You had one in your book. Did you ever read that one?
SPEAKER_02I put it back in the pile. Oh, okay. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yes, you did. Yes, you did.
SPEAKER_02And it's probably this one.
SPEAKER_03Who's more likely to date someone that the family hates?
SPEAKER_01Three, two, one.
SPEAKER_00I'm just gonna leave that alone.
SPEAKER_03What had had happened was come around. Yeah, I really like me. You're around. Yeah, I really like me me. You're around.
SPEAKER_02I was just wondering if you'd stay awhile. Welcome to episode two of our mommy daughter podcast, Let's Talk Rich. I'm Jazz Rich and I'm D Rich.
SPEAKER_03And today we're gonna have a little fun. Oh, I'm so excited. So the idea of today is to be not as ginger or careful. Um, I wouldn't even say careful, not as serious. Were we serious? Yes.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Yes. I do feel like we come off as serious on social media because we're so passionate about spreading our message about God. And I just feel like, yeah, we kind of maybe we forget to have fun. But also maybe we don't. I don't know. We laugh. Right.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we do laugh. We do, but I I wouldn't want anybody to think that we're just so stuck up or or whatever. Because we're far from that. Yeah, we're far from that. Um, we have fun with God. Yeah, we really do. And he has fun with us. Believe that. Um, so today we're gonna play a little game, and um, the game is called Um Who's More Likely to?
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay, so this is all my mom's doing. She's such a good planner and coordinator. I don't, it's it's all a surprise to me. I have no idea what we're doing, so I'm very excited.
SPEAKER_03So who's more likely to? You know how I love game night. Yes. We're not we're all here cutting up. Yes. So um, what's gonna happen is um we're gonna pull um a question from from the table, and the person has to answer the question, but this is the way it's gonna go. We'll count to three, we'll ask the question, we'll count to three, and then we'll say who we think is more likely to do whatever it is that's on the paper. Out of you and I. Out of you and I. Okay. And if the other disagrees or agrees, like we tell a story as to why we are convinced that this one is the answer.
SPEAKER_02Okay. I hope that these questions are juicy and spicy. Are they? Kinda. Okay. Shall we pour our tea? Yes, let's pour our tea. Okay. Let's pray in first.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Okay. Lord, we come to you today with Thanksgiving. We thank you for this platform. We thank you for this opportunity. We thank you for our friends, old and new. And um, we just bless you and lift you up and just appreciate the time that we have together and the fun that we have while we're doing it.
SPEAKER_02Help us to uh praise your name, God, and be with us as we do so. Help us to walk in your way, but in a lighthearted way, and have fun with it. Enjoy ourselves and not take this too serious because it's just a game of life. Help us to enjoy our way through it, laugh about it and smile the whole time. No anxiousness, no pressure. We're just here to have fun for the podcast, but also in this lifetime with you, God. So thank you. Thank you. And so be it. Let's have some tea. Yay. Actually, I hate how I just said yay. I'm gonna see if I can edit that out smoothly. Yes, please. Thank you, mommy. Thank you. You're welcome. Okay, mommy. Let's talk rich.
SPEAKER_03Let's talk rich. You gonna pull first, Jazz? Sure.
SPEAKER_02You're so funny. Who's more likely to flirt their way out of trouble? One, two, three. Mommy.
SPEAKER_03Prove it. Give me a story.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Wait, okay. I just want to. All right, I'll say my story, and then if at any chance it sounds like offensive or disrespectful in general, we cut it out.
SPEAKER_03Okay. But but you have to remember we're a very competitive family, we're very um open, and we're always throwing shade. Always. And um, so we we don't take anything personal because we're always respectful. So, whatever it is that you're gonna say, I'm not so concerned about that it's gonna be bad.
SPEAKER_02Mommy, this tea's delicious. Thank you. I'm actually gonna stop to see which one we're drinking.
SPEAKER_03We made these teas um when we were out um one day. We just had a mommy-daughter day with three of us, um, my my other daughter and Jazz and I. And um it was such a fun day, but we we made teas, and some of them we made two of because we thought that it would be so special.
SPEAKER_02So yeah, now they're being used at a time like this. We made our tea bag, like we packed the tea bags with the herbs and everything, and we made them with love. Like, I'm I'm so excited to be able to bring this onto our podcast. We did this about a year ago, and they've just been sitting. I never used any. It's perfectly sealed and preserved, good quality. It tastes really good. Yeah, it does. So this is one it's cinnamon, orange pill, and o long. Do you know what o long is? I don't. It's O-O-L-O-N-G. So I don't know if that's oolong or o long. It says, this is the affirmation that I wrote on it. It says, My health is my beauty. I speak life over my mind, body, and soul. I don't know what I meant by my health is my beauty, but oh, being uh being healthy, mind, body, and soul is beautiful, yes. Absolutely. As so within, so without. Well, I don't think that's how it goes. But okay, let's get back to the game because this is actually so exciting. Just gonna toss that right there. Okay. When we were in France, oh I know. This is the same example you're gonna use. When we were in France, we were pulled off of a public transport. We had a pass to take any type of public transport that we wanted: a bus, the train, a tram, a tram car, tram, anything we wanted to take was included in this pass for a specific duration. And while we were on one of them, an officer came and was checking tickets. So we handed him our tickets so confidently, and they let us know we had the wrong tickets. You weren't flirting. It was an attitude, but they thought it was cute. So that's why I'm saying like we were fighting with these police officers. It was giving we might even get locked up in France type stuff.
SPEAKER_03It was it was it was getting bad. I'm trying to be nice. We're in France. We know nobody. Don't even know the language. Oh my god. It was something. Okay, all right, you got this one. I wasn't flirtatious at all, but she's right.
SPEAKER_02She They enjoyed our attitude, so it kind of like it was it was a flirty moment in that way. Yeah. Um, so they're pulling away on the trolley, and they're like, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I'm thinking like these A-holes. Oh my gosh. Yeah, that was. You got that one. Yeah. Jazz gets a point.
SPEAKER_02Oh, we're taking, we're keeping score. Amazing. I'm gonna have to get more of this tea. I really like it. Yes, it is really good.
SPEAKER_03I guess we need to go back and make some more. Yeah. All right, let's see. So, who's more likely to have a secret admirer? One, two, no.
SPEAKER_01I don't know. Three.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_03How are you gonna defend yourself? Hold on, hold on. No, um, okay.
SPEAKER_02No, that's fair. Actually, I probably would have voted for me too, not for any specific reason other than just um we'll pull the next one. Okay. We can probably ask this question. You're so cute. One for mommy. Okay. Who's more likely to stalk someone's social media page way back to 2019? One, two, three. No, honestly, I don't do a lot of like social media stalking. But I have.
SPEAKER_03Okay, so we're both gonna get a point for that because um maybe I should lose a point. I don't know. Mommy, have you ever okay, go ahead, I'll let you finish. Sorry. Um, when we were, it was during quarantine 2019. Oh no, that's not going back to 2019, though. All right, and you know what? I can leave that alone. Because I was gonna say we looked for Roline. When we got it.
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh, that's so true. Wait, wait, that's actually so significant. My mom, can I talk about that a little bit? Absolutely. My mom found her birth mother, my mom's adopted, on social media. Yeah, that's that's very true, actually.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Interesting. And we were going through Facebook and she had like 13 accounts. 13.
SPEAKER_02I was gonna ask you, have you ever like scroll, like do you scroll down people's social media page and like be in their business in that type of way?
SPEAKER_03Especially if somebody friend requests me. Okay I don't really know who they are, or um I don't I kind of don't know, you know, like what they're into. I'm like, what's going on here? I don't really know you. Um, and then I look and I see that we have like 87 of the same friends. I'm like, oh, I know you.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_03You know, so it may not be somebody that I speak to on a regular, but um it's somebody that I would figure is safe.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right, right, right. So you do it more to like check up for safety concerns and stuff like that, not to be in people's business. Correct. I actually there have been times where I would go through somebody's social media. I genuinely don't do it often, but when I do, I am like engulfed. Consumed is the word I'm trying to say. It consumes me because I start trying to like I start piecing together how they've changed and evolved, whether it be in a good way or a bad way. Like I just start overthinking. Yeah. And I just watch like the different energies that I pick up from different periods of their lives. I don't know why I do that, but sure. I've done it. Like I've seen, like I this one girl, I saw her depression appear on her page. Oh, like I just saw the change that her personality took. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So I get very intrigued by that. Yeah, I mean, I mean, and you do have to be careful, you know. Me being a mother, of course, I have to share this one. Um, I'll admit that you, us doing um shares together, uh shorts and things together. Um I got more attention on my on my social media. And yeah, I'm checking to make sure that I'm not friending people who are out to find my daughter.
SPEAKER_02Or you, yeah, or you. Yeah, no, I know what you mean. Just taking that safety measure. Yeah, social media, it can be scary.
SPEAKER_03It can be.
SPEAKER_02I feel like I don't post anything too personal, I feel like we don't post anything too personal because we've just never been the over sharers in that way.
SPEAKER_03Exactly.
SPEAKER_02But it is something to be mindful of going forward as we do start, you know, yeah, it's building our audience. Right, absolutely. But okay. All right, yes, my turn. Yeah, let's go. I'm loving this so much. Let's see.
SPEAKER_03Who's more likely to spend $500 and then say it was on sale?
SPEAKER_02Three, two, one. Yes, absolutely. Well, okay. It was on sale. They were giving it away. It was a still, I promise. No, that's so funny. Guilty as charged. All right, we're gonna wait for that one. I'm gonna actually I'm gonna put it back into the pile. These are excellent questions, mommy. I really must say. Who's more likely to get arrested on a girl's trip? Three, two, one.
SPEAKER_01Oh wow! Okay.
SPEAKER_03All right. Well, actually, the story that you gave about the um the tickets on the um trolley, that should have clarified, but I would have gotten us arrested that day, yes. I I feel like um it depends on the situations, depends on the circumstances because sometimes I'm I want to take my answer back.
SPEAKER_02Do you have a wild side that I don't know about? I no, I want to know what your thought process is behind that because I feel like you play play it very safe with things, especially when we travel. Like you you don't seem very adventurous to me, but tell me what your thought process is.
SPEAKER_03Well, you know, I was young, I was younger before, and I was I was pretty adventurous, but then once I had you three, things changed because you're not gonna be around. Absolutely. Uh oh. We're good. Okay.
SPEAKER_02I just need a small tissue, and that'll handle what just happened.
SPEAKER_03Users are grown up now, so I feel like you back outside.
SPEAKER_02I'll be back outside. Mm-hmm. I said myself because I'm always down for a good time, no matter what it is. Like, yeah, I've done some crazy things, I've scaled buildings, I've skinny dipped, I've I've had, yeah, I've I've had fun.
SPEAKER_03I like to live life on the on the edge. So it's not like I can ask you who your mother is because I may be guilty of one or two of the one or two that you just shared.
SPEAKER_02So all right, go ahead. But realistically, neither one of us, because we genuinely do both minor manners when we're in public. We we do. We do. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03But I was young once. I'm still young.
SPEAKER_02I was thinking that.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Who is more likely to get tipsy first on a vacation? One, two, three.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02My mom's very much a lightweight. Yes, yes, yes.
SPEAKER_03So you do get that point. You actually get to.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Who's more likely to survive a reality show? Where did my mom come up with these? This is so good. Survive a reality show. I need a minute to think about who I'm about to choose. Okay. Three, two, one. I I would say both as well, but as far as like surviving in terms of winning, I immediately thought of um Million Dollar Secret, the show we all watched as a family on Netflix. Yeah. I could see you winning that for sure.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we um, yeah, that was very, very fun and very calculated that show. And um it did make us think, and yeah, yeah, that was good. Yeah. Um, I think when I um wrote that question, I was thinking um as a family going on it together. Um, I know how we are in escape rooms, um, and we, you know, we blow it out the water. I know how we are um with uh different activities that we're doing. Like you take the upper hand in one thing and I take the upper hand with another, and then we come to the middle and you know, we work very well very, very well.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And um, I know as a family, like we're always talking about going on the um family feud show. Yeah. Our minds just think, you know, and it it takes two different, oftentimes it takes two different um perspectives to to nail it. And I feel like there's enough versatility between us that we would get that done.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Oh my gosh, do you remember there was one point where there was a mommy-daughter show before, and I don't remember what the con we watched it together years ago. This is probably like 10 years ago. Yes, yes, more, more, like 15 years ago. Yes, and I don't remember what exactly the basis of the show was, but it was a whole bunch of mother-daughter pairs. It was beauty and competition, some sort of competition for sure.
SPEAKER_03Yes, the the the couple, the pairs were competing against other mommy daughters, and it had a lot to do with um looks, like there were um aspects where they had to look a certain part or you know, be dressed accordingly, or whatever, like modeling, and then and then they had to do crazy competitions and see who could who could win out of the few.
SPEAKER_02We should look to see if there's any mommy daughter show opportunities coming up because 100% with the way we would apply real quick. It's me or you? Me? Oh, you. Uh I asked about the reality show. I think that was my question.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_02But I also didn't mean to cut you off so much just now, so I'm so sorry if you didn't complete any thoughts. No worries. That was rude of me.
SPEAKER_03Oh boy, this is a funny one. Okay. Who is most likely to go viral for something embarrassing? Oh. Three, two, one. Ah!
SPEAKER_02Um, yeah, I'm gonna say you.
SPEAKER_03I am the reason why I say so um is because you embarrass easily. Even when it's not something, well, we don't feel it's embarrassing, but we're like, girl, let's keep it moving. You're fine. But who's most likely to fall down the steps with a big old giant suitcase? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That happened a couple months ago. And then get up and say, I'm okay. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Or who's more likely to burn themselves with a curling iron? And yeah.
SPEAKER_02That actually is true. My mom has a lot of like incidents.
SPEAKER_03She really does. She hurts herself quite often. We're playing for you. But but then I go through it like broken ribs. I still go to work. Um, yeah, she's broken her ribs before. Carry the suitcase out to the car because we gotta make a plane. Like, I'm not gonna be stopped. Right. On our way to the airport, falling off a cliff in a hundred uh foot drop. I smack the water, I get up, I'm all red, but I still keep it moving. Come on, let's go eat. Completely red on one side of my body the way I hit the water. Oh my god, it is it is what it is.
SPEAKER_02No, that's so true, mommy. That's something that's I'm just gonna throw this in. I know we're not being serious, but that's something that really helped me on my journey with social anxiety was realizing that embarrassment is literally a choice. Like you can just choose to not feel that emotion, choose to just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep it pushing.
SPEAKER_03Like that's right.
SPEAKER_02And that's really what I have to work through. Because you're right, I do embarrass easily. So I really have to remind myself it's not that serious, it's not that serious. Like, just like we're making the podcast today, it's just literally not that serious.
SPEAKER_03Not that serious. It's all about the fun.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Okay. Mighty thern. Who's more likely to say I'm only five minutes away while they're still getting dressed? Okay, three, two, one. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My mom um has been trying to work on my time management with me. So that's what we're working with right now in life. That's what we're working on.
SPEAKER_03You had one in your book. Did you ever read that one?
SPEAKER_02I put it back in the pile.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay. Oh, yes, yes, you did. Yes, you did.
SPEAKER_02And it's probably the
SPEAKER_03What had happened was there's one more left.
SPEAKER_02Who's more likely to start an argument and swear they didn't start it? Three, two, one. I mean, I guess I I would say out of you and I, I'm more likely to, but I don't think I do that.
SPEAKER_03I don't think I've ever done it's funny because her siblings accuse her of it. I feel like I've seen her do it, but she's just she's defensive, and and she'll argue you down and and have valid points. And I'm like, but wait. They're valid points. How do you start that argument?
SPEAKER_02I argue when I'm passionate. And even still, like I feel like sometimes just my regular delivery comes off offensively and comes off as an argument because I just speak with passion. I really do think that's what it is. I don't think I like I when because when we talk about arguing, I think I can proudly say I never go out of my way to insult anyone. Right.
SPEAKER_03As a matter of fact, you're you're the opposite. You've got a way not to, purposely not to insult.
SPEAKER_02Yes. So if I offend you, it's just because you weren't ready to hear the truth. What do you think about that, mommy?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. That's yeah. I mean, we we kind of have this rule in our family where you don't make fun of people about things that they can't change. You know, you can't help it if you have a big head, or you can't help it if like you know, body shaving and all that, we're not we're not going there. Yeah. Not that any of us do. I'm just trying to throw something out there that others would would um understand and appreciate. But, you know, we will call a spade a spade. If you're wrong about something, we're gonna discuss it because you know, that part is ugly or that part is just not so very attractive, and it takes away. So when we're together, we're very competitive, we want to have fun. Our competition is fun competition, it's not um arguments and um nonsense because you know, tomorrow's not promise. So we go all out to have a great time and enjoy it all, and we do.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we really do. Okay, mommy. Well, your questions actually took up the full time of the episode. So thank you so much for that. Absolutely. That actually kind of helps me evolve mentally, like my vision of where we can take this and what we can do with it. So I definitely want to figure out some more of this, how we can implement more fun, I love it, more questions that caught me completely off guard. So yeah, I'm definitely gonna pray to God for some inspiration on how to keep it upbeat. Absolutely. I don't ever want to feel like we are talking at our audience, right? So this was a breath of fresh air for me.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely, it was. And uh stay tuned for more trends because I'm determined I'm gonna stay young.
SPEAKER_02My mom keeps talking, she wants to implement trends, especially in our short videos, um, in our shorts. So I don't know. I've not I've never been one to hop on trends, so I'm I'm leaving that up to her to find out.
SPEAKER_03She bullied me into learning a trend that she really was not gonna post. And I'm like, oh no, I finally got it. We're gonna post this one.
SPEAKER_02Wait, let's do that one on the counter three. Uh, three, two, one.
unknownStop.
SPEAKER_02Carry on. But the funny thing about it, mommy, is I don't even think I do it correctly. I think I do it, I think I taught you it too slow. I think it's more like, stop. Wait, stop, carry. I don't know. I don't, I don't think I hid the beat right myself, but we had a great time learning it. We did have a great time learning with the beautiful background of the Mediterranean Sea. Absolutely. Check out our Instagrams, our Facebooks, all of that if you haven't already, and keep up with us. We post Alfred of the Days, we post our travel experiences, and we just like to laugh and have a good time. And it's only going to be more of that. But it's all about laughter, fun, love. Yeah, love, love, love, love. Yeah. Okay, mommy. We have talked rich.
SPEAKER_03We have to get that together. What in the world? The first time we did it was excellent.
SPEAKER_02Effortless literally effortless. Okay, let's practice without even cheers in. Okay. Just our tempo of how we're gonna say it. No. Excuse me. We have talked rich. Okay. Okay, mommy. We have talked rich.
