass shit, y'all. We are trying to show love to the community. I I love I love everybody, man. I didn't just do this for me, man. Nah. I was I I came into this game with no knowledge of whatsoever. And um, I watched Love Money. Love Money was a big inspiration. If you guys don't know who he is, please go search him up on Instagram, uh Pilot and Co. And uh his official page for his merchandise will be Love Money, but you can see him more active on Pilot Co. He is a huge inspiration to why I started this. He pushed me, you know, like his motivation pushed me to finally say, you know what, fuck it. I don't care what these people think, I'm gonna put out what I want. But, anyways, let me not steer off. My main idea of doing this was bringing designer to life for people that didn't want to spend thousands of dollars because truth be told, guys, Louby Vuitton, we could make the same thing for $40. That shirt's not worth $300 to me. Know that. You know what I mean? Now, if you were to do the facts, the facts are there. I'm just saying, yeah, designer isn't what you know they say, designer is what you say. It don't matter what you rock, bro. If you wanted to rock Felite, you want to call that designer, bro? I ain't knocking you, bro. Listen, I remember five years ago I bought I bought a pair of um felis. Fire ass shoes. A couple people bust on me about that, but guess what? Fuck them. They didn't understand, bro. Make sure y'all go and spend some bread with Stow Clothing Coast so y'all can be in this uh entry for the contest. Y'all know the vibes. This is Jordy205 and STO Sware. And we'll be back with more Stowdy Pies.
Jordy215 Music Moment
unknownCome on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.
SPEAKER_04What's good guys? Welcome back to Stody Pods. This is STO Squervo and Jordy 215. And y'all just got a little glimpse into the new project I'm working on called Cool Common Collected. So this project is the next album from Albumania. Hoping that it drops on the 25th of October. Had to send in some edits this past week, so I'm hoping that it gets pushed to be put out by them. Nice. But this project is so different considering all my other projects this year. I try to give everybody a dose of what I'm capable of when it comes to making music. It's not just one type of genre. I mean, let me rephrase that. It is primarily hip-hop music, but it's not every type of hip. You're stepping out of your comfort zone. You know what I mean? You're trying different flus, different melodies, um, different rhythm scents against. You know, for example, in January I did uh what was that album? Uh Champagne and Zero Gravity, and that was like a bunch of like Travis Scott vibes. You got Jutsu's World vibes, and then and then that following month in March, I did Philip Memphis, which was all hard like Memphis type songs, you know, and then I had Smoked Out 4, which was the Stoner vibes, you know what I'm saying? Then I had uh what did I have in May? Uh shit, dude. I have so many albums. So you've been dropping. Dropping so much, but in any event, I've had so much heat this year, and I've also made like songs like twerking music for the people. You did make dance music for the music. You know what I'm saying? For get a juicy four. That's right. You know what I'm saying? So it's all different, and with undeniable, how every track lined up from one to ten, and it's spelled out undeniable. Right. You know, that was different. It was like little Easter eggs and stuff inside of the album and the track list. And so this project here, Cool Common Collected, it's like I want people to feel like they're there with me. You know what I mean? So it's like, I'm on a trip on this album. You know what I'm saying? And people need to feel like they're on. If you saw the cover when I posted it, it's on like a beachy vibe. So it's like you'll get the gist, but it's not like I said, not like anything I kind of like one of those vibes on a late night where you just want some calm, yeah. Calm and collect it, man. You know, I I I I can see the vision, you know what I mean? I can I can think of it. Uh the best phrase that I could put is like uh those lo-fi music songs. You know how calm they are? You can put that on when you want to give it a chance to do that. If you want to give it like a like another artist that you could resemble this project to, I would say like action bronson or like uh if if Al K alchemist, like old school like 90s vibes. Right. You know, and it's different. It's not, it's I would say it's alternative rap considering all this stuff that I've been doing. Okay. You know, and it's it's not your normal Jordi 215, but it's for me to step out of my comfort zone. I wanted to try something. It's a good thing, you know. I think people would appreciate the show how diverse you are. Yeah, and the beats are just different. The beats aren't like there's not every boom boom boom boom boom. It's like certain songs, it's just literally a different melody of instruments. Okay. You know, it's like live instrument sounding, it's not like instrumentals, like hip-hop shit. You're I'm rapping the shit that you would hear like people before they thought of a drum pad machine would rap to. You know what I'm saying? So it's like this is way different than what I normally do, and I'm hoping that people hear it for that, and not just, oh, it's another album. No, this is like I said, every album I made this year, it was a different vibe. People need to realize that, like, I'm not a one-faceted artist. You know, I'm multi-talented. In my opinion, I'm not even trying to brag and boast, but when you make over fucking 400 plus songs in six something years, it's like you have something to talk about. Absolutely. You know, like you deserve brag and breaks. And I'm allowed to. I mean, I'm what I mean. I'm not even saying I'm the best artist inside of Philly. No, but that's still something to be proud of. That dropped that many songs. That many songs, that many albums. What white rapper in the world do you know that has over 30 plus albums? Matter of fact, what other rapper do you know in Philly that's doing albumania? Matter of fact, dropping an album every month. Come on, listen. When you do something like that, people got. Notice something. Like, yo, this guy constantly and we're not talking about you talking about the same shit. No. No, every song is different. Every album has brought different vibes. Facts. You know, like I said, you're very diverse. That's something to definitely be proud of. Because not a lot of rappers can say, and even mainstream rappers can say that they can do stuff like that. Not a lot of rappers did that. Like, you know, lately, some rappers can go from rapping to singing. Yes, you know what I mean? For example, that's I really like talking about this dude, but MGK goes from rapping the rock, but uh I mean, listen, I liked him from his early days. Yeah, man, MGK rapping was way better. Um, when he first came out, that was something to be hype about.
SPEAKER_05But speaking of that, another white rapper.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Don't have 30 albums. No, he does not. I'm not even trying to bring up MM, but MM, the go of I guess of all white rappers, but does not have 30 albums. No, he does not. Um Mac Miller, Rest in Peace, does not have 30 albums, but his albums still go hard. They just did. I can keep on going on. There's not a white rapper in the world that has more than 30 albums. But I will say two in five that I loved from him was Cold Feet. That Cold Feet freestyle was back. By who, Mac? Mac, yeah. Mac Miller is the GOAT man. That was a fan of the. That is for example, if y'all want a re uh a good artist to compare this album to, Mac Miller. Because this Miller's a good comparison. You know what I'm saying? The past few projects he did they I considered them alternative rap. You know, but he doesn't mumble, you hear everything he says, and sometimes he throws in a little funny bar in there too that kind of makes you makes you giggle a little bit. You know, he makes he brings joy. You know what I mean? Um it's a shame that he, you know, I won't even get too deep into that. Y'all already know what I was saying. Um but I definitely dig the vibes. I I I definitely see the vision. Thank you. And I feel like um a lot of more people should tune in. If you guys haven't tuned in with his music, uh he's on all platforms, guys. Like literally every single platform. I I I I can't even, like, all platforms, Jordi 215, tap the fuck in, guys. I'm telling you right now. The most diverse Philly rapper. We're on album number eight. Eight? Eight though. So it's either eight or nine. But in any event, I made so many this year, and they're just keeping on. They're gonna keep coming. So, with that being said, we're gonna be talking about something really, really deep into our hearts on the next segment. So, we'll be right back with more Stody Pods. This is Jordy205 and as to yourswerbo.
25th Anniversary Of 9/11 Attacks
SPEAKER_04Twenty-five years ago today, on September 11, 2001, 19 Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial planes in a coordinated a coordinated attack against the United States. Two planes destroyed the World Trade Center towers in New York City, a third struck the Pentagon, and a fourth crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania after heroic passengers fought back. The attacks killed 2,977 people, including four hundred and forty-one first responders, making it the deadliest foreign assault on U.S. soil. In response, the U.S. launched the Global War on Terror, invaded Afghanistan, and permanently overhauled national security by creating a Department of Homeland Security and the TSA. Now, when this happened back in 2001, I was only six years old and turning seven. And to me, I honestly was baffled by this because not just was I not in school, I broke my leg. Now, when my leg was broken, me and my grandparents, I was right on my couch in my living room, and we were watching the news. Next thing you know, it just cuts off, and we see that the plane crashed, and they were talking about how this happened. And I'm thinking to myself, I'm only a kid. You know, all my friends are in school, and I'm like, I'm thinking, like, I hope everybody's okay. Well, I'm sitting at home seeing this live, and thank God that for me I had a teacher, and my school is right around the corner from my house dad. She would come over after school every day and teach me. Oh wow. So when that happened, she came by and she explained everything, and how like the following day, I believe we didn't have school because of what was going on. They wanted to make sure everybody was safe in case that okay, God forbid they start attacking schools. They you don't know what could happen after that. And it it was scary, dude, and it's it's crazy to think that this happened 25 years ago. You know, where were you? What do you remember? So I believe I was five, and I was in kindergarten at St. Tim's. Wow. And my mom was home, my dad was at work. Right. I believe my brother was in the grade above he was two grades above me. He wasn't much older than you. He was only two years older than you. So I believe he was either he was already home or he was, you know, at school with me. I don't remember if he was at school or not. But uh I remember when it happened, um my mom actually came and picked us up. Wow, took me home, turned the TV on, you know, she was crying. At five years old, I honestly didn't really understand what was going on, other than these two giant buildings were already on fire, and you know, it was on like every news channel, it was all over the radio, it was, you know, the only thing that was being talked about on TV. Um, she also you know told us to sh you know because she's trying to see what's going on. I had no idea how important it was. But um I did take notice and you know, dude, like thinking back on it, like I I'm I'm thankful like they didn't attack anywhere near us. Um I'm sorry and I'm you know very saddened about what they did because especially in New York City. Yeah, like that's it's a lot of people. Yeah, you know, this is a big city with a a lot of lot of people. I mean, we're talking, like you said, it's New York City. I think New York City might have the the most population. One of the most definitely well on the east coast at least. Yeah, I know what's you got. Yeah, that's thank you for so much. And those buildings are tall. Yeah, they're not they're not just small things that you can just like. They were scraper heights. They were the biggest buildings at that point in the United States. And not only the biggest, but they were the most important buildings in New York. Almost what I think they were talking about, the floor that even got hit was like 90, 490, 489. You gotta think like that's a lot of stories. They aimed, you know, I mean, we're talking about. They didn't aim at the middle, they aimed like at the highest. Which was it's it's fucking crazy, and it's just it's so fucked up because then people that were up there when it got hit, and the people that didn't get hit and they were still above it, they couldn't escape. No, there was nothing. The survival rate is No, they what they couldn't even get fucking airplanes or helicopters to the building to save them out of there. No. There wasn't enough time to do anything. I I I mean It's crazy fucking shit. You you know, Guy could have even could have even given them all the time in the world, and I don't think that the survival rate would have happened. No, there was no survival rate. And it's it's sad to say, and it's just it it's it was so sad for America that day. And to think about this, like, we don't know what could happen again. If it could even happen again. That's why we're so defensive with everything that we do. Because God forbid something happens again. You know, we don't want it to happen again. So that's why everything that's going on, it's like that's why it happens. But on a side note, guys, I want to talk about a thing that I heard about when I watched the documentary this week. And it's it's really crazy to think about this because it blew my mind a little bit. So more than 100 million people have been born in the United States since September 11, 2001 attacks, making up roughly 30% of the population. If you include children who were alive on 9-11 but were too young to remember it, the share rises to about 37% of the population. It's crazy to think about that when you see when we were in school learning about history, that we didn't experience it. But to see that happen with our own eyes was scary. It's like these kids nowadays, like, for example, like my brother, he's younger than me, he was born in 2005. He remembers a little bit of it because it was only a few years after, so he's gotten more info about it. But like, look at these kids that are born in like 2010, 2012. They're now reaching middle school and they're learning about this, like how we learned about like the old terrorist attacks back in '94. You know what I mean? And it's like people don't realize that. Yes, it's history, but it's more than just history. It hits hard when it's especially ongoing events. These these are still ongoing events. And that's expect facts. It's ongoing events still to this day. This war is still happening. Yeah. And you know, people don't realize that. Yeah, I don't think they've realized that it, like you said, it put America on guard. We are so defensive. Very defensive. Now we have to expect the unexpected because the unexpected did happen. Yeah. And you know what? To be honest, if I'm not even bringing this up, but if it was to be like this, like, alright, you're attacking our home. You know what I mean? Americans are getting attacked, and they don't give a fuck. You know what I'm saying? Well, guess what, man? I'm American. If you're gonna say that and you wanna try to attack me, guess what? Let them- I'm gonna attack them then too. Because you're not gonna risk my life. Fuck that. You know what I'm saying? Fuck that shit, man. And at the end of the day, it's just it's crazy how it's this has been over 25 years since this event happened, and now it's like we're looking at it like it's the past. Right. You know what I mean? This is now like past work. There's been more crazy shit that's happened, but nothing like to that extent. Yeah, there's always crazy things going on, but we're talking about an event that like was so tragic. I mean, tragic to us and the people that are our age. Which is crazy. You know what I'm saying? Like, these youngins are like, oh, 9-11. It don't mean nothing too. It's crazy. And okay, cool. Like, that's that's how you feel. Like, yeah, you guys are totally entitled to your own opinion. I mean, we have to also realize, like, this isn't just past. There's things still going on because of repercussions of that day. There's still families that are suffering for this day. There's people respiratory problems, yes, there's people that survived. Yeah. And they struggle every fucking day. PGS. Be thankful that for those people that you know survived. Or rather, be thankful it wasn't your folks that were involved because then you wouldn't be having that mindset. Listen, guys, you always have to be nice to everybody. We don't know what you're doing. No. And if in that type of scenario you want to be on everybody's side. Because you don't know what could be going on. Listen, when when it comes down to a civil war, guys, just using this hypothetically, who do you think that you're relying on? Us. The Peach Brother. We we need to unite. So we need to look at all these events. That's how it's going to be set out to be. I want to give a quick shout out to all the people that actually were there that helped people get that survival to that day. All them first responders and all the first responders that didn't make it. You know, it's they put their life on the line to save other people's lives, and that's where that's that American feeling. You know what I'm saying? When people risk their lives to save their people's lives. That is that to me is one of the crazy true bravery, man. People going into a building just to get people out, not expecting that building to collapse. You know what I mean? Because the only thing they're thinking about is I'm trying to save. They even said in that building we might not make it out of here today. You know, what they did was they knew what they were going to knew what they were going into. Yeah. And, you know, it's it's so sad, and I really I wish all nothing but love and strength and power to those families that lost somebody, still to this day. And I wish y'all nothing but love, man. Amen.
Fitness & Live Reponses
SPEAKER_04So this week for fitness, I went around the gym and I asked two people what was their favorite energy drink or what they used for fuel for their workout. First, we're gonna give you Flyboy's response, and then afterwards, we're gonna give you Isabel's response. What's up, y'all? This is Jordy205 here at the Planet Fitness Mayfair with my guy Flyboy. You already know, bro. So I got a question for you. What is your favorite energy drink, or what do you use for workout fuel?
SPEAKER_02So my favorite energy drink used to be Celsius. That was a good job, but now I take pre-workout. Um, it's called lit.
SPEAKER_06Lit?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, get that from Walmart. It's good. It's got it's a good pre-workout. It's got uh watermelon, it's good. No sugar, um, and it's got creatine in it. So, you know, you get that boots with the workout. You get everything in one.
SPEAKER_04Nice, man. Good, it's good. So lit watermelon from Walmart.
SPEAKER_02Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_04Alright, thank you, bro. I appreciate that, man. That uh lit workout kind of sounded tasty. Not only sound tasty, but like they said it had creatine in there, and they kind of lit me up a little bit. I like that. Yeah, man. Um I have to look into that because you're talking about it's pre-workout with creatine in it. Um, because for me, I actually take animal supplement creatine that's hard for my creatine intake. Nice, nice, nice. Um, you know, they're sweet tarts, they're tardy, bro. Oh, yeah, juicy. But they're good, and you know, um I I can't say anything. I can't give you know like a grade on them because I've only been taking it for two weeks, and it does take a little bit for them to kick in. Yeah, you can't just take it and start it to work right there. But that's actually uh um I appreciate that because I'm definitely gonna look into that workout. Pre-workout watermelon thing from Walmart. I like that. And Walmart's usually got them for the Lolo. You know what I mean? Maybe it's like a Walmart brand side job. Maybe like a ideal, yeah. You know what I'm saying? Little golf brand. Versus having to spend like $50 to $40 on a low drone. Yeah. I like that though. What's up everybody? This is Jordy215 from Stody Pods, and I'm here with.
SPEAKER_05Isabel.
SPEAKER_04So, what's your favorite energy drink, or what do you use for a workout food?
SPEAKER_05I drink coffee. I don't drink energy drink. Okay, any cream of sugar?
SPEAKER_04So you get an energy coffee. Well, that's the first person in um I think said coffee versus an actual energy drink. So you can answer me. I appreciate you taking the time out to answer this local question during your workout. And enjoy the rest of your workout. First person to really do say that they uh for coffee, man. But she she takes that uh that wake me up espresso type of shot. Espresso shot, yeah. So I can understand I didn't know somebody that always took an espresso shot with their coffee. Yeah. And you know, that's all they needed. Um I can't do it. I don't know, though. I couldn't do that. I'll be honest. I have caffeine right now. I like coffee, right? Don't get me twisted. But I love, and I mean when I say I love, I love my energy. Yeah.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_04Like I like guys, we talked about this, I believe it was episode one. Episode one, man. Um it has a herbal mushroom blend in there, dude. It's good for the brain, it's good for the muscle. And as people know, no, we're not talking about magic mushrooms once again. We're talking about a natural mushroom blend, like lyming. Yeah, it's great for you, it's healthy, it's natural, zero sugar. Um tasty deliciousness. But on the posing end, I coffee is good though. Coffee is. But here's the problem. You mix it, you get the fucking jitters, dude. No, you do. I'm gonna be honest, even when you don't mix it like with stuff, I'm gonna be real with you. I don't really I can drink coffee, but I can't do too much because when I drink way too much of it, I'll be in the gym and I'll start feeling like I'm about to like pass out. If I don't start doing things, I need to I need to move. Because if I'm gonna say one of them, it's like holy crap. Yep, heart races out the butt, yeah. Also, mine the reason why coffee isn't the best to use, guys, and I'm not saying I'm not discouraging it. Uh coffee enhances anxiety. So the more uh let me be more stern. High caffeine intake. Yeah, it doesn't have to be coffee. Just because it's high caffeine intake. So if you drink two men like three energy drinks, then you're gonna fucking go crazy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So watch John. Watch how you intake any caffeine. Um be mindful. But if I had to say one thing for me that I I don't really if it wasn't coffee, I use ready, people are gonna be like, uh people talking about drinks, nah. Rice cakes, sliced bananas, honey, and cinnamon.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_04That's my pre-workout. And when I tell you I feel like I I'm fucking Jack Daniels is lifting shit up and not stop moving. That's why I'm doing super sets in the gym. People are like, yo, bro, you're going so fast. That's because I'm just fucking going off my energy and I'm so lit. Woo! Refair shit. Um, so you guys heard him. He just gave you free game. So fucking hot, sweaty. Knees weak, I guess. You see how you guys think about that. I might have to just try that out and see how I feel afterwards. And that was fitness for this week, man. We're back with more Stody Pods. This is Jordan 205. And FTL Swirvo.
Rube’s Picks and Parlay
SPEAKER_01Rube's picks and parlays brought to you by Studi Pods.
SPEAKER_00What's going on, Stody Pods? Once again, I appreciate Jordy and STO Swervo for giving me my own little minute or two to you know spread some uh spread some love with Rube's picks of the week. So let's jump right into it. Um, my one o'clock game, I went ahead with the Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans. I think that's just a great game to start off the week, start off Sunday. Um, once again, a great game. I got Buffalo winning, but they're at Houston. Houston has a wonderful defense, so I think that's going to be a tight game. I gave Buffalo a three and a half point cushion. Um let's jump right into the next game, that four o'clock game. We know we're all locked in on uh commanders coming into Philly. Clearly, I got Philly winning that. Um I got I got us winning that game huge, but I took him straight up just for you know betting purposes. Sunday night, we got our uh division rivalries between Dallas visiting New York Giants. I'm going with the Cowboys as much as I hate them. I'm going with the Cowboys in that game. Monday night, we have another, another great game. Denver Broncos visiting the Kansas City Chiefs. In that game, I took Kansas City. That is going to be a wonderful, another great game, you know, playoff atmosphere. I feel like Kansas City has to win. They have to start off the season right, especially after the season they had uh last year. So with that said, that wraps up my four games, my four picks. And uh I do have a blessing. I do have one parlay for you all, which consists of the Eagles game, and that is I took Philly to win. Of course, Barkley for an any-time touchdown, Hurts 150 yards passing, I took Smitty for 50 yards receiving, Goddard for 25 yards receiving, Barkley for 50 yards rushing, and I also got Jalen Hurts rushing for 20 yards. Uh and to wrap that up, I took God for three receptions, and I got Hurts throwing one touchdown. So uh feel free to put that in. Listen closely, take whatever picks you want, parlay everything together. Good luck. Let me know how you do. Once again, I appreciate you, fellas, and uh, let's get the season started.
SPEAKER_04And that was Rube's Picks and Parlays brought to you by Stody Pods. But yeah, man, back to what he was saying. We had that first one o'clock game, Buffalo versus Houston, and Rube took Buffalo. And honestly, Rube, I I want Buffalo to win, but with Houston's defense, it's gonna be a tough one. I could see Houston pulling off an upset. For me, I'm gonna go Houston. I'm gonna go the opposite on that one, mate. So, Stowe, do you agree? Do you wanna do you wanna chime in on this one? I I wish I could, but I I don't pay attention. All right, I know. The only thing that I can stand on is go birds because the birds definitely kick in the commander's ass. Oh yeah. And he did pick the birds as well, and I'm gonna say birds are definitely at home, and I could see them winning. I'm not sure by how much, but I'm gonna say it's uh gonna be a close game, say 27-24 Eagles. Up next, he said the Cowboys versus Giants, which is the Sunday night game, and uh Rube, I agree with you. I don't want to say this, but fuck the Cowboys, and I'm thinking they're gonna win this one too, man. And uh fuck it, fuck the Cowboys. Everybody can agree. Fuck the Cowboys. And then last but not least, we got Monday night's game, Kansas City versus Denver. Uh again, Rube with the Kansas City choice. I'm gonna be the opposite. I'm going Denver with the upset, man. I don't believe that Kansas City has it in them to uh do it. I think they're gonna fall off again like they did last year. So, yeah, fuck Kansas City too. But uh yeah, man, and on the parlays, I I like the picks that we have rude pick this week. Unfortunately, last week the the parlay didn't hit because Sam Darnold had to get hurt the first drive of the fucking game, and that instantly cancelled the fucking parlay. So, that being said, hopefully nobody gets hurt this week, and this parlay actually can hit y'all because that was some horseshit. I am so annoyed by that. But in any event, shout out to Rube, shout out for the picks, shout out to the parlay of the week, and up next we got Sportsman, and
Sports
SPEAKER_04Philadelphia Eagles are getting up for their 2026 NFL regular season or opener, like we said, against the Washington Commanders this Sunday, September 13th at 425. The team enters the season under a new look offensively, with Sean Mannion taking over as offensive coordinator to pair with our guy, number one, Jalen Hurts. The Eagles received highly encouraging news of as all 53 active players on the roster participated in practice in some capacity, which is really good because normally the Eagles are beat up and they don't have the full team. And look at us now, we're healthy. That's a good thing to see. The Eagles also announced their full slave for the alternate uniforms during a 2026 season. The team will wear their iconic Kelly Green threads twice. The first week in week nine against the New York Giants, which the Giants will also be wearing their throwback, so it's gonna be like a classic throwback game like you used to play on Manna with the throwback jerseys. You know, it's gonna be sick, man. And then on Christmas Eve, we got the same Kelly Greens against the Houston Texans. And it's gonna be lit, man. A Christmas Eve game. That's nice, man. They will also wear their black uniforms for a Saturday night showdown against the Seattle Seahawks, their reigning Super Bowl champions. And yeah, that's December 19th. And shout out for the Birds, man. And up next, we got Sixers Talk. That's right. So, as of September 9th, the Sixers have signed Dylan Jones. And if you guys aren't familiar with Dylan Jones, he is somebody who won a title with Oklahoma and New York. He's a former first-round pick, has earned overall 5 mil in his career. He could become a three-time champ if he sticks with the Phillies roster. Uh they are putting him to an Exhibit 10 contract. He'll compete for a two-way spot at the camp, though. Nice. So we'll we'll see how this goes when the the season you know kicks off for us. Yeah, we only got a month left. We seem very enthusiastic. I guess we are very enthusiastic. Um, we're talking about somebody, like I said, he's he's a former champ. He won two rings. Okay. Um champions going back to for your team for another one, possibly. I I mean, with how the Sixers are stacked already. If there's room on the Philly roster, that's definitely where you would want to be if you can make it through the camp. There you go. If they decide to not cut him. So we'll see. You know, this is exciting. We're still news. We're building the team. We're still building as it gets closer because you know the season opened. I mean against the Knicks. It's we've been talking about this every week. We're we're we're coming down to like the final month, guys. Time to get from Jalen Brunson Revenge, man. That's right. Yeah, real quick, man. Shout out to the Philadelphia Phillies, even their series against the Houston Astros, following a thrilling 11-7 comeback victory on Wednesday night. The win was highlighted by a stunning one-handed sixth and in grand slam by Kyle Swerber, making marking his MLB leading 44th home run of the season, and the 10th grand slam of his career. Wow. The Blast moved him just one home run shy of tying Ryan Howard's franchise record of four seasons with at least 45 homers. Trey Turner also remained red hot, slugging a solo home run as a part of a two-hit night.
Stoner Thought Of The Week
SPEAKER_04Welcome back to Stody Pods, and this is uh the final segment. Y'all y'all already know what time it is. And y'all can't see what I'm making a funny face. So, for the son of thought of the week, before we do this, it's time for a blinker check! Had to turn on the blinker blinker blinker. I haven't seen one of them in a while. This one's old as shit. Like that shit. Oh, these pants is anyways. Fucking close memory. Oh shit. Okay. I was blowing oh shit. So it's all of the week. I wonder if caterpillars know that they're going to be butterflies. Or do they just build a cocoon and be like, what the fuck am I doing? Um because bro, like straight up, they're like crawling around. Next thing you know, they're like, oh, I'm in a spinning around in a fucking typhoon going into a cocoon. Oh, that just rhymed too. I just said a bar, yo. Bars. I don't know, man. I mean And then they just fucking they're evolving inside of like, what the fuck is going on? And I'm a getting wings. I don't know. That's a good question. Straight up, because no, alright. I asked, I asked the caterpillar, guys, don't worry. What the fuck? You we can't speak caterpillar. You don't know that. Alright, how does a caterpillar talk? Speak caterpillar for them. You know what a hell I would imagine. That is not how you do it. Listen, listen, listen, y'all. Hell I would imagine then the sound would be kind of like an alien. I don't know. I mean, I was thinking more of like a Drake and Josh type of thing. Which is Toofa Flair. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. He pulled the one part, he said, he said, we we also. Josh is like, we're supposed to send it from outer space, not parrot!
SPEAKER_06Oh shit.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, man, that's just like I I don't I don't know though. Um that's a wild jum. Caterpillars. If if y'all hear this, I mean I guess because it's in their instinct, you they're probably like, well, wait, this seems right. Why the fuck am I doing this? Oh, I don't know. So when a caterpillar is born, are they like, I guess from their parents are like, so well, you're gonna evolve one day into a beautiful butterfly, bro. Am I dad? But wait a minute. Is a caterpillar born from a caterpillar, or is a caterpillar born after from a butterfly? So I believe and don't mark my words. Um I would assume the caterpillar gives birth to them as a pupae. A pupae. A pupe, yes. That sounds fucking wild. Um a pupae. Or if you would call it pupa. Uh pupia. I believe it's pu spelled P. U. Science from Drew the bugmaster. Um so it basically is like an encased you know, they start out as like a worm and then encase Yeah. You know, when they're born, they they're like you just look like it.
SPEAKER_03When you looked up like that.
SPEAKER_04I can't even explain. They're only encased this weird shell, and then they they hash. I would assume just like a cicada. You know, cicadas they're in the weird shells. Make the weird ass noise. They're very loud, but you know, but they're very fascinating. So I used to catch them when I was a kid. We're gonna have a whole segment on this guy with these bugs. Because the other day we're doing a podcast. Y'all know that down at the like down Frankfurt at near Homesburg, when we were kids, we used to have like a bug exhibit down there. They do. It's right, I think it's on Frankfurt and Ron. I don't know. It's not open though. I never went there, but I remember there was a bug heist, and they went in that bitch and stole like this serum bug that was like worth like thousands and thousands of dollars. And I'm like, this is insane. You never hear about shit like that in Philly. No. Other than prankstrucks getting robbed and people getting that shit's insane. That's like some GTA shit. No, that really is. That's another talk, though. But listen, y'all. That was crazy soon thaw with these caterpillars, man. Yeah, that definitely is. If y'all know the answer to that, please. Yeah, definitely leave a comment on that one. Because I need an answer. Oh shit. This was episode six of Stody Pods, and we hope y'all have a blessed weekend. And just stay lit, stay blessed, and stay juicy. Damn straight, Skippy. And not to mention, I just want to uh give a special shout out to my girl. It's our anniversary, eight years this Sunday.
SPEAKER_03Eight years.
SPEAKER_04Can't stand her. Nah, I love her awesome. Eight years is a little bit more. Eight years is great. You know what I'm saying? Not a lot of people can make a relationship last that long. We already know especially in today's world. That's crazy. Awesome. This is episode six, guys. Let's get it. This was Jordy205 and SDOTRVA. Jodie Paz is out.
