You're on the road to success and then you're like, wait, a failure is possible. Let's go check that out. Let's spend 20 minutes, 20 days, 20 years considering the possibility of that failure. And then you're on the road of the failure. And you know what's going to happen. You're going to succeed on the road of failure.

And I am just here to help you become whoever the hell you want unapologetically. There's no rules. There's no judgment. You can just be it.
You can just have it. I fully, 100 percent believe that everybody. Can have what they want. They can create the life that they want. And if that wasn't a truth or if that wasn't the reality, or if that wasn't the case, then nobody could create their reality. They see there, everyone can create their reality and that's just how earth works or nothing.
And I personally have seen way too many synchronicities or coincidences or things come about. Because they were once in my mind to even question it anymore. And that's even what happened to me the very first time I manifested something massive. The very first time it was like, okay, something is going on on this planet.
It was a person. I brought a person into my physical plane that I didn't even live in the same state as. I lived a thousand miles away from them. And I actually, I brought myself close to them. And then I drew them into my... Energy field and it was mind blowing. It was life changing. It was earth shattering to me.
It was just this What the fuck is going on on this planet? Did I predict that or did I make it happen? the answer of course is both and That was in 2011 and it changed my life and it's it's the reason I'm sitting here right now If I hadn't had such an incredibly profound experience of manifesting somebody that didn't know I existed I may not I have been able to so easily believe it when I discovered the secret.
Cause it all happened in 2011. If you've heard me tell this story, 2011 was a really powerful year for me. Um, I, that was the first time I deliberately manifested without knowing it. I didn't know I was manifesting. I knew I would see this person. And, um, I just kept visualizing it over in my head over and over.
I didn't know I was visualizing, but I just kept playing out this scene of meeting this person that I wanted to meet, um, in L. A. when I was living in Denver. And... And it happened, and it was so crazy, and I, I was so shocked, and luckily my husband, um, was there with me, and he had been, he knew that I had been, again, we didn't know I was manifesting it, but he knew that, because I kept saying, I just know I'm going to meet them, I just know I'm going to meet them, I just know I'm going to meet them, and I kept playing this scene over and over and over and over and over in my head.
And it was just on a loop for like an entire road trip, a thousand mile road trip, just on a loop of me running into this person. And then while I was here in LA, it happened. And it was, again, it was so shocking. And I was thankful that I had a witness. I had a witness for the before, you know, where I was like saying, I knew this was going to happen.
I had a witness for it happening. And he was like, Oh my God, do you see who that is? And I was like, I fucking know who that is. Oh my God. I could feel their presence. It was like my whole body was like, oh, so like taken over. It was, it was so ner I was nervous. I felt just totally almost frozen, like deer in headlights.
I couldn't even look at them in the eye. I was so shocked and um, so just caught off guard. I could not believe, I mean I could, but I couldn't, you know, it was just, just mind blowing. And it set me on this tailspin of like, did I predict that or did I make that happen? And then, um, and that was, that was the after, the aftermath of it.
So my husband witnessed the before, which was like, I'm going to meet this person. It's going to look like this. Then the during of, Oh my gosh, here's that situation. And then the aftermath of like, what the fuck was that? What, what was that? I need to figure this out and and like we're here today You're listening to this podcast right now because of that incident I'm not even joking like that thing changed my entire life that situation And then in the summer that was in about March of that year in the summer of 2011 my cousin who was like a sister to me passed away and this was My opening, I think, to afterlife and, um, more than just you live, you die, that's it.
And I had already been going down the road of, okay, Earth is not exactly what I thought it is. I had the experience of manifesting somebody and then, um, I started watching the show Ancient Aliens. If you watch like six episodes of Ancient Aliens. You're going to form some new beliefs that you didn't previously have.
And so all of these things were, were shifting my, if you've heard me say, I was, I used to be an atheist, a really hardcore atheist, all of these things together started really shifting my perspective. And I started really realizing that earth was not what I thought it was. Earth was not what it seemed.
That was kind of the, the opening of the door. And then on 11, 11, 11, actually, no, let me back up a couple of days, 1108, which is my birthday, by the way. On my birthday in the year 2011. I was given the book, The Secret, I was shown the book, The Secret, and that's obviously when things like really just opened wide because when I read The Secret, it was like, Oh my God, that thing that happened when I, when I, when I saw that person, that was manifestation.
And I knew that it was real from reading The Secret because in the book they're like, okay, we need, you know, think to a time. When you were sure something was going to happen or you were playing it out in your mind or you had made a decision about something and it happened the way you, you know, against all odds, it happened the way you thought.
And I was like, Oh, okay. That was exactly what that situation was. So I was able to believe in manifesting right away when I first discovered it because I had already had such a profound experience. So that was 1108, my birthday. I got that, the secret. And then 11, 11, 11, I met Malachi, who's my music producer and we're still, um, working together to this day.
We're still very close. I even have to work on our music today. It's on my agenda. So anyways, long story short, opening myself up to possibility and not being so closed off to what was possible changed my entire life. And if you look at the trajectory of that story, it took the entire year of 2011 to get me
Like I said, I, I really did not believe, if it, if it was not concrete in my face, like, I couldn't see it, taste it, touch it, smell it, hear it, it did not exist to me, I did not believe in it, if you started talking to me about some bullshit that I could not see, I was like, wow, this person's crazy, I would tune you out, I would, um, discredit you in my mind, I was like, okay, no, I don't need to take advice from that person, they don't understand science, they don't understand what's real, what's, what's real is real, what's not is not, like, I, I don't know how to, Put into words, like, how much I did not believe in anything that I couldn't see.
So, I say this all the time, but for me to, to, for this to be my job and my life's work, just know, like, I really believe it. And, whether, I don't know if you think I'm delusional or what, just know that, like, I am fully 100% I know it's real and knowing that it's real and understanding it and, and being open to the possibilities has cracked my world just so wide and allowed for so much to come through.
And is the practice of remaining open and opening wider, um, expecting more and bigger is it's the practice that's going to bring even more in and going to crack my wide, my world open, uh, going to crack my world. Open wider even further. Does that even make a sense? No, it doesn't. Does it? You get it. You get what I'm saying.
It makes zero sense. It makes one cent. So, um, anyways By the way, I have been diagnosed with ADHD. If you think I'm crazy, if you're just tuning in, you're like, this bitch is weird and dumb. You may be right, but I also have ADHD. Yes, I'm affirming it. I'm working on my story around that. I haven't decided yet what I'm going to do with it, but that's why I just go off the rails sometimes and say random shit.
Back to the story. So, I want you to think about what you're open for and how you're programmed to receive information and possibility and, and then of course, manifestations would be on the other end of that, of course, because what you think and what you think is possible for you is what. You get. So something that's been coming up that I'm seeing in coaching spaces, coaching spaces that I'm in, like that I'm actively taking a part of as, as a student or a client.
And also in my own coaching with, um, group coaching and with my clients. Right now we're in 360 and I've just started working on my Q four coaching, which is my end of the year closeout. So I'm working with business owners and um, coaches and entrepreneurs to. Really maximize the sales and the eyes on them for this end of the year before 2024 starts.
And what's happening in the coaching is I'm seeing a lot of limiting beliefs come up about what's possible. And another thing that comes up and especially, you know, in places like Mindset Monday when you're in a group setting is people talking about their limitations or their stumbles or the things that don't work out for them or the things that are hard or whatever.
And then there's like this, this co misery, this co miseration that happens. And it's like the, oh, the, the, oh, me too train or yeah, that happens to me too. Or like, it's, it's the co misery train. And even before I got on this podcast, I was. In my head they were saying, um, misery loves co misery. You know that saying misery loves company, but it was like misery loves co misery.
You know, it's like, oh, oh my gosh, it's hard for me to, you know, I see a lot of people saying Instagram is so hard. Social media is so hard for me. I don't like being on camera. I don't like being on video. I don't like showing up. I don't like posting every day. I don't like selling every day. I don't like talking about my offers.
It feels very uncomfortable. Sorry, I just realized I don't want to be saying any of that shit. Hold on. Erase. Erase. Erase. I love posting on social media. It's easy for me. It comes super easy for me. I love being on social media. I love being seen. It feels good to be seen. It's safe to be seen. People want to hear about what I have to say.
They want to hear about my offers. They're excited to see what I have to sell because what I have to sell gives them an opportunity to transform and grow. And why would I hold that back from them? What kind of asshole is going to be like, Oh, you want to transform and grow and I have the opportunity for you to do that?
Nah, you can't have it. No, you can't have that. So just by the way, that was real life Flippery, that was 360 in action. That was awareness and discipline. And also those are affirmations that you can use to help describe, I kind of skipped ahead because that was the direction I was going and it was like, that's where I wanted to end up as like, this is how we wanna feel about posting and such.
But it, I got there early because I started, um, telling the story and I'm like, Ew, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're not even gonna, uh, I need to unsay these things. So anyways, What I'm trying to say is, how much of your story, how much of your, your, your ability to achieve success is a program of quote unquote failure?
How much of what you're doing is manifesting in your world because you're saying things like I'm not good at, it's hard, I don't like to, I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do next, I'm lost, I'm stuck, all those things. I can't even tell you how many times a day I hear that kind of stuff from people.
And actually, I'm so glad I'm saying this out loud right now because I'm realizing I need to like, put an energetic condom around that kind of stuff and really, really, really make sure that I'm erase, erase, erasing that stuff. If you're a coach, if you're, if you're serving people in, in any way, if you're somebody that offers a transformation, um, this is just coming up in real time.
Make sure that you are not taking on your clients, um, stories, right? I tell you all the time, don't assume that your clients have your money story or your money problems, but also in all areas, don't also take on their issues and their fears and their worries. Okay? So. I want you to think about how many things you think are hard, you're not good at, it works for you, or it works for other people but not you, it's easier for them, of course they have it because of blah blah blah blah, um, I could never because of da da da da, um.
Um, you know, this can run the gamut from, you know, actual level of talent and skill or actual, you know, perceived level of talent and skill, let's say that instead, um, you know, uh, the, the chronology of your life of what you've actually experienced versus what you are manifesting that you've experienced, you know, the dissonance between those things.
It can be stuff that your, your parents told you or stuff that you learned growing up. It could be about. Yeah. Um, you know, what you look like. It could be about what is possible for people like you. It could be about, you know, you've been compared to so and so your whole life. It's, there's so many different areas for different people where this kind of stuff comes up.
So this is like the personal journey of figuring out how many places and what places am I saying That it's hard. Where am I already programmed for failure in areas that I'm actively trying to work on? And it's interesting because it's like, if, if your story is like, social media is blank or everybody can do this but me, and then you're trying to do that thing, you're immediately fighting an uphill battle.
You got your, your hands tied behind your back for no reason. I just saw an analogy. They just showed me a funny image. You got your hands tied behind your back in a cartwheel contest. Like, not a good idea. Unless you're like Fergie or some sh You guys remember Fergie doing those like no handed cartwheels on the, the morning show, the Today Show or whatever?
That's what they just showed me in my head. Anyways, sometimes they, we crack up together, me and my guides or whoever's in my mind, because they show me funny images and it makes me laugh and nobody else knows what I'm laughing about. So... Anyways, see the here's the this is why I gave you the forewarning of ADHD.
It just is what it is It's who I am and if you do have ADHD or any sort of like neurodivergence or fill in the fucking blank because even that we're talking About do you have a program story of failure? Just know that I see this story and I know I'm telling it But I also I also tell it because I want you to know that you can do this.
Anybody can do this and Uh, a lot of the times why I, I, I'm very open about the ADHD and let you witness it is because I, I do want you to see like what my, what my brain is like and understand it like that's how I really think and am all the time. And my mind. bounces from different place to thing all the time, and I really have to work on keeping it focused.
That's why I created 360 method. It was, I created it before I even knew I had um, ADHD, so it was created for an ADHD by mind. Let's start this again. It's created for an ADHD mind by an ADHD mind to combat ADHD before it knew it had ADHD. And I know I'm affirming it, and I'm cementing it with those letters, I know it, I know it, I know it.
And if you're curious, I just have not, I'm still within one year of my diagnosis, so I still am, I'm figuring out my relationship with it because getting the diagnosis has allowed me to be so much more, um, forgiving of myself and give myself so much grace because a lot of the things that I do that are results or a symptom of that, um, are things that I've historically in my life been very hard on myself about.
So being able to understand why I, I behave this way helps me. So, that's why I still affirm it, just so you know. In case you're wondering, why does she always say that? You know she can stop saying that. Yes, I know that. Okay. I choose to. So, anyways. Also, and again, it's to show and explain that, that anybody can do this and like you don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to have a background in business. I certainly don't. My background is in behavioral science, like you heard on the, on the intro. Um, my background is in music and art. Art, music, and behavioral science, my educational background in behavioral science and my, my passion in art and music.
So Thank you. Again, the fact that I have really begun to dedicate my life to sharing this information and it is my purpose now to get this information to as many people as possible on the planet. My ultimate goal is to free the planet and to free all of the people and, um, there are so many people suffering right now in so many different places.
Um. Thank you. Thank you. I envision a world where that's no longer the case and part of my mission, part of getting to that vision is sharing this information as far and wide as possible. And, and showing people how to free themselves so that we can free the world. So, I can only do that if I allow myself to believe it's possible.
I have to allow myself to believe that I can affect change all over the world in places where, you know, there, what's been going on there has been going on longer than I've been alive. In places where I have no pull, and nobody knows who the fuck I am, and why would they even listen to me? I have to believe it's possible.
I have to know it's possible. I have to trust that the vision that I've been given, the desire that I have within me is safe guidance. That I'm being guided to help. The world and free the world in these ways for a reason because I can do it because I'm here to make a dent or whatever I believe I can. I know I can and it's what I'm doing here on this planet and I'm not doing anything else.
So what else would I be doing? What else could I possibly succeed at if this is it? all I'm doing. Does that make sense? It's like, if I'm playing basketball, I'm not going to hit a home run. Do you understand? It's not that I can't hit a home run. It's just that I have a basketball in my hand. I'm on a basketball court and I'm shooting hoops.
What is the likelihood that I'm going to make a basket? Very fucking high, especially if I just stay on that court and I continue shooting. And in fact, the longer I stay on that basketball court and continue. I'm not even gonna say practice shooting, but literally throwing the ball at the fucking net, throwing the ball inside the hoop, the longer I stay on that court and throw that ball in that hoop, the better I'm gonna get and the more likely it's gonna be that I'm gonna make hoop after hoop after hoop.
And also, the longer that I'm on that court, the likelihood that I'm going to hit a home run goes down, right? Well, I guess it stays the same. It stays at zero, but you get my point. It's not like, oh, I'm gonna, I can do this. I believe in myself. Yes. Well, obviously yes, but if I'm only playing basketball, I'm going to get really good at basketball and I'm never going to make a home run and that is okay.
If I wanted to hit a home run, you know what I would do? Put down the fucking basketball and head to the, head to the diamond. Pick up a bat, bro. You know what I'm saying? And then if I stayed on the diamond and I swung that bat over and over and over again, I would eventually start hitting home runs. And the likelihood of me being successful at hitting home runs would dramatically increase, especially the longer that I stayed on that field.
And the likelihood that I would sink a fucking, dunk a ball or whatever, get a three pointer would go down. It'd be at 0%, right? You get what I'm saying? This is why it's like, just do what you want to do. If you're on the path of doing it, you're going to achieve stuff. It's just how life works. If you move forward, you will pass mile markers.
Think about being on the highway or be on the freeway. If you just keep going, you will get places that are far away from where you are right now. And the only qualification you need to have is to not stop.
So if you're on the road, you will get there if you move forward. It's just how it works. If I am on the road, of my success. If I am aligning myself to where I want to be, if I'm telling myself that what I want to do is easy, what I want to do is possible, I'm destined for it, I'm meant for it, I'm supported in it, it's safe guidance, God is helping me, the universe is on my side, they want me to do it, they want me to achieve, my guides are helping me, my intuition is, is guiding me, I'm trusting myself, I'm taking the right steps, I'm doing exactly what I need to do, something quote unquote negative happens, ooh, wow, look, it's working out for me, it's Actually unfolding the way I thought it would.
See, it's unfolding for me. It's unfolding for me. See, no matter what happens, whether good or bad happens, that part's irrelevant. That's a mile marker on the road. Do I keep going on the road or do I turn off, do I get off the exit at the mile marker just because it's something I don't like? It doesn't make any sense.
If this was an actual road, you were driving and there was a road that said, you know, lose all your money and, and go financially bankrupt. You wouldn't turn off on that exit. You'd be like, ooh, I'm not going on that exit. Let me keep going. I want to go to success land, yet we do that in our real life.
You're on the road to success and then you're like, wait, a failure is possible? Let's go check that out. Let's spend 20 minutes, 20 days, 20 years considering the possibility of that failure. And then you're on the road of the failure and you know what's going to happen? You're going to succeed on the road of failure.
If you're on the basketball court of failure and you are shooting the ball, you are going to make hoops.
So I want you to be really conscious, again, always boils down to 360 method, awareness and discipline. You need to be paying attention to how many times a day you are basically choosing failure right off the bat. I can't, this is hard, I don't want to, it's not easy, I'm not good at it. I wish I could. I already lost it.
It's going down. It's not going up. How come it's not working? It's working for them. This is meh, All that crap. You know what I'm saying? You're, you're, you're programmed for, we'll just, we're just saying failure just to make it obvious between success and failure. What you want and what you don't want, right?
You're programmed for failure. That's why you're saying those things. But as you're saying them and you're not questioning them and you're not stopping yourself and you're not erase, erase, erasing like I did earlier. Or even when I talk about the ADHD, do you see how I walk myself through it and I understand because I want to be in control of the situation, so I'm choosing control over the concept.
And even that is better than just being at the mercy of it. Because what I'm saying when I say I know I'm still affirming the ADHD, what I'm really saying is I can stop at any time and I will when I decide to. And right now, I'm letting you be here. Because I see value and I see positivity in it. There's, there's more to the story than just, yeah, I'm affirming it.
You know, it means something beyond it. I'm programming myself to continue to believe that or to even improve my beliefs about something every time I think it and, and the way that I think about it if I correct it. If I think a quote unquote negative thought and I don't correct it, I'm continuing to program myself for failure.
In that area or whatever. Now, if I catch myself saying I can't, and I say, actually, you know what? I can, and it's easy for me. What I've just done is I've begun to reprogram myself for success in that area, and I can't say that there's any magic number. Sometimes there are things that you can just, you notice it one time and you're like, oh, I'm saying that.
Let me stop saying that, and it's this now. You have a realization that comes through and you're like, Oh, okay, let me just actually change that. And it's able to be changed. Sometimes it takes dedication and it takes multiple attempts. Esther Hicks says change doesn't happen overnight. It happens every time you have the urge to be the original way or be the first way and you choose the new way.
You choose to be different. That's how change is made and that's when change is made. So find the program. Locate the program. And Allow yourself to think something different. Allow yourself to not. Just immediately choose failure or just immediately choose defeat don't automatically count yourself out Even if that's how it's always been that if there was always been like that That's a program failure for a program for failure.
It's always been that way. YAS is a program for success So you can use these pieces that you're already saying and tweak them and make them say what you want them to say. And you can also see how you're already doing this work. Sometimes we think things are easy for us and they are. Sometimes we think things are hard for us and they are.
That's just it, period. So start thinking things are easy, start thinking things are aligned for you, start thinking things are set up for you to win.
And then also I'm just, I keep hearing reticular activating system. Look up the science of it, okay? There's a component of your brain that when you start calibrating toward a certain thought or belief or idea or truth or consciousness, however you want to look at it, your brain Will actually begin putting your attention on that specific thing in your three D world.
So beyond the idea of the woo woo manifestation stuff, look at the science behind it, the r a s, this is in your brain and it actually is a scientific mechanism that is going to put your attention. On to the things that match up with your thoughts. This is happening right now as we speak. So this is another reason why it's so important to choose what you let yourself think.
Awareness and discipline. Choose what you let yourself think about everything for the rest of your life, 360method. co. But really, Like, what other option do you have? You can either do this or you can be at the mercy of your programming and we've been talking for 29 minutes about how your programming might be setting you up for failure.
You have the option at any moment. You have the power and control all the time. Every moment of the day you can decide, yes, I'm going to continue thinking that. No, I'm not going to continue thinking that. And actually this is what I'm going to begin thinking now. And then I'm going to continue thinking that that that is always under your control.
And if you allow yourself to be in control of that power, that opportunity, you can literally make your world happen exactly the way you want it to. You make life happen around you. And you already know that because this is a manifestation channel. So, Open yourself up to possibility. Anything can happen.
Anything can happen for you, especially because you're good at it, you're programmed for it, you're programmed for success, you're deserving of it, you're worthy of it. People like you always get what they want, you've always gotten what you wanted, things always come easy for you, success is always around the corner for you.
Everything is always working out in your favor. Everything is always set up and lined up for you to win. This is the kind of thinking that breeds success. And if this does not come natural to you, I promise you, you can reprogram yourself to think like this by thinking this way on repeat. So pick out a few of these affirmations that speak to you or that counteract or counterbalance the way you actually, or the way that you have been thinking about yourself.
Or create some of your own and then start thinking them on repeat and make sure you're thinking them every day. Make sure you're writing them down every day. Say them out loud a few times a day. Speak them to yourself, to your partner, to your friends that are supportive, to any family members that you have that are supportive.

So I want you to make the illogical logical to you. I want you to reprogram yourself to think that what used to be illogical and completely off the rails and holy crap, how could I even?
Is just like the obvious, well yeah, of course I'm doing that. I mean, that's just one of the things I'm doing. Freeing, freeing the planet is just one of the things I'm doing. It's true. It's just one of the things I'm doing here. It's just one of the reasons why I'm here. I'm here to free the planet, I'm here to free every person on the planet, but I'm also here for other stuff.
That's just one of the things I'm gonna do. I'm gonna get in the rooms with the people that have the power to free humanity, to free populations of people. I'm gonna do that. That's what I'm here to do. Cool. Great. I'm also here to do all, I'm also here to make this podcast episode. Cool. It's just one of the things I'm doing.
So normalize your hugest, hugest, hugest dreams by making it just inevitable and obvious. This is the road I'm on, so how could I possibly get anywhere else? It literally doesn't make any sense. It makes less sense for me to do something else than it makes sense for me to do this big, huge thing. Because that's the road I'm on.
Like, again, I will have a much higher chance of fucking dunking a basket if I'm on a basketball court every single day. If I'm on a baseball diamond... Every single day, the chances of me dunking a basket are zero.
So it's not important that I just be on the court. And it's not important that I just practice throwing a ball. I have to practice throwing the ball on the court at the right place and I need to keep going and keep doing it. And I need to tell myself, this is easy. I sink free throws all the time. I, I dunk balls all the time, or whatever, right?
I'm expecting, I'm on the court, I'm taking the action. And if that's all I'm doing, you better watch the fuck out. Cause I'm gonna be dunking on you. Watch out. I'm gonna be crossing you over and all those other things that basketball people say. I'm gonna be dribbling.
I'm gonna be so good at it. Cause that's what I'm choosing. That's the life I'm choosing, right? And then I'm staying on the court. No matter how many shots I miss, I'm picking the ball back and I'm throwing it again, throwing it at that fucking hoop. Or I'm jumping it up and I'm trying to dunk on it or whatever.
I don't know what I'm doing because I'm not, I'm not actually on the basketball court. But if I were, again, watch the fuck out because I'm gonna get really fucking good at it. Period. That's the philosophy. That's the success mindset. I combine that with the action, the drive, the dedication. And I'm going to make it happen so you can do the same.
I want to hear what it is that you're going to go after. What is your big beautiful dream? Leave it in the comments or DM me on Instagram. I so appreciate you checking out this episode.
