do."},{"startTime":256.88,"endTime":260.24,"body":"Okay, now, I, I'm no professional"},{"startTime":260.28,"endTime":262.92,"body":"and what pregnant women should do,"},{"startTime":260.28,"endTime":262.92,"body":"but I would say"},{"startTime":262.92,"endTime":264.4,"body":"they're all going to be certain movements."},{"startTime":264.4,"endTime":266.44,"body":"Even if you're into fitness,"},{"startTime":264.4,"endTime":266.44,"body":"they probably shouldn't Okay."},{"startTime":385.32,"endTime":390.88,"body":"So it's making that environment"},{"startTime":385.32,"endTime":390.88,"body":"for the user as 100% engage as possible."},{"startTime":391.2,"endTime":395.72,"body":"So if my client, who's only got 5"},{"startTime":391.2,"endTime":395.72,"body":"pounds, wants to spend 5 pounds"},{"startTime":395.72,"endTime":399.12,"body":"a day"},{"startTime":395.72,"endTime":399.12,"body":"has got unbelievably engaged in content,"},{"startTime":399.56,"endTime":403.24,"body":"she is good, probably,"},{"startTime":399.56,"endTime":403.24,"body":"probably going to do probably better."},{"startTime":403.44,"endTime":405.8,"body":"The other clients got 50,000"},{"startTime":403.44,"endTime":405.8,"body":"pounds a month"},{"startTime":405.8,"endTime":408.44,"body":"but doesn't have this as good content."},{"startTime":408.44,"endTime":411.44,"body":"I'm not saying they haven't gone, I'm"},{"startTime":408.44,"endTime":411.44,"body":"just giving you an example."},{"startTime":411.6,"endTime":415.48,"body":"But the other problem here"},{"startTime":411.6,"endTime":415.48,"body":"is that on 5 pounds a day,"},{"startTime":415.48,"endTime":417.2,"body":"her content might be brilliant,"},{"startTime":417.2,"endTime":420.16,"body":"but she's just not going"},{"startTime":417.2,"endTime":420.16,"body":"to get into the auction enough."},{"startTime":420.16,"endTime":424.04,"body":"Okay, she's Facebook"},{"startTime":420.16,"endTime":424.04,"body":"is just not getting enough budget to go."},{"startTime":424.6,"endTime":426.52,"body":"You give me 5 pounds a day on average."},{"startTime":426.52,"endTime":429.24,"body":"I know that a CPMs for"},{"startTime":426.52,"endTime":429.24,"body":"your industry is going to be 20 pounds,"},{"startTime":429.24,"endTime":431.4,"body":"so that's how much it cost"},{"startTime":429.24,"endTime":431.4,"body":"to get to a thousand people."},{"startTime":431.4,"endTime":432.48,"body":"Let's say it's 20 pounds."},{"startTime":432.48,"endTime":436.04,"body":"So it means she's only going"},{"startTime":432.48,"endTime":436.04,"body":"to get to 250 people a day."},{"startTime":436.04,"endTime":438.04,"body":"Reach.
