on

Eve
of
the
Apocalypse.
Uh,
or
just
Doodle
Apocalypse,
if
that
works
a
little
bit
better
for
you.
Uh,
my
name
is
Todd,
and
I'm
the
host,
writer,
presenter,
creator,
editor,
all
that
stuff,
because
it's
just
a
thing
I
do
in
my
office
uh
of
this
particular
podcast.
Here
in
season
one,
we
are
based
in
Calgary,
Alberta,
Canada,
and
so
we
are
going
to
talk
about
um
arguably
the
one
of
the
biggest
news
stories
of
the
day.
Uh,
you
know,
Donald
Trump
is
still
the
president
of
the
United
States
and
uh
the
world
is
still
on
fire,
and
you
know,
Jeffrey
Epstein's
records
have
still
not
been
released.
So
I'm
not
gonna
say
it's
the
biggest
issue
of
the
day,
but
one
of
the
biggest
issues
of
the
day,
at
least
if
this
is
where
you're
from,
and
that
is
our
upcoming
referendum
on
October
19th.
We're
gonna
go
through
the
questions,
uh,
we're
gonna
try
and
shed
a
little
light
on
what
they
really
mean,
some
of
the
background.
So
if
you
need
still
need
to
argue
with
family,
friends,
neighbors,
co-workers
about
why
they
they
should
not
be
voting
in
favor
of
these
questions.
Uh,
we'll
try
and
give
you
a
little
bit
of
background
support
on
that.
And
we'll
set
ourselves
up
for
our
what
for
our
future
discussions
where
we're
just
gonna
talk
about
why
it
is
so
weird
to
be
living
in
this
current
day
and
age,
some
of
the
stuff
that's
probleming
and
vexing,
uh,
some
of
the
some
of
the
little
things
that
just
make
it
a
weird
time
in
which
to
be
alive.
So
hopefully
you
join
us.
Uh,
if
you're
from
Alberta,
hopefully
this
is

Hopefully
this
is
directly
relatable
to
our
your
current
environment.
And
if
you're
not
from
Alberta,
but
you
are
concerned
about
the
world
around
you,

politicians
are
not
new,
they're
not
inventing
anything
new,
they
are
just
not
that
smart.
So

we're
dealing
with
it
here,
you'll
probably
deal
with
it
there,
and
it's
a
good
chance
to
get
yourself
ready
before
it
happens.

uh

find
your
furry
friend,
find
your
doodle,
your
cat,
your
uh
fuzzy
little
Frenchie,
your
stuffed
animal,
or
heck,
maybe
even
a
human
companion.
