Thank you for listening and welcome to Caregiving and Conversations. Welcome to Caregiving and Conversations with Miss TIF Unfiltered. Come on in, have a seat. Let's chat. I have some exciting news. So that is one of my check two-word check-in. Remember, when we do a two-word check-in, that's about being intentional about how you're actually feeling. And no, you cannot use the word fine. Fine is such a default. Um, but I want you to really dig deep and think. How am I feeling today? Be intentional about it. So today, my two-word check-in, exciting and grateful. I am excited today because I have heard your voice. I have heard your comments, uh read your comments, uh, your DMs, and Caregiving and Conversations is officially on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. So yay! So keep those suggestions coming. I do listen to them, I do read them. Um, so if you have someone that you know that wants to be on caregiving and conversations, let me know. If you have a topic, let me know. If you want to be on caregiving and conversations to tell me about your caregiving journey, or if you have a business related to caregiving, let me know. I am open and I do listen. So thank you to all of you who have watched thus far. I have I'm overly uh uh pleased. Um, I didn't know that I was gonna get this kind of reception from um the podcasting audience out here. So thank you. I want to say thank you so much. This would not be possible without you. So let's keep those views going. Let's make sure that we are subscribing. Not only are we subscribing to Apple, Spotify, and YouTube, but we're also clicking the little bell so we're getting notified when there is a new episode that is uploaded. Episodes are uploaded on Tuesdays if you have not noticed. So I think that's it. I have for admin stuff today. So again, oh, on Apple and Spotify, it's caregiving and conversations on YouTube. It's Miss Tiff 1222. That's M-S-T-I-F-F 1222. Um, so again, thank you. I owe it all to you for watching. So next week's episode. Next week's episode is about siblings and boundaries. Um I chat with a guest. I'm not gonna give you who the guest is. You'll have to tune in next week. Um, but the guest sits down and talks about her journey in caregiving and also her journey with her siblings um and boundaries, whether she had any or not. Um, and I can relate, I can relate to caregiving with siblings and setting boundaries or not setting boundaries. So you'll have to tune in. Um, we are both very reflective on our journey of caregiving and dealing with siblings. So it's a very enlightening conversation. There are tons of laughter in the conversation. Um, I don't want people to see the laughter and think that we think it's a joke. It's not. Um, we know how serious caregiving is, and we do take it serious. We also have to laugh through it sometimes. And we've been through the journey of caregiving where we're not in the trenches of figuring stuff out. So now we can look back and laugh. So it's very informative, it's reflective, it's um what we could have done different, what we would have done different, what we have would have liked with our siblings. Um, so tune in if you especially if you're a caregiver with siblings and you're just like, ah, or you have a great bond with your siblings and um what you've done. And type it in the comments. Let me know if you are a caregiver with siblings and you have tips and tricks. I'm sure there are people out there who could um learn from it and take and take heed to it. So again, tune in next week um for a very heartfelt conversation with about siblings and boundaries. All right, that's all I have for today. Um, again, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Um, make sure that you're sharing. Um, this is how this podcast is gonna grow. This is how we're gonna build that community of caregivers, and it's not gonna happen without you sharing. So I appreciate those who share the episodes. Um, and those, those, those, and those of you who've already subscribed, if you're enjoying it and you know someone else who can enjoy it, make sure you're liking it, make sure you're commenting in the comment box on whatever platform you're watching. Um, I do read the comments and I I enjoy reading the comments. So let's get this going. Let's build this community of caregivers, caregiver support. Um, because we're all going to be there at one time in our life. All right, everybody. Remember to give yourself grace. Remember to give yourself rest and remember to give yourself love because you deserve it.
