SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I think it was a year and a half.
SPEAKER_02And the others were a buy sending amigos. I think we conocí, I don't know, okay, most of 15 years, we're um yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I remember that uh we made a team, remember Yeah, yeah, back in the day. We made a team uh I I was I wasn't playing at that moment, but we made a team of basically all the best players with mine. That was with Alex. And um it's like I'm gonna make the dream team and this and that. So like, all right, let's do it. And then you know, yeah, yeah, I remember. And there was the younger kids too, because back uh back then there was the other team that uh uh Joe Hairo had. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that was crazy because you when you guys played, that was a such a good game.
SPEAKER_02But before amongst Marica, you don't connect, you know, I'm not at the city, in Colombia.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I'm of Armenia. Armenia. Armenia King. Armenia has been more or not, media period, media, 40, 45 minutes, depends on the traffic and so, but it's like 40 minutes. And what the story is a bit in English, remarkable. Because it was a long story, but 33 años. 33 años. Wow, wow. Yo llegué a los 14.
SPEAKER_02Well, usted nació in Armenia, and my padding? In a barrio, in a conjunct?
SPEAKER_00Not vivid in Armenia and Calarca. Okay, so it was like 10 minutes of Armenia.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00And we vivid in a barrio, very bonus that se llamaba Saguanes, which we compramos all yeah and era super bonito, lo hicieron nuevo. And my papa had fincased and a little bit of ganado. And my papa had an empresa that hacía exportación, exportación, importación. And viajaba mucho para acá, he quedado un tiempo. Cuando abrieron la amnistía, this was in the 80s, no me acuerdo which a year exactly, but lo hizo Reagan.
SPEAKER_00Sí. Pero el hermano de él, who era mi tío Jairo, who was the most joven of the family, okay.
unknownAy, God.
SPEAKER_02Eso sí no lo sabía. Damn, man. Lo siento que no reago.
SPEAKER_00Damn, bro. That sucks.
SPEAKER_02Sí, Marica. But the papa vino lear the papels to those.
SPEAKER_00No, my hermano vive in Garden City. And my hermana vive acá in Acrobat.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00No, it's not conocido. O sea, era más conocido, but now, because he was much.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay, wow. And suffered seven for acá and la USA.
SPEAKER_00No, lo que pasó is that in this time, you said that in the 80s in Colombia estaba the problem of Pablo Escobar y.
And salieron como cinco tipos armados disparando.
Entonces, due to my papa, no, I don't want to serve us back in Colombia.
SPEAKER_02Claro.
SPEAKER_00Entonces, I started with my family. Ah, we're Station.
SPEAKER_02I have to go to the matter. At Riverhead. Are 14 a year? After 14 years. And how was your first year? Or his first semana, okay? Uh just 14 years entered at the high school or not?
SPEAKER_00Sí, entré a noveno. Okay, entré a novo a noveno. Entré a noveno. In reality, I vine with my papa.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_00Because my herman is at the university and my tocó pagar military. Ah, okay. Entonces no podía irse.
SPEAKER_02No, no podía ir.
SPEAKER_00And yo vine para entrar directamente a noveno. Usted sabe que la high school empezó in September, ¿no? Sí, sí, sí, sí. Entonces yo me vine with my papa. No, eso fue.
SPEAKER_01Cuénteme, cuenta.
SPEAKER_00Porque eso es que in Colombia uno lo conoce todo el mundo. ¿Qué año fue eso?
SPEAKER_02Perdón, porque usted me lleva como unos 5-6 años.
SPEAKER_00No, eso fue intros.
SPEAKER_02Usted llegó en el 93. A la high school de Rivera.
SPEAKER_01Ay, Gonorrea.
SPEAKER_00Rivejé in this time era un poquito caliente, como peligroso. Imagine that in the entradas had detector of metal. A little bit in Rivege.
SPEAKER_02Ay, Gonorre.
SPEAKER_00Oh, it's the most high school. That's more than Anton Bates and Rivera in 30 years totally. Ah, no, this cambiation. Totally. Entonces my thousand in Flanders. And I recognized the bus in Flanders, meaning Flanders host River. And in Riveget, imagine we were a Colombian. In this time, all the people used to baggy jeans. And then I was super rare, like Esteban quiénes. Este manquienes, clear.
SPEAKER_02But there were other Spanish. No. Ay, manica.
SPEAKER_00There was a puertorrique who was gringo, but he was in Spanish. And he was the only one who was in English such as one in Colombia who enseigned English and you were in Colombo, American, but you went and one thought. And I was at one day to one to try to communicate me as I could.
SPEAKER_02Claro, to defend me.
SPEAKER_00And no, and this was a No, at the end of the country, because when I was at the hour of the lunch, I was like, But you lost an almuer, or I daban. No, I was one almuer. I was almuer, but I sent you. But this was the prime.
SPEAKER_02And you were in the 93 directness, and how apparently or how was this process? Because I imagine that in this time there was a system.
SPEAKER_00No, it was like that, nothing. Oh my God, bro. Difficult. Difficult. No, I'm sorry. But you have muñequitos, caricatures, you mean?
SPEAKER_02Ajá, the subtitles.
SPEAKER_00In English. In English. Y in espanhol. Okay. I empecé a coger, I empecé. And in reality, in six months you just hear. Empecé a ser amigos, empecé a salir with a gringu. Bien.
SPEAKER_01Normality.
SPEAKER_00Una, the more linda, and the president of the high school. Oh, but this was the morenous are more problematic. And when I was and I was different, with jeans, not appetited, but jeans. And so I was tranquilo, but if I were to put it, I didn't put it. And for example, you in Colombia. So I went back and there are new gigantes. Claro, Marican, and peleas, golpes, bullying. And the problem is that no eran one or two, no eran. Claro, imagine.
SPEAKER_02But else or Americans?
SPEAKER_00No, no, the Morinos. The American problematic. And it's Americanos blancos no. The population were more moral. Entonces pelea y pelea y pelea. Hasta que ya one golpe the casa, and my papa me dice, what happened? But if we were one or two, one, and ya era demasiado. So my papa me dijo, no, vámonos para Hunton B.
SPEAKER_02Pero usted pelea one, no, eso se volvió quasi allora.
SPEAKER_00Todo? Claro.
SPEAKER_02Eso se volvió quasi all of the years. Ay, goa.
SPEAKER_00No, y uno in Colombia, que usted sabe que in Colombia conoce todo el mundo, y todo el mundo es parchado ando for allá. Andar English, you're solo.
SPEAKER_02No, you can't.
SPEAKER_00No, but at the end of one had an idea like different of that, no? Parchada, no.
SPEAKER_01Fue un choque very brusco.
SPEAKER_00No, y for this llegar in invierno.
SPEAKER_01The temporary bastard.
SPEAKER_00You're encerrado, we're not. What is this? And no, you can Colombia, I would say.
SPEAKER_02My herman is the mayor and my family. She had much problems in Rive, in the high school of Rivé, and they vinier to Hampton Base. Hampton Base.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it was others totally different.
SPEAKER_02In this time, in the 96, 97 at Hampton Base? No, this was in 93.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And Hampton Base was more hispanic or.
SPEAKER_00No, I had one. Uno. Untico. Untico, Juan. Juan Celedon, it was Hampton. Ah, pues my amigo, ah no, bacano, Marica, bacano. And then we came another Colombian who was Dorian. We were Juan and Gringos. And it was different. No, and we had Moreno, obviously, there were peleases. But normal. And a lot of totally different.
SPEAKER_02Totally.
SPEAKER_00And I was studying in the U, no sé, sí, yo, when I hold the high school, I juggled football and me subsity. Al varsity team. And this year era, he jugabas bien and meeting. And it's curious because in this time in Ishampton I had a peleo que se llamaba, usted tal vez no lo puedo conocer, Villapolana, who lo mataron. Sí.
SPEAKER_02Villapolana o Villaplana? Villaplana. Villaplana, Villaplana. Ah, sí, sí, sí. Claro, supuestamente Marica jugamos.
And you hold the All County, Old Conference, and various universities. Me llamaron. Me dieron la beca. Jugué one. And ahí me transferí a Stonybrook.
SPEAKER_02Oh, usted jugó. You played D1? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
The idea era ir a pro inicio, la MLS, and ahí del salto one in Stolenburg no era tan difficile. No, sí. Porque a uno lo están mirando. Marica.
SPEAKER_02Ay, puta, y eso le pasa más de uno. Se dejó de la rodilla y chau. Sí, no, they're cuidar. And what study is in Stoney? Usted used to be an idea in these two days that was in Stonybrook. Ajá.
SPEAKER_00My sovereign, okay, the higher of my herman graduated in Stoneybrook.
SPEAKER_02Okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00Yo empecé los two años in Suffolk. Okay. And I terminated Libre Arts.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_00Entonces young discotecaster, events, with a parcel in East Hampton. Sí, sí, sí, Flirt. Después Brazil, which is Dream. Ajá, ya, yeah. Oh, wow, yeah. White House, CPI, White House, somebody. No había nada. Nosotros empezamos a abrir cambios. Sí, que era como la The foundation for education to those span and the five years and the Festival Latino. Now we empezamos to the community. And those papers are at the same time. But else went to Colombia and today they are at the time. Ah, bacana, backup.
SPEAKER_02Well, I studied liberal arts in Suffolk and in Stonybrook.
SPEAKER_00I saw Computer Science for one semester, but no measure. No me gusting. And started programming computers and computers. Yo todavía anda computadora with an amigo who se llama José, era ecuatoriano. And we month this negotiation, hicimos una computadora for a un carro, muchas cosas. Entonces I pasé a Stonybrook and Stoneybrook estudié business. Business Administration, business. Business and finance. Finance, okay. Y después seguí con economía.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01En Burger King?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Sí, a los que están.
SPEAKER_01El que estaba en Reddit.
SPEAKER_00Sí, el que está en Ré.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_00Sí, y trabajaba ahí haciendo Burger. Sí, claro, yo empecé a trabajar andar. Okay. When I was football, I was entrenched all the time and all the time. But ya me solid trabajar. And in this time, this story is chistosaurus because in this time it was Power Rangers.
SPEAKER_02Ajá, los Power Rangers, yeah.
SPEAKER_00And we salieron and the Power Rangers. No, no, no, no, no. But I said, No, I took one, I was in Power Rangers, and the Jeff could have this. I was one of the days, but obviously I did the paper of Power Ranger, I could have Power Ranger for a time. I said, No. There were seven members, and at the time I showed me. And I went to the company of the papa, in landscaping.
SPEAKER_02Landscaping. Landscaping, the jardine, and cortisol pasta and my respect to the gentleman who is in this, because this is fine, it's duro, it's pesado. It's good. I was studying this study, and after this grade, what happened?
SPEAKER_00Normally what is grand. You're a company of aviation that is account in the M3 Technology. And it was well because we vended parties of avions and all that. And después me salió a mansion, you are shows who are the due de Starbucks.
SPEAKER_02Oh shit. They are in the house of Denis Anton, Denise Anton, yeah. Oh shit.
SPEAKER_00Beautiful. Yeah, I imagine. Trabajé. Yo me salí de estudiar un tiempo because yo tuve my. A qué edad tuve mi hija?
SPEAKER_00Andas, because I normally iba Mars or Jueves or a Iba, Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes, depending on the classes. And no, you can stay in all the verbs, and else you can come to esclave. And I said, No, I said much, but I don't know. And she had the home and pending. And then I met and then I said I had the real estate during many years, I was like 25 years.
SPEAKER_0225 years, okay.
SPEAKER_00Okay. When you in this period you had the events and the discotecasions.
SPEAKER_02Uh colombiano says that one se la rebusca in lo que sea. No, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Sí, yo me acuerdo, yo me acuerdo.
Okay, okay. We hold the tour along. Claro, because I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Yes, you cambia.
SPEAKER_00And I said, No, yo. I salí de soqué más in the real estate, in the races.
SPEAKER_02And you empezed by an empresa or a señor.
SPEAKER_00In this time, I was the organization. And I was with Ola and I was in a cool thing that seems Gamaliel, which are organizations that are the community. And I was in various things in Chicago and in Miami and various. And I said, Oh, this is my buy for Bienes Raíces. And I llamado attention because Bienes Raíces is a negotiation. And I said, I saw the license, and empecé. Empecé a trabajar al principio. What a yeah was this okay? Eso fue como en el 2001. 2001. Desde el 2001 empecé a trabajar yo in this. And I was solo rent and those. And the mercury latino. In reality, you have centers of families to compare cases. Fue el primero español and vendor, okay, comprend cases to the Latinos. Much. There are various who have hosts that you ayudaba.
SPEAKER_02But when you empez, you have your or others?
SPEAKER_00No, you funded my cumplir six ago. Cinco. During the COVID. And I moved to an employer that se llamava Hampton's Realty Group, which was a conglomerate of three that se lava Donahy, Corcoran, no me acuerdo of the other reality, but there were three, and this was the boom in this moment. And they had the cases of millions of dollars and things. It's a lock. I mean no me daban, and one era. And the señor me dijo, it's Peter, who murió during COVID.
SPEAKER_02No, it's a COVID afectó a mucha gente.
SPEAKER_00And I ayudou bastante, me tiró casas, me daba casas for the venture, me daba clients, anda. In this time I ayudó muchos hispanos anders. And then when I empezed COVID, I had my market, I had to, the fact that I was or vendor, and you have my company.
SPEAKER_02And this was during COVID?
SPEAKER_00During COVID, I mean a study and uno encerrado. Y yo estaba solo.
SPEAKER_02But in the time you were sure in the 2020. Wow, that's crazy.
SPEAKER_00But bacano, Marika, you empected a study because you can't see the course for broker, and see all the processes, months and what I said. And you still imagine. And one habila of this, but this was dura. Look at COVID.
SPEAKER_02No, and not de uno. This was duro, uy. No, but you had novia.
SPEAKER_00But terminamos antes ofigna, entonces me tocó pasarlo solo.
Bacano, bacano. Yo lo voy a confesar algo. Yo también tengo mi licencia. Yo también hice el curso y todo. Y nadie sabe eso. Mi mamá no sabe, mi hermana no sabe. Nadie. You are in sótanos, in basement apartments, but apartments, not like the apartments in the sótanos are hermosos. Vived in a sótano that nobody had ventanas, my papa deported, and you fell to be a hotel with my mama and my mother. And I had 24-25 years. And I conocted. And I was a man in this, you know, I said, if this man would have to do it, I think you seriously be capable. And the things that you have my inversions, my cases. No, Mario, no, it's in serious. This man is in this moment, and races have much. And I said, Well, if this is, you know. And then I think the person who does or investor and who is escuching this and escuching my history motives and this American, no, it's in reality.
SPEAKER_00It's a process.
SPEAKER_02It's a process, yeah, but the people who are Hispanic is and the system American system, and they say no, this is a session is not.
SPEAKER_00But as you said, it's difficult, it's a process, but it would be a gentleman or don't. And what I think is one who does is that the people involve their dinner. So you get this to invent their dinner, because it's one of the compras that you have in such a life. And second, you have 30 years paying a casa. So one does have a good inversion.
SPEAKER_02And not only does a big inversion, that you can, and in the future, you can compare more cases, or the Latina, if you want to compare and invest, or there are people who have 20, 30, 40 years and say, I can return, I can see you like the casa. And the cases vendor 800, 900,000.
SPEAKER_00I have clients of Isampt who have been 20, 30, and all these are bastard, 1.2 million, 1.3 million.
SPEAKER_02And they went to Colombia, Ecuador, Ecuador, México, and other live.
SPEAKER_00But it's for all Long Island, the Suffolk Paca? Look at Flanders. En Cerritos se ha vendido. Bacano Marechos. En Cartagena, en Toulum. Entonces, pues la idea es también vender, digamos, usted quiere invertir in lugares who are touristic. Entonces, this is como uh tourism reality. Yeah, pues bacana.
SPEAKER_02For my gente latina who can compare, invertible, or vendor, I tire the flecha, parcero que I conceived at much time. What is it? The empresa. No, parce bacano, and you're a person who you admire, and for me in this negotiation and parse, sincerely recommend, because you know that you have a year doing this, and for what you watch, they are very good at the people.
SPEAKER_00No, the historians that have made of rent of proprietors and all this, there are gentlemen who are. And not only, who are cases in a year, and the cases 1 million, 2 million dollars. There are stories of success, okay, and various that have empresas grandes.
SPEAKER_02There are people who have empresas, and for example, construction, and so they compromised and what you have to ask in Colombia or in another place, Mexico, Ecuador, who might be a law? What consequence they do for empezar the process American, because it's a golpe?
SPEAKER_00Because the people who were here or who has been recently not took as well. And in this time, I don't know about comedia latina. No, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_02No, Queens.
SPEAKER_00You can go to Queens to have comedia colombian. Imagine. And now, it's more faster, that's more fashion, and for that in espace. Entonces, but the gentleman is to focus in negotiations at the time, because it's more.
SPEAKER_02Ya in this point of such a way, in Colombia?
SPEAKER_00Because you acost, and when you're at Colombia, it's different.
SPEAKER_02And there are Colombian people who say no, Colombia is very good. I encourage the ambience, my city, but you don't. It's valid, I understand. Obviously, I wanted to go to the show.
SPEAKER_00I'm the week and normally in December. But I was thinking about me a little bit more, but for an hour for Miami, you can go to Miami. The empresa ya. And in Miami, the big of Miami is that there's more movement. Because in reality one se mueve more for the veran, okay, and in the Inviana it's much muerto, a vehicle there's no movement. And in Miami we have constant trabajo, negotiations for those lines.
SPEAKER_01El frío ya is otra cosa que yo me voy para Pereira, you llega noviembre, chao, yo no vengo hasta Marzo.
SPEAKER_00No, ese frío ya. Y este último invierno fue brutal. Mucha nieve, Mario.
SPEAKER_01Sí, claro, Maricay, no.
SPEAKER_02Chimba, bro, real.
SPEAKER_00This is a project grande that se va a hacer, pues obviamente le muestro y les muestro a la gente if you can. It's a project of cases of playa. Bacana, weon. Sí, because it's always from the mar and so. For example, the casa, you had one in Hampton Base, and this and remodeled and it vendors. But this is a quadruple of the player. So I was, and now when I'm in Isco, I'm certain. No, literally. You vote, I'm gonna in the center, relajar uno. But I mean almost.
SPEAKER_02Well, antes de terminar, I have unas carticas, we're gonna connect more. Quiero que escoja una, weón. A ver.
And then ve los frutos, because three of my friends graduated from the university. My hair. Claro, claro. Me encanta.
En Cerritos, claro, Cerritos is a little bit. I think what you can do, where I invent, but for now it's an idea normal.
SPEAKER_02No, but I want to agree. I want to agree for a motivation for me, a person that I admire, and I comment, for the people who can invest, compared, or vendor, and thank you for starting here in Arepa Meets Bego, bro.
SPEAKER_00It's good because I'm in reality.
SPEAKER_02And when I go to Colombia, literally, for six or six years, I'm a chucho that's a little bit of a arepawn.
SPEAKER_00No, but restaurant. El gaucho.
SPEAKER_02El gaucho, ¿dónde?
SPEAKER_00Ahí in Pereira. Sí, pero ¿dónde?
SPEAKER_01No, no, y es mejor.
SPEAKER_00But it's a carne and the arepa that ellos.
SPEAKER_02Ah, bueno, fan. Capitolo 3. Arepa Miss Vegas, bro. Thank you, bro. Thank you, bro.
