And I come out on top. Even when I lose, I win. I need everybody to know that.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Every time I lose, I still win. Yeah. With God. So um it's all good. We we're here for it. We're here for you, for our new community.
Speaker 1And I just want to- I'm so excited to build a community. Absolutely. Absolutely. It is the most rewarding part of everything.
Speaker 2Thank you, Lord.
Speaker 1Overcoming the fear of being seen, which I would say that we both had, which I didn't realize you had, because you're an extrovert for sure. My mom's very much extroverted. I'm very introverted. But I'm a selected extrovert. Okay, okay. Overcoming that fear of being seen and really putting ourselves out there. Um, that has been the absolute most rewarding part, is just all the women, the community that yes, we are amassing is amassing, is that the correct word? Yeah, that that works for me.
unknownOkay.
SpeakerCome around. Yeah, really like me when you're around. Yeah, I really like it when you're around. I was just wondering if you'd stay a while.
Speaker 1Okay, mommy, we're doing it. Mm-hmm. The time is now. The time is now. Okay, so while we were on our little intermission, there is something that I thought about that I wanted to say to you. Sure. I'm so, but I wanted to wait until the camera was on. I'm so proud of us for moving into a mental space of when God puts something on our heart, we do it.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1No more questioning, no more doubting, no more fearing, we do it. I love it. And I'm I'm very grateful that we're here, honestly.
Speaker 2I learned that obedience with God is the best way because um when you go the opposite way, it doesn't work the same. So there's a plan for us.
Speaker 1I completely agree. Can I top off your glass?
Speaker 2Absolutely.
Speaker 1Okay, girl. Let's talk Ritch. Cheers! Let's talk rich.
Speaker 2Yes, Let's talk about gratitude. Okay. Um like you had said in the beginning, um I think it's good that something has been placed on our heart um separately. Not even at the same time did we know that this was being placed on our heart.
Speaker 1Maybe we should go into that story in a bit too. About how we came across the idea to do our podcast.
Speaker 2That would be good. Um but the fact that at two different times, um unbeknownst to us, uh, we realized that um we should be doing more. And here we are, we're doing more. It didn't take us any time at all to do our setup and do a brief communication and just go for it. And I love the fact that we trust each other enough to know that um we've got this. With God, all things are possible.
Speaker 1You're completely right. Us taking this step with the podcast, but also just in general, how we're moving through life, it definitely is just trust. Trust in ourselves, absolutely, trust in The Most High God, and trust in each other. I do agree with that. Another cheers to that, for sure.
Speaker 2Cheers for sure.
Speaker 1How do you think we got to the point of trusting so in a like an unwavering way?
Speaker 2Honestly, Jazz, um, I think everything was solidified for me while you were out of the country for that amount of time. And I would call you on certain days and say certain things, and you would just be like, What, Mom? Like, there's no way that I could have known what to say to you at that time without God speaking to us- Source speaking to me. And I feel like the confirmation that He constantly gives to us gives me a reassurance that when we when we hear it or when we see it or when we pray about it, the time is now. I feel totally confident because I know with Him all things are good. And we're so much alike, we think so much alike in so many ways. Um it's so funny how you can be so individualized and and I can be myself, but yet um our thoughts come together so genuinely and so perfectly every single time.
Speaker 1We are very different, but at the same time walking very, very parallel paths. I agree that there's just so much confirmation. There's so much confirmation of when we take that leap, we're always gonna- like I was gonna say He's gonna catch us, God is gonna catch us, but at the same time, at this point, I just feel like we have wings. Really, I don't I don't even think that he's catching us.
Speaker 2I think he's propelling us.
Speaker 1Yeah, yeah, like instead of like we go down and then there's a safety net, it's like we shoot back up.
Speaker 2Absolutely, absolutely. And the only down is is the initial doubt, like really, Lord, you tryna-
Speaker 1Yeah, yeah, you're right. Like it's it's a mindset that even makes us feel like we're going down, like focusing too much on the 3D and less- Yeah, you're right.
Speaker 2And I do appreciate the fact too that um when I'm feeling like I'm wavering a little bit a certain way, you'll call me out of the blue or text me out of the blue and be like, you know, hey, everything okay? You feeling alright? Or vice versa. And that's not a coincidence, that is a synchronicity.
Speaker 1Actually, I feel like that is something I'm gonna turn, I wanna face the camera a little bit more, but um, I actually do think that that's something we should talk more about is having support on our spiritual walk, having support on our walk with God, because I I do think that that may be my biggest miracle, blessing, help on my journey with God is having you having that support, having somebody as I'm walking through, we've been using the word delulu a lot these past few days, as I'm walking through my Delulu circumstances and like having faith that I have let me get my thoughts together, like going through situations where in reality I should be like, just give like just I'm just gonna let that go. But instead, I'm steadfast. It's because I do have the support of you.
Speaker 2Yeah, and and you know what, the word says, um, you know, that we should have a a trust that surpasses no, I mean an understanding that surpasses, you know not normal understanding. As long as we continue to trust in him, we're we're gonna be just fine. Yeah, and it it doesn't it doesn't always make sense and it doesn't always feel comfortable.
Speaker 1That's what I was trying to say, through the discomfort, through the nonsensical, like you are my reason to be like, I'm still going for it. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2I mean, yeah, yeah, and vice versa. You know, sometimes I'm just like, oh, that was crazy, that's a crazy thought. And then But let's do it anyway. Yeah, let's do it anyway. I mean, especially it's something that you heard or you felt or you just genuinely thought was a great idea. And I'm thinking, like, really, okay. So it is, it's very, very nice to have the support of um yourself, and I appreciate you and the God in you.
Speaker 1Likewise, mommy. But I agree it's nice, but it's also so needed, and I would say for anybody who was watching, okay, two things really quick that I want to say. Number one, I like how you can throw in scripture because that will not be my forte. So that's gonna be, I'm gonna keep this in the video just so you know. That's gonna be a very nice balance for us because we want to reach our the way we want to approach our audience is we want, yes, the spiritual and the metaphysical, but also the religious and the biblical, and we I would say we would want all of that to be our community.
Speaker 2And you know what? We're not even yeah, the biblical, but it's not even that we're religious, we are exactly very, very spiritual spiritual.
Speaker 1And that's what I'm saying. I can't relate to throwing out the Bible verse. I've read like I just can't.
Speaker 2We know that we are disciples. This is the bottom line. We know that we are disciples of God, and we know that every single day we do something that represents the Kingdom for for the good of the Kingdom, and I know that God has said that if we just hold on to His you know, unchanging hand and um do what He would have us do, that He's going to grant us the desires of our heart. And I believe that because I've seen it over and over again. These amount of years that I've been alive, I'll keep that secret right now, um, uh that makes me laugh, it makes me chuckle every time. Um, you know, these amount of years that I've been following, I've never once been dismayed. I've I've asked questions like, are you sure God? Because you know they say, and it's not in the Bible, but they say um He's always gonna, you know, never give us more than what we can bear. And that is not in the Word, but um see coping mechanisms.
Speaker 1You know what? That's something we're gonna end up breaking down on this podcast is the coping mechanisms in the religious communities. How it gets us through. Yes, absolutely. Because I actually feel like there is negativity to that. Like I think we can debunk some of that. Absolutely. Yes, I'm feeling it. Okay, I'm feeling it. But I didn't mean to cut you off, but um, so where were we what were you saying?
Speaker 2Girl, you know when I get interrupted, I'm I can't go back because I just get so excited because I'm on fire. I'm on fire for God, I'm on fire for what He has in store for us, and I'm just I'm ready to do it. No matter what it is, um, I'm I'm ready to do what He has us to do.
Speaker 1Yeah. Um, and I agree with that that I get very sidetracked because I said there were two things I wanted to say. I only said one, I forget the second, and that's okay. We move on. We like- at the end of the day, the conversation is always gonna go where it's meant to go absolutely and where God has it to go. As a matter of fact, mommy, let's pray in. We didn't do that. I mean, we did off camera. But let's pray in together on camera, and I'm a little beside myself because I knew I should have got gold coasters from when we did champagne. We have time. This is only the first episode. You're right, you're so right. It's not like anything that wasn't got can't be got and we'll just pray across our champagne that God provided us. Absolutely. Okay, no, we'll both, we'll both. Like just God be in the midst of us. May our words be what You would have for us to say, may our thoughts be what You would have for us to think, may our actions be what You would have for us to do. Help us to get the message through um clearly and coherently, but more importantly, accurately. Do not allow us to spread any false information, do not allow us to uh speak out of ego and help us to remain focused and move with wisdom and move with Your Divinity and Your will and Your way every single time.
Speaker 2Hallelujah. I agree with that 100%. And Lord, I just want to give You gratitude. I thank You for um giving us the provisions for our vision as You told me that You would at a time when I really I would have questioned the the here and the right now. I would have questioned it, but You told me that You would give me the provisions for our visions, and You gave me the visions, and I know it was You because it's not something that I would have asked for. I'm not one for speaking in front of a multitude of people, but I trust You and I believe You, I bless You, and we just lift You up continuously. And in Your Name we pray, and so be it.
Speaker 1So be it. No, that's actually so true. Mommy, you went from so I've had a little bit more preparation when it comes to content creation and social media. I started uh, I don't know, like nine, ten months ago I began. But you really did just just jump in, just decided you wanted to start getting behind the camera, and within like a month or two, boom, podcast.
Speaker 2Absolutely. If you ever listen to my voicemail, um, my voicemail has been for at least 20 years. No way, yeah. Yeah, at least 20 years. No way, mommy, I didn't know that because I've had the same number phone number for 20 years. Um, don't ask the Lord to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet. So, how can I be hypocritical and not move my feet? I asked Him to give me um His blessing on whatever it is that He wanted me to do for the kingdom, and this is what He placed on me. And it was very nerve-wracking at first because um in my profession, I'm okay with speaking loudly and boldly because I'm assured at what I do. I've been you know doing my profession for at least 30 years.
Speaker 1Yeah, the confidence is there, yeah.
Speaker 2Absolutely. But um, when it comes to the word, there's so many deacons who are so well versed, and so many pastors, ministers, um, evangelists who um are so well versed. And I'm not a word deacon, I'm not a word servant, I'm not a word uh disciple, but um, I know the word.
Speaker 1Okay, and I walk in the word. And we apply, yes, we apply the word, we walk in the word, we live the word for real. Absolutely.
Speaker 2God has blessed me to have the um right demeanor and the willpower and the um um the audacity.
Speaker 1Okay! To walk in Him. Yes, the audacity, absolutely, the Godfidence. Absolutely. Um, what was you said something that I was gonna piggyback off. Also, that's why the journals are here, and I need to apply this. Like, as you talk, I'm just I'm listening, I'm thinking, I'm taking it in, I'm learning about you - t his gonna be beautiful because we're gonna learn more about one another. Absolutely. Oh, I appreciate you so much. Yeah, but I definitely need to start taking notes as you speak so that I don't cut you off, but I also I can also piggyback off make my comments, and I didn't do that just now, so I forget what I was gonna say. But it's okay. Um, but yeah, I agree with that. Where it comes to not being a word deacon, as far as the Bible is concerned, I'm not about to go verse to verse with nobody, but at the end of the day, we really do walk in God's Way. We do. Absolutely. And when it comes to like having a podcast to talk about manifestation, so what what I would presume would be the main focus of our podcast, which by the way, I think it's going excellent. I think it's flowing so nicely. I feel really good. Like my spirit feels like especially with this being the first episode. Yeah, yes, my spirit feels really good. Um, I would think that we would talk a lot about manifestation and prayer. I actually we can move on. I don't know what I'm getting at with this conversation.
Speaker 2Well, I I do want to clarify though, you know, there are a lot of people who when you speak about manifestation.
Speaker 1Oh, let's talk about it.
Speaker 2Yeah, let's let's go there. I don't mean to keep moving and fidget fidgeting, I'm just Oh, yes. So they know that um I didn't even realize they know that uh, or they say that um that's not of God or whatever. But let me tell you something. If you have a thought, you are to walk in that. When I feel that I've heard something from Him or I feel like I want the desire of my heart, which the Bible says that I can have and we shall have, um, I I act in it. And I think that that's that's where we are. We manifest what we believe in and um what is true to us. There were times when it didn't happen right away, and I began to question myself and wonder like, did I really hear You? And some of the times I'm like, I know that was You that said it because I knew I wouldn't have just said that on my own. And sure enough, He absolutely sends His gifts or sends His blessings, and He opens up the floodgates, and I appreciate Him for that. And yes, that is a manifestation of what it is that we want. So, yeah, we do manifest the things that we want. We ask Him and we in a biblical way, in a biblical way. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1Correct. I'm gonna piggyback off of several things that you just said because I did my due diligence and I wrote my notes, so I got this. That's what I'm talking about. All right, so number one, I just want to say I love that you are absolutely dominating the conversation. Did we expect this? No, we didn't, no, and I've been telling my mom since the day we decided we were gonna do this. Mind you, we decided on this podcast from, and I'm also gonna get back to what you were just talking about.
Speaker 2Yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 1Um, we did from the day we decided to do the podcast, I immediately and I we had the idea separately on the same night, like at the same time, and then when we saw each other that night, we were like, I just had this idea, and we were like, then the other was like, so did I. So it was just a very beautiful moment. But but but but I just I just want to say that you're gonna be able to do it.
Speaker 2I was going home from work one day, and God laid it on my heart that we were gonna do something, and I was like, oh my gosh, I can't wait to get home because I want to tell you something. I had I called Jazz, or she, I think maybe Jazz texts me or something, and I said, I can't wait to get home because I want to tell you something, but I'm like 22 minutes away.
Speaker 1You actually you never call me on your way home, and you did call me that night. Okay, and we yeah, we had a brief little conversation. I think you just checked in or something.
Speaker 2I was like, I'll meet you in the backyard. I'm running a little late, but um, I'll meet you in the backyard, um, turn the light on for me or whatever. And you already you were like, I already did, and blah blah blah blah. And that's how it all started.
Speaker 1Yeah, and then when you came in the house, I was like, Mommy, I would like to talk to you, but I wanted to give you time to like settle down. I'm like, I would like to talk to you. You got settled, came, sat on the couch, and like, okay, I'm listening. And we're just like, it went from there. Yeah. That was amazing. It was amazing. Okay, so we say all that to say that's how we started the podcast, and we just felt very led by God. And our, yeah. So, led by God and also our intuition, right? So I got okay, wait, hold on, hold on. I'm getting a little sidetracked. So, my point in bringing that up that you're dominating com dominating the conversation is that that night when we decided we were gonna do the podcast, I immediately thought, like, this is gonna be so good because personally I've been showing some personality on social media. For my mom, though, the way she's been showing up on social media, I feel like she shows up very timid, very quiet. Like she's always kind of in the background of a picture or a video. But mind you, it's on my videos and my pictures, so that's why. Like, it's not her own page. So that's why she's not in the forefront. But my mom has such a loud, bold, confident personality presence, essence. So the fact that she seems so timid anytime I go through my social media posts, I'm like, who is she trying to fool? Like, no. So I'm so happy that we have this platform to really just show up as ourselves. Yes. I'm very, very grateful for that because that's what I really want to do.
Speaker 2And be honest and be vulnerable. I mean, it is what it is, and um it's yeah, you know what? I I do agree. I never thought that I would speak as much as I'm speaking today.
Speaker 1You're going, yeah. And as you should. So I wanted to also piggyback off of what you were saying as far as um a lot of times people see manifestation more as metaphysical and spirit, and even when you use the word spiritual, they see it as like um taboo. Taboo. The word I'm thinking of is I don't know if I'm saying this correctly, idolatry Uh yes, yeah, I right, idol. Idolizing, yeah, like idolizing other things. So I wanted to talk about a YouTube comment that I actually got the other night. Oh. So somebody went through one of my very old videos on YouTube, and they commented on it, and it was okay. He wasn't like attacking me, but he was just sharing his opinion, which is anytime we put ourselves out on the internet, on social media, we have to be prepared for opposing opinions. So I'm always prepared, honestly. And he was basically saying that I used the term the universe and God synonymously, and he was saying that I was idolizing the universe. And I understand what he means. Like I get it, I do if, but that's not where I'm coming from. Right. So I do agree with you that it can be a little bit touchy, and maybe that's something that as we build our platform, we can kind of merge that gap and help spread the message that manifestation, the universe- So let me say how I kind of explained it to him. I would pull up my whole comment, but I'm not trying to take up all the time with this. I basically explained that God is the universe and the universe is God, but God is also so much more than the universe. Absolutely. All at the same time. Absolutely. We don't serve a simple God, we serve a very complex God, as a matter of fact. So to limit Him and say it's either this or that with God, it's like I'm not trying to, I'm not gonna argue with you, sir, but I'm gonna tell you right here.
Speaker 2God is the source, exactly, and the universe is the resource.
Speaker 1Okay, and then part right there.
Speaker 2And we know that. Yes, we know that He created the earth for us, you know, and we're walking in it, and it's it's you know, it's our destiny, and we're gonna claim it. You know, our bishop tells us amazing things about um life and the world and you know, God, and he breaks it down. He breaks it down, and you know what? I mean, I look at you know, our our our bishop and I listen to what he's saying, and I'm just thinking, like, yo, that makes sense. But let me look it up. Hold on, hold on.
Speaker 1Yeah, because we can't, you can't just believe everything that anybody tells you. You better study to show yourself approved. And honestly, even with the Bible, I don't believe you should just because you read it, that's what you should believe. Because at the end of the day, if you sit with God, God will always reveal you the truth. If you ask God a question, He will always give you an answer. Absolutely.
Speaker 2And you got to consider the books that have been redacted. Redacted. Many books have been redacted.
Speaker 1Look them up. I've got them. This is my this is one of my favorite conversations because we can play telephone right now. We can call one family member to come downstairs and play telephone with us, and by the time it gets back to the third person, it's already going to be a different story. It's changed. So I'm not saying, I'm not discrediting the Bible, but what I'm saying is we should all be sitting with God individually. Individually. Intentionally. Get that relationship for yourself. We have a lot of passion. The energy right now is passion. That's the vibration and the frequency that I feel right now is passion. Because I'm passionate about this.
Speaker 2It's so funny because you know, you know me, Jazz. I'm I'm a I'm a very passionate prayer. So I don't usually pray out or in church or whatever when I pray I'm emotional and I'm so vulnerable and I'm crying. And I'm, you know, I'm just giving thanks and gratitude because He's brought us so far, and you know, we've accomplished so much, and only through Him. Yeah. And you know, oh my gosh, the miracle we'll we'll get to the point where we actually share um many of the miracles.
Speaker 1W e're on the surface.
Speaker 2My God, my God. So so all I'm saying is um people can say what they want, but we know how we live, we know how we pray, and we know how we manifest. And the only way that we can get the things that we have is to believe The Source to give us the resources. You know, we have the vision, and He gives us the provision. That's the bottom line. We got some stories for you.
Speaker 1We've been recording for 28 minutes. Oh, okay. And granted, a couple parts are going to be edited, but for the most part, we're probably at about 25 minutes of recording. So, is there anything else that you would like to talk about? Do you feel fulfilled in what we got out today?
Speaker 2I do. I feel like we are not just um presenting to the people who do know us, but introducing ourselves to um everyone else, that um we can still be fun-loving people, having fun, um, enjoying the world, but um mindful of God.
Speaker 1Our walk with God. Absolutely, absolutely and always.
Speaker 2And I think God is trying to get me used to praying out loud? Yes, because like I said, I'm messy when I pray.
Speaker 1You know, I mean that that wait, first of all, that is a crazy okay. So hold on. This goes back to what we were talking about earlier as far as having support on our spiritual journeys, on our walks with God. Not only do we give each other support, we also hold each other accountable. Yes. So I and so if you ever hear us correct one another, I think that we should so we correct one another off camera. I think that we should have the uh ability to correct one another on camera as well when we need to be corrected. This is the vulnerability, exactly, without feeling like anybody's being attacked, it's always constructive criticism to help us along on our walks with God, excuse me. Um messy out loud sounds crazy, mommy. Well, because no, no, first of all, you just we just prayed at the beginning of this, and then no, mommy, no. Listen, I'm not gonna let you even talk like that. It's it's not gonna go down like that.
Speaker 2Like I'm like, but God you said that blah blah blah blah blah. And you said, and I'm holding you a ccountable, I'm summons in the courts of heaven, I get into it. And I'm telling you, I I cry, I'm grateful, my gratitude, you know, it takes over. I I always start my prayer with Lord forgive me for whatever I've done that I know or don't know of, and usually I don't know of, um, because I never do anything purposely um to to disrespect, you know, the Kingdom or God or but I'm just so happy with the way that He holds us and comforts us and keeps us close to His, you know, his bosom that um I do. I I am I'm tearful and you know, yeah, I'm blowing my nose and I'm wiping my eyes, and you know, that's not the way I want to pray in front of people, but I sometimes I I have to.
Speaker 1That's why I call myself messy, because I oh you mean like physically messy. Yes. Physically messy. Oh, you've seen me pray. Okay, no, I think I interpreted that wrong, and I felt like you were like talking down on yourself, like saying your words come out messy, and I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 2Oh no, no, my That's not how we're gonna speak. They're just okay, and and I definitely commune with Him in the correct way, and I bring His word back to Him. I'm just so grateful for the life that He has given us. It's literally that deep. And I feel like we have literally our our gener our generation, our family, has broken some some chains. Oh my gosh. Okay, I'm gonna say this, and then this could very well be the last thing that I say as we close out. Is that I have gone through, let me see how much is left in here. I have gone through, I'll give you oh, you want any more? I'm good, I'm good.
Speaker 1I have gone through a year where literally when somebody would ask me, like, what have you done? Like, what have you done today? What have you done this week? I didn't really know how to answer, other than to what I wanted to say was, oh, I broke some generational curses. Yes. Um, I venerated my ancestors, yes, um, clearing out my bloodline. Absolutely. But instead, but instead to them, I'm just like, um, not much. Yeah, I yeah, I've been through that.
Speaker 2Never dumb down.
Speaker 2Welcome to our channel.
Speaker 1Welcome to our channel.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1Also, welcome to us, mommy. Yes, welcome to us. I'm happy that we took this step. This just feels really good.
Speaker 2Absolutely, Jazz. I'm I'm so happy and so excited.
Speaker 1Yeah, I'm very excited. And it only goes up from here. Only goes up. Yeah. Actually, I wanted to hide this, but okay. Okay. We did that. We need to think of an outro.
Speaker 2We have talked Ritch.
Speaker 1Oh, I love it! I love it. We have talked Ritch. I I'm a little ashamed of how much you didn't drink and how much I did.
Speaker 2Oh, I drink off camera.
Speaker 1Okay, one more time. We have talked Ritch because I kind of ruined that cheers. We have talked Ritch.
