Jake discusses his positive experience of attending a Coach Development Workshop plus the role of a parent coach and the importance of volunteering and the opportunities the experience can create.

Jake discusses his future ambitions in the football industry including a recent opportunity at Kettering Town plus hear Jake explain the importance of the "Youth Voice" as he begins his new role as part of the BBFA Youth Network.
