Alexa is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a specialty in sports nutrition, so today’s topic is something I’m super passionate about and SO excited to talk with you about today. Not only because of what we might possibly face with COVID-19, but just in your day to day life. Today we’re going to talk about our immune systems. And in order to be on the go and travel the world and take car of our families- we have to to be our healthiest selves and it’s never too late to start working on taking care of yourself and your health.

Keep in mind when listening, that what Alexa is recommending is for FORTIFYING your immune system. When you are otherwise healthy and there is no threat of virus, then return to normal doses as advised by the packaging on the supplements you take.
