What can we say about Rocco DiSpirito? He had us at hello.

Rocco has been a great friend to us from the outset. He didn’t need to be.

He’s established, he’s a household name, and he’s successful.

But here he is, helping out a new project because he believes in us. And because he is kind.

THAT is why you need to watch this episode. Get to know the man in the kitchen, BEFORE he got to the kitchen.

His conversation with Patrick McEnroe and Rich Salgado is warm, goes down easy, and feels like a hug. Just like one of his fabulous meals.
Rocco was raised the right way, went to high school with Big Daddy, and is now internationally famous.

He deserves it. And you deserve this interview.

Bon appétit!
