The Roxy talks manifestation podcast, where we talk about manifesting. We better be talking about manifestation. We talk about snatching up your life, getting your life right, getting your life aligned to the reality that you want to be in.

Because why wouldn't we, we have the power, we all have the power. We all have it within us. We're all using it right now. Whether you know it or not, whether you realize it or not, whether you like it or not, you are manifesting right this very moment. In fact, you manifested listening to this podcast. So if you're here and I know you are, because otherwise you won't hear me say, since you're here, Just know that this message is coming to you straight from God, the universe, your highest self, your spirit guides, your highest power, whatever the fuck you think is out there, the universe, all the above specifically, so that you can learn and grow from the situation you're in right now and get to where you want to go.

I know that cause that's my intention to help millions of people. And if you're listening, Then guess what? I'm counting you in that you are one of the millions now that you're not special because you are, you're amazing and beautiful. But just to say that, Hey, we have an amazing, robust, beautiful abundance supportive community here.

And I think every single person out there who is listening right now. So this is part two of another episode, and I want to dive deeper on the idea. Getting out of your own way, because that is something that it's one of those phrases that we hear so much, it gets thrown around. It's one of those things that gets thrown around so much that you don't really know what it actually means.

Like we know the essence of it. Like don't get in your way, stop fucking yourself over. Like, yeah, I really would love to. I would love. I would love, what is that? How do I do it? What does it mean? What do you mean? And so, like, I don't want to get into it cause like it, those phrases of where we're just like, uh, okay.

You know, like you're like, I kind of get it. I know that I should stop doing the things that make me not happy, but I don't necessarily know what those are. And I don't necessarily know. Or do I want to stop? Am I capable of, am I strong enough? Am I destined to be  no, none of that shit, but we have to like, get a hold of ourselves.

We have to get a hold of what we're doing. We have to be conscious and cognizant of it because. The it that we're referring to it, meaning like what we're saying, what we're doing, how we're acting, what we're believing, what we're thinking, all of that. It, that falls under the category of it. All of that shit is manifesting.

And that's the fortunate slash potentially unfortunate if you don't realize it part about it. Well, of course it's fortunate. I think it's great. I know a lot of people have a lot of fear and anxiety, um, thinking and knowing that they are in complete and total, total control of everything, it scares them when they find that out.

I think it's comforting personally because it's like, Oh God. Okay, good. Even the world's not out to get me. It's just the fact that I keep saying it. Okay. Good. All right. Good. Okay, good. I can stop saying it right. Can't I, I can work on it. I can, at the very least be aware of when I say it. Trying to make myself stop.

I mean, that's like the bare men, you know, so even just the bear man is going to get yourself, the bear men. That sounds like a little more teeny bar. So anyways, like a low Cal martini bar, the bear man, could you skinny?

I miss life. I don't even drink, but I'm like, I have a skinny Virgin in margarita at the bear men. Thank you. And I'm going to wear the shirt that I talked about ordering in the last, last episode of this podcast. And actually it's funny because that story was like a little bit personal because there is a shirt.

That I own, that is still not in my physical possession and I love it. I can't wait for it. And I know it well. And even though everything else that I ordered with it has arrived separately and it was not in the box and still coming to me because that's mine. I declared, I own it. I bought it. I bought it.

It's still available on the websites of damn it. Where is it? It's mine. It's already mine. It's already mine. Right? Okay. And see that was my monologue from the Broadway musical where the fuck's my shirt. Okay. So anyways, we don't want to be putting out needy desperate energy cause we know I already bought the shirt.

It's my shirt, the SPS already mine. The house is already mine. The job's already mine. The money's already here. I just need to quit acting like it's not actually I heard this great quote. And unfortunately, I can't remember who said it, so I apologize, but it was something to the effect of the universe is already abundant.

It's us who places the limitations, the universe has no limitations. We don't have to manifest abundance. We need to stop manifesting lack. I totally butchered that quote. So I'm glad I don't remember who said it cause I apologize for fucking your quota, but again, the essence of the message is that. Lack is not something that you are already naturally.

A part of abundance is our natural state. Abundance is the way of the universe because everything's already been created. Any lack that you experienced, that's your own manifestation. It's not the universe, the universe isn't keeping you away from anything. You are keeping you away from it. You were, we're not anymore because we're done with that shit done over with new, new time, new time, new stuff, we're going to stop getting in our own way.

Right? Cause we're manifesting bros. So long story short back to what we're talking about. We're talking about how to get out of your own way. When you are a little bit of a more advanced manifestor last week, we talked about it. If you're a beginner, I'll just quickly go over. You don't actually know. Go listen to last week's episode.

Okay. I'll sum it up. Figure out what it is that you do to get in your own way. Number one, number two, catch that shit and action. Replace it. Redirect the stream. And number three, persistent, let go, persistent the shit that you want. Let go of the stuff that's not working. Let go of the need, the insecurity, the fear, the worry, the doubt, yada yada yada is okay.

Keep telling the story of what you actually want, no matter what happens. So that's my beginner advice. That's my just straight out the gate. This is what we got to do. If you're finding yourself getting in your own way, you got to pinpoint it, you got to stop doing it and you got to keep persisting in the new shit.

There's just, no, it's just what it is. I mean, it's not like there's no way around it, but it's like, you can, can like find little weaselly ways in and out, but like, if you want to just plow right through, like break on through to that shit. This is the best way to do it. In my personal opinion, this is the way that I do it.

Let's just sit up. This is the way that I do it in the way that I think is the best way you can do whatever works for you. And that's actually kind of, what I want to talk about too, is like, as you are more of an expert, you're going to be working on, you know, working in this, into your own practice, because you've been manifesting for long enough, you know, that your thoughts are always creating.

You know, that this stuff is happening all the time. And you know that if you react to your 3d world, you're going to stay there. So. There, there, there tends to be this little bit of like indignation that starts to grow or this like defiance because, and maybe even laziness a little bit. Right? Like we don't want to get lazy.

Cause it may seem like we got this. We can let go a little bit because I'm so sorry. I understand it. Now. I can let go. I don't have to try so hard, but. It causes us to stop being as diligent in telling the new story. And this is important that we don't do this. We have to be doubling down again and pushing through, because if you start to give up, if you start to have little concessions here and there, it wears down your practice.

So you have to go even harder when it feels like you got it. Your old programming, it's waiting in the wings, ready to take over. When you allow that autopilot to take over for long enough, like it's ready to go. And if you haven't been rewriting your thoughts and your actions and your beliefs and stuff for long enough to really fucking counterbalance it.

And like, think about how many years do you were thinking the other stuff versus like maybe months, years, if you're lucky, even thinking these new thoughts, they're definitely like, not as seasoned and, and, and comfortable in your mind as these older ones will be just by virtue of repetition and how long you've been thinking them.

Right. So like, You have to understand that, like we can't have no programming and your original programming, the programming that you developed just through growing up and experiencing life. It's always going to be there and that's like your base level. And it's going to take over when you start slipping and the areas you start slipping, or when you, again, stop being as diligent and we allow kind of like cracks to come through or places to wear down.

The old programming is then. Allowed the space to kind of come back through and, and it's a slippery slope. And so you really have to be careful that you are staying on top of it, even when it feels like you got it. It's very important. Okay. Your old ways, they're still there, but now they're, they're like dressed up in new ideas, new affirmations, new intentions, and these behaviors and these, these habits and stuff.

But. It's still the old, same old, same old you under there. Right? So like, it's gonna look different. It's like they're in disguise, but they feel the exact same. Right? It doesn't feel any different sometimes. Like when you slip back into your old ways, it feels the exact same ways it used to feel. But now we're talking about different subjects in different instances because we have manifested ourselves out of our old situation.

And then when it feels like we're doing so good, we might have a tendency to. Get a little lazy and allow ourselves to slip back in the old, easy patterns. Not that they're necessarily easy, but they're just comfortable. They're easier to get to again, because our brains are so good at habituating behavior, like create, you know, we're creating new neural pathways and they're there.

And you know, we also have the old, the old neural pathway is that are worn down really, really, really, really, really well. They're smooth. It's a smooth channel to get to. So, you know, just, just, don't forget that you can. Slip back into your old ways, even if it feels like you never cut, you never go back.

You know, I'll never go back. I've said that before, and I've also experienced what it feels like to

Have small programming pop through on some certain subjects, but that's okay because we're working on it every single day and we're getting better every single day. And we're really good at this. We're really good at staying on top of our thoughts and we're really good at catching these things, even when we think we're so beyond the need to be monitored, we still do it because we deserve it and we owe it to ourselves to keep this practice going.

Once we learn it and implement it. So look out for. Those familiar behaviors and those familiar feelings, because that's how you're going to know. And you could be tempted. I'm not going to say that you will, you could be tempted to act the same way that you used to act. And again, make sure you check out part one from last week's episode, so you know how to pinpoint them.

Like your old reality is still present. Or that things still seem to go the same way in some categories, no matter how hard you try to manifest. So you really gotta push through, you really gotta push through and you know, this, you know, this, you know, better, you know, it's about persisting because you have seen the results in your life already.

You're you're you're advanced, right? So it's like, you know, that this works. And, you know, if you stay focused and, you know, for those things that like they manifest so easily, it's one of those subjects that you can just manifest easy. No problem. It's because it's the subject that you can manifest. No easy, no problem.

You have decided that it's it's easy. And so it is, so we want to decide that it's all easy because it is, they really is. It's all easy. This is so easy. It's all easy, manifesting, whatever you want is easy, manifesting money, easy, manifesting a house, easy, manifesting a person, easy, manifesting a career, easy, manifesting, whatever you want.

Easy. Right. We can't afford to say anything else. It's our jobs to prove to the universe and to ourselves that we are convinced. That this reality is unfolding the way that we want to, no matter what the 3d says. Yes, we're pros, right? We're pros. So we know, we know the 3d is a fucking trickster. We know that.

So we can't think that just because we may be more advanced or more aware that we're exempt from pushing past our own blocks and that shit starts to pop up again. Excuse me, if that should start to get, if the going gets tough, we can't just decide. Oh, I'm a manifestor how come this is happening again?

Right? Like I've been there. Okay. Cause like we're setting the example for the universe. We are, we're telling the universe what it is. We're setting the precedent. We're setting the rules. The universe is just following suit. The universe is the workhorse. You are holding the reins. Okay. They're doing what you say.

Always. So you must push past that shit, no matter how backwards it feels. Cause I get that. I get it's like, it, it almost feels like victimizing, right? It almost feels like, like how dare the universe, give me shit that I don't want, even though I talk about it constantly because dammit, I know how this works.

And so I should be able to complain about what I don't have and still get what I want, because I know how it works. That's not to put anybody down because I've been there myself. I see it all the time, a lot. You might be surprised. No, you won't be surprised because you're one of them. You get it. You're here in this video.

I wrote this for you. So we know this podcast or whatever. I wrote this for you. Cause I know I've been there myself and I talked to so many people in coaching. I know how people feel that like once you kind of get the hang of it, it's almost like I've got this now. I don't need to try anymore a little bit.

There's a little bit of that. Like we know better. Of course we know we have to keep going. There is still this little bit of like. Excuse you universe. Did you really just, you know, I'm like, no, it's like, bitch, did you just, did you just, you know, like, yo no bitch, it's you it's you it's you. So that's what it is.

If you are an advanced manifestor and you're talking about how to get out of my own way, then my advice to you is don't be lazy. Don't be lazy to practice. Don't let yourself slip stay diligent. Don't think that just because you understand the process that you got this, you don't have to try anymore. You know, it's like, it's like a doctor thinking like, Oh, I've been a doctor for 25 years.

I don't have to try anymore. Like, I don't want to see that fucking doctor. I don't want my surgeon thinking that just because they've saved a 500 people that they don't have to fucking try anymore. Right. Like we still try because why. Answer that for yourself. I mean that cause your wife is going to keep you going when it's hard.

Your why is going to keep you going when you don't want to affirm what you, what you're supposed to and you just want to affirm how hard life is and Oh my gosh, it's not working for me. And I think I'm the only person that doesn't work for. No, you're not. You're really not. It doesn't work like that.

Sorry. You still have to be in control of it. I mean you no, no, no, you don't have to. If you want to change it. Then my best advice to you is to get control of all of the shit that's going on in your mind, because it's all creating your world. And you might not realize that this thought over here, that I might be thinking about, um, you know, being accepted by my peers is playing out in how my partner respects me, or, you know, this thing about how people treat me at new jobs is, is playing out with my family or my roommates.

You know, it's like these things happen all over our lives and they're just. Playing out exactly the way we expect them to. So you may manifest yourself out of situations that you don't want to be anymore anymore, but you're still going to be you. And your old ways are still there. Again. There's still in there.

We haven't like gotten rid of them. We're just redirecting them. So if you stop redirecting them, then they stop being redirected. You got to check in with yourself. You may be tempted again to act like you used to act, because I feel like I got it now, but that's not how it works. You still have to act like ideal.

You acts. If you want to continue to be ideal you, and if you want to change and grow from what you've already manifested, you have to change and grow from your current. Story. It's got to change and morph with you and with your life. So as you become an expert or, uh, you know, an advanced manifestor or an intermediate manifestor, it becomes about you figuring out what works best for you.

How do you keep yourself engaged? How do you keep yourself focused? How do you keep yourself dedicated? How do you keep yourself from slipping too far? How do you keep yourself in check? How do you keep yourself? Doing the work, even though it feels like you shouldn't have to anymore. Cause we already graduated past this.

Well, there might be another fucking grade coming up. You didn't realize it, but now we want to beat. We want to get her doctorate level. Right. So we're going to keep going and that's just, you keep going or you don't no one's going to stop you or, or, or push you. They could try, but they can't, they can't stop you and they can't do it for you.

So don't let. Your level of success already victimize you. And don't let your level of success, trick you into thinking that it's all easy for the rest of your life. And let me say that with a caveat, because I'm not saying that it's not easy and I'm not saying that you can't say that it isn't easy, but you have to maintain that it's easy, even if it feels like it's not.

Because there are still going to be new experiences that you're going to have to adjust and shift through. They're going to be new experiences that you haven't prepared for yet. And you're going to have to learn how to navigate through them. That's what happens when you achieve goals, you get to new levels that you may not have realized you would get to.

And when you get there, your old programming can. Creep up and kind of show, you know, make an appearance again because the U is still there. And this is when it's really important that you use the tools that you have picked up here to apply them to the new situation and not crumble back into your old way, your old way of handling things, your old way of, you know, sabotaging yourself, getting in your own way.

Don't revictimize yourself. Just because things feel different or. Hard change the story and work on not reacting anymore. It's gotta be that all the time. No matter what the subject is. Okay. So for this week's segment of deer, Roxy, I want to talk about what to do when it does feel like you're slipping deer, Roxy, what do I do when I am persisting?

In my reality, I think I'm doing all the work. I swear I'm doing everything right, but things aren't quite manifesting the way they shine, the way I've been intending. Well, first of all, what I have to say is be careful of how much you're affirming that it's not working. Be careful of how much you're looking for the outcome and.

Worrying about whether you're doing it right where it's at, how do I get back on track? I don't know what I'm doing. It's not coming in. You know, like we start swirling in the doubts and the worries, and we're affirming that, you know, it's not working and it does seem kind of hard. And I don't know why it's hard for me.

And it seems so easy for the rest of the world, but how come it's not working for me? And we start going down these roads and those roads just don't lead us anywhere that we want to be. Right. They only lead to places that have more of how come, why not me stuff going on on them. And it's just not productive for us.

So if you can find yourself and it seems like you're slipping, it seems like you're kind of losing control things. Aren't working as much as you thought they might. You're starting to lose faith. I've said before double down. Yes. But. Rewrite your story. Go back to the drawing boards, start over and rewrite a new story from the now PR point of view.

Because a lot of times we make progress. We just don't realize it because it's not like what we want it to be. Maybe sometimes it's not enough progress according to our standards, maybe, but so we don't recognize it as progress. We don't take it as progress and therefore don't give it it's due. Um, Recognition as progress.

And when we recognize the progress, we validate that we are moving on our path and then allows us to continue moving on our path from that, you know, that checkpoint essentially. So. Rewrite your story, look at where you have succeeded and then maybe look at where you haven't. Is it only certain areas of your life?

Is it all things except for this one thing is that I can only get 75%, you know, look at what it feels like to you. And, um, you know, what. The pattern is because that itself is its own manifestation. And that's going to give you some answers. And so you want to see like, am I giving up? Am I being lazy? Do I think I got this?

Am I I'm still not fully believing am I yo-yoing, I can't keep a persistent story up long enough to see actual change. And then when I do see minor change, I call it minor and say, it's not working and give up. And I start all over again, creating the cycle one more time. So it's like, you got to look out for that stuff again, that even goes back to.

The first part, one of this series of what is your brand of self sabotage? What do you do to fuck shit up for yourself? And if it's to think affirm and confirm and react to the world, not giving you what you need, but everybody else gets it. Or I can't get it in this one area or all, but nothing and all that stuff.

Then that's what it is because you keep affirming that and you fully believe it and you adhere to it. So if that's you start over, go back to the drawing board, recreate your story. And then be honest with yourself, look at your own behavior and figure out where you are either slacking. When you're going back to the old story, when you're throwing your hands up in the air and giving up when you're giving into your emotional, whatever the fuck doesn't really matter because it.

What matters is at the core we aren't doing what we, we need to do mentally. And if this is something where we need to see a doctor, or we need to have further help, then we're doing that and we're helping ourselves. And we're taking that responsibility as adults to handle our business and get ourselves on track to the point where we can be emotionally stable enough to correct our thinking.

I'm not a doctor. So please don't mistake any of this for medical advice. I'm just a manifestation coach. I'm just here to help you get your thinking in alignment with the reality you say you want to go to, because that's what manifestation is. And so if, if, if there are hurdles that you are not addressing, then address them period.

No one can do it for you. So rewrite your story. Address the shit, what are you not doing? What should you be doing better? What could you be doing in a more efficient way? What have you been doing? That's allowing yourself to go back to your old story and how often are you doing it? Because you got to stop whatever way that works.

Don't ever, ever, ever, ever say it's always working. It's always easy and it's always getting better and better and easier and easier every single day.

Yay. We're so good at every thanks universe. End of story. Goodbye. But actually, yeah, so. You got this. Okay. Don't think you don't. Cause that's a manifestation in its own. Say that you do, even if it feels wobbly, I got this, I got this wrong. I, we got the little guy. We got this. That's all good. We got this.

And that's how we're going to stay in. We got this land and eventually arrived to, Oh yeah, I do got this. Okay. Thanks. And then I'll be in your life and awesome. And you did and proud of you. Yay. We are all raising our vibrations together. You have the power, I believe in you.
