Chapito's gunmen captured a six man Cabrera cell sent into Mazatlan specifically to heat the plaza. Robberies, arson, assaults. This particular Monday shooting is not proven to be the same campaign. four. Jose Rene Bastidas Mercado René Cerosero, career Sinaloa operator, started under El Licenciado and Los Damaso, ran the BCS Plaza, flipped between Chapitos and Maisa depending on the year.
