Eric, talks about his start in award travel, reminisces about his most memorable trip and the worst grump he has encountered. He details the “training process” of becoming a CPMRT and fondly remembers his favorite pancake machine location. For travelers who encounter broken pancake machines, Eric offers some practical tips to remedy common issues.
