You can have the perfect image, a great offer and nailed the audience for your ad and it still might not get the clicks. The solution might be more straightforward but something you hadn't considered - the customer may not actually know what your product or service is.

He discusses some of the different things they have tested to try and fix this issue and reminds us the importance of making sure that your ads clearly explain what it is that you do.
