Dan Bailey/Pat Peardon

In the same vein as Tim Lewis from SafeStyle, Pat has identified a problem and taken it upon himself to create a solution. Gathering great support along the way not only from his Father, but also his employer, the innovation community and also the broader education system who have enlisted his services to inspire the next generation of tradies through public speaking engagements at schools and colleges.

Batloc is a simple way of protecting one of the most portable, yet valuable tools a Tradie can have on the job site - his batteries and charger.

Sick of seeing his workers hard earned assets go walking, and with no care given by the construction supervisors on the sites he was working at Pat took it upon himself to design a solution - listen to his story as well as a bit extra at the end where we discuss a bit of personal growth and development and what we are each doing in that area.

Bit of a language warning on this one :-)
